The food is to die for and the ambiance and service is amazing! I love their Hot Chick, a spicy barbecue chicken dish with unlimited rice and ice tea. I went to have around 3 more refills for my rice ahahaha so worth it..
Tip: put a little of soy sauce and ginger sauce in your rice and it's amazing!!!

Their white chicken is highly recommendable! Ordered japchae, white chicken and their fish fillet and paired it with their berry delights. They also serve unlimited rice so it's a good place to go for rice-lovers out there. Service is fast and the entire place is welcoming.
Review Deck: Hainanese Delight

There are two things I’ll remember when I return to Cebu on a Holiday Vacation. First, not to book a flight back in the morning to the city on the 2nd day of the first month. Apparently, I found myself on queue of endless giddy passengers from the airport causing me to take a bus ride en route SM to get me a descent cab. Second, to pay visit to a Singaporean restaurant at Parkmall - Hainanese Delight.
Delightful discovery indeed. I was in the mood of just about anything because I was extremely hungry from the wait time at the airport and travel. And Hainanese Delight was initially underwhelming from the outside. It’s pink, white and light caramel brown signages didn’t jump off as interesting. But am so glad I took shot because now am up for a Singaporean foodfest.
Hainanese (chicken) rice is a dish that originated in Hainan province in southern China. Since then, it has evolved into table staples across Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore with different variations.
The chicked is poached in sub-boiling water along with salt and spices. Then, the stock is skimmed off the fat and liquid, along with ginger and garlic are used to cook the rice known as Hainanese rice.
Hainanese Delight offers an unlimited Hainanese rice on its rice meals that comes with white chicken, chicken bbq (also in spicy option), beef, pork and dumplings for only P149 with drink. If you are in the mood for tasty noodles in chicken, pork and laksa soup, this place is a must try. The dessert selection is also peek worthy. I’ve tasted their buchi (my all time favorite chinese dessert) and this is comparable to the the more established chinese joints in taste. You may also dig into their choco mousse, panna cotta and mango float.

I enjoyed this place a lot. I like how they have veggie options that are tasty. I enjoyed their radish cake, it was a bit spicy but still very tasty. Would come back again.
Hainanese Delights took me back to Singapore!
I absolutely loved the mixture of sweet and spicy flavors that tickled my taste buds. What surprised me most was their Ginger tea. I'm not a tea person and was honestly expecting a strong gingery concoction but I was pleasantly surprised with what I tasted. Would love to go back!
Here are other things I liked about Hainanese Delights:
📍Their servings are big enough for sharing.
📍Prices are pocket-friendly.
📍They have unlimited Hainan Rice for rice meals and complimentary soup.
📍Flavorful yet mild dishes
📍Budget meals (with drink) priced at P69 to P89
Love the big servings! Place is cozy so it might not be able to accommodate a real big group. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. We came for food and it didn't disappoint.
This past couple of days i've been reminiscing about my trip to Singapore. One of the things that was impressed to me on my trip there was the food. I started to crave it, luckily Hainanese delights serves Singaporean fare so I decided to quell my cravings with it. Once you get in you'll see a mural photo of the Mandarin Bay Sands at the side. I ordered the Hainanese Chicken. The chicken comes in a sweet soy sauce broth. And if you're really hungry you're in luck, this dish comes with unlimited rice. You don't have to go to Singapore to try the authentic one because this one tastes really close to the ones i've tried. Little tip: there are sauce containers on the side of your table, mix the soy sauce and the chili paste. It gives your tounge a new flavor if you do get bored with the original one.
