I really enjoyed eating in this restaurant. The crew and the manager was very friendly and approachable. The manager named Jasmin, was very accommodating. She always asked and assisted us, same with the crew named Naya. They were always there if we need anything else. I hope on my next visit, they will treat us the same way.
The food here was very good also, and delicious. The price was very reasonable. They offered us their new product and it was good. Overall, this restaurant was very good in terms of food and service. 👌

The top of my mind is to order pork ribs single but the male manager offer me the new product called "sweet and sour belly". When I taste it, it was delicious. And when i come back again, I would it again. It was value for money and the presentation is WOW. I really love it. Plus the friendly staff.

It was our first time visiting here in Makati and we didn't know where to eat and the staff were so lovely and welcoming to their store, especially Jemar our server who is so friendly. Enzo the branch manager shows passion for his job and takes good care of everyone with lovely recommendations on their food. They provided us with an unforgettable restaurant experience, the best in Manila!
Regarding the food we ate it, was served very quickly the flavour and quality of food is top notch. We were definitely surprised on how affordable the meal was and we didn't leave with an empty stomach!
We will definitely be visiting again and I highly recommend coming to eat if you are in Circuit Makati!
Jemar was our server. The staff are always friendly. When we are craving for chicken and ribs, we ALWAYS end up here. Iced tea and lemonade like no other, seriously, try them. SO GOOD!

Love their fried chicken. Goes well with their BBQ sauces too. My fave BBQ sauces were Barako and Mother sauce.
Their fish taco surprisingly has a big fillet in it. Was just hoping it had more punch....so maybe a diff sauce perhaps?
Taco salad was a bit bland.
Too bad i couldn't eat the ribs because i don't eat pork. Hope you can have beef ribs!!!! Please 😁
The pulled pork was not as moist as I would have wanted but the selection of bbq sauces was interesting. I really liked the BARAKO sauce.
The taco salad was bland and did not have enough crumbled taco shell to actually be a taco salad.
That aside, I would still go back to try their other dishes

I keep coming back here because of their unique sauces that you may mix and match.
1. Pork Rib - soft and tender, hindi ka matitinga.
2. Pulled Pork - hinilang pork rib, hinimay na ni mama for you. With love.
3. Nachos - when I first ordered this, may mga kulang kulang na ingredient na nasa description. I gave it a try again, may kulang ulit. Anyway, di naman kasarapan kaya wag niyo orderin. Super dry.
4. Groupie Platter - good for 4 for real, di ko expect masarap yung hotlink. Ilang beses kami nagextra rice not because kulang yung kanin, but because ang daming ulam and ang sasarap kasi. 5 kaming kumain actually.
I love all the food we ordered except for the nachos. Actually, we ate here for several times already and will eat again if we had a chance. This is the place where I treated my family on my first sweldo. Ganon po masarap, dinala ko ang family basher dito.
Note: please do play with the sauces, sobrang sarap!
The ambiance is so cozy too. I like the seats and tables they had before comparing to what they have now.

One of the best tasting pork places in the NCR, if it was closer to where I live, I would eat here all the time. The ribs are so tender, and the sauces are out of this world. The onion rings are something special. So give them a try.
If you're craving for smoky ribs, rackshack is the perfect place to go to. We ordered their pork ribs, carribean chicken and hot link. Their pork ribs is arguably tasty and tender, you'll really taste that it is actually char-grilled for its smoky goodness and juiciness. Best paired with the mother sauce. The carribean chicken tastes smoky too, but nothings
special. The hot link is good too, best paired with carolina sauce which is sweet and tangy. The staff is very friendly and approchable. Their manager even asked for our feedback on the quality of the food. Most especially, i super love that they have a variety of sauces to match your taste buds and choice of food.
Grabe nakakabusog. Very nice staff. Clean place. Worth it for the price. Will definitley comeback soon. Affordable. Good food. Will try other stuff on the menu next time
A must try if you want sizzling, juicy and meaty ribs. It was so good, and perfectly paired with the garlic rice. Of course, we shouldn’t forget the classic Mother Sauce, which definitely goes well with the ribs. I also recommend their new product called The Firecracker Shrimps. This restaurant will not disappoint you. And I also have to commend the staff especially, Ate Kaye. She’s very friendly, and approachable.

Being at Ayala Malls Circuit for the first time presented some challenges. There was quite an array of food choices, I had some difficulty deciding where to eat at. In the end, my friends and I ate at Rackshack.
We ordered quite a bit 😊. Onion Rings, Taco Salad, and of course, some Ribs.
Ribs - Really flavorful and juicy! But not the softest that I had, but it was soft enough. It was good enough on its own. The sauces though really amp things up. Carolina Gold is my sauce of choice. Sweet, vinegary and spicy-- Perfectly balanced.
Onion Rings - Loved it. They were lightly battered and not greasy. I am not a fan of onion rings that have more batter vs the onion itself. It was crispy with a hint of sweetness from the onions themselves.
Taco Salad - Fully loaded! Every texture and flavor was in it. A symphony of flavors in my mouth. I was only able to get a few bites of it as it was my friend's main order, but I enjoyed it very much.
Food: 4.5 - Really good. Not the best ribs, but I think I found my new favorite onion rings.
Price: 5.0 - Prices are very reasonable from platters to solo meals.
Service: 4.5 - Friendly staff. Food was served pretty quick.
Ambience: 5.0 - Loved the design of it all. Modern, clean, with hints of color with the BBQ theme.
There's still a lot that I want to try on the menu. I must come back. 😊
I just wanted to say what a great time I and my Ate experience tonight. We are so grateful for the surprise of Rackshack, a lovely restaurant with a great food, great staff all made for a very special night to remember. Thank you. I will definitely come again and recommend you to our friends.

Value for money - yes. We ordered the Groupie Platter for 995, two pcs chicken for 195 and loaded nachos for 275. Servings were huge!
Taste - pork ribs and pulled pork were super tender, juicy, and flavorful; sausage needs improvement in taste and juicyness; fried chicken very crispy and flavorful some may find it salty but for me it was just right dipoed in their equally flavorful gravy; loaded nachos seemed to be freshly made. :)
Service - speed could be improved waited around 30mins for the food to arrive but staffs were accomodating. Though attention to customers can also be improved.
Location - good location within the mall and ambiance plus pet friendly.
The staffs are very accomodating especially Kaye! She even remebered us from our last visit. She handed the password for their wifi and put #19 which is our anniversary. To Kaye, you’re awesome!

Meat ate tender and the sauces go well with them. The chicken is very crispy. Their platter is very ideal for families. The food portions are enough. Staff give good service too.
Their baby back ribs literally fell off the bone; so tender and flavorful, even more so when partnered with their signature sauce. However, serving the food kinda took long despite the place being not too crowded that day.
I had a wonderful experience at rack-shack, and Berna is a really good server she has a good mood that can attract customers. She introduced the baby back ribs to us and it was good! I loved it!!

I was surprised at how affordable the food is. But Racks lived up to their reputation! Loved everything we ordered! The staff is friendly and knows what they are serving. The place is kind of small (well it’s a shack) but cozy and warm. You’ll instantly be swayed by the delicious aroma of spices once you open the door!
And they also have this bowls of water outside for your furry friends!

Have you ever tried a bbq Ribs that is so tender you can even eat its bone? They serve it here! You can never go wrong with their holy grail. (Signature Sauces) mix ‘em up for a flavourful dining experience.
Price: Quite expensive but duh, this is beyond the usual bbq ribs experience.
***Try their dessert. I tried Lava Cake, surprisingly it made me crave for more.
Consider this a cheaper alternative to Racks. It's better than Racks for some things:
What we ordered:
1. Squad Platter
- Came with a meat platter, fried chicken and 6 cups of rice for only 1875! We still had leftovers. Good value for money.
- Chicken (4/5): There was a lot of flavor in the chicken skin and the skin was crispy! Gravy was also good.
- Ribs (3.5/5): It was a little bit dry and lacked juiciness. The sauce that it went with was very good.
- Pulled pork (4/5): Very flavorful and juicy. We loved this!
- Sausage (1/5): This didn't carry any flavor at all.
2. Sides (3/5)
- Corn, potato salad, and coleslaw. These were okay.
3. Appetizers:
- Regular nachos (2/5): The salsa was not good, but the chips were good. I think they made the chips themselves.
- Onion strings (4/5): This was good! Freshly cooked and the dip it came with was garlic-mayo with a little bit of spiciness.
Service was okay. We had to stay outside because we had a dog with us.
Melt in your mouth pork ribs and oh so crunchy, savory chicken match perfectly well with the garlic rice. We had fun trying out the different sauces with the meat. All were great paired with a really ice cold beer. The ridiculous nachos was the bomb with everything on it. Imagine the burst of flavor in one bite. Our server was also very warm and approachable that night. Definitely a great venue for us especially when it’s our first time to catch up again after a very long time. Surely will come back again when time permits.

Hey mga besh! Super enjoy namin ng family itong Rackshack; siguro around 10-15 times na kami lumafang dito, and yez, mesherep! Wag kayo magpadala sa mga kyeme na “too expensive”, kasi worth the price naman siya. Win na win ang Ribs, Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, at ang aking new found favorite, and Fried Calamari! Today ko lang sya nadama, at napatanong na lang ako ng “Bakit ngayon ka lang dumating?”. Chos!
Wag din gawing issue yung beer availability ng store. Heller, beer goes well with most of their food, so bakit hindi nila i-ooffer diba? Also, behave naman yung beer drinkers, walang naghahanap ng songbook ng videoke dito. Tsaka mga besh, wag mag-OA na bad exposure to kids yung beer dito, maging realistic kayo. Mas dangerous yung exposure ng mga bata sa gadgets na binibigay ng mga magulang para “quiet” sila.
So bottomline, win na win for me itong RackShack! Pwede ko tong araw-arawin mga mamshie!

Rackshack is a sister company of Racks so flavors and texture are very familiar. In terms of meat cuts, though, I think Racks holds an edge so they charge a higher price. But, there is not much difference in eating experience for the ribs because it's also fall-off-the-bone tender or conversely slide-the-bone-out soft.
The difference is that Rackshack has a variety of sauces to suit everyone's taste preference. For this lunch, we started with the Hail Caesar! Salad (P145) and Onion Rings (P125). The Caesar salad looked ordinary but was packed with flavor. Though, the Onion Rings had an accompanying sauce, I found out that double dipping it in the sauce plus mother's sauce = taste extravaganza! It was so good that we devoured the rings in a blink.
We ordered the "groupie meal" which has 2 pieces of pork ribs, 2 hot links and pulled pork (P995). It also came with garlic rice for 4 (steamed or half n half are options). We got 4 sauces to mix and match, namely: mother's sauce (the best and original), spicy mother's (really spicy version so just put drops at a time and taste first), Carolina gold (sweet and tangy/fruity) and the Kansas style (sticky and spicy). My favorite mixes are mother's plus drops of spicy mother or the mother's plus Carolina gold. I put this on all ( ribs, links and pulled pork) and my mouth was in wonderland! Among the selection, I liked the ribs the most followed by the links. I would not order the pulled pork on its own because it did not have character. It begs for sauce to come alive.
For dessert, we had the brownie smores ala mode. At P150, this was fantastic as the moist chocolate cake was covered in torched marshmallows, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, vanilla ice cream and graham crackers. If you could spoon all of these, it is pure bliss! Great meal ender at a friendly price ( since 4 people can share this beauty).
Finally found my go-to ribs in Makati! You can order a single/double pork ribs but the single (P255) will do for a meal. Just add a side order and you’re good. What makes it unique is the variety of sauces ranged from non-spicy to spicy sauces. Recommending the Mother sauce for non-spicy and the Spicy Mother sauce for those who love spice.
I’ve been to Rackshack 4 times since I was invited to feature it months ago, during their opening. This and the original branch are still very much alive, their well-marinated meats have been winning hearts and filling up hungry tummies.
I’ve mentioned it in my previous posts and I’ll say it again here, their Fried Chicken is one of the best. It’s crispy and tasty all the way to the bone! Despite their unlimited choices of sauces, you won’t need them with their chicken.
The ribs are similar to Rack’s, still the tender and fall of the bone masterpiece. It can be paired with affordable sides of coleslaw, corn, garlic fried rice or their smoky flavored beans.
So I’ve ran out of gift certificates. But that won’t stop me from visiting again and again.

First time to eat here after being in Circuit for lotsa times already.
We ordered the Shack platter, extra coleslaw and nachos for 2 adults and 1 child. My daughter loved the chicken and the bf and I loved the softness/tenderness of the ribs. Nacho chips were served hot and salsa was fresh. Coleslaw was a bit dry but all in all, loved their food. Serving was a lot for us so we even brought home 2 pieces of chicken since we were so full.
I loved their Mother sauce and tried the other ones too but it was my ultimate fave sauce. The spicy mother sauce was just a bit too spicy for me but heck, that's what the other sauces are for right?
Will we go back? Definitely! The service was fast, they were friendly and always smiling. Manager asked how we found the food and I liked that he was so accomodating and bubbly. Ventilation was great (A/C full on blast) so all in all, my family and I had a great experience. Free wifi too! Props to Rackshack! 👊👊👊

I can say out of all that I've been this month this has one of the most satisfying food I ever tasted maybe because I am famished but yeah It is pretty satisfying that I am planning to go back in the next two days. The fried chicken is sooo good I nearly forgot the porks 😆. Garlic rice is ordinary smells like garlic but taste like ordinary rice. Pulled pork is good, texas hot link is hmmmm (I yold you I do forgot the porks) the Ice tea is delicious and ths Smores is ahmmmmnnnn lovely 😍 not to sweet but not blant either just enough for my taste. I love that the place is well lit. Service is good. Overall i think I'll be back 😁😁😁
P.S. I am not fan of the sauces they all taste the same for me and It's weird but at one point during my time there that I smell cat food 🤔
I used to ignore this resto whenever I am at Circuit Lane. One night, we run out of choices and end up trying out this resto after one of their crew outside mentioned that they were Racks’ sister company. We ordered Pork Ribs, their best seller. It was sooo good! The pork ribs was so tender plus they had unlimited sauces. We should have tried out this resto a long time ago. Our tummies were satisfied.

Went here after go karting at Circuit Makati. Service was great, employees are very accomodating and prompt, serving size of the food was also adequate (tried nachos, potato salad & pulled pork) and you also have a variety of sauces to choose from a sweet type to the most spicy one. Overall it was good! Value for money. The Ribs were soft ( as good as racks'). Chicken was very crispy. Sauces were good too! Must try all of them! Onion rings and the sauce were worth it!!!! Especially the dessert! We had all these for less than a thousand pesos. Full tummy! Our baby enjoyed the food and place too. Staff were really accommodating and polite.
Had the pork ribs. Melt in your mouth goodness but a bit smaller than the usual serving size. Since it was rich though, it was adequate :) good mashed potato salad. Will be back to try their pulled pork and onion strings! Nice friendly service too

• Pulled Pork [Php185] – my friends ordered this and I'm the only one who picked Texas Hot Link [Php165] which is a sausage pala haha plus Nachos [Php245] as our appetizer while waiting for our order.
The food is okay, nothing special. I love the variety of their sauces but over-all food is not extraordinary. Their serving is a bit small, they make it look like they put lots of rice but nah. ;) Also, I'm not fond of restaurants using tin cups/plates whatever, parang "llanera" type na lagayan. Even the presentation is a bit blah. Hehe

So me and my boyfriend went here to celebrate for his upcoming graduation. We ordered their house special and it was really promising and delicious. But what makes them more great and special is that they cater beyond their posted food and services. I asked if they can put a "congratulations" message on the dessert we ordered which is the s'mores and yeah they did it for free! So much love for their service and food. Will definitely try the other food on their menu.
Excellent service, but I really expected the "ribs" itself with the Pork Ribs. Tasting the different sauces was fun, too. The value for money was good but needs improvement with the food presentation. I'd come back anytime soon.
First time to try here for fathers day celeb,, we went there too early before they open and they didnt insist to let my family come in wyl they are preparing.. price is way affordable and worth it,and also they have a friendly staff.. food im speechless... 😋😋😋 esp their pork ribs so tender and juicy... must try their onion strings and nachos too.. will definitely go back 😊😁😊
