Have been a fan of Pho since a few years ago. Overall, this place serves simple pho with rice noodles and beef. What I want to suggest is that they give chopped red chili peppers to give additional spice for those who love their pho a little spicy (aside from the usual sriracha)

So we ordered grilled chicken and fried rolls as well as noodles with my classmates after shufting exam week. We eat here before we go to the escape room at breakout here in Shangri-la. The food was amazing, the bowl was huge and it was sulit! Recommended for foodie pips out there.
Great food and great service. I always come here for their classic pho.. i found that fried spring rolls are best with the same dip from the fresh.. even their fried chicken is considerably good with the dip provided, a bit tangy n sweet just as how I like. Shangrila branch has the nicest crew, my requests are not taken for granted, i don't have to repeat myself, and they ask nicely for anything else I need.
Spring rolls are the bomb and the food is good for sharing with family or friends. Here, their phos are good but it is better if you eat it quickly or else the noodles will get soggy.
I have never been a fan of pho noodle soup but my family loves it. To be fair the food here is good but not my cup of tea. I never really enjoyed Vietnamese food. According to my partner and family, the beef pho-noodle soup is good. You get your money's worth and fills you up instantly. I usually order the tenderloin beef with rice. When I ate here last week. I was disappointed since the serving was lesser compared to what I was used to when I was eating here years ago.
Pho is great. I think it is one of the most refreshing hot food i’ve tried. Staff are very kind. Price is okay, not bad. Ambiance is so-so, it is a place where you just eat and go immediately after.
Pho Hoa is my go to place when I need a quick light dinner with no frills attached! I absolutely love their Pho Bo Ko (Php 295 for small / Php 320 for large) - The large portion is good for sharing when you are not too hungry. My second favorite and I think their best seller is the shrimp pomelo salad (Php 275). It’s a must try if you dine here. The service at the Shangri-La branch is always prompt no matter what time you visit and deliciously consistent taste. Must visit for pho lovers :)
Best pho! Love everything especially the soup, beef brisket and mushroom balls. But don’t order the bahn mi because that’s a disappointment for me.

Maybe I was ordering the wrong food everytime I visit Pho Hoa? I'm not really crazy over their Veit noodle soup. For me, Pho Hoa is like a "fastfood" restaurant that offers healthier Veitnamese food choices.
Unlike in Eastwood, this branch is smaller and has an open layout which makes diners visible to the passersby. Located just a few steps away from the cinema area makes them a good option if you want to have a quick meal before watching a movie.
My personal favorites are the following:
-Goi Tom Xoai (mango prawn salad)
-Com Thit Nuong Cha Gio (grilled pork and fried spring rolls)
-Chien Mut Ot (fried squid with chili and green onion)

Good beef noodle soups and vermicelli bowls. Kitchen needs to be cleaner. Baby roach in pomelo salad. Waitstaff are gems especially Alfred and Rachel.
Great service for me is fast service. Our food arrived in less than 10 mins. The dish is piping hot, just the way I want it. I'm giving a perfect rating because they have basil. Which is often not available when you order pho in some other branches.
A very nice vietnamese restaurant that serves very large portions. This also applies to their juices and you should be careful.in case you are heading to the cinema. I am not vietnamese food expert but I found their beef pho soup excellent. It is their signature dish as it seems. The restaurant is always full so I trust it is a good sign. Very reasonable prices but service not particularly nice.
Been craving for Fresh Spring Rolls (Php155) and I could probably eat 2 servings of this and Pork Brochette (Php165). My only issue for both orders was the serving size was smaller. 😢
Sometimes you just want to enjoy a delicious and well-balanced meal before watching a movie. This happened to me when we were at Shangri-La Plaza Mall for a private screening. Since the movie begins at 9:30pm, we decided to look for a restaurant near Shang Cineplex. That is where we saw Pho Hoa.

Had dinner here last night and it was a simple treat. For starters, we had the
Fried rolls and lettuce wrap - the spring roll itself, though it had veggies in it, was tasty and seasoned right it doesn't so much taste like just vegetable at all. The lettuce also balanced the fried-ness of it (you get what I mean). The vinegar it was served in goes very well with it too.
Grilled pork and spring rolls with rice - the
Pork just like any grilled pork meat with seasoning. It's a safe order for anyone who likes pork. It was also served with vinegar which is just right. With the rice and the spring rolls, the serving is actually huge for the one with a normal/regular appetite.
Beef soup bowl - perfect..will keep coming back to this. I guess what completes this soup experience is the adding of the basil leaves into the soup when it is served. You also get to season it with lemon and sriracha so you actually can control the taste of your food before even adding in the mongo sprouts. Beyond the food, it's the experience that will make you come back for more.

Everybody needs a good Pho!
Pho are one of my favorite Vietnamese food. And Pho Hoa delivers a good pho with it's rich broth, nice variety of meats, fresh herbs, lime and bean sprouts.
I'm always conscious to pronounce "pho" correctly. It's not pronounced as "fo" but as "fa" like saying the "F"-word.
Pho Hoa offers a hodge podge of Vietnamese cuisine staples that unfortunately falters in character for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience.
The spring rolls (fresh and fried) are good but the serving is too small.
I'm not happy with the Fish with caramelized sauce considering the dory is not a good substitute for catfish and the sauce was too oily. Not worth ordering.
Good dishes were the Crispy Noodles, Beef Brisket stew with Garlic bread, crispy squid, Beef Tenderloin, and the stuffed chicken wings. I wouldn't recommend the crepe with mangoes and vanilla ice cream though. The crepe was falling apart and the mangoes were too sour.
Unfortunately, service needs improvement. The wait staff didn't refill our water and didn't have the urgency to buss out our tables considering their tables were small and easily cramped.

Pomelo Shrimp Salad (P295) this salad has big serving size. It has shrimps and pomelo, shredded crab meat, peanuts on tops, and lettuce. #favorite
Hot & Sour Pho (P395) we got the large bowl split into 2. We often have this favorite bowl of ours. It has shrimps, pineapple, squid, tomatoes, and other veggies, served with bean sprouts & basil leaves. The soup is mild spicy. I really enjoy this noodle soup. Its healthy and it has shrimps 🙀
Verdict: classic favorites ! No doubt with this place, Its always a happy tummy. Serving size is worth noting.
Pho Hoa has not only made a name for years but also made Vietnamese cuisine more prominent. The branch here at Shangri-La is probably one of their busiest. I've always seen it full because it is one of the go to in the cinema area.
Their healthier pick, Vermicelli Bowl again. Since I am sharing it my sister, Happy, I got the larger one for just Php 50 more. The serving size is significantly more and can be shared by up to 3 hungry people.
I just love the fresh Spring Roll paired with their amazing peanut butter blend sauce. The Grilled Chicken is as satisfying with very tasty vibe. The fresh veggies and vermicelli noodles make it a must have.

Probably because I was there when the mall is about to close that is why I noticed the crew arranging the utensils for the night and the condiment containers. I noticed them doing a very good cleaning. It's good knowing the crew doing good cleaning practices. It tells me they're doing a clean job in the kitchen as well.
This is the closest you can get for an authentic Bahn Mi! Freshly made upon order. Serving size is good for one ( but I can consume two ☺). I love eating it with Sriracha and hoisin sauce. Definitely a must try in Pho Hoa.
This is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant that has become quite underrated. It's actually a pretty good menu selection. My favorite thing to order here is the Tong Po Pork with rice or the pork stew with bean curd and rice. These dishes are the mealy kinds and is sure to satisfy your every craving. The tong po pork as far as I remember takes quite long to cook because it's grilled and marinated in a sticky sauce with lemon grass garnish that gives me a tingly sensation. Meanwhile, the pork stew and bean curd is also one of a kind with steamy white rice. The sauce isn't too salty and the pork is tender and soft which makes it pretty easy to finish quickly.
Pho Hoa is one of those simple Vietnamese restos that need more customers, like seriously...
I love Pho Bo Kho.. It's my favorite beef noodles.. The flavor and everything in it is wonderful. Viet chicken salad is the next favorite, the vietnamese vinaigrette is so good. Then the goi cuon the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce is another appetizer that i like. This is my usual order whenever i eat here, my comfort food.. It makes me happy eating here. Not too expensive and has the right amount of servings.
What can I say, they're the Vietnam cuisine king around here. And they've got the best noodle salad in town. Must try.
