Excellent baked cheese tarts! Just the right level of sweetness complementing the tartness of rich cheese. I like the original cheese tarts the best. Blueberry cheese tarts are tasty too!
One of the best cheese tarts I've had! Though it was a bit pricy, I find the products worth it since it felt so heavenly when I took a bite. We tried the classic cheese tart and the strawberry tart. Both exceeded my expectations and we found ourselves buying more.

The highlight of my week --- whose compartmentalized drawer of a packaging alone, left me in awe. Talk about presentation! But the real deal of the situation was its taste --- a perfect symphony of sweet from the milk, meets salty from the Hokkaido cheese! Describing it in words could never do justice, especially if you're up for any cheese tarts. It may have premium written all over it, especially the price, but then again, if you're eating something as authentic as this that's baked, and flown from Hokkaido, Japan almost everyday, then hey, I'm on board!
My first encounter with Bake cheese tart was in tokyo . That is why having seen this In Rockwell was really exciting. Love its crust and the cheese really taste good .yumminess to the last bite.

Hands down THE best cheese tart in the city. I've never been a fan of any cheese tart till I gave Bake a chance. I tried the classic tart, love at first bite it is! not really a fan of chocolate though but after trying the cheese I'm looking forward to try em. I wish they had more branches though but still All praises!
Bake is the best cheesetart in town. Best eaten hot so if you bring them home get your toaster ready.

Loving the NEW Seasonal Chocolate Cheese Tart by Bake. The crust is still their signature crisp base almost lengua de gato like on the edges. The Chocolate is made with San Francisco based Dandelion Chocolate. Refined, not too sweet and priced at a premium but still the most affordable Bake compared to our regional counterparts. So buying at Bake here in Manila is still a winner. Staff was a little cold on the approach, could be a bit more accomodating since i was the lone customer during my visit. A little small talk or engagement won't hurt. Still recommended for the yummy cheese tarts.

Remember when Lord Stows Egg Tart was a big hit? I had always thought a cheese version where it is salty would be nice! BAKE cheese tart has soft cheese centers, and the tarts have a sweet taste that will make you devour it to the last crumb. One con, definitely on the pricey side
This must be the best cheese tart in Metro Manila. I've tried all the different cheese tart brands but they are the best. Fluffy mind and the right amount of balance between the tangy and creamy cheese. While its a bit expensive its definitely woryh it.
I've tried the Original and it's really quite a treat to have. One cheese start is not enough!Ā
On this trip, I tried the Strawberry variety. It's the same creamy and light texture on the filling and a crunch for the crust. With this fruity flavor, you have the salty, sweet and sour touch all at once! Must try!

after dinner from wholesome table... we walked around to look for a dessert place and found the kb cheese tart... i had to stop myself from buying a box of 6 and binge... so i bought 2 and it was good... the cheese tart was soooo yummy! if it wasnāt for my diabetes... iād buy more... but thereās always a next time... š¤š»š¤š»š¤š»
I highly recommend this cheese tart - the best one Iāve tasted here. Taste is consistent every time I buy there. I suggested the cheese tarts to my mom and she bought a box of 6. To sum it up, she and my brother loved it too and we didnāt get to bring the box home as we finished it then and there.
Eaten straight from the oven (literally, I was next door), this was warm, tasty, and oozing with goodness. I couldnāt stop cheesinā!
The size was perfect. After eating a big dinner, I thought I couldnāt eat another bite of anything but this..this was worth it.
Plant has so many new things and I'm so happy BAKE was there. ššš so far these are my favorite cheese tarts! They are so so super soft and they really melt in your mouth. They also have this lemon zest flavor which makes it all the more delicious. I really love these. š
Cheese Tart was yummy. Just had take out as we were dining in the resto beside it. We loved it. Cheese inside was soft and delightful to the taste.

I have had Bake Cheese Tart on different occasions and I've noticed that each time I've gone beyond the sworn single serving. Yes, you will (always) come back for more.Ā
Bake Cheese Tarts are flown in from Japan and baked here in special ovens (that much is obvious). It's better to consume warm or straight from the store but a room temp Bake Cheese Tart is still as magical. I haven't tried it straight from the ref nor the microwave and I don't foresee that from happening anytime soon. They disappear once opened. It's that heavenly. What else can I say?

Sooooo goooood. The best Cheese Tart ever (well ok, for me, and a million of my friends, kidding!). I guess if you like the melt-in-your-mouth kind then this is for you (and me!), eat immediately while hot or re-heat at home. If you like it a bit more firm, eat at room temp. And I guess if you like the cheesecake consistency then eat straight from the fridge. But IMHO, the best way to eat it is hot! Careful as it is delicate when fresh from the oven / store and you wouldnāt want to waste even a crumb (after all itās P95 a tart but oh so worth it!). I tried BAKE first in Hong Kong then in Japan and then someone brought some home for me from Singapore and I can say that BAKE in Manila tastes exactly the same, good job! They said the tarts are flown in from Japan frozen & half baked every other day and then baked again in the store. Writing this review is making me crave for some!
I have great appreciation for minimalist food establishments that do a limited menu or just the one thing, and do it with exacting care and attention to quality. Bake, another Japanese import, is just that sort of place. The cheese tart is warm, creamy and crumbly-delicious. A mite costly at P95 for something that fits in the palm of your hand, but it'll be one of the best mouthfuls you'll enjoy all week.
I only wish they'd provide napkins since the tarts are delicate and can get a bit messy.
Fascinating to know that this Hokkaido-born treat was originally a chilled blueberry cheese tart sold in Sapporo until its debut in a week-long Hokkaido Fair in Singapore inĀ 2011Ā led toĀ a little improvisation and innovation and consequently an unexpected success......
