Loved the food particularly the chicken and waffles. It would have been a great dining experience if they had a waiting area. People are waiting near the tables and it’s very distracting. There was a group (not in the photo) who waited near our table and was talking very loudly, pointing at tables, asking if they can be seated. I would like to eat in peace but it’s been very distracting (and annoying). Some tables are huge, can sit 6 people, but occupied by only 2 people.
Bought this cake for my birthday (chocolate oblivion!) it was heaven on earth! One bite is not enough. Can’t wait to try other variants as well.
I love the ambiance of this place! Great for chilling and hanging out with friends and family! My favorite is the Chicken and Waffles!! So good!!! 💕💕💕
Visited the place 3 times within the span of 8 days. It has the homey interior and very spacious, which I like and price is good, with big servings. Liked the service (shout out to Harold who was our server for the 3 times I went there, you’re amazing!), Ria who I assume to be the Manager could at least use a little smile or be at least a little more accommodating. She was somewhat rude whenever she approaches us.
the place is very neat and fresh.. staff are very pleasing
Pepito Steak Sliders:
2pcs slider.. very light. and love the bread which tasted like garlic bread.. fries is ok
Vegetable Mac n Cheese:
if you like creamy stuff then go for this.. otherwise avoid it.. the carrot though is over-cooked
Chicken & Waffles (Honey Sriracha) :
1 pc of cried chicken fillet with honey sriracha sauce, just the right level of spiciness but for me i would like it to be more spicy.. the waffle is thin and small compared to the usual bteakfast waffle which i like.. this i would come back for
Nono’s Chocolate Oblivion:
i was expecting this to be very sweet.. turned oit just tight.. would be better if the filling is put on top and the sweet crushed thing on the side is the filling
Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookie:
for peanut butter lovers since it tasted more of the peanut butter than the chocolate
Cappuccino: too bitter for my taste but still ok
Home is where the heart is, so goes the adage. Indeed home is where the family is. It can be anywhere or any place for as long as everyone is together.
Sunday masses and lunching together after, had become a family tradition. Selection of the restaurant for the week, had become a family preoccupation....
If you’re searching for a quick afternoon snack fix , Nono’s is definitely the place to be. You will never go wrong with the chicken and waffles combo. As the fusion of saltiness and sweetness , crunchiness and flakiness of the dish will surely leave you wanting more. Dishes are also served in generous amounts , so you and your companions can share :)
Serving variety of good quality food from appetizers to desserts & drinks, this nicely decorated restaurant is perfect for a tita or family date.
.
Fried truffle cheese wontons (8.5/10) P165 - everyone loved the sweet, savory and truffle-y flavor of this. A must-order here!
.
Grilled cheese panini with sour cream dip (7.5/10) P295 - surprisingly good, the dip was a really good idea. It's more of a cheese toast than a panini though. It first came with the cheese hardly melted so we requested for it to be heated again.
Roasted beef belly with balsamic glaze (8/10) P495 - i like this! The beef was so tender and the flavor is enhanced by the balsamic glaze and horseradish cream. The mashed potato is not bad at all. I just wish the serving is bigger.
Chicken & waffle big plate (7.5/10) P566 - the chicken and waffle is good, but nothing to wow about. I've had better chicken elsewhere but theirs is pretty good too; the sriracha was good but a little on the salty side. The waffle was interesting as the texture resembles a croissant with all its layers. The honey became really hard after about an hour which would mean it's not pure honey.
Miso glazed salmon with red rice (7/10) P525 - this one is good too but again, nothing special. The salmon was just a little bit on the overcooked side but it's still really good with the flavorful red rice.
Nono's chocolate oblivion (10/10) *no photo & can't remember the price - this was the highlight of the night! Not a surprise as they are known for this, even before the famous chicken & waffle. What a greatly balanced cake, from the flavor to the texture! I will come back for this for sure!
The service staff are really kind. There was a small incident wherein a slice of chicken fell on the table as it was being served. We didn't really mind it but we got a free cake. Thank youuuuu! The only issue we really had throughout the night was how humid and warm it was inside.
Ambiance - 7/10 (nice interiors but it was warm)
Food quality - 8.5/10
Value for money - 7.5/10 (a little expensive)
Staff / service - 9/10
What is home? For most, it’s the warmth of family and friends. It’s the comfort of familiar surroundings. It’s the things you do that bring joy, the taste of the food you’ve come to love. And this is exactly what you get at Nono’s—a taste of home. And now, it has more to offer with Nono’s New Menu. So this 2019, come home to new flavors, come home to Nono’s.
Every restaurant has a story and this is a honest one. Nono’s located in Glorietta 2 in Makati is Chef Baba Benedicto’s prize possession. Dishes based on her childhood memories and the restaurant itself named after her Tatay brings truth, care and passion to food. It’s just comfort food done right. I ordered with lettuce wraps and french onion soup. It was a light yet hearty meal that tasted fantastic. I can’t wait to go back there again.
Interior Design: excellent ⭐️ (by Space Encounters)
Service: very good 👍🏼
Ambiance: excellent ⭐️
Two No makes it a Yes. I’ve always been a fan of Nono’s creations from their extensive dessert collection to one of a kind, savory meals.
I was back here to witness the launch of the latest dishes for the rest of 2019. It’s a collection of Chef Baba’s creative ideas mixed in with some of customers inputs.
“We listen to our customers, and we want to evolve with them. When we started, it was all about comfort food is done right, but with the new menu, we hope to go beyond that and bring loved ones together so they can create fond memories with us,” Chef Baba, said.
For starters, take your pick from a healthy twist of Chicken Lettuce Wrap or the feel-good, Parmesan Truffle Fries. Mia went for the latter, paired with the usual ketchup dip.
Sisig arrived with its distinct aroma, complete with a raw egg on top and a hefty portion of garlic rice. I liked that it wasn’t as greasy nor full of the usual fatty parts.
Next on the scene was everyone’s favorite and also the house’s best selling creation, Chicken & Waffles. It came in a platter of two kinds of well-seasoned chicken, one spiced up and glazed; crisp and soft, triangle waffles; coleslaw and three types of dip- honey, gravy, and chocolate. It’s suitable for four hungry people!
If you enjoy the heat, call in the wait staff for a burning bowl of Shrimp El Diablo. Everything about it screams spicy! It’s delicious, but could only take in a few servings.
Miso Glazed Salmon is your hearty plate. It arrived beautifully with red rice and French beans. This is the kind of order when you have been binging for days. I’ll come back for this!
A dining experience is made better when it ends on a sweet note. I highly recommend the rich Chocolate Cheesecake, a combination worth the calories. And if you have space left, the Dark Chocolate Cookie is a delectable treat as well. One of the best cookies in town, fudgy and moist.
Nono’s restaurants are located in UP Town Center, The Podium, Three Central Makati, Festival Mall, Glorietta 2, and Nuvali Sta. Rosa.
Nono’s is my go-to chicken place because I really like their fried chicken with honey and gravy 😍 But to my surprise they have this new siracha chicken with waffles which is interesting. My friend and I decided to give it a try. It was good. The honey siracha worked well but it’s quite overwhelming. I’d still prefer the classic fried chicken though. On the other hand I love the waffles. They are bite size-ish, flaky and it’s like having a dessert all together. The mac n’ cheese though was pretty good. It was really cheesy which I like. Service was fast and the ambiance is perfect. They also have featured pastries for the day too which allows you to get 50% off for that pastry. So much love! 💚
The place is nice, cozy and spacious. I'd say the staff were attentive at first but when the place got packed, we had to follow up several times just to get water and the desserts we ordered. The truffle cheese wanton smells really good but unfortunately, you won't get the truffle taste. As for the fried chicken, the breading was falling off but I do like the flavor and combination of honey and gravy with it. The truffle pasta does have a hint of truffle but it's bland. We also opted to order coffee and cakes. The chocolate oblivion was sinfully good.
July was a stressful month for me. I had to learn new things for work and keep up with having new content for my blog. I'd often find myself sleeping so late just so I could have everything done. Now that I'm starting to get the hang of it, there's no better way to reward myself than with good food at Nono's.
Had:
Mac 'n Cheese
Chicken and Waffles
Came for the chicken and waffles, but it was the mac 'n cheese that stole my heart 😆
Service was good and the space was nice too. Great for groups and families.
We went here for desserts. Ordered Nono's chocolate oblivion cake, Yema sansrival, Chocolate cheesecake and Strawberry shortcake. All 4 cakes taste really good but my favorite is the chocolate oblivion cake because its light and have the right amount of sweetness.
I followed a friend's recommendation on what to order here: fried kesong puti with candied walnuts, roasted beef belly with mashed potato and salad, and the very famous Nono's chocolate oblivion.
I liked the twist that they put in the kesong puti and it went well with the bread they served on the side. The roasted beef belly was really tender but I found it to be a bit bland.
The highlight for me was the cake because it was chocolatey but not too sweet. I am actually not fond of eating chocolate cakes in general but this one is really good. I might buy a whole cake next time. Hehe.
Second visit and it did not disappoint! Sriracha chicken and waffles are the bomb! Longganisa recado also good as well as the homestyle fried chicken.
Love love love the food! I am pretty sure I’d be coming back with my daughter. The chicken was really delicious. The salad is now one of my favorites, and the omelette was just so appetizing
I’m obsessed with their Tinapa Rice. It’s a must if you’re eating here. The service is very good, their pastries is really good especially their cookies.
Nono's can rival Mary Grace as a go to Tita Brunch/Comfort food spot in the metro!! And oh, I LOVE their Sriracha Chicken and Waffles. Perfect blend of savory and sweet. The waffles have the texture of croissant, they are flaky and unlike most I've tried. The portions are big too! Also, the servers are trained to be ultra attentive. Will eat here again soon.
I'm excited to visit Nono's again. The place was so homey. I loved the the pastel interiors. The servers were very attentive as well.
We ordered the cheese truffle wontons, roast beef, and buttermilk fried chicken. Would definitely order the wontons again. They were so addicting. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The chicken was crispy and well-seasoned. As for the roast beef, we liked pairing it with the mashed potato and horseradish dressing but found it a bit dry.
Got a complimentary slice of cake after our meal, too! Thank you, Nono's. I look forward to my next meal with you guys.
I love how Nono's is always IG worthy, perfect for brunch and late afternoon coffee. It's like how a perfect Tita meeting place is for me, the interiors are just so pretty. Coffee is also good and always has that cute little sugar cookie on the side.
We went there almost closing time, still they accomodate us. There are still a lot of people inside, having late dinner. They are into their last call for orders.
Food is still good, newly cooked, fast service and very nice ambiance 💕
Nono's has very good interior design and great ambiance for family gatherings or meeting friends.
Got the truffle cream pasta and it is so good and cheesy. I recommend this.
We also got the big plate - 2 pcs of 1-inch pork chop and it tastes great with mashed potatoes. The serving is big and premium cut (less fat).
We also got the tinapa rice, ok taste as well.
For dessert, we also got the fudge revel bar and it is good as well...
The pandesal and diner roll are soft. Great for breakfast the next day. Overall the taste of the food is good but some dish are pricey for its size.
So nagbasa muna ako ng reviews dito and nung nakita ko, di ako masyado nag expect. Pero nung kumain na kami, sobrang sarap ng food lalo na yung pork na may mashed potato and yung pasta nila. Must try din yung brookie ba yun. SOBRANG SARAP. The ambiance is very nice pati yung service nila sobrang thumbs up.
The interiors were lovely. Very IG-worthy. Great food selection. Wasn’t able to take a photo of the pasta bolognese and the tinapa rice bowl but the serving size was above expectation.

We ate the breakfast tapa and eggs benedict which is ok and the food was instagram worthy but was not able to take a picture due to my kids.. the service was great the servers were very nice and the water has lemon which my husband loves
Love the food and the cakes!!! When we went here they offered a promotion on their selected cakes and it was so good.
The interior of this restaurant was also very chic. Server are attentive and approachable. Definitely worth the price.
Tried the breakfast of Nono’s after having a positive experience a few weeks ago for dinner.
The tapa was a very filling bowl. Beef was tender. The fruit green salad was just ok. Too sweet for me as it had just way to many raisins. The truffle cheese wanton that we liked needs improvement to be really good. They need to change the cheese.
Service was excellent.
I love Nono's for many reasons:
1. The interiors of the restaurant really looks like a modern home. There are displays of vintage items.
2. The chairs are really comfy and is like an extension of your living room.
3. The staff are all welcoming and warm. Not to mention, they do smile and try to interact with their customers.
4. The food is worth the price -- taste, quality and preparation.
5. Their coffee is like a hug in a mug.
While Classic Confections at Greenbelt 5 is gone, Nono's at Glorietta is a welcome change. Prices are reasonable for its quality.
What I've tried after two visits:
Nono's Salad (side order) - Portion was bigger than expected. Can be shared by two. Light and refreshing dressing.
Cafe Americano - While I'm not an expert when it comes to coffee, it was not too acidic.
Steak and Eggs - A bit salty, but it had good flavor. Meat was tender. Requested for scrambled eggs instead of sunny side up.
Truffle Cheese Wontons - Sweet, cheesy, creamy, and crunchy. You can smell the truffle flavor right away. The honey and nuts provide contrasting flavors and textures. I loved this.
Eggs Benedict - This was done well. Nicely poached egg and good hollandaise sauce.
Nono's Homestyle Fried Chicken - Chicken was cooked well. Crunchy breading, and juicy meat. Some might find the breading too thick. Wished the gravy had more pepper. They slather some butter on the roll. You may want to ask them to put this on the side. Fries are good, crunchy outside and fluffy inside.
My only issue is reservations. They do not reply using the number provided. I had to call UP Town Center branch to reserve. I will commend their dine-in service. Friendly, but not overbearing.
The place looks quite fancy. Great for solo or group dining.
I don’t even want to write a review. I just want to type out how in love I am with Nono’s and everything about it from the food to the tiffany blue and adobe interiors. I found my new place。
Had a nice lunch here today. I've always wanted to try Nono's and I am so glad they opened a branch here at Glorietta 2!
I had the Nono's fried chicken and my dad had the grilled pork chop. Big servings, busog kami! Ended the meal with a nice cup of flat white.
Happy with the experience and will definitely come back to try the other dishes. I'd go for dessert but I am too full!

I had a very good experience. The place is squeaky clean and the servers are very polite and accommodating.
The cakes are the best. I'm not joking.
Staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating. Been here twice for breakfast.
Servings is quiet big. Suggests they have combo meal or smaller servings.
Will be back for more.
Love the coffee, the portions, the space, the service, the food. It’s ideal for group or family dinners but likewise for solo meals. The selection isn’t wide but enough.
Love the ambience; staff is attentive
Great for lunch outs or simple coffee dates :-)
For desserts I highly recommend:
- Sylvia’s Strawberry shortcake and Nono’s Oblivion
they are perfect with their coffee
