Food served are worth the price. Serving portions are good for sharing. And their cake offerings are tdf.
Perfect for afternoon catching ups with fellow titas of Manila. Lol.
Chef Roselyn is too good! Great desserts as we all know, but great food too in this outlet! The mushroom dip served with toasted bread and homemade crisps is good. Roast Beef in mushroom sauce served with rice is excellent. Spinach & Mushroom Lasagna is tasty with parmesan cheese. These dishes are good and have wallet friendly prices!
Now for the desserts: ube heart shaped cake is lovely as is the Snickers heart shaped cake
A pleasant surprise find. Although there was no pizza or grill items available due to a broken exhaust fan (?) and no salads available (how that relates to broken exhaust fan I'm not sure) but what we did order was very yummy. Definitely will be back and hopefully the full menu will be available. Cakes are very expensive
I used to frequent Chef Roselyn's Kitchen's Best when I had my office at Karrivin Plaza. KB is best known for their award winning desserts like the White Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake, Chocolate Obsession, Mango Royale and Purple Yam Cake. Among its savories, it is best remembered by the 40-Cloves Chicken, Chicken or Fish Parmigiana, its Beef Belly and Chorizo con Queso appetizer.
For today, I wanted something I haven't tried before, so I asked the waitstaff for guidance. He suggested their Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the Snickers Cheesecake.
The Crispy Chicken Sandwich on ciabatta bread was a revelation. It is similar to Fowlbread's or what Mcdo, KFC, BK and Wendy's crispy chicken sandwich aspire to be. It had not one, not two...but three magnificently breaded and crisped chicken fillets sitting on lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices with melted cheese and mustard and mayo laced ciabatta that was grilled beforehand. It had sidings of super crispy, not oily hand cut fries with ketchup dip. You could either eat it with your hands by flattening it first or be dainty like I did with a knife and fork. Either way, the result is an uber delicious, satisfying bespoke sandwich, especially if you eat the fries alongside.
The Snickers Cheesecake is yumm. It is sinful, sticky, sweet like you're eating the candybar and slapped it on New York Cheesecake. Chocolate and cheese, who's complaining? Definitely, not me!
A hole in the wall restaurant in Chino Roces, a must try, good food and value for money. Love their pastas and desserts, cake are a bit expensive though but worth it.
A hole in the wall along pasong tamo ext. Recommended by a colleague if you want a cozy, quiet place to dine. I loved their Spinach Lasagna. I love its subtle creamy taste. Rich yet you'll feel guiltness because it is a "vegetable" Hahaha
Dessert is good also. Tried the Mango Walnut Meringue and Ube Yam Meringue. I like the texture of the meringue, It has a crunchy mouthfeel with subtle caramel taste.
