Super great coffee and service!
The flat white had such a great consistency and the flavor of the coffee was really brought out.
Definitely going back for coffee and to try some dishes.
A nice place to chill out over some drinks especially because they serve good cocktails—We availed of their buy 1 get 1 promo. I personally preferred thr Tribute to Basi Revolt over the mojito because it had a refreshing fruity taste which I loved. The premium rib-eye steak was okay, but wasn’t as tender as I expected. Also tried their Chorizo and Kesong puti pasta which was pretty good— could taste the toppings in every bite!
If you’re looking for chicken & waffles around the area then this is probably your best bet. They serve huge portions and their waffles isn’t flat as everyone else’s. The chicken could have had more seasoning and less breading but other than that it’s good. Flat white coffee was okay, could be a bit more warm. Staff and service was superb. 🌞
Didn’t get to take pictures but the tartufo pasta was the best thing we had that night. Very packed in flavor and I personally think it’s comparable to Mamou’s Truffle Pasta if not better, just a little more saucy. The best selling honey and bleu cheese salad was very good also, the bleu cheese wasn’t as pungent and strong which I prefer.
Sadly to me and my boyfriend’s disappointment, the buttermilk chicken was so bland and lacked in flavor. He said it tasted like nothing and when we told the waitress she offered to add more gravy but it didn’t do much saving for the chicken. However, as we billed out, she also offered to give a free slice of any cake of our choice. Servers and ambiance were awesome, it’s super IG worthy! Just very disappointed about the chicken :(

Ordered angry black, 2 shoot coffee, soda water and slices of lemon.
It’s nice and refreshing, something different for me.

I love the salad! The pasta and the liempo was just okay. The blueberry milkshake though was heaven! The cafe Mocha was just right. The food presentation was appetizing but still lacks the "omp" in the taste department but the service was great. They were courteous and accomodating so we still enjoyed it.
Loving the new look of Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen. It’s brighter, relaxing and huge improvement from their previous interiors.
Happy also to use Zomato Gold here :)

Love this pasta! It’s a MUST try! Chicken and waffle might taste plain for some people but just right to me (I don’t like it to be too sweet or salty), although it would definitely be better if the chicken is less oily. Their menu has plenty of options. Will definitely be back to try other dishes!

I ordered Wagyu Burgersteak and asked the rice to be replaced by another egg. The patty and eggs were perfect. Their sautéed veggies should be improved by replacing them with fresh ones instead of frozen ones. The ambiance is great.
Constants are their Blue Smith Fried Chicken & Waffles, Creamy Pasta Tartufo, and Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pancakes! I just hope they can improve quality of service. But overall, food here is worth the bucks.
I love having coffee paired with a tasty meal. I've been wanting to try their coffee but thanks to Zomato, we've got to try their food as well. I hope there would be more branches and delivery option.

The place has unique ambiance that you would want to see. For food, I ordered salad and my friend ordered bangus. Each serving is actually good for two so we shared the two dishes. Taste is above average and could be counted as better than other food resto.

The two dishes I've had in this restaurant are the salpicao and the wagyu burger steak. Salpicao = delicious! Generous on the garlic taste and the meat was tender! Worth the price you pay. For the wagyu burger steak, while it was delicious, my personal taste thinks that the sauce overpowers the burger. I personally like to be able to taste the meat in my food. But this can be countered by not adding sauce on top of every bite I take.
Went back to this restaurant after trying it out because of Zomato Gold. I now recommend this to family and friends and would definitely go back for another visit. :)
Not food related: but what could help the overall customer experience is for the restaurant to install bag hooks under the table :)
The Wagyu Burger Steak was okay but the highlight our my dining experience is the Tenderloin Beef Salpicao, IT WAS THE BEST! Super good, super sarap. It's a must

Service is slow. Had to call their attention four times just for a can of Pepsi.
CREAMY PASTA TARTUFO- I had to admit that this is close enough to Mamou’s version. Must try!!
CAESAR SALAD- Huge servings. Croutons are different from the usual and kind of oily for me.
WAGYU BURGER STEAK- Perfectly cooked. Got a little bit of umay factor with the gravy milk tho. I believe the mixed veggies were frozen (the store-bought ones).
CRISPY PORK BELLY- True enough, crrrispy! If you’re not a fan of wine sauce, I suggest having it on the side instead.
A quaint little place with great Truffle Pasta. Serving is just right I think. Loved the Angry Black Single Origin cold drink too! A little different from a regular cold brew.
Food was superb. We ordered creamy pasta tartufo and blueberry with cheesecake waffles. Food presentation is awesome. Definitely worth a visit!
Super sulit. It's been my nth time and I really like the food. Big servings for the food so super good when you are out with friends or out on a date.
I had coffee (forgot what I ordered) in Bluesmith at around 6pm and it kept me up all night. 😃
We had the cheesecake, it was not the regular sized cheesecake, it was good - creamy and delicious.
Will return to try out more from their menu.

Food is totally worth the price. They serve lots! Some dishes meant for one are even good for sharing.

Had a great time today at Bluesmith Coffee and Kitchen. Servings were big! Food tasted amazing. Salpicao and Chicken & Waffles were really good! For the adventurous coffee drinkers, their dirty chai is to die for (reminds me of dirty horchatta from El Union)
We tried two of their best sellers, the truffle pasta and beef salpicao. The pasta was good and the price was reasonable. We were a bit disappointed with the beef salpicao. It was quite expensive but tastes ordinary.
They offer buy 1 take 1 for their drinks from 4pm onwards. We tried their mojito and it’s good. Super sulit for the buy 1 and take 1. 😊
The staff were friendly and attentive. Kudos. 🤗 Will be back for their pancakes and waffles as it looks enticing.
Good value for money. Even better with Zomato Gold! They have great selection of brunch plates as well as pastas.
We got chicken and waffles - can be shared byb2 people, its heavy but very good. The mix of umami from the chicken and the sweetness of the waffles with syrup makes this an excellent brunch meal.
Chorizo pasta - really tasty and serving size is generous as well. As soon as it was served the nice aroma of the chorizo made it so much more appetizing.
It’s always a pleasure and treat to eat at bluesmith. Favorites are beef tapa, corned beef, chorizo pasta; the frappes ain’t bad either. Service also excellent!
Had Chicken & Waffles and Bluesmith Fried Chicken the first time we were here. Their plating and serving size were both commendable. The boneless chicken seemed really big until you realize it's covered in quite a lot of breading. The food tasted good, nonetheless.
On a separate visit we got to try their Crispy Chicken and Salted Egg, Wagyu Burger Steak and Avocado milkshake. The latter tasted like heaven. Would definitely come back to try other stuff from their menu.
My 2 visits to Bluesmith have been pleasant and the future ones will be even more so now that they’re a Gold partner! I loved the Crispy Chicken in Salted Egg (sorry no photo) and the Mojito. The Tenderloin Salpicao was also good, though for the price, I’d say go for the Chicken.
We used 2 zomato gold so we had a lot of food. The rice plates have small serving of the dish. If you love your rice, this is good for you, however, if you want more viant, I suggest you order something else. The chicken and waffle has 3 strips of chicken with breading. It is filling if you do ot eat rice. The pumpkin soup was delicious, a must try!
My friends and I ordered the beef salpicao, pasta tartufo, chicken and waffles, and wings for sharing. I love how flavorful all our orders are. Giving them four stars because it took quite a while (more than 30 minutes) for our orders to arrive (but I guess it's because we dined during a holiday and there were only few servers at the time). It was a good experience anyway :)
We ordered the following:
1. pasta tartufo (truffle-based sauce) - very delicious, not too heavy and just right.
2. pesto aglio olio with fried steak - the pesto is so-so for me, and for the fried steak, i initially thought about real steak but it was more like a breaded pork steak but i was also delicious (tip: get some gravy to complement this).
3. beef salpicao - we didnt like it. We tried this in 3 different occasions and it failed all the time. A little expensive and thw consistency of the softness of the beef is not there and it is very salty.
4. We also got the lengua estofado - ox tongue and we like it also.
Place and ambiance is so refreshing considering it is in a mall. We ordered wagyu steak and beef salpicao. We loved the beef salpicao. It was so flavorful and tender.
I encountered this cozy restaurant because It was listed at Zomato Gold. Chicken and waffles were a bit bland for my taste but the serving was big! Lechon belly was ok too. Will definitely come back.
Good food, reasonable prices, generous servings and helpful staff. There is always room for improvement, so in our next visit let's see if Onion Rings and Honey Blue Cheese Salad will be available.
So happy to find this place! Comfort food to the max. Not to mention, everything served tasted fresh and yummy. The portions are generous too, for the price. Also love the garden-feel ambiance in the restaurant. We ended up ordering a lot because everything looked so good. Not to mention, it's super sulit with the Zomato Gold 1+1.
What we ordered:
Wagyu Burger Steak - Must try! Best burger steak I've ever had. Cook is perfect medium, not tough and really juicy. The gravy and onions complement the beef well.
Tenderloin Beef Salpicao - Another must try! The beef is so tender and soft. And the flavors of the garlic and the beef, yum! If you love beef salpicao or tapa, this hits the spot.
Nachos - Very filling, and love the fresh salsa and cheese.
Chili Soup with Corn Bread - Tastes as good as home. Corn bread tastes fresh, and chili soup has generous meat and beans inside. This alone can make you full already!
Can't wait to go back again to try their waffles and pastas.
Ordered the beef salpicao because wagyu burger steak wasn’t available. Taste was nothing special and it wasn’t worth it if bought at regular price (bought with Zomato gold promo).
We ordered Wagyu Burger Steak and Chorizo with Kesong Puti Pasta. The service was okay although we waited quite long, still we enjoyed the food.
The food are delicious. I would recommend this to all my friends. Ambiance is good as well. Good for date. Service is spot on, they are friendly to their customer

Went here with zero expectations because I am not familiar with the brand at all. Thanks to gold, I was introduced to this wonderful nook!
Had an appointment at 3pm with some high school friends and decided to go early to Greenbelt to be able to get a choice parking slot. You know how senior life is, the nearer to the lift or mall entrance, the better. I guess even if you're not yet a senior, you'll appreciate this.
We proceeded to Bluesmith and checked out what they had to offer. Since we are going to have a marathon catching-up (as in chizms) coupled with a grand merienda treat from one of our batchmates who just retired$$, it's a light lunch for us. We decided on Chili Soup with Corn Bread (P260,"free" 2nd highest priced order), Kesong Puti and Jamon Serrano Plancha (P340) and Calamansi Pie (P165).
Josh, our server was very attentive and made good suggestions for our meal. He explained the best-sellers and the highlights of the recommended dishes. After a few minutes, he brought out the soup. If you like chili, their Chili Soup is awesome especially when paired with the homestyle Corn Bread. The soup just had the right amount of bits (meat and refried beans) and the introduction of a tinge of cream mellows the strong flavor into something very delectable. Their corn bread is close to what was my comfort food taking up my Masters in the U.S. Plus, it came out hot, fresh from the grill with a slight dab of butter. Fantastic!
The Kesong Puti and Jamon Serrano was served in a buttered panini, pressed and toasted with just the right crisp. It was a filling sandwich with flavors you know only an imaginative chef could come up with.
Their Calamansi Pie had the right combination of sour and sweet notes. This was the appropriate close to a wonderful first meeting.
I like being surprised by the gold list. I look forward to visiting Bluesmith more often.

We had their Rising Sun (they have a bogo promo 4pm onwards for cocktails so that’s great). Whiskey and pandan, new but interesting!
The potato chips comes in a big serving, really good to munch over while waiting for the mains. Our wagyu beef burger steak was done medium rare which is how I usually have it. Again, big serving and the meat was really tender but I would like a bit more flavor in it.
Went here with one of my girl besties and we just wanted somewhere we can relax, catch up in each others life stories, and good comforting food.
We were lucky enough to be seated at the couch. And upon ordering, I used Zomato Gold, and ordered these three dishes: Fish Gratinee, Almond & Walnut Pancakes, and Chorizo & Kesong Puti Pasta.
Their Fish Gratinee is delectable. I love its milk-infused sauce and the softness of the fish fillet. Next, we tried their Choriza Pasta. It looks plain on the photo but when we mixed it, the chorizo and tomatoes are at the bottom, so-- surprise! The chorizo compliments the pasta since it's only oil tossed and the chorizo is a bit sweet unlike the chorizos I had in Chinese restaurants. And lastly, their Almond & Walnut Pancakes are scrumptious! We can't get enough of it! Definitely a mouthful of dessert!

Absolutely loved their chili soup with homemade cornbread! We ate here and used our zomato gold privilege and it was so worth it. You can avail most of the items in their menu except the Blue Combos. We also love their Tenderloin beef salpicao! Other items we ordered were the longanisa ilocandia (3 out of 5 stars), pasta tartufo (yummy but too creamy and would love to taste more of the black truffle) and smoked milkfish belly (tender and tasty - 4 of 5 stars)! Love the ambiance of this place but the orders could take a while and during both of our visits in their Greenbelt branch there was only 1 staff taking and serving our orders but there were about 3 or 4 more service crew by the booth (not sure what the others were doing, tbh). Service could be improved. But overall had an enjoyable dining experience here on both occasions.
Great Ambiance but the food is 3 out of 5. The Salted Egg Chips doesn't taste like a salted egg. It only taste like a regular chip with salt in it. The Nachos are good but not as what we have expected. overall I will give it a 4 out of 5 stars because the staffs are very accomodating and serves the customer well.
I enjoyed their food especially salted egg potato chips for appetizer! It’s a must have! The serving size is generous for 2. We were there on a Thursday and they only have 2 crews on the dining area so there was a challenge on customer service.

It's a good place for meetings and catch up conversations :)
I like the ambience. It’s a garden-themed cafe. It’s a good place to get a cup of coffee and study. Good food - I tried the fried chicken with salted egg gravy. Dark chocolate mousse cake is also recommended.
My boyfriend and I went here for our dinner after weeks of not seeing each other. At first we were hesitant to proceed here because there are plenty of people waiting outside. We thought we wouldn't be entertained but we were wrong. The waiters inside saw us and they gave us a table outside. Once the table inside was cleared, he reserved it and transferred us there. The ambiance inside was sooooo homey. The food was also great! Very tasty especially the truffle pasta. I love the service, the food and the ambiance. It was also very worth it because of Zomato Gold. 5 stars!

The pasta and chicken with salted egg are so good (A must try!). The chicken wings is just a normal chicken wings glazed with honey.
The chorizo and kesong puti pasta is excellent! The tartufo is also good but needs stronger truffle flavor. The service is a bit slow however,despite not having a lot of customers.
We've been coming to this branch even before Zomato 1+1 Food benefit. And its nice to know the food quantity and quality are the same.
My default order is the Bluesmith Fried Chicken. This is my personal recommendation. Worth trying.
We also enjoy Nacho Bowl and Salted Egg House-Cut Potato Chips under Shareables.
At least for this visit, they seem undermanned. It takes sometime for additional requests to come. But other than this, staff is polite and courteous.
