Our recommended set to order: Fortune Set, priced at P995, includes a pot of hot tea, a choice of warm toasted Croque Monsieur or Croque Imperial, a choice of two freshly baked scones and muffin served with TWG Tea Jelly and whipped cream, three pieces of TWG Tea Macarons. Their Tea Time Set Menu is available everyday from 3pm to 6pm only.
We suggest you to choose the Croque Imperial as it is very tasty as a whole and the smoked salmon in the middle is surprisingly delicious. For the scones or muffin, we recommend you go for the muffin as the scones might be too dry and hard for your liking.
This place is very cute with delicious & nicely presented food. The crepe, pasta & benedict we ordered were really good. :)
I’ll have to come here again for a more thorough & detailed review trying more foods, but I was not disappointed for my first time. It’s definitely a bit on the pricier side if your budget only says McDo, but if u got some extra gudgud in ur wallet and you’re craving a nicer meal, this would be a cute place to go to. :)
The ultimate classy tita spot, peaceful, high society, premium selection, loved the design, teapot, cups until the breads themselves, always looking forward to going back

A very expensive tea place but very good and chill ambience to sit down with friends. Though i really hate the service at all TWG branches because their servers are very slow and choosy when accommodating customers. I really do observe this attitude. Though i still go here because of the quality of their tea and the ambience is very good to bring in clients and friends.
Following our dinner after having unlimited yakiniku, we decided to have some tea and dessert at TWG Tea. They have quite a number of flavors for the macarons but we decided to try out their tea-infused ones. TWG Tea specializes in teas from source gardens and offers over 800 different single estate harvests and exclusive blends from every tea-producing country--the list can be overwhelming and it can be hard to make your selection. Along with the menu, they provide a tea book where you can read about the teas that they offer--or you can simply consult their tea specialist for recommendations.
After years of anticipation, I revisited the motherland and finally went a TWG boutique.
The New York breakfast and Paris Breakfast tea was strong and bold; but was naturally sweet and fragrant. I suppose the inner Aussie in me craved for a few teaspoons of milk in our brews, but it seemed like such a foreign and odd request.
The scones were underwhelming, the Accompanied cream had this faux butter texture. But their signature tea jelly was to die for, and compensated for this.
Perfect place for me time!
Love the Grand Wedding black tea - passion fruit based. I love how it paired with the creamcheese, asparagus finger sandwich. Only reason why not a 5 is the availability of avocados and that I almost got locked out of the washroom - defective lock. hehe reported it though..
I like everything in here. Macaroons are great. Tea is great. Really worth the price. Staffs are very accomodating and understanding. We stayed a little late but they patiently waited for us to finish.
Not a tea person but a great place if your date likes tea. The ambiance as well as service is excellent and everything looks so clean and shiny! They also serve food during limited hours which were actually pretty good, I enjoyed them. Place is a little pricey though but like I said, it's a great place for a date.
The place is really cozy, nice and relaxing also their service is very commendable. If you want to spend some alone time or quality time with someone i highly recommend this place.
Of all the 4 macarons we tried though all of them taste really good, if one must stand out we put our vote on the Napoleon Tea and Caramel which is best enjoyed with their blooming teas.
They also have a large variety of high quality teas on which you can choose base on your own preference. Personally I really enjoyed smelling their tea samples.
As a coffee and tea lover I think you could never go wrong when you come to this place.
Awesome experience! For someone who loves tea this is just heaven. The smell the ambiance everything is just perfect. Very luxurious decoration and the staff it’s very accommodating.
TWG is not only a salon de the as I thought but also a restaurant. We tried High Tea only which is excellent in terms of food quality and diversity of tea available. Service is also good. Price is ok although maybe a little expensive. Especially since they charge for water refill on tea. The experience would be almost perfect if the place would not be so small for the number of table which gives it more a bistro than a lounge atmosphere.
TWG is a nice setting for a quick meeting, a date, or with family. They have various menu options, but eveytime we visit, we usually have the tea and the macarons. Our favorites are earl grey and the napoleon. We also like the afternoon tea meals. They serve excellent teas with pairings or sandwiches and pastries. All the servers are knowledgable, and are friendly. It's nice place to have intimate conversations.
ambience is really good plus the silver moon tea is perfect... the sandwiches are really nice but the place is a bit small... there was a fruit bug on my friend's sandwich but they were kind enough to have them replaced.

The ambiance is relaxing, while their lemon cheesecake is smooth to the palate. Lastly, the waiters are courteous and well verse in tea etiquette.
I've tried 6 flavors of tea when we visited and none doesn't taste good. The macarons as well is a must! I so love the ambiance. Perfect for relaxing and quality time with friends.
Tea time! A perfect afternoon treat to calm yourself down from the buzz of the metro. Some macaroons with tea just does the trick. My favorite flavor of macaroon would be the Napoleon (the black one) and Earl Grey (brown one), priced at P60 each, because it’s dark and bitter. I usually pair it with a light and/or fruity tea to balance the bitterness like the Silver Moon.
Ambiance is exquisite. You feel like you are an English person having intellectual conversations (haha).

Love the French Earl Grey tea. It is black tea with citrus fruits and French blue cornflowers. This smells absolutely amazing and tastes just as good as it smells. The vibrant blues (or purple?) from the flowers are so pretty.
This is a very small branch.
I cant get enough of their scones! The tea infused jam is so yummy too.
This is the branch where I first discovered TWG and its wide array of teas. Since then I tried out their other brances.
Ambience and service always impress me.
I think the name of the tea that my friend and I tried was Christmas Lighths tea and as usual I loved it.
Basically I just wanted to share the foodpics. If you ask me any comments , hum..... its quite good!! Okokokokkkokokokokokokokokokokokokokokok
Love TWG as always! Cozy, stylish and chic ambience! Ordered Almond tea but apparently it was not available. Instead, TWG staff suggested to have Billet Doux Tea as complement for Macarons. Tried Silver moon, Matcha and Pistachio and Strawberry macarons. Forgot the name of the cake but it’s definitely a must try!
For tea lovers, TWG is heaven! You’d be amazed at the extent of the varieties they are offering. We ordered their soup of the day which is clam chowder and their 1837 Tea Time Set Menu. The set menu is only available from 3-6 pm costing P350 and it comes with your tea choice and a choice of 2 muffins or 2 scones (I chose the scones).
The place though is quite crowded with limited spaces between the tables and chairs. The experience would have been much better if there were a bigger store space.
Im not big fan of Tea, there Ive made my preference know. TWG though made me appreciate that tea different comes in different flavors, Ive always thought that people just made that up because for me theres just 4 types of tea: the traditional one, mint tea, barley tea and green tea. TWG takes you down the rabbit hole of high tea. The varieties are endless coupled with a scrumptous saucer of macaroons this would light your lazy afternoon up.
My BF and I have officially dubbed TWG as our respite place from all the stresses in the world. Not only do you get the ambience of a quiet, relaxed place to chat (or share a moment of comfortable silence), but you also get high-class service from the nicest staff ever. Food is amazing - we had eggs ben with salmon, lasagne, and chicken crepe - all so delightfully made and uniquely infused with tea. We also had a millefeuille accompanied by their classic Silver Moon tea. Everything was excellent beyond words.
PLACE:
Quite posh. Great place for some me-time as well.
FOOD:
Rosmarino Sandwich: Super yummy. I'm not a fan of veggies but I was able to ate its veggies since even the veggies really taste good. Crispy bun! Fries are crispy and tasty as well.
I forgot what's the flavor of the Ice cream we bought but it was really really good. Their ice creams are a definite must try as well.
PRICE:
Quite pricey but definitely a good value for money.
SERVICE:
Friendly and accommodating staff
VERDICT:
Did I enjoy it? - Yes
Will I recommend it? - Yes
Will I come back? - Yes
TWG is my favorite afternoon tea time spot. Aside from the wide array of tea choices and the fancy ambiance. The customer service is really impressive, servers makes suggestions and are knowledgeable about the tea.
A must visit place, tea is good but my favorate on this place is the soup and the chicken fettucine thats what i always order when im here, ambiance is classy and staff are friendly.

After a tiring day, I decided to meet my friend who's around the area at the same time. We opted for the afternoon tea set named Fortune. Macarons are amazing, the Croque Monsieur was nice too, I'm not crazy about the other scone. The tea was great I opted for a hot tea while my friend opted for an iced tea. The service was great and the ambiance was so classy.
I went here for a meeting and didn't take photos (my bad) but I enjoyed the tea. The place is so elegant and their green tea is delicate tasting which I paired with a madeleine. I'd go back to try other tea variants for sure and perhaps have afternoon tea with my sisters (or as an alternative date with the bf. Hehe.)
I love macarons so much and the only reason we went here is to try their tea-infused Macarons and i loved it! Plus, its cheap!!! (And by cheap, i mean cheaper than Ladurée) I regretted buying only 12. We'll definitely try their food and teas next time. ❤️
Glad we came here full so we only had tea and snacks since it could get pricey. Great ambiance, the place is small but it's rarely jammed pack. They had a superb selection of tea. We paired ours with muffins and macaroons. I'll probably come back to get that ridiculously beautiful teapot set they use.
I’m already a big fan of tea but the Tea Appreciation Event held at the TWG Tea Salon and Boutique deepened my appreciation of the different teas around the world. We had the pleasure of learning from Sam all there is to know about tea while sampling some of the high quality tea the shop has to offer. A must do, even if you are not a big fan of tea!
Really nice tea shop - great selection of teas and macaroons.
We went here for food. Had the Wagyu burger - pretty expensive at over 700php. Not bad, but didn't justify the price. It wasn't obvious it was high quality meat which I think is important for a wagyu burger. Also, the flavours were a bit overpowering. Didn't feel like great value for money. The fries it comes with are nice.
It's really good here but I felt it doesn't justify the price - everything is about 33% too expensive for what you get. If it was a third cheaper - across the board - it would easily be a 4 rated place.
Haven't tried dining in but i always buy their Macarons when I have the chance. I like how their tea infused macarons tasted true to the flavors. I tried the matcha green tea macaron. The taste is subtle, and not that strong. The Queso de Bola doesn't have the pungent smell Queso de Bola is known for, again the taste is subtle. The cream in between the macaron is just right. Delicious and great to give as gift. Just make sure to give asap, refrigerate since the macarons are delicate and will breakdown if exposed to heat. Recommended.
They recently celebrated their anniversary last weekend and got these babies 50% off the retail price. 27.50pesos per piece - not bad! Last March during Macaron Day, it was priced at 30pesos per piece.

It was our first time to try this place, we don't know what to order, we asked the staff what to recommend us and she never fails us, we really like the silver moon tea, the sandwich with a thin slices of salmon inside, muffins and macaroons, definitely we will come back again to try their other teas to offer...
Well sometimes all you need is TWG Macaroons The best Macaroons in town!!! So sweet and Goeyyy! A lil bit Expensive but definitely worth it! Must try!! 😍❤️😘
TWG is always a captivating site with its cozy ambiance matched with playful interiors of hundreds of huge teas and their merchandise. They offer a fine dining feel starting from real comfortable seats.
We went here for Silver Moon Tea and spot on we sat on a table featuring it. After having it in another store last time, I just had to try it once again. It's green tea with berry and vanilla touch. The play of flavors are sensational, too refreshing and it is made better with some sugar syrup.
The experience got a notch higher with three macarons. Each is only Php 55. The best one was the Blueberry Cream Cheese. The combination of sour sweet went well with salty touch. Others were Strawberry and Salted Caramel.
A haven for tea lovers. They have a lot of tea flavors to choose from. The staff are also very helpful in figuring our your cup of tea. They even let me smell the tea leaves to help me make my decision. :)
Their teas might seem a bit pricy but the flavors are always unique and good. An order of the tea is equivalent to around 4 cups good for 2 people to share or 1 person to indulge on. :)
Their desserts, especialy the macarons, are most enjoyable with their tea! They used to have around 8 flavors but I see that they have more now. The best one I've tried is the Napoleon Tea & Caramel macaron which is the black one.
On artisan tea and expensive crockery.
TWG has both. I love tea and once in a while my tastebuds crave for the artisan kind, or if i am sick of Stash and Steuwarts. I had tea with friends ages ago at TWG Greenbelt 5 branch. We ordered two pots, one for Silver Moon and the other one, cant remember what it's called.
Silver Moon is considered one of their bestsellers for one reason, the aroma, the fruity flavor and the tranquillity it brings after the first sip. This is highly recommended for TWG neophytes and for the ones who just broke up with coffee. A good starting point if one wants to appreciate the flavour combinations of tea. We ordered pastries too, the one on the photo is really good, the name escaped me once again. Chocolate and fruit combination although it doesnt look like it.
If you prefer quiet time over a cup of tea, visit TWG.
A real feat for those who are into posh places, tea and marehan moments over brunch or a light tea escape with an intimate circle of girl friends or colleagues. Set your budget from P550 to P1000 per person depending on what you'll be getting.
I have tried their Aviator Salad, a perfect marriage of crisp lettuce, fresh and earth alfalfa sprouts, shaved parmesan, a touch of seaweed topped with a soft-boiled egg, wrapped with a crisp batter. Let the yolk run over the salad, it helps bring a velvety texture to contrast the crisp vegetables. It is also complimented by Comptoir Des Indes Tea.
I did also try their Chicken Fettuccine. Spinach pasta, Chardonnay butter, Silver Moon tea-infused grilled chicken, mushrooms and a whole lot of flavor. I think this has been the most intricate plate of fettuccine I have ever had by far. :) Pasta is Al dente and everything on the plate was fresh. The pasta was not over coated with sauce and all flavors were married into each other, complimenting flavors that isn't overwhelming to the palate.
Also have a box of their famous macarons. I instantly fell in love with their Norwegian tea and Caramel flavor. It was not overwhelmingly sweet, because of the contrast of the almond pastry that was infused by the slightly bitter tea.
Over-all, service was impeccable. The staff made us feel comfortable and they attended to our needs accordingly. I just feel like it's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth splurging for. :)
My fave Tea Spot. ❤️ The place is very nice, I love its interior and the servers are polite and attentive. Perfect place to bond with family, catch up with friends or just have your daily dose of tea. 😊
1837 crepe: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this is a unique crepe that reminded me why I like crepes. Sweet and sour at the same time, its taste is one that I have not tasted before. Yum!
Earl Grey Tea and Weekend in New York Tea: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a very frequent tea drinker, preferring tea over coffee, and at first I thought how can the tea here be different from the TWG tea bags that I buy at the supermarket? The answer is: THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE. I ordered the very common Earl Grey tea (the waitress advised me that it will go well with the crepe) and what I tasted is far from those sold at the market. It tasted great, can't describe how it tastes but please try it.
Miniburgers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my boyfriend prefers the Chicken Burger over the Foie Gras, but likes them all just the same.
Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ pricey, but lives up to expectations.
Location/ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very chic and classy layout, but intimidating because of the formal dining vibe. Just pray that you are not there when there's an earthquake because you wouldn't like to see all those jars falling on you when the ground starts to shake.
Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staff know their stuff! We asked for their advise on which goes with the food that we ordered and they know what to suggest.
We went here to try their tea😊 and we satisfied with tea here at TWG and their dessert as well. We will try different kinds of twa next time so we can find out which is good for our own good.
The tea was great and the ambience was very soothing. The crews were very friendly and presentable.
Everything was just perfect for an afternoon tea. Though it's a little bit price, but it's definitely worth it! I would recommend their 1837 Tea Set with Carameè French tea of choice and add up 2 Matcha Macarons and 1 '1837 Black Tea and Blackcurrant' Macaron, it ain't bad for a 14- year old appetite. 💘
The other tea set was ordered by my mom and her amigas, the Fortune Tea Set with Green peppermint tea of choice and for their main course, they chose Croque Imperial.
For the second time, we tried TWG to use our gift voucher (unfortunately, isa lang ang nagamit).
Mas exculsive lang space nila dito sa Greenbelt 5. The ambiance, service, and the food never change.
👍👍👍👍👍
Didn't know until today that TWG had at least six kinds of Earl Grey tea on the menu. We picked out a smoky type of Earl Grey, which was okay for the first cup, but isn't as exciting as you drink more of it.
Great tea venue as always - still think they don't make the water hot enough. If they use that temp, they should warm the teacups as well, which they don't.
My friend and i had dessert at TWG last week. We had Chocolate Fondant, 3 macaroons and Assam Black Tea. The Chocolate Fondant was so soft and delicious. The ice cream that came with it gave complimented the dessert well. As for the macaroons, I can say that Napoleon Tea and Caramel macaroon was the yummiest followed by Earl Grey Fortune & Chocolate and my last pick would be Brothers Club tea & Salted Caramel. All the macaroons was really delicious but Napoleon stood out the most.

I'm not a tea-lover but my husband is, so for his birthday we decided to have our after-movie date at TWG.
Stepping into the shop is heaven for him as the smell of different teas filled the air. The gold walls and exquisite china gives off an elegant feel. We opted to order their tea time set and though the portions are small, it was perfect compliment to the tea. And it's quite filling. The macarons are great and I simply fell in love with their blueberry citrus flavor.
I'm not a fan of 'tea' to be honest, but we were looking for a nice place to chill and spend time so we decided to stay at TWG. I must say, the ambiance upon entering the shop was very pleasant, it was very lit, the inside design was very classic and elegant. The staff were very accommodating as well, they were there to assist you to your table and hand over their menu. The menu had a lot of choices, pasta, steaks, desserts, alcoholic beverages, and of course, tea. I decided to order 1837 Crépe and iced red tea, Jade of Africa. The food was good, the tea was very refreshing for me. It was presented in a very elegant manner so it was appetizing also to the eyes. The tea also comes with a syrup for you to add up sweetness as you like. Definitely be trying more of their menu soon.
Out of all the restaurants I've been to, TWG have the most friendly staff which is a big factor for me, next to food. Even if their restaurant is cozy and elegant, their staff are so down to earth and very accomodating. Food is great and I love their macarons. They were on sale when we went here. :)
TWG is one of the restaurants that I've tried which offers the best ambiance. Our experience was really relaxing and a proof that serenity does not only exist in a secluded place like the beach. Aside from these, we really loved the quality of the food. The beef was tender and its stew was very flavorful. The mashed potato that was served with the chicken was a real stand out. It was expensive but definitely worth it. Next time I’m going to try their afternoon tea.

I went to greenbelt with a friend and decided to go there for an afternoon tea since my friend likes tea. I already heard Good things about the place from reviews especially on their macarons. i ordered the imperial set and their tea for the day, the ambiance of the place really suits the theme. the waiters are nice and attentive and they will gladly help you in making your decision in choosing from their extensive tea menu which is quite overwhelming to look at. you could spend a days sampling their teas and you might not be able to try them all out. the sandwiches on the imperial set are nice, dainty finger sandwiches that are good but what i liked the most is the jelly that comes with the scones. I was not able to ask what jelly it was but i think it's apricot. The tea is nice and is served in nice cute teapots and teacups. the music in the background is nice as well. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back there.

Interiors is lovely and justifies the pricing for the products that they’re offering. I’m definitely a tea person so splurging on such is perfectly fine for me (at least I try to convince myself that it is).
I ordered the orange wood tea after doing a couple of smell test since I was choosing between 3 different variants of teas. A pot is worth Php195.00 and it’s reasonable for the price.
We also ordered macarons which costs Php50.00/pc. I would say it’s okay for the price because it’s freshly made and flavors presented to me complemented well my tea.
My friend also ordered madeleines. 3 pieces with cream and jam costs Php150.00 and although it’s quite pricey, who wouldn’t brush it off when you’re enjoying the ambiance?
I'm a tea person so there was no excuse for me not to go to this little gorgeous place! The perfect location if you wanna relax and take a break from shopping. The teas they serve are superb and i really admire how their servers know almost every tea in their menu, that shows alot of dedication on their part.
I love having tea here. ❤ The interior takes you to London in a matter of minutes with their golden details and with the teapots and cups. I'm not a fan of the finger sandwiches but the sweets are to die for. I especially love their selection of ice cream, something I come back for every time. The cakes are moist and delicious, the apple pie a definite must try.
I went here a couple of times and it's always for their tea time. I tried numerous of their teas already but my favorite has always been Silvermoon Tea. I always partner their teas with club sandwiches and macarons. I recently tried their tea-infused ice cream and it was mouth watering!
Money well spent! The food, scrumptious! They've a wide selection of tea which will look intimidating at first glance, but their servers are more than willing to walk you through the whole list. Will definitely come back ❤️
I'm not a Tea lover, but TWG's silvermoon Tea changed me! Whenever I dine in i keep on ordering the same things (salmon and seafood linguini). Servers are always attentive and friendly. I hope they had more food alternatives though. More entree selection please...

Having tea here always feels like royalty. With its gold interiors, sweet aroma, and fascinating displays, you'd feel like having tea with the Queen.
They offer a wide array of quality teas from all over the world. The competence of the servers are top-notch as they are knowledgeable of all the products they offer. They are also very attentive, customer-oriented, and professional. Aside from the teas, they offer some food and serve the best vegetarian lasagna in town. You wont expect that a fine tea place like this would serve the best lasagna, but believe me, the lasagna tasted so fresh and the vegetables used were so real. No instant anything here.
Macaroons are served best with teas, and they have the best ones. They come in different colors and flavors. What I like about these small cookies is that they are not very sweet unlike other shops. I was so happy with them I even took a box home for my wife.
I’m always curious to go at this place, so when me and my officemate decided to dine I immediately said yes. The place is very cozy, nice ambience and smells so good because of all the tea’s that is on display. You can choose from a very wide variety of tea all over the world. I tried the (Oh I forgot the name) it is English wedding tea; it is good and a very reasonable price per tea pot. And their macarons are very delicious. They also have the original Japanese tea that you can buy per cup. Their place is very elegant with the gold color all over the place, their service is very good. Staffs are all accommodating and they know all their products, not only that they are also attentive. I felt like a royalty inside TWG hahahahaha…..from furniture to their utensils even the cover of their tea pot is filled with lavish. If you want to drink tea, definitely a place where to go is here at TWG, from very wide selections all over the world. I will definitely come back to this place to enjoy the ambience and relax while drinking tea or having conversation with my friends.
I have always been so curious to dine in this place. It looked so elegant on the outside having the gold color all over. True enough, I felt like a princess inside TWG! Place is filled with lavish utensils and seats are looking like they’re made for the Royal Family.
It was dinnertime when we visited this place so we opted for something light: TWG Tea Lasagna (super recommended! Very tasty and you can really taste the infused tea on it), Chocolate Croissant, and English Breakfast Tea. Service is excellent!
Obviously if you like your tea you'd head here. But they also have some fabulous dishes, simple and not overdone. Favourites include the wagu burger, scallops linguine and who can go past a home-cooked-tasting lasagne. Looking for merienda? Try a Mango crepe or their high tea sets. Don't leave TWG without trying their Grand Wedding, Red Velvet and Napolean macaroons. Their tea-infused mocktail are also a must, though I would dearly love them to bring back the Pagoda!

There are afternoon when you don't just want any kind of tea. The amount of stress wrought by the big city, the daily grind, the rat race, it makes you want to treat yourself to a soothing round of high class tea that you can only ever get from TWG.Ambience: I love how TWG truly elevates tea drinking into haute art. TWG is what haute couture is to fashion and no one can deny that. I love how the interiors are so opulent and yet so soothing to the soul. It is immensely amazing and worth an entire afternoon to just linger in and free your mind of worries.Food: It's the tea and of course the other offerings such as the crepes and pastries that will make TWG an indulgence. Although the choices are rather overwhelming, go for the classic favorites first before venturing to more experimental options.Cost: Expensive but worth it.
Excellent food, tea, and service. Servers are always on their toes and very sensitive to the needs and requests of every customer. The TWG Salad together with their Jasmine Green Tea is heaven on earth. Ambiance is excellent for catching up with friends or a business meeting.
I like the food, the pastries and most especially the tea, BUT I cannot understand why lately, they do not have enough table napkins. Last week, we were not given any table napkins until we asked for it. Then this week, we were informed that they have run out of table napkins. Seriously, napkins are part of the table setting. How can they run out of napkins???? I am not sure whether this is waitress-specific since we had the same person who waited on us both times.
Just been here yesterday for our 11th monthsary and wow, I love the place. I love the gold decoration and how it's so fancy yet not that high priced. Tried their boeuf en brochette and it was cooked perfectly! The beef was really well done and so juicy! Then I tired the Caribbean crepe and it was so good!!! Also tried their Japanese green tea and I like it so much! The only thing negative is that the tea menu is too many that it becomes too overwhelming. Like there are two or three pages of tea choices and you won't even know what you like. I love the ambiance of the place as well. :)
Has a wide variety of tea specials! A classy and European ambiance will welcome you as you enter the shop but I think that the place is small! The employees are courteous and are always smiling! I ordered English Grey tea and a crossant, It was delightful!
I am really curious about the TWG tea especially their macarons so I drop by here tonight for a fine casual dining plus to mention for the their tea of course I wanna try!!! And I ordered for a Camelot tea and oh my God...the best tea ever for me!!!??????
I love tea — I'm not a coffee-lover and, as much as possible, I avoid it — that's why TWG is the perfect place for me. So by the end of our term, my friends and I dined there. What with its more than a hundred tea variations, it's truly magnificent and a dream-come-true. The ambiance inside was serene and elegant — oh, can you imagine the smell? Heaven.
We ordered their Tea Time's Chic Set which included 3 petite sandwiches – toasted sandwich with Emmental cheese and turkey ham. It was a mistake actually because we ordered for the Royal Set which includes Smoked salmon with cream cheese and chives, but they gave us the Croque Monsieur instead. But it's fine – w/ scones, TWG tea jelly and whipped cream).
For the tea, I chose Holiday in Paris which was amazing, but what I liked most was their Geisha Blossom. It was aromatic and the fragrance was sweet. I highly recommend it.
Their macarons which were included in the Tea Time: Fortune Set were so good — not too sweet, which I prefer. Flavors: Moroccan, Singapore Surprise (the best), pistachio, salted caramel and chocolate.
If you love tea and want to experience that luxurious afternoon-tea feeling, you must try TWG.
I just love how this place brings out the classy in us. And the food? They're worth your money! Had Aviator Salad, Sliders and Lasagne and I love them all. Special mention goes to the lasagne though. It just melts in my mouth!
The ice cream can be improved though. Might have been better off having pastries for dessert.
Very classy place. Says casual dining but you might want to think twice and wear something that matches the place.
Excellent for soothing /relaxed time to have tea and some sweets. For entree's you might want to reconsider getting something pasta-ey or this is just me maybe. Meat is a no-no to me haha it's hard to eat! Anyway, it's a must try. :)
Experience sensory fun! Enjoy what you smell, taste and see!?.
Of course, we must have tea. Served in a majestic golden teapot, we had Orange Wood Tea which was perfect for that night. It has a slight taste of orange which I liked. Its aroma was pretty okay too.
Their watermelon juice was very refreshing and expensive. That small glass cost P150. It did say on the menu that it's freshly squeezed so it better be.
Whenever I see Eggs Benedict on the menu, I always want to try it. I always want to check if the chef cooked the poached eggs to perfection. And perfection I did receive. Once I sliced the poached egg, the yolk beautifully came out. I had this with smoked salmon (another option was smoked turkey ham) and it was perfect. And I’ll be saying this word for the 4th time, overall, this meal was perfect.
I must say, that is one lonely cherry tomato on the burger. But the meal itself wasn’t. My mom chose this and was satisfied with every burger. According to their menu, this consisted of Wagyu burger with TWG Tea’s homemade cocktail sauce, foie gras burger with fresh apple chutney, and spicy chicken burger with sauteed shallot confit.
My dad opted for their Scallops Pasta. I’m not much of a white sauce fan but this was one was good. It was very flavorful. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the Silver Moon Tea which was said to be mixed in with the cream sauce.
‘Twas a night of indulgence and elegance. Will there be a repeat? Probably yes but I’m only sticking to their teas this time. Their meals are expensive and not budget friendly. Good to experience it for just this one time only. So yes, I’ll be back for the tea. And maybe paired with some scones and macarons this time.
Tea + Macarons = ♡
It's quite difficult to choose which tea flavour you will want to have (from that long list). It's better to order their set menu if coming here for the first time. In my own personal opinion, it's a nice place to get lost to, escape from reality, sit on the corner with a book. Don't forget to take a selfie from the mirror-like teapot. ????
With its white tablecloths, well-dressed staff, gold-colored stock, and rich dark brown wooden bar, TWG has every appearance and feel of a fine-dining and high-end establishment although in this reviewer's opinion, it is more affordable (and definitely worth the cost) than at first glance.
For those who are unfamiliar with TWG, they are known for their large (and I mean has a separate menu, LARGE) selection of teas available. Simply scanning the list of teas can be an overwhelming experience as it contains just lines and lines of teas and their prices. An additional books is provided containing information and more in-depth descriptions about the specific teas listed on the menu as well as additional information on the tea-making process and other trivia facts. Unless you have a very specific tea in mind that you have been looking to try, you may have to resort to looking for names of teas that catch your attention and then looking them up in the accompanying guide book, or you may choose to simply ask the waitstaff to provide recommendations that may better suit your preferences. TWG offers a variety of desserts and tea-related snacks that would be suitable for an afternoon tea or post-meal snack. This includes macaroons, cakes, scones, and tea-based ice creams. They also have more meal-worthy dishes as well but as they are known for their tea, I find this particular branch of TWG to be more suited for a light snack, post-dinner hangout/treat, or for 'tea time'.
In my first visit, I had the opportunity to try a pot of the Voyager tea followed by a second pot of the Napoleon tea. Each pot holds only enough for 4 cups and so its best not to down the teas too quick. For those who like to keep their tea warm, it might be best keeping it in the pot and pouring out a little at a time as I assume the tea pot cover was designed to keep the tea warm. With regards to the tea, they were very fragrant and not bitter. It's hard to judge as these were just two of the hundreds of options available and with so many options, to each his own. I did also order the Chocolate Fondant which also comes with Vanilla Bourbon Tea ice cream. While the ice cream is rich, but not overwhelmingly so, the cake itself is very very very rich. Having a big sweet tooth and all, I am reluctant to claim something as being too rich or sweet, but the cake teeters on that particular border. For future reference, I believe that asking the staff as to what tea I should pair the cake with might make for a better balance.
From this experience, I highly recommend TWG. Looking past pricing, this is an excellent place to go alone (with a book perhaps) or with friends to catch-up. It gives an excellent feel of sophistication and relaxation. The tea is excellent (although I am no expert of tea) and the dessert, though a little too rich for my tastes, was still an excellent addition to complete the "snack". The price is definitely higher than average, but I still highly recommend it even as just a place to relax and feel sophisticated as you sip tea in Greenbelt 5.
I have so much love for macarons. And TWG's is the best for me even better than imported Laduree. The taste is very balance with the sweetness and crunchiness of the bread. And the place of course is very cozy! I love this place:)

Tea would always be my 2nd best drink next to coffee, so it is nice to know that TWG is just around the corner if ever I have a tea craving and more :)
This "golden" restaurant is very striking from the outside as it exudes class and luxury, maybe because of the gold accents and color combination of the furniture (black and brown). As you go inside, a mixture of colors will welcome you, from the wide variety of tea and the different flavored macaroons that are on display.
Once seated, you will be advised with the "tea of the day" which was Happy Birthday Tea when we were here, so looking at the vast options of different teas, we opted for the tea of the day, as it was really difficult choose (There is one for every occasion and for sure you will ask the waiter for recommendations). But for our next tea serving, we ordered Anniversary tea. It is very difficult to describe the actual taste, but we enjoyed every sip and did not even needed to put sugar as the tea itself is very soothing. By the way, One tea kettle will be good for 4 tea cups. My B ordered a short meal, Chicken en Brochette, and he was very satisfied with its distinct flavor and how well the fried rice was prepared.
Now for dessert, we ordered TWG's signature tea macaroons. Since there are many flavors to choose from, we ordered ALL 11 flavors available (yes you read that right - 11 lol). The consistency of the macaroons is very crisp but soft when you bite or slice into it and it easily melts in your mouth when eaten. You will surely be converted to a macaroon lover once you get to try TWG's signature dessert. One flavor stuck into mind was Napolean Tea and Caramel (the black one just for me to remember it), but all of the flavors is a must try if you ask me.
I was very satisfied here in TWG and will surely be back to try other tea options that they have and of course another round of Macaroons :)
TWG offers a fine dining experience with good food and special desserts. A little pricey though, but you are paying for the experience and also the offering the finest teas from the world.
If you're a tea lover, you wouldn't miss the opportunity to try this place. They have so many variety of teas and you can smell them before you try them(the tea leaves are on display and it's kinda overwhelming to smell all of them - 400+). I tried their Earl Grey Chocolate tea and it did not dissappoint. There is zero bitternes to it and it is so relaxing. My friend tried their matcha tea which is kinda bitter and is so expensive(P795 for a cup). I sugget you try their macarons which taste so good and a great partner in enjoying your tea.

Been here for several time and the exquisite interiors never fail to caught my attention.
Love the their tea most especially Silvermoon Tea which has a fruity taste. I'm not a fan of their muffins though -- I find it too crumbly and a little bit dry. However, the macarons are superb! I love their Earl grey Fortune and Chocolate (Highly recommended)
Not bad to have a little bit of luxury while having tea :D
Great service with healthy options...
Nice ambiance and an extensive selection of tea.

MACARONS and TEA. the perfect combination, :)
TWG serves the best Macaron ever : NAPOLEON TEA and CARAMEL. (the black one)
TWG offers a vast range of tea in there menu, so you guys would probably be overwhelmed. i suggest yountry the napoleon tea first, it is mild and you get to mix it with honey and milk ;) (perfect and sweet).
Each tea pot is encased with a gold armour that's very royalty. The Jade Dragon Green Tea is sold for P950 per pot, but you'll get your money's worth, I am sure. And each sip is a luxury.
The dazzling gold interiors instantly caught my eye when I passed by! I was pleasantly surprised to finally discover an actual, legitimate tea place in the metro! Their very extensive tea menu is certainly impressive, and while the desserts don't come cheap, their tea-infused pastries certainly have an interesting taste.
TWG Tea is nothing short of a wonderland of unique tea pots in different sizes, shapes and colors and over 450 types of tea blends spiced with a touch of sensuality packed in elegant tins. These can be seen through the glass-mirror exterior, but there was more we discovered when we got inside.
To me, the TWG salon was also in part a mini museum where we viewed accessory collections from a myriad of hand-blown glass, porcelain, stoneware, cast iron teapots, fine bone china teacups, saucers, creamers and sugar bowls, to smaller things such as tea filters and tea scoops.
We received a royalty treatment from their hospitable and approachable staff. No one felt hurried or pushed out of the store and like a regular coffee shop for hang out, TWG Tea is one exquisite place to enjoy tea and intimate chats with desirable meals and desserts.
Food offered in TWG Tea hit the spot perfectly between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. Wow was the first word that came to mind when the three-tiered Fortune Tea Set (PHp 650) arrived at our table.
I credit the efforts of TWG Tea tasters who travel thousands of miles to various countries every year to sample and search teas and come up with exclusive blends from source gardens. The price was worth braving the inevitable customers that line up through the doorman, waiting that long, and paying for those elite guilty pleasures.
If you believe that tea time should be the most awaited and cherish moment of the day, TWG Tea Salon and Boutique has you covered.

TWG is definitely one of a kind or at least here in Manila. I don't know much about demographics but I think it's safe to assume that Filipinos aren't really described as 'tea lovers' which is why the rarity of places like TWG isn't really a shocker.
TWG is definitely one of those restaurants who sell the experience just as much as their product. I personally, love tea so right of the bat it was already a win for me but like I said, places like TWG is very rare and so I usually enjoy my tea at japanese/chinese restaurant or more often than not, at the comfort of my own home. So I'm actually really glad a place like this has opened up. The ambiance is very chic. You are fist greeted with a man in waiting with a list of reservations although luckily enough for me I have always gotten in a time with a free seat. Once, you enter right a way you see the food they serve at their bakery until you are lead in to where you will be dining. I have no idea about how tea shops work in Europe but one of the problems I found in TWG was the table setting. I found it very cramp and felt I couldn't speak about private matters. The tables are literally side by side and really, if you aren't alone, it's safe to assume that you came here for a long chat with a friend and most of the time means you will need some privacy. I didn't like that me and my friend coudln't talk about certain things because there was a couple right beside us. Although overall the place looked very nice.
When it comes to tea, hey, what can I say? I'm not exactly an expert and I dont really know how to critique tea. Fortunately enough for me I loved most of the ones that I tried. I think I would recommend the Paris-Singaporean and any of their jasmine tea. Also make sure to try their croissant!
TWG Tea has the largest collection of fine tea harvests from various tea-producing regions and exclusively hand-crafted tea blends by their tea masters. They brought the entire collection of tea to Manila -- about 450 teas in store at any one time from a collection of 800-1,000 teas.
I love the attention to detail and the classic ambiance conducive to tea time bonding moments with friends and family.
We enjoyed the luxurious quality of the entire experience -- from the marble flooring, to the hard wood furniture, to the signature tea cups and flatware, and to the porcelain tea pots with gold-plated tea warmers lined with felt.
One thing though, the tea salon feels cramped (like in a fast food chain) when it gets full. Make sure to get the corner tables to have a more private experience.
T6033 1837 Black Tea - This is a good tea to start with: TWG Tea's 1837 Signature Black Tea. It's a black tea blend with red berries, caramel and star anise. It has a strong and sweet taste. It is used in the jelly, macaron and most of the tea-infused dishes.
T1 Soom TGFOP1 Darjeeling Tea, India (First Flush Black Tea) - Darjeeling Tea is regarded as the "champagne" of the tea world. A good introduction is the first flush (first harvest during spring) Soom with a TGFOP1 rating.
T3013 Earl Grey Chocolate Tea - A lot of foodies are raving about the Earl Grey Chocolate Tea! It's the TWG TEA blend of Earl Grey, a black tea with bergamot (a small lemon from Sicily), Violet Flowers and Cacao Beans. This tea smells like hot chocolate. :)
T6018 Silver Moon Green Tea - Some people prefer the Green Tea over the Black Tea because it is not as strong due to lesser fermentation and less quantity of theine, the caffeine-like ingredient in tea. I like the Silver Moon Green Tea, which is a blend of Sencha Green Tea with fresh and dried Strawberry and Madagascar Vanilla. This has a fruity, refreshing taste.
T6134 White Desire Tea - If you really want a luxury tea, you've got to try the White Teas from Fujian, China. The white tea has the lowest theine content, and its previous flurry tips are harvested before it blooms for the first time in spring. It is very clean, refreshing and feels like a celebration when you drink it. :)
T2010 Eternal Summer, Red Tea from South Africa - The Red Tea is really not from the tea plant but from the Rooibos plant from South Africa. It is best used for iced tea, where you order a hot tea pot of red tea and pour it over cubes of ice. (Tip: Don't put sugar because it easily takes over the taste of the tea.)
Order one tea pot per person. It is best if you don't share it because you want to enjoy the flavor of the tea throughout your tea time. One tea pot is equal to five cups.
The tea cups are designed so that you can smell the full aroma of the tea before drinking it.
The tea cups are very thin because the taste of the tea is subtle and could be delicate.
Best practice is to let the tea touch your lips first and then taste it throughout your mouth before swallowing it.
Typically, you order one tea pot to be paired with the main dish and an optional second tea pot for dessert.Take your time and enjoy your tea moment.
TWG Tea Jelly infused with Black Tea and Whipped Cream - The Tea Pastries go very well with the Tea Jelly, which is a black tea or earl grey gelatine with sugar and their signature whipped cream. Many foodies rave about the Tea Jelly more than the pastries.
Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict - Homemade toasted English corn flake muffins topped with two poached farmhouse eggs served with creamy hollandaise sauce and a choice of smoked salmon or smoked turkey ham. For breakfast, most people order the Eggs Benedict. I personally like the Salmon version.
TWG TEA Croque Imperial - Warm toasted sandwich with Emmental cheese and smoked salmon, served with a delicate green salad and house vinaigrette. During tea time, you can order this Smoked Salmon club sandwich with fresh green salad. This is a good choice for a light merienda.
Roast Apricot Cod - Roasted cod fillet served with a delicate potato puree sprinkled with Matcha Tea, accompanied by a rich Apricot Tea-infused sauce. I love the green tea-inflused flavors of the potato puree and the apricot tea-infused sauce. The cod was really tender, soft, and cooked just right. I saved the juicy cherry tomato for the last bite.
The other best seller is the Wagyu Burger, but I prefer the healthier pairing of tea with fish.
TWG TEA Macarons - TWG Tea's renowned crispy biscuit with a soft centre. Infused with our signature teas, TWG Tea has transformed the macaron into a uniquely memorable confection.
We love the Black Tea Macaron, which is infused with 1837 Black Tea & Blackcurrant, and the Earl Grey Fortune & Chocolate Macaron. All the rest tasted a bit different and bordered on weird (like the Moroccan Mint Tea, which had a similar taste to toothpaste.)
You can't go wrong with this Filipino tea blend favorite -- the Chocolate Earl Grey .The tea can be stored for 6 months to 1 year in the tin cans. If you order, they use a special packaging to preserve the flavor of the tea.
TWG Tea Salon is exactly how I imagine a tea wonderland, where you can taste the finest teas in the world and enjoy their exclusive blends. I love the overall affordable, luxurious experience. Its classic ambiance is a good backdrop for tea bonding moments with friends and loved ones.
I've always been a coffee person so when my husband took me out for an afternoon tea time date at 1837 TWG Tea Salon in Greenbelt, I really didn't know what to expect. A few steps before approaching TWG I was already greeted by a mixture of sweet perfumey smells of teas and pastries. It was alluring. Now, like any proper lady or gentleman, you would have to make a reservation before even planning a visit to TWG since it is almost always full with reservations already listed at the door with the receptionist. Once you are escorted to your table, you will find crisp linen, dainty tea cups and fancy silverware waiting for you. We ordered the Chic afternoon tea set (yes that's the actual name) with a pot of tea from the selection of more than 400+ teas on the menu (we picked the 1837 Signature Blend), finger sandwiches, muffins and their to die for scones with tea-infused jelly and cream. All in all the experience alone was enough to make me long for tea, if only in TWG.
