The management changed around 6 months ago and now the service and crowd are great.

Don't be put off by the bikers that go there at weekends as they are all really nice guys.
Upon entering the place, you'll see a bar, stools for sitting and crafted wine barrels as tables. Exactly just the way bars are designed in Dublin. But Filipinos like to sit and tend to get too uncomfortable with stools for a seat. My friend requested we take take the VIP room where we could sit on normal chairs and our request was promptly granted. #yummiez
Third time at Mulligan's but its my first on their Makati branch. They have successfully maintained the quality of the food as it still tasted really good and filling. Tho the serving in this particular branch was comparably less unlike their branch in BF.
