I love the place. It's relaxing.

We ordered Strawberry and mango yoghurt. A little bit pricy but the taste is worth it.

Will definitely visit this place again.

Yum! Their cheesecake is very classic, not too sweet and not to salty or too creamy. But a little pricey and small for 499, but it is international so I expected the pricing as well.

I like cheese dessert very much. It tastes good. The interior decoration is very design-oriented. I like it very much. If you also like cheese, try it.

On our first day in Manila already saw Pablo and been wanting to have a taste of the famous cheesecake in Asia. Have seen Pablo all over IG thus added it to our bucket list. So i got the mini tart. Oh yes just the mini tart because was already sick 😷 and my hubby just kept on insisting In getting one for me. I am glad i followed hubby. :)
I like the crust - buttery and tasty. The cheesecake was good too. Kinda different from New York’s Junior’s cheesecake. Was more tangy. Texture was smooth and creamy.
The store was nice. So open and attractively decorated.
Service was ok.
Overall was satisfied and happy with my tart and glad i was able to grab one.

This was supposed to be another late post. But I had the time to blog so it’s a not-so-late post. Probably, there’s just a delay of two days. Hihihi. I figured that I must post this since it’s going to be weird posting it in January of 2019. Why? Well…because of those mini-Christmas labels on those tarts.

Finally, I was able to try Pablo’s matcha cheese tart. It was really good! It has met my expectations. Matcha flavor and the cheese blends well. Love it! I actually want to try matcha ice cream but it was not available. I just tried their iced matcha latte. It was fine. I just feel that there’s quite matcha powder used in the beverage, but it was also refreshing.

Basically my dream cheese cake/cheese tart. Just a little bit pricey but expect a great quality from this Japanese brand. Just imagine, Cloud 9 in every bite! Sounds funny but happened to me :D

Pablo never fails to satisfy our cheese tart cravings. Happy that we don’t have to wait to travel to Japan to fulfill our cravings. The Ube flavor that Japan doesn’t have is pretty good too.

Lovely cafe for matcha tarts and smoothies. They have good coffee too. Seats just 5, but convenient plug points allow you to charge phones while you enjoy your tarts!

I had coffee with matcha tart combo for Php 170. My partner had an excellent cheese tart smoothie which had just the right amount of sweetness.

Hubby brought home Pablo's last night.

Leave it to the Japanese to elevate the baking of the cheese tart to an almost art form. Their quest for perfection is something to aspire for. Although for me Pablo's is an acquired taste, I can find no fault with its silky almost dreamy texture. The delicate crust is something to extol as well. Only a consummate Pastry Chef can give that result

Note :
This is a late post . Somehow I posted it under a different restaurant also named Pablo. Many thanks to Saul (?) for calling my attention

I woke up in our hotel with these boxes. OMG! Pablo. I was surprised that our sister bought us with this. But I wasnt able to visit the store in Greenbelt. Too bad.

Just like what I've expect. The freshly baked cheesetart is a must!!!!!! Super yummy. Chessy. Heaven taste. The cheese will melt in you mouth. I couldn't find a best word to describe it, basta superb sarap! I think it is good for 3-4 person.

I hope I could try their other flavors. Tapos libre ulit sonce it is kinda pricey but worth it.

Best to buy the tarts for something special since this place is expensive. They had nice packaging since you can read what ingredients were used and prevent any allergies or some health problems. Unlike Japan, they can't let you choose to have the tart in 2 versions, rare and medium. The rare version is a little more runny but this Pablo cafe seems to sell the medium version only. Visited on November 25, 2017.

Matcha Tart:
Tasted good but the original flavor is better in my opinion. The cream cheese in the tart is noticeable. It's sweeter than the original and it had a few pearls and a bit of red bean paste. The crust is soft, thin, and does not easily crumble. The texture of the that tart seems to be fluffy. The tart has a sweet, tangy, apricot spread. Thought the spread is not as jelly like as the original tart. The pearls and red bean paste had a sweet and subtle taste and it was nonetheless delicious.

Classic/Original Tart:
Fluffier than the matcha tart by just a bit. There are no pearls and red bean paste in the tart. The apricot jelly-like spread on top has more flavor and its complements the cream cheese flavor. The crust is the same as the matcha and also has subtle taste. The cream cheese has more taste than the matcha. I recommend to buy the classic flavor than the matcha. I personally think it's better to buy the matcha mini tart which has no red bean paste and pearls.

Place:
It's a small place that has a few tables. This place has a simple, nice, modern look. A small cafe near one of the entrances. The cafe has a few tables and has a sign to show the lineup. The menu display is easy to see and find.

Staff:
The staff made sure we had the right change and order and they did their job right.

Waited for this for a long time, and I have to say its worth the wait. It's gooey, tarty, and creamy. With a nice crisp crust. Will definitely be back for this.

Although I'm not so happy with their mini cheese tart.

Great tasting although not too striking. Matcha flavor is heavenly. Chocolate flavor is a good try but can be too sweet to my taste. The original cheese flavor is good.

I've only tried the Mini Cheese Tart and I can say that it is really delicious. Not too sweet, with the right balance of the tangy and salty taste of the cheese, plus the smoothness of the cream. I also liked that the crust does not easily crumble. 4/5 for me.

Pablo Greenbelt branch recently opened with a great promo, buy one get one Cheese Tarts. For the price of 499pesos you get two regular size cheese tarts. The premium cheese tart and mini cheese tarts were not included in the promo. They have a small space at Greenbelt 5 near the bridgeway to Dela Rosa Street and to Ayala Museum leading to Landmark. They only have bar stools good for five or six people. Front staff was very patient with my questions, was surprised there was no line. Due to the promo, wait time was 3 hours to get your tarts. I paid at around 5:30pm and returned 9pm (as scheduled by Pablo) after watching a movie at the nearby Greenbelt 3. Tarts were nicely packaged and placed snuggly on a medium sized paper bag. I like the taste of the tart. It was light and creamy. The cheese topped with apricot jelly with a signature Pablo logo. The crust was flaky and delicious. With the BOGO promo it was worth splurging, on regular price, I need a bit more thinking. Probably during special occasions.
