Finally, chicken buldak in Cebu! A must try if you love cheeeeese! They have a very simple menu, and the dishes are good for sharing and reasonably priced. Will definitely going back!

Although the waiting time will be a test of patience and tolerance to hunger, the food is worth it. Their garlic soy chicken and ribs are delicious.
Affordable yet quality food. Serving is for 2 individuals, can be up to 3, depends on the consumption of each one.
The distinct taste of their ribs makes them unique. I understand now why people are willing to fall in line. We ordered the cheesy chicks soy flavor and the cheesy ribs. It was yummy. The customer service also is good.
When we came, the place was already full so we waited for almost an hour BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. I recommend you their cheesy chix (chicken with cheese), chreemps (shrimps with cheese), and spicy noodles (with cheese). Their flavoring for their chicken blends well with the melted cheese toppings. The chreemps was really good. The spicy noodles was a korean noodle which is more tasty. The ribs was also good but make sure not to burn the meat because it does not taste that good. As a conclusion, when I had finished our orders, I was full, satisfied and happy.
I would really suggest to go there early since the waiting list os quite long. The food was great! It was worth the wait โค๏ธ

The cheesy chicken and spicy ramen was amazing! Been here countless times and the food never fails to impress.
Definitely five stars for this restaurant. It's always jam-packed because the food offered are scrumptious. It's affordable too - so it's good for teenagers and young adults. Maybe next time they'll have more options on payment methods like credit/debit cards and mobile payments like GCash/PayMaya.
The staff was kind and accommodating. We ordered mac&cheese, shrimp, ribs and i think it was cajun flavored chicken?
I loved the mac&cheese, the chicken on top of it which was cooked well, the meat was still tender and the combination of flavors was good. The shrimp was soaked in bbq sauce, which made it a bit spicy( i have 0 tolerance for spicy food) and the cheese did not mix well with it. The ribs was also a bit spicy and the cheese was not enough to really add flavor to it. The other cajun chicken with cheese was good, although it can be very salty if you don't eat it with rice.
All in all we left quite satisfied and we only paid 260 pesos each.
If you want to eat early on weekends, better go an hour earlier to add your name on the waitslist since the line gets super long.
One of the best tasting cheesy chicken and ribs I've ever had! There are people waiting in line so you need to be early if you want to eat at an earlier time. The staff were very kind and accommodating plus the service is fast. Overall it's a very good dining experience.
I have been here for a couple of times already but their food never did once disappoint. ๐ I'm in love with their cheesy ribs and cheesy chix. There were just times that they get out of stock with some choices in their menu.
They are in a first come, first serve basis so you have to arrive early to avoid the long waiting line (especially if you are with a large group). Nevertheless, the long line is worth the wait for their yummy food and if you're a cheese lover like me.
We live nearby & yet we only made time recently to eat here. There was some wait time but as my husband & I were willing to sit on the high chairs, [the wait time] wasnโt as long as I thought it would be. We love anything with cheese so, as expected, we enjoyed their food. We limited our order with just the spicy noodles & cheese chix, and that turned out to be a good decision as the portions were enough for 3-4 people. Will come back again to try the ribs and shrimps.
Waiting for how many minutes for a table or something is all worth it. We ordered all the foods on their menu, and everything was delicious. And its not that pricey. We'll surely be back.
There is a reason why people are willing to line up and wait for hours for this place. Their food is scrumptious! I, particularly, love the kimchi rice and cheese chix! The ribs was also soft and falling off the bones when you take a bite.
In each serving with cheese, they mix in a fair bit of corn which elevates it to the next level. I admit, just with the first bite of our bbq cheese chix, I'm hooked! I'll check their spicy option next!

Finally back with my food blog. Fat Dois was a great start for that. Worth the wait cuz food was really good and with all the cheese I must say looooove it! Just a reminder not to over cook it since the cheese would tend to get really dry and hard.

worth a try. ive been there twice already and my opinion change. Its worth the try if you havent yet, but not worth the wait every single time. the second time i went there was tuesday night yet me and my friends waited for more than half an hour. the food is good but not enough to justify the wait. in conclusion, i would still recommend those that havenโt to give it a try but i dont see myself waiting there for a meal again.

Food is great. And serving is quite good too. We ordered 3 servings each of their ramen, shrimp and chicken, and 2 servings of kimchi rice for a group of 8 and we really enjoyed it. We were so full. Too bad the ribs were unavailable. But overall, we enjoyed the food. The place is bigger now but a lot of people still go there, so expect to wait. But trust me, it's worth the wait ๐

We ordered their shrimp, chicken, and ramyeon. The shrimp was easy for one to get "umay" because the sauce was too rich that it does not compliment the sweet shrimps. The chicken was good, we ordered the soy variant which was a balance of saltiness, and sweetness. Lastly, the ramyeon was delicious as well, the toppings was generous. The dishes they serve always has cheese so, if you are a cheese lover you'll love this resto. In conclusion, the only food I had problems with was the shrimp, as for the ambience and the staff it was relatively good.

Canโt count how many times i have went to this place, but all I can say is, their food is definitely worth the wait!!! Everything looks and tastes so good especially the cheesy chix. Price is reasonable, since their food items are already good to share. Only problem is the size of the area, itโs too small to accomodate all the customers that is why they have to wait for almost an hour. Would recommend everyone to come early to avoid waiting for a long time. But as what I have said, Fat Dois is worth the wait!!!

My friends and I arrived early around 5 and we were one of the few people who got a table right away. A few mins later, a lot of people were lining up outside. Maybe it's time for this place to expand to avoid impatient customers like me and not let the people wait outside near the road. So anyway, food was good. I love how the mozzarella complemented the chicken and the ribs were just okay. Though the ramen is good, it just tasted like an ordinary instant ramen with cheese and spam โ. Price is decent, nice quaint ambiance, speedy service.
The food, price and staffs are excellent. Everything is perfect except for the setting. The place is too small and can accomodate a few people only, which lead to 30 mins to hours of waiting outside. I just hope they will transfer to a bigger place.

If you love cheese, it is the best place to go in Cebu. They only have three choices on their menu, all has mozzarella cheese. Mini stoves are in each table to melt the cheese as soon as they serve the food. Everything was so good and appetizing. Aside from the cheesiness, ramen, chicken and ribs has their own flavour. A cup of rice is a must too.
The place is small, so expect a long line. Its better to have an early dinner here to avoid waiting for hours.

Chicken wasn't as spicy I thought it would be but still tasted good. The cheese was a bit tough and too chewy when it cools down. I'm a fan of mozzarella but this one's different haha but for the price? Hey couldn't complain! Kimchi rice was really good! I'm not sure if they placed msg in it or maybe it was because of the noodles but I got a headache after eating. They have an exhaust fan but they only turned it on after hearing a customer complain that it smelled like roasted unseasoned pork inside. But overall it was okay. I wish they could do something about the tables though. There wasn't much space. It seemed like the table could only fit 3 plates and since there was a burner on each table, so it only made room for 2. but then maybe we ordered too much haha we requested for another table since we had so many food on the table and didn't have space for our own plates, but they couldn't allow it to give way for arriving customers. We got there at 9pm and didn't have to wait since they were already about to close. This place is best eating with friends and family and, if not, almost all dishes are good for sharing. We went there because we were curious of this red door where a lot of people waited outside everytime we passed this place. Sure enough, we got waitlisted & waited for about 28 minutes to be seated. Tip: don't go there with a bunch of people; you get seated earlier if there's just 2 of you because of the cramped space. We got in ahead of 3 groups because there were just 2 of us. The orders came in fast, though. We don't eat pork so just planned on ordering the chix & cheese but to our elation, the waitress told us that they could put in turkey Spam instead of the regular one in the kimchi rice & noodles. :) They have generous servings. Loved the kimchi rice & chix w/ cheese.
Though we waited for an hour plus, the food was worth its price. Affordable (student friendly), good food and most importantly, fast service. Too bad we never got to try the ribs though! Overall, it was a really great experience.

Me and my brother were really looking forward into dining here and generally, the food was good but didn't really reached our expectations. Surely, people would think that the food would be exemplary due to the long line outside, but when I actually get to see and eat our order, I realize that there's nothing special with the restaurant except for the cheese (which I would suggest ordering the extra cheese option). Overall, the food was good, but I would suggest an upgrade on the menu and on the place.
We arrived at Fat dois at 5:30 and waited until 8:00 pm to get inside. The place is really small and I think it can only accommodate up to 20 people. They should expand because they have a lot of customers. Even if we waited for a couple of hours, the food is really worth it! I love the ribs and the spicy noodles.
If you are looking for an affordable Korean resto that offers good food, i guess this is a must try for you. My personal fave is their Kimchi Rice and Spicy noodles with spam & cheese. They are generous with their food serving. Despite having a small place, they still manage to satisfy their customers by good food service and tasty food. Just prepare long queue esp. during weekends.
The food is nice. The place is okay though if you look from the outside, 20 people are not enough but I also thought about that one. There is no enough parking space, good thing we don't have a car.. hahhaha XD !! Oh before I forgot, they allow walk-ins but make sure to write your name in a piece of paper stick on the door outside. Name and how many you are, so that they can check the available chairs inside. The food is absolutely delicious! The food is served immediately, and the food stays warm thanks to the portable gas stove. The ribs easily get sold out, so better be there early. Been eyeing to try this place since I heard about it. But everytime we pass by their overly eye catching red door, we see long list of people waiting for a table. But I was too eager to let my boyfriend try their food as well, so we planned it out on a weekday.
They usually opens at around 5:30 in the afternoon, so we decided to head straight after class. Lucky enough there were still no one outside waiting. As we were about to list down our names, the staff opened the door and welcomed us asking if we are ok with the table located on the side. We agreed and we were able to order in just a snap.
Ordered Spicy Ramen and Cheesy Chix Bbq flavor. They really have a worth it and mouth watering 2-3 persons serving. You are paying just right! I enjoyed their spicy ramen, you should order one when you happen to visit their place. Although cheese combined with chicken isn't really my type, my boyfriend enjoyed it a lot.
All in all, though the place is so tiny, it is still so cozy and not bad. The staffs were very accommodating! Would gladly recommend this, and sure we will be back.

Iโve been eyeing on their food since months ago. I wonder why alot of people opt to line up for hours just to get in the resto. So I researched and did get really good reviews and so I decided to try bec why nawtt?!๐คช
I had to meet my friends there on a Tuesday night bec this was the first on our list Haha and I was the nearest of them all so I volunteered to reserve for us. Luckily, I only waited for like 45mins (not bad compared to others who waited for 2hrs or less) to get a table for us.
There were only three items on their menu: Cheese Ribs, Cheesy Chixs and Spicy Noodles - and we ordered them all. It was suuuper satisfying, I swear!! The servings were quicker than our chikas ๐ and the prices were cheap (ofcourse when you go there in a group, I could say it really is cheap) and worth it!
Iโd love to visit the place again and oh.. Iโm willing to wait. Lol Mas worth it pa sa gugmang gipahuwat naka, gipa asa ra diay ka!!! ๐๐๐๐

The place was good, it was full when it was our turn so the room was noisy but it was just the right amount of noise that you can hear what your friends/family are talking about. Staff was accomodating and really nice, too, but they weren't all that smiley. We only tried the garlic soy and bbq flavored cheesy chix, which was amazing but I liked the garlic soy better and their spicy noodles, which wasn't very spicy in my own opinion, it was still good though.

The food was AMAZING. No wonder people line up to eat at Fat Dois. My friend and I tried their Spicy Chicken and Ribs and it was GREAT. The ribs were very soft, falls off the bone, and the chicken was phenomenal as it was drenched in a very flavorful sauce. We couldn't stop eating. There are only two things I distinctly remember about dining in Fat Dois.
One is the food.
The other is the ridiculously long waiting time.
They only have 3 main items in their menu: Cheese Ribs, Cheesy Chixs and Spicy Noodles,ย and we ordered them all. Really good food, actually. Whether the owners drew their inspiration from the Chinese or the Koreans, I must say the cheese-laden menu are among the best I've ever tasted.
Now, if there's something they can do about the terribly slow-moving queue outside...

I like the style of the restaurant because it's unique, and it's all about the cheese. A few things though, the waiting time to get in is quite long if you don't get there so early. My friend and I arrived at about 4 o'clock and the line was already quite filled. In relation, the space is quite small (though now I think they've extended to another room). I just hope there would be a bigger space next time because the place deserves more customers.

The garlic soy cheesy chicken was definitely delicious. The chicken was really soft to chew. The melted cheese was heavenly! It had its own seasoning which really went well with the chicken. The spicy noodles with spam and cheese was alright.
Though I'd recommend you to order the spicy noodles with your cheesy chicken. Its nice to have a warm spicy soup to match a thick cheesy chicken. I also recommend cutting the chickens in half and putting the cheese on top the chicken and allow it to melt all over the chicken. This gives all the chicken bits a good coverage of the cheese. As soon the cheese melts, turn the stove off as you might burn the cheese like we did ๐.

One of the sought-after restaurants here in the metro. So because of that, expect people to flock this place. Going there, you can easily spot this place because of their infamous "Red Door" and maybe also for the long line of people waiting outside. The food is delicious. It's actually worth the wait. Price is also very affordable. The only downside is that the place is very small so I guess they just need to improve on that. But overall, it's a good experience dining here.

We waited 1 1/2 hrs to get inside and another 25 mins to be served. Patience indeed is a virtue. The inside was small yet well-ventilated so it was comfy (see pics). The servers and managers were polite and smiling. They have 3 main dishes only, the Spicy Korean Noodles (with egg, green onions, mushrooms and spam), Cheesy Chix and Cheese Ribs. Among these 3, the noodles was my favorite. It looked simple and something that could be done at home, but I really,really love the combination. It was served first and was huge (good for 3) so we were already half-full when the second dish was introduced. If there's only two of you and you must choose between chicken and ribs, please choose the former. The ribs were mehhh and a bit dry. The chicken (we chose the garlic soy flavor) were flavorful even without the cheese. The rice only costs 10p and 15 for the softdrink so you'd really get a bang for your buck.
Would I come back? Well, only if the line isn't that long anymore. Not worth waiting for almost 2 hrs.
Deductions:
-1 point for the very long wait outside where everyone who's passing by can see you.
-0.5 point for the overpowering cheese taste. I could combine both ribs and chix and probably not know which one I am eating.

We had to come back another day kay tungod sa ka daghan ug tao, wala mi naka paabot sa ako friend kay 2hours nami nag sige lingkod pero hinay kaayu movement sa waiting time. I've been dying to try Fat Dois for months now ever since it started making buzz all throughout Cebu's social media scene. There were several attempts which all failed because we were too famished to wait for the queue. You wouldn't believe how fulfilling it is for me to have finally tried this cheese-lovers haven.
And it did not disappoint! The worst part was waiting but the best is enjoying the cheesy feast which was worth waiting for.
They have three main dishes and of course we ordered everything - you should, too! They are all delicious and worth every penny. The chicken was tender and would perfectly complement the cheese. Their ribs? It almost feels like it melts in your mouth. You definitely have to try their fries. It's excellently cooked with an amazing cheesy garlic dip which is my favorite.
Their price is very reasonable and don't forget to bring your pals with you because it's good for sharing. You'll definitely have an awesome experience and for sure you'll enjoy taking pictures because although the interior design is simple, it's appealing and pleasing to the eyes. I've been hearing Fat Dois from my friends. They've been trying to get in for several times but they always end up disappointed because the restaurant is always full and the line outside is always long.
They never give up though, this time I gave in to the hype and joined them. Store opens at 5:30PM so we went there at 5PM.
The place is cozy, you'll see burners on the tables to keep the food warm. The service crew are accommodating and fast.
Now the food, they only have 3 dishes and all were amazingly delicious! They have the Cheese ribs, Cheesy Chix and the Spicy noodles. We ordered all of them so we can make a better food review.
All I can say is yummy, yummy, yummy!
Now I know why people wait in line, why people go back and why there is still hype. I will definitely be back for more.

Was really curious about what the rave was all about and decided to try it. We arrived at around 8pm and we were 6th in line and we got seated around 9pm. So if you're really that hungry, I would not recommend this place because of the waiting time. When we got seated, the place has a warm and cozy ambiance. Hr waitresses are also very nice. We ordered the much raved about cheesy chix (soy and garlic) and the spicy ramen. Boy, we were not disappointed!
Serving: such a hearty serving for the price. Super sulit!
Taste: didn't disappoint either! The soy and garlic chicken has a very tangy taste that I really like. Combined with mozarella cheese? Woot. The spicy ramen was just that instant ramyun but they put some stuff on it and cheese that gave it a kick.
Overall: our bellies are happy after. The cheese msde it heavier than normal so we barely finished our food (but we did, yay!). Would recommend this to other foodies who are looking for a hole-in-the-wall type of place.

The only reason I gave this a 4.0 is the waiting time for you to be seated and the lack of parking space since it is situated right at the side of the street. It took us an hour and a half just to get in.
On a positive note, food was really good and affordable! We ordered everything on the menu since they only have few. Cheesy ribs and chicken and spicy noodles.. They did not dissapoint our hungry tummies! Worth the wait. :)

Cheesylicious food at a very affordable price! Worth to try together with your friends since the place was really queuing. The place has limited choices but it's worth craving for! Will definitely comeback!! It's just that, the place is too far from home

I can't believe we patiently waited for TWO WHOLE HOURS just to get a table ๐๐๐ Well, we had fun talking so we kinda forgot the time until they called us in. Patience is the key here, guys.
The place is small and tables are placed close to each other. The menu is very straightforward and we chose spicy noodles (it's like a cheap version of ๋ถ๋ ์ฐ๊ฐ and I love it!), kimchi rice, cheesy chixs (in garlic soy) with extra cheese, and French fries. Didn't really have to wait long for our orders to arrive and we had fun with mixing the melted cheese with the chicken. Servings are good for a group, tbh. Though, if you're a big eater then go for it! ๐ We had to have our leftovers wrapped because we couldn't finish it all.
Personally, I enjoyed the kimchi rice and the spicy noodles the most. Especially as the spicy noodles kind of reminds me of budae jjigae. I wasn't too fond of the cheesy chixs in garlic soy (will try other flavors next time) as I found the sauce/coating too salty for my taste.
Overall, I enjoyed my first experience and would love to go back (๋ถ๋์ฐ๊ฐ!!! ์์์์!!!) someday. Hopefully I won't have to wait for 2 hrs before I can be seated, lol.
ambience and customer service is not so impressive hence the 4 ratings. the restaurant is in the smaller side which can only accomodate aroun 4-5 group of customers(12-15 persons I guess) at the same time. theyre also not giving clear instructions on how to cook their noodles properly, and I kept on asking if they have any potholders that we can use to swap the cooking plates for reheating since only one stove is provided for each table regardless of how many dishes you have ordered. Make sure also to reserve seats in advance via telephone to avoid waiting in long lines.
Now lets talk about their food. They may not taste greeeat as they look(very instagrammable), they are delicious nonetheless. And the mozarella cheeese which I love made the chicken tastes great . I havent enjoyed the ribs that much though I was expecting it to be very soft as what youll experience in Casa Verde's.

Went here last month but forgot to give a review. Hahaha.
When I first heard about it from my friends I didn't even like to try it. However after numerous pictures surfaced and some of my friends actually trying it out, I gave in.
We planned to eat there after our last class but I told my friends to go ahead. I was told that the waiting list was extremely long. You had to wait more than an hour just to get seated. Which was apparently true since the place itself was VERY small. (They are renovating right now soooo maybe not anymore).
Once we were seated we ordered and I actually appreciated that the menu was small. Which meant that these were really specialties. We ordered everything on the menu and was pleasantly surprised that the servings were huge. The flavors did not disappoint as well! Really delicious! I'd say it was really worth the money.
It was seriously a great night and I do plan on going back once renovations are done. That was really the only downside to the place and since they're taking care of it. I see no reason to not change this rating then!
Ambiance: The place was so small that you have to wait for hours outside (near the road, which was not really good). Lucky us, we were first on the list. I would suggest that you come around 5PM ish to have your name listed first.
Food: the food was good for its price. Two dishes we ordered were good for 2-3 people. Depends on your appetite though lol. Each dish were less than 200 php
Overall it was good. Would definitely come back. Rated 4.5 because of the people outside complaining it took them long to get in. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ they should have a proper waiting area and a bigger space maybe?
The place maybe small but the food is great. We tried everything on the main menu and I'd give two thumbs up for the three. I'm looking forward for Fat Dois to expand to get more customers. ( I have already recommended you to my friends btw ๐ )

When you get here you have to make sure that you write your name on the list. We waited and was one of the first few to be seated. We ordered and it took quite a while for our first order to arrive which was the spicy noodles. We also ordered their garlic soy chicken and fries. All in all it was a great food experience. And the overall expense doesn't punch a hole in your wallet.
Waiting time can be long, better do there before 5:30 and list your name or reserve ahead.
Price range is affordable. Food is great. We've ordered cheesy chixs and ribs.
This is a great place for cheese lover out there. If you happened to be nearby, why not visit this place
Place is a bit small, food is good but not great, really looks tatsy basing on the photos but it is worth trying. The spicy ramen was good same as their chicken but the ribs was meh. The service is really good and they know how to treat their customers well. For me the price is really affordable and is bang for your buck. What you pay is typically what you good. Over all totally not bad but some what quite good.
Went here last night to try their dishes and it was so delicious! Loved their cheesy chicken in garlic soy (can't stop picking on the cheese ๐
) and if you have some sinus or cold, the Spicy Ramyun with Spam and egg will definitely stop the blockage on your nose. Shouldn't order their Cheese Ribs if you're watching out on you diet since the cheese and pork will definitely boost up the unwanted fats. Only set back is the waiting time since there's only a small space, you need to wait for an available table outside, but they do provide chairs and once you're next, they'll take your orders so you won't wait too long for the foods to be served.

Went there yesterday around 6:00 pm and they were already a lot of people waiting. There are chairs outside their store.
While waiting, the staff took our order. We ordered Spicy noodles and Cheesy Chix in Spicy (my friend and I just love spicy food)
The staff were really friendly and smiling. We were able to get inside the restaurant @ 7:00 PM. Good thing they took our order beforehand and after 5 minutes of being seated they served our food.
Their serving is really big and is good for 2-3 people. Really worth your money. They could have an option to serve regular rice or Korean rice. I like to use chopsticks when eating Korean-inspired food and it would be helpful since I kept on switching from chopsticks to spoon & fork just so I can eat rice.
The cheesy chix is quite too salty for me but it was delicious. Definitely going back to this place to try their ribs. Worth every penny you'll be paying.
The place is small, hence the waiting, I'm not sure how many customers Fat Dois can accommodate but it's small. I think this is part of their marketing strategy as it gives an air of exclusivity to diners.

I honestly have the patience if the food is worth it. In Fat Dois, it is indeed worth it. The line is quite long, and of course, dinners are not done in a hurry. We went there around six-thirty to seven in the evening and ate around 9 to ten, so imagine? Hahaha.
Fat Dois is such a petite place that suits it and does not at the same time. It seriously needs a larger place and more tables, but by its mini interior makes the place unique and sort of a trademark.
The small resto has 3 viand that are heavenly by its own right. If you're a cheese lover, you will especially love this place.
I recommend going there by 4. Order all and you'd be full and not have empty pockets. We spent around 199 each for everything. Worth it, if you have the patience. ๐
