Great food, as always. Definitely our favorite samgyupsal place. Been to different branches but the service in Megamall is superb! Our server Jessica was super quick and always on her toes. She was really attentive to our needs and consistently asked if anyone needs a refill. The rest of the servers were also great. I highly recommend the service and this place.
The food is always good at Soban. My mother really enjoyed the food and the experience.
However this branch is quite small and the service was less good than all the other ones I've tried before (Makati, BGC and Eastwood).
The meat was thicker than your usual kbbq, but despite it being thick it does not make you feel full immediately.
They offered real korean foods here at Soban! great and friendly staffs 👍✨

We took a break from the usual unli meat offered by K-bbq joints and decided to have samgyeopsal here in Soban. The quality of meat is great, the serving size is enough to keep our tummies full. Only downside in our visit is the slow service.
Overall, the experience is great and we would love to go back here.

It's my first time eating at a Korean Bbq resto that doesn't offer unli meat and I have to say, the quality is top notch. From the meats up to the Banchans, I really enjoyed it so much. I'm definitely gonna go back for that Black Pepper Samgyupsal, pickled cucumbers, Kimchi, and that Kimchi Rice. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who crazes for Korean Bbq. Kudos 👍👍

The Mega Meat Set was everything! 🤤 Sure, it's so easy to compare menus from other Korean restaurants by contrasting who offers unlimited meats or not, but this is one of those instances where it cannot be helped but to favor quality over quantity; as quality was what we got served with when we got dined during this visit, through an exclusive invite from Zomato. I wasn't able to get the individual names of the meats we got, but each was really good on its own, that I completely ignored the lettuce basket, and immediately went for the cups of rice, all at first whiff of the smoke from the grill. The side dishes were also great accompaniments to all the meats! I personally preferred the candied peanuts with anchovies! Sweet, and salty goodness! The servers were also on their toes the whole time, manning the floor making sure all that was attended to for our tables were taken cared for. We all finished full, and some even had left overs that they cannot finish further after overeating. Unlimited meats, what? 😂 As a takeaway, they also handed all of us foodies gift certificates, so as one can imagine everything was a win-win situation for everyone!
Value for money! The two of us were already full just ordering 2 medium meats and 1 small meat. Fyi, here is the size to gram info: small (120g), medium (180g), and large (240g). This applies to all meats. Great place if you're specifically craving for wraps!

Soban has to be one of the best korean bbq grill in town. It provides you with a wide variety of meat selections together with a large selections of korean cuisines to try.
It sets itself apart from other bbq grill places by providing you with a preminium selection of meat. In addition, their sides have one of the best flavors. A must try is their Haemul Pajeon.
Finally, staffs were very nice. Our servers, Jerick and Gela, were everything you could ask for in a staff. They were attentive, and nice.
Overall, Soban has found the perfect combo of flavor + dish variety + staff efficiency and attitude. We definitely are visitin again.

One of the most reasonable ala carte Korean bbq restaurants. First tried soban k town years ago in Greenbelt, we were not satisfied with the service and taste before. But when it opened in Megamall, we gave it another try. Service and taste were much better! Hope they add more side dishes soon.

Had a wonderful experience at this branch. I love their Honey spiced marinated samgyupsal that's why I keep on coming back at this place. Also their side dishes specially the bean sprout salad. Their beef is really soft (Woo Samgyup) and they have plenty of side dishes that can satisfy anyone's taste buds. I also liked the tall glass of iced tea and flavorful cheese melt. Over-all experience is really great. :)

Really good food. Great value for money. Only request is that they allow large order for 2 people. As of now, at least 1 order per person, regardless of size. :) but really great experience. :) love the side dishes too. :)

Meat sets are affordable but what sets them apart with other korean restaurants is their fantastic service. Staffs are really polite, quick and attentive. They have the initiative to ask if you want refill. And when you ask for something, you don't have to tell them again. Been here twice and will surely come back.
Similar to others, you might have to wait (usually atleast 30mins during dinner/weekends) as lines are long. But the branch is within megamall, so you'll surely can pass the waiting time by shopping for other things you need. They will message you if your seats are already available.

Korean Barbecues are all the rage, and it isn't surprising to see one at almost every corner. While most of them offer meat-all-you-can, the Mega Meat Set of Soban K-Town Grill is hearty enough to make you forget about those unlimited options. Priced at ₱500 per head and best enjoyed in twos (or more!), this hefty set includes 4 kinds of meat: USDA Choice Premium Beef Belly (Woo Samgyup), and 3 orders of Pork Belly in Original, Honey Spice and Black Pepper flavors.
What makes Soban different from the other Unli Korean BBQ joints? For one thing, their ventilation is actually so good that you don't leave smelling like smoke and meat as much as the next guy. Their pans are also lined with Teflon, so the meat doesn't stick easily. And speaking of meat, theirs is soft, thick and lean. Sure beats those paper-thin meats that mostly end up burning, huh?
And because I don't eat beef, these are the pork belly flavors that I tried:
🐖 Original: the classic lean meat that lets you get all the pork flavors. You can enjoy it with their sauces— seasoned sesame oil, a sweet sauce or an orangy Korean gochujang sauce that has notes of soybeans mixed with salty, slightly spicy flavors.
🐽 Honey Spice: this marinaded meat features an orangey sauce topped with minced garlic. When grilled, it becomes sweet, salty and a tad bit spicy. Plus points on the prevalent garlicky flavors, which I really like in this dish.
🐷 Black Pepper: an upgrade to the original pork belly, this slab comes seasoned with rock salt and chunks of peppercorns. The result is a heightened peppery taste and an enhanced saltiness. No sauce needed!

The food is very good food. Our servers Mae and Jella was efficient with great personality. The service is fast and efficient. Will definitely be back.
Ordered the large fresh pork belly. Serving size is just right for a full meal. I like the thick slices since it allows the meat to develop a nice crust (caramelized) whereas thin slices tend to cook too quickly and burn instead. The good quality of the Unlimited side dishes is also a plus. Servers were attentive and polite. overall a very nice meal for the price point. Will definitely go back.
2nd time in this branch. I came back for the sulit meals, but I was quite disappointed that I had to ask many times for almost everything. Lettuce, water, refill of ban chan, follow-up of order, etc. I'd say the servers were really nice and friendly, but the service our table got was really slow.

This is our second time to visit Soban in Megamall. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and most importantly, the FOOD is really great. My personal favorite is their pajeon. The meats are spiced right. I love everything about this place. You just have to be ready and be patient with the long queue. Tip: have your name listed and do your errands to pass the time. Someone will call you when you are next in line.
My friends decided to have our mini reunion and post birthday celebration in Soban. We wanted samgyupsal so we chose this place. Food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The beef is premium so we really feel we got what we paid for. I'll definitely go back again.

One of the things I enjoy most about Korean grilling is the communal aspect of cooking and sharing food with friends and family.
The newest branch of Soban K-Town Grill does this well, with fresh or marinaded meats, the fun of banchan or unlimited side dishes, in an efficient, well-ventilated setup.
The menu is a la carte, and hungry folks can order from their newly launched mega meat barbecue set, good for two, which gives you beef belly, pork belly, and marinated spicy chicken. This set has to be ordered for two people at a time, which means that if you’re three or five, come hungry and order a little extra.
Together with friends we sampled both the fresh and marinated pork belly, which comes in several flavours. I really enjoyed it and went back to another branch not long after.
Cooking your food is an option; their extensive menu has other items that come from their kitchen.
Can’t wait to do this again!

Soban is making it's own name and what sets them apart is the quality and freshness of the meat they serve. This should mean that they value their clients well.

You could tell the meat is fresh, clean, tender when cooked and are thick-cut. My favorite is the Beef Belly with chili paste spread on top! It was absolutely good!

Sesame oil - they suggest to use it on Pork Belly.

If you want your samgyupsal fix without the long lines, this is for you. Almost the same price if you are an average eater at the all-you-can eat ones. They offer unlimited side dish, too! Our server Kyle is courteous and gives good customer service. Two thumbs up!
