We went to Racks, Megamall Branch around 8pm Dec 30 2017, and let me tell you, we ordered a lot of things. Thanks to Daph, she gave us the best experience possible; it was perfect. She was very attentive to my requests, and provided solutions for whatever I desired. She made my night, problem free! Mac was good too. Thank you Mac!
If I had arrived earlier, I am sure I would have availed myself to even better seats. Also I encountered a clogged sink. Unfortunately, there is nothing I think I could do to drain it without getting myself touching icky stuff, I think.
The food is delicious. Let me start with their table sauce: you can taste one drop of their table sauce, and you'll be able to taste a lot wonderful barbecue flavors all at once. I would certainly buy a bottle if they marketed it. The food served was prompt. In fact, we weren't able to do any idling tasks we planned. Soup was good. I probably can't say I had an easy time eating the salad. Then came our main course: The U.S. Rib Eye is delicious! I'm sure others have written an excellent detailed appraisal of this U.S Rib Eye, and I would just have to agree.
However if I had to choose between Chilis and Racks based on size/thickness of the US Rib Eye, I would choose Chilis. The price of the Rack's US Rib Eye however is great enough that one may enjoy it at a more economic value. (about 300 pesos off!)
Then I had the Mississippi Mud Pie. Although I have never seen one before, this recommendation truly was spot on. Rack's Mississippi Mud Pie taste good in the 3 ways of its composition: Ice Cream, the Mud Pie, and then the Chocolate cream on the side. I googled Mississippi Mud Pie later, and I must say, Rack's Mississippi Mud Pie doesn't look like the initial google search results. It doesn't matter I guess?
We ordered other various sides like Corn Bread, & Fries. Great as well! These fries are the real chips I know - they are thick and has substantial potato. I have never tried corn bread before and I must say, it's good.

Me together with my family dine in Robinsons Manila Branch after a very long day in the office. We ordered some starters, clam chowder and ofcourse their famous Baby Back Ribs. The best ribs in town!
Aside from their mouthwatering food, their customer service is equally great! We are assisted by Rod and his Manager Jomar and have provided a very warm welcome to us. Food were served on time and all of our requests were provided efficiently!
Its always a great time dining in Racks. I will surely come back and bring more friends and loved ones! :-)

Me and my family had a great time at Racks Moa last sunday. We are a frequent diner of Racks but its our first time in Moa. We actually hesitated to dine because it was full house. But to our surprise, the food was great as always and most of all, a great service was given despite the busy shift. Staff are very friendly and ensured that we got everything we needed and a guy who seemed to be a supervisor even checked on us asking how we were and made a little chat which made us feel very welcomed. The staff are surely tired from their work but it never showed in their faces. It seems that they are very happy with what they do and it gave a very enjoyable atmosphere which sets it apart from the other branches.

It has been awhile since I had a taste of Racks! Definitely the whole experience made more memorable due to the great customer service of the both Ms. Roxie and Ms. Ruth. The team went out of their way to serve an order! Corporate headquarters was also fast to connect us for a small order it was very rare to find great customer customer service !
Ribs are just pull apart tender and their barbecue sauce is bomb! This has been me and my boyfriend’s go-to rib place since we’ve started dating ten years ago.
Still the best ribs in town, ive tried the competition, i still prefer Racks Ribs.. :)

The food is very scrumptious and their famous baby back ribs really slides off the bone easily. Combined with their own barbeque sauce, the whole baby back ribs experience is quite amazing.
The side dish options are also very appetizing. Would recommend trying their pasta salad and mashed potatoes to match their baby back ribs. You can also try their potato salad and mac & cheese sides.
We also tried their chicken which was surprisingly delicious and tender, although we were not a fan of its partner sauce as it was too spicy for the chicken.
Overall, the whole dining experience is ok.
We ordered 1 full rack of baby back ribs and steak 🥩 to complete our meal we start it of with mushroom soup. It was such a delight. We went there early during Mother’s day. We are expecting families to flood this dining area. It’s a “go-to” place on occasions such as this. Everything was great rubs and steak were perfect. Customer service is very good. Friendly and accommodating.

Racks reputation for tender meat is undeniably good. Their fall off the bone dishes are awesome and will leave your taste buds wanting for more even if you're full.
I really like their Beef Ribs and Classic Pork Ribs. Both are tender yet succulent even after long period of time to soften the meat. Their own BBQ Sauce with regular and spicy varieties are very good too making your meat (whatever it is you order) more special. The southern style chicken is also good. Sides we've tried are Corn on the Cob, Mac and Cheese and Coleslaw. The Mac and Cheese is very good partner if you're eating meat. It compliment well with the strong meaty flavor while the Corn and Coleslaw makes your taste buds go back to neutral thus making you crave for more meat.
If you’re not into large chunks of meat you can try their pastas. I’ve tried their Bacon Aglio Olio which is really exceptional. Tip on eating this: you should eat the pasta with the bacon to taste the balance of the whole plate.
What makes me give Racks a full 5/5 rating? Their Mississippi Mudpie! We’ve been to many Racks branches and every stop we never miss to order their Mississippi Mudpie. To simplify, this is just our all-time favorite dessert. It is just that good that one isn’t enough. The mudpie is very addicting making us crave for it from time to time. We even go to other branches just to order a mudpie on multiple occasions.
Lastly, their Applepie ala Mode is also worth the try if you don’t want your desserts to be very sweet.
Overall, you can never regret spending on Racks, I would suggest you order their Southern Favorite Platter if you're going here for the first time.

It’s time to celebrate Oktoberfest at Racks, the long-time rib joint favorite, with the beer match dishes they have recently launched. BBQ GLAZED BACON PLATE, PHP 395 (or 7.29 USD). Grilled bacon slabs smothered with a savory Racks BBQ glaze are ridiculously good. However, it has a strong flavor on its own so pairing it with beer is a match made in heaven. As for your beer choices, you can’t go wrong with any San Miguel beer.

After all these years, I’m glad Racks is till open! Because sometimes I crave for pork ribs and specifically for Racks because I like their bbq sauce (regular mixed with just a drop or two of the spicy one because warning it really is spicy, but yummy so I’ve gotta have even just a little bit). I also enjoy their wide selection of side dishes. I don’t think I have a favorite because it depends on my mood if I’m craving for carbs or veggies.
After attending mass last Sunday my boyfriend and I chose between racks and peri peri.Both restaurant seems so bc that day. We decided to pick racks between peri peri cause from menu stand outside their store, a tall guy(forgot his name) immediately approach us and told that there’s still available couch inside. It took us long time to order because it’s our first time to try racks so we call the attention of the server named meann to help us with the menu. We ended up ordering their classic pork ribs half rack because of her suggestion that if I preferred a ribs with some fats on it that would be a perfect choice. After taking our order my boyfriend change his mind he wanted our order to be full rack. So we call again meann if its still possible to change our order to full rack. She immediately go to the kitchen and ask I think its her supervisor but same uniform🤔 came back again to our table and said “yes mam okay lang po hinabol ko lang sa kitchen”. But we realize that she already punched our first order so we decided again to stick with half rack medyo makulit na kame but we’re glad that meann didn’t showed us any signs ng irita or naiinis factor na madalas sa mga bc na restaurants and we saw that were not the only table that she was assisting. Finally food came, classic pork ribs is so tender just the right portion of fats on it perfect combination with their own style bbq sauce with some extra hot sauce. We will definitely be back not just for the great food but also with the great service that we had in this branch. Food is nothing without great service though.
We ordered a platter for six and we were quite disappointed of their proportion but the taste of the ribs and all are really good and juicy. Though i wouldn't recommend this restau, if you're really hungry and have a tight budget.
Had dinner tonight with my fam, kahit ata saang Racks (SM Fairview, MOA) kami kumaen, di padin nagbabago syempre yung binabalik balikan at love naming fall of the bone steak and their original bbq sauce, kaso medyo lumiit na yung serving nila hmppp, tapos nawala nadin ata yung blue plates nila or pang weekdays lang yun.
This place has serves awesome baby back ribs. I love how tender and juicy it is. However, their carbonara seems bland for my taste and the chunky chili soup has too much beans. It hasn’t lived up to its purpose, which is being a soup🤭Good thing the onion brick saved it all😬😬😬

Tried to date my girlfriend at racks megamall last thursday. The staff named tony made our date perfect like we have our own server no need to ask for water and iced tea refill. We were also impressed with how delicious the food was! Thank you! We will definitely back here.
A lot of things changed when they reopened.
First of all, the new place is so much spacey. You can run within the new place. They can serve or accomodate a lot of people now.
Service is still the same. Sometimes they're attentive, sometimes they're not.
Food, is still good. Still loving their barbeque sauce.
A place that fits group gathering. Their Surf and Turf group meal is a great deal for 8 persons. Ribs and fillet are well-cooked. You can choose 3 side dishes which blend the main course. I love their bolognese pasta. Around 400pesos will satisfy your hungry tummy. Bring your friends to save more for your group. :))

The year 2017 marked the year where I returned to working full time once again, effectively limiting the media events that I can attend. I honestly don't mind because I really love my job and the company I work for, not to mention media events have lost the sense of "exclusivity" it once had. Classic Ribs (half, ₱555) - Among all the other ribs I've tried, I think Racks' ribs are still the best so far. I liked that their ribs weren't drenched in too much BBQ sauce (like the ribs in RB CTY, which got me into "umay" level too soon) nor were they too dry. They were cooked and seasoned just perfectly so the texture was tender and juicy enough.
Southern Fried Chicken (half, ₱380) I liked the chicken, and I was glad it had no blood so it means the chicken was indeed cooked to perfection. A fried chicken with the raw blood inside is a big turn-off for me! Big, but not too plump which was a good thing. Very crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The buttermilk biscuits slathered with butter and honey were good too!
Both sides, the Coleslaw Salad and the Potato Salad (regular, ₱60 each) made great accompaniments to the ribs.
Service was a little off, but the food (and the nice interiors as well) compensated it.

We ordered Clam Chowder (unfortunately, I wasn't able to take picture of it), Baby back ribs - our usual order "the fall of the bones", Onion rings - which has very generous servings of onion stacked like a brick with two dips and Carbonara. Overall, we loved it.
My all-time fave rib place!! 🐷🐷🐷 You'll never fail with Racks for just a simple date or a family dinner. But for this year, this is the 3rd time that their java rice ain't available. Wrong timing at its finest, but this is still the best.
Had a Southern Fried Chicken meal for lunch, one of their affordable weekday specials selection. Two pieces of tasty, inside and out, chicken served with spaghetti bolognese. For the price, it was all worth it, flavourful meat and crispy skin, salty with a hint of pepper. Gravy is good as well. The meal comes with a glass of dalandan juice.
If you're looking for a cheap but great lunch, this is the place to go.
I recently got a challenge through Zomato on taking the best food of their newest offering, Pork Sriracha Ribs. Recently, I've grown even more fascination in photography, so I scheduled today as the visit Racks and take photos day, day.
For Php 445 for a quarterly order with two sides of choice, and for one person, it seemed pricey. But as you enjoy the meal, you find the slab packed with meat, without almost any fat nor bones. Its flavor was signature with only a slight presence of the Sriracha. It could definitely use more of it so that it bring its true representation of Sriracha as giving a bold spice.
Don't forget to indulge on their sauces too, the regular and spicy. The latter is way hot though so I suggest pairing with the regular for a nice balance.
The store was packed today. Racks still remain a major ribs player despite ample competition. The new Pork Sriracha was a good addition to get Racks to be more noticed by you and me.
Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices and really decent food here at Racks Ortigas Branch.
My first choice everytime we have family gatherings.

Hello! Lovely lunch today! Please give our thanks to the waiters for the great services. We tried the Southern Fried Chicken my goodness I really loved it! it had that saltiness and crispiness that I was really looking for. It was crispy on the outside and super duper juicy on the inside. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We highly recommend it.
Enjoyed our time here. Mouthwatering ribs and the onion rings are the best!👌🏼 and the service is also really good, friendly staff, always asking if we needed anything.
Still hungry from our failed breakfast at the Early Bird, hubby and I had some errands to run at the mall. With our tummies grumbling, we decided to have lunch at Racks.
We shared one item:
Premium Boneless Pork - this came with our chosen sides (Corn on the Cob for him, French Fries for me) and we just ordered extra rice to go with it. The taste is consistent; the meat tender, juicy, and flavorful. However, it was less fatty than we have wanted. :D But we were not complaining.
We left satisfied and happy. Finally, a good meal that does not break the bank. :)
One comment for improvement, though: their servers need to be more attentive. We had to call different waitstaff more then three times just to refill our soda glass and to ask for condiments.
Our family always dine here because we love their ribs and other house specialties. The baby back ribs is a must try especially when combined with their own blended sauce :)
Racks will always be our favorite go to restaurant as a family. We usually order the platter but today we tried something different. ;) I love their pork ribs!!!! I would recommend you try out their holiday platter. It sounded promising. We'll order that next time 😍
Racks has been part of our family celebrations. And never failed our craving taste buds. We always order their racks samplers with tender mouthwatering pork beef and chicken slabs which melts in your mouth. A really must try restaurant. And I. Won't mind waiting on a very long line for their specialties.
Racks never fail to fill our hungry belly with full rack of classic pork ribs these can feed 4-5 person depending on the appetite and with 2 sides that comes with. Service and waiting time is fast.

My go-to place whenever I'm craving for ribs. I like how juicy and tender their baby back is. Their southern fried chicken is also good, crispy and juicy.
Usually, we would only eat here because of large gathering since their food is really good for family and friends to have a get together. But, we tried to dine here for two and it was great. Their famous ribs are the best. Any kind of it. It was tender and flavorful. Chicken was at its best. Big portions having a different hint of spice.
The downside for me though is their service. I was lucky that we seated inside their store. I saw a group outside waiting for them to be served for minutes and as a result they got pissed. Since they were seated on the outside corner, they're not easily seen. Hope that they would have a better customer service though.
My favorite steak house. They serve the best platters good for four of for the whole family. Been a family thing before to eat here and im happy after all the years, im still eating here

Racks is very reliable when it comes to wholesome meals my family can enjoy. With this particular branch, however, I noticed that serving sizes have shrunk, particularly for its side dishes. Classic pork ribs remain a favorite, though. We also usually go for corn bread rather than the garlic bread; try dipping it in the cheese sauce if you ordered mac and cheese or cheesy brocolli.
Racks Baby Ribs will always be one of the best ribs in the Metro. A bit pricey for their serving but overall still okay, given that the ribs are legit. (Tender and meaty) Sides are awesome too. Just be patient because Racks Megamall is almost always packed. Be ready to fall in line.

Whenever I visit Racks I order their Onion brick (no kidding when we say it is one of the best.) and their glazed Memphis baby's.
Both is enough to send me flying to cloud nine of pure gastronomic bliss. Their sauce is also the bomb!

Been eating at racks since I was younger. They serve good baby back ribs and their sauce is one of the best. I recommend their chili con Carne and their garlic scampi pasta.
Racks relocated from the 3rd floor to 4th floor of SM Megamall. I don't usually eat here but when I do, I never forget to order their Onion Brick, best onion rings in town. Their ribs are melt-in-your-mouth, fall-off-the-bone, juicy and hefty servings. Although the price is a bit steep, it can be worth-it.
