The takoyaki is 90% similar of that in Osaka imo. For a third of the price, i call it a steal. Some dishes were not available though as we arrived past 9. Overall loved it, will definitely go back.

verSACHI on the floor. Okay, no puns... Sachi has very Very delicious Ramen! Gyoza and everything else in that menu! Love love Sachi :) they can fix your Japanese craving if we talk about Ramen π service is great and the place feels homey.
Authentic Japanese food here in Cebu. I love the idea that whenever I ate Ramen I always compare the taste to the one I ordered here in Sachi. I should have rated a 5 star but the staffs keeps coming back to our table wanting to kick us out even if there are still spare tables nearby.
Really good and authentic. The price is just right for the servings, taste and of course ambience. Have tried almost all of their dishes and I have always loved every one of it.
This place was recommended by a Cebu local as one of the places that serve authentic Japanese ramen.
Taste/Food - their ramen selection was good, and can be made as spicy and as mild as you want it. Their Okonamiyaki and Takoyaki also tasted great.
Service - food was served fast and staff were friendly
Place - you may choose to eat at the ground level which is airconditioned, or at the 2nd level which is open air. They also have ample parking space.
The ramen is really delicious and the price they offer matches the goodness of their food! Worth it! The ambiance isn't quite nice compared to other branches though, hope the fixed their ac already.
So far the best Japanese Restaurant in Cebu! Their ramen taste awesome and MY GOD the best GYOZA EVER! Super stuffed!!! Will surely comeback for more π
This is the best branch for me, not only it's super near my place. Their pork teriyaki and ramen tastes really really good compared to the ayala branch. Good service! Affordable and would be back again and again.
This was where I had the chance to eat a lot of Japanese food. The okonomiyaki was the best! However the place can be a bit too crowded especially at night, so if you are the kind of person who doesn't like too much noise, the atmosphere might be a little bad for you. If you're going to eat with friends or family and wants to have a fun time eating and chatting, you'll be fine.
Literally the best ramen Iβve had in Cebu. The place by Maria Luisa is small, but the ambience somehow just works. Service was on point and the food is just good. One of the few places where the ramen is actually worth the price tag.
So far I like sachi, itβs like fast food but Japanese: the prices are very reasonable and cheap. And the service is also fast. Overall this is a good place to eat if youβre craving for Japanese.
So far one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Cebu. My boyfriend is a huge Japanese food enthusiast, and he brought me to this place (the original restaurant stands in a lonely stretch of road in Cabancalan).
The food is definitely delicious. Their beef teriyaki bowl with miso soup is fantastic, such as their gyoza and gyudon. But what my most favorite is (and their best-seller, too) is the okonomiyaki, which is a Japanese pizza consisting of vegetables, eggs, lots of garlic, and cheese. It is so rich in taste and can really fill you up.
The place has a really nice Japanese atmosphere, with their condiments being authentic Japanese sauces and powders.
A must-try and must-come-back-to. π
Place is okay, food is great, price is average not so expensive not so cheap too. Usually crowded at night i love their ramen and their misu soup π
The location is very near to my house. Ambiance is great. Price is reasonable. Food is superb! my fave here is their collagen ramen, gyoza and yakisoba. Overall, I love this place. Perfect!
Well finally i made it for the first time! and it was superb! i loved it π I was not aware that they were Best of Cebu lasy 2015 congrats you did a good job on serving your customers. Just need more customer service skills and ask questions. as the girl took my order she did a recap and asked questions and ordered them correctly. staff are friendly and Food is great for a budget friendly japanese restaurant that made you feel like home and people celebrating their birthday there!
If you're looking for authentic ramen, Sachi is definitely one you should look forward to.
The place has the Japanese vibe you'd want when you're eating out at a Japanese resto.
The staff was very welcoming and assisted us well, from ordering until leaving.
I was here with my friends some time ago, and we each ordered different ramens, and a helping of takoyaki and okonomiyaki. I would say, their broth was really rich in flavor, very reasonable for the price! Their takoyaki was delicious, with the octupus being soft and not chewy. The same goes with their okonomiyaki, which really retained the squid flavor inside. The bonito flakes gave additional umami for both too! Really worth the visit!
BEST RAMEN in CEBU so far πππ€π€
Great and authentic japanese style cuisine!
Friends you should try this! Worth thebwait and the price! πππππ
Nothing like the OG. Iβve been to ayala and lapu lapu branch but definitely, it feels different in the original one. Lovely and accommodating staff, the ambiance is definitely eye pleasing, food is great. If youβre in the area, its definitely a must drop by place to eat ππΌ
I've tried 3 ramen places in Cebu, Sachi by far is the best. Noodles are firm, broth is flavorful and serving is big enough when you are hungry. Service was okay and price is right π
A very easy go-to place to have the best ramen in town. It is the simplest ramen but one of the best that I had so far. Definitely my comfort food. The service was accommodating, food was very affordable.
Sachi offers the best tasting Okonomiyaki in metro cebu, it's like a omelette or pancake, but it's more referred to a japanese pizza. lets us not forget their main products Ramen!!! i would say this restaurant serves the finest ramen in the city
What a sumptuous gastronomic experience! The crew is so accommodating. Love the food and left the place with a warm fuzzy feeling on a full happy tummy. Definitely not my last βΊοΈ
Sachi's takoyaki (6 pieces- 90php), okonomiyaki (130php-250php) and wasabi were surprisingly authentic and yummy. They tasted like the ones i had in Little Tokyo and in Japan. The only difference is that the dishes were really affordable here.
I would like to commend on their wasabi! Correct me if i'm wrong but it tasted like real wasabi. It had the crunchy bits of the plant and it was really spicy, unlike the ones bought in paste or tube form.
The takoyakis were big and came in with a chunky octopus per piece. The octopus inside wasn't rubbery and you can easily bite through it. I suggest poking a hole with your chopsticks to let the air through since at the start the takoyaki is very hot. It is also advised to eat it all in one piece.
Had the okonomiyaki (1. garlic and cheese 2. pork garlic cheese and egg on top). I prefer the garlic and cheese since it tasted light and fluffy. The second one was also good, if you enjoy a more carnivorous meal.
Personally i got the tsukemen since i'm fond of dipping noodles. It tasted alright, just normal.
I did not like the taste of their pork terriyaki, dry and bland, plus there's too much unnecessary vegetables underneath it.
Ambience-wise, the place had a Japanese feeling to it, complete with a long table facing the wall for people who came alone and a tv in Japanese channel. Service was great. They were attentive and happy to serve. Limited parking space. Comfort room available and clean.
Will try the ramen next time and other variations of okonomiyaki.
We always order their Takoyaki which we just love especially the pr8ce and serving pieces.
For this trip, we also ordered the Noukou Kotteri Ramen which has a milky broth because of the way the ramen is prepared. I liked the taste of this broth.
And finally, we had the modanyaki which is my least favorite. Good flavor but not my thing.
Service was fast even if the restaurant was full. This branch is very popular even if its out of the way.
Invaded their main branch because we wanted something different (location wise). This branch looks very humble but when you get inside, you still get the same vibe like that of their mall branch. Anyway, I am amazed bec Is you have read my review in their CBP branch, I commented that their takoyaki was salty for my taste. Surprisingly, their takoyaki here was very good. It was not too salty and the way it was cooked was perfect - crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy inside. I love love love it. Tried another ramen and I am convinced that they really have very good ramen, plus it's not that expensive so you can always come back for another bowl any time. This resto has become a personal fave of mine, and since my first visit (May 2017), I've returned 4 different times already. That goes to show how tasty and good Sachi's offerings are.
TIP: I noticed that their prices are cheaper than in their CBP branch.
Few of my friends recommended Sachi coz they know how i like ramen. So i finally decided to visit this place yesterday. I was not in the mood for ramen though coz i was really hungry and craving for rice. So i ordered beef teriyaki and of course my favorite gyoza. They're true to thier words when they say best seller coz i was not disappointed with the taste. We also tried their takoyaki and my friend tried their yakisoba. Im definitely coming back for their ramen.

They have delicious authentic Japanese food. I've been here recently and although the restaurant may seen small from the outside, it's actually quite roomy on the inside. They have really fast service. Friendly and accommodating staff. I recommend the Beef teriyaki and also their gyoza.

It's a great place to get your Takoyaki fix! I'm pretty sure they have the best in Cebu. The Okonomiyaki and the ramens are a must try too! The food is excellent!
The price of their ramen is really economical! Location wise is not okay since their parking space is very limited. Kudos though to their waiters since they're all accomodating and the food itself is delish! Will come back for sure.π
I definitely would want to recommend this place to those who love Japanese cuisine. Food is really yummy and service was great. Even the manager offered us to take our group photo.
Why I didn't rate 5 is because of the parking space but other than that, it is worth every cent! π
As i took a sip of the noukou kotteri's broth, i've realized that it tastes a lot like balut.. The broth was flavourful and the meat was soft.. although it just wasn't my kind of ramen.. if you're into the hot stuff,, you might enjoy their tantan men.. it' really isn't so spicy but the flavour is just right... the rice bowl on the other hand was a so-so and was kind of expensive considering the serving size.. the meat was soft but i found it a bit bland... the takoyaki and the gyozas were also ok but it's not something i would go back again for... but the place was good and the service crew were nice.. and i liked the tantan me,, so i'd probably go back for that sometime..
Ramen here is the closest i've had from Japan. First timers go get Noukou Kotteri. If you wanna get that ramen fix go here. The takoyaki is to die for as well ππ
Unlike other mainstream and commercialized ramen houses, Sachi's relatively moderate means of operation allows it to maintain the quality of its Japanese food offerings.
So what makes Sachi's Noukou Kotteri the best ramen in the metro (in my opinion)? Sachi's Noukou Kotteri's broth is made from three kinds of pork bones, three kinds of chicken bone, three kinds of fish simmered for 24 hours! The broth is thick, creamy and ultra-rich in calcium and collagen.
At the same time, great ramen is not built upon broth alone. The perfect combination of Sachi's melt-in-your-mouth slices of chasu (marinated braised pork belly), creamy custard-like ajitsuke tamago (marinated soft boiled egg) and firm kikuragi (homemade noodles) elevates it into a great bowl of ramen!

They use to be that little Japanese kanto shop under the stairs at Piazza Elesia, Talamban where we regularly fill in our Okonomiyaki and Takuyaki cravings after I fetch my son from school.

If you're looking for a place where you can get really good ramen, Sachi is the best place for you. Although accessibility might be an issue since it's located away from the usual dining spots in Cebu, the food there is definitely worth it. Their ramen has all three factors that I look for in a good bowl of ramen; rich and thick soup, freshly made noodles and soft, flavorful tamago. (I can't say anything about the pork since I do not eat meat but my friends and boyfriend think it's extremely tender and tasty) Raul, the owner of the place, tries to accommodate all his customers by explaining to them how ramen is prepared which is very interesting for me. I recommend the Noukku Ramen! While you're at it, try the squid and cheese okonomiyaki and takoyaki! ππ
I dub this place the best RAMEN place in the Cebu! For now... Great tasty ramen and yummy gyoza too! ~ less than 300 pesos for a bowl of ramen. So in my book, that's amazing!
RAMEN. This is totally the place for ramen lovers. Their ramen is just the perfect match for a cold weather. Sacchi's tantanmen was just awesome. People should also opt for their okinomiyaki because it is truly appetizing.
During my second visit, I tried their takoyaki which was good though I was too much disappointed with their gyoza for it was just really salty. But anyway, their tantanmen still tasted the same, as good as I have tasted during my first visit here.
This shop is located along the highway in Cabancalan, so it should be not that hard to find. Shop looks small in the inside but they have more space located at the back of their resto, an open space for smoking customers and for yakiniku too.. Prices were reasonable. Servers were really accommodating though they tend to get sluggish during peak hours. I will definitely come back here. Oishii katta desu. Gochisou sama deshita!
