My usual order is Adobo Carnitas Plate, but my recent visit I tried the Chicken Inasal Plate and instantly fell in love with.
We used zomato gold 1+1 and got the 3 tacos as complimentary dish.
Good portion size. We surprisingly liked the Chicken Inasal taco. The Zomato Gold got us free Sisig Rice Plate which is good but would be better if crunchy. Nice place to grab a quick bite.
This place is really yummy and the carnitas tastes great. A must try I’m Century. I did the plate and the 3 tacos and ate it all. For those who love Mexican, this is a place to try.

Their special dishes include burritos, tacos, nachos, and rice plates served with your favorite Filipino meats such as Chicken Inasal, Sisig, and Carnitas. During our visit we tried some of their classics such as Nachos and Quesadilla.
Inside Hole in the Wall, the very trendy food court of Century City Mall, is this place perfect for people with a big appetite.
Posporo keeps things fresh with its Filipino-Mexican offerings. One cannot go wrong with their Nachos with Sisig toppings that is good for sharing. If you want to go the healthy route, they also offer Soyganiza (soy + logganisa) Rice Plates.
Will definitely come back to try their other menu items.
Good-sized serving for this one, may even feed two people who are not that hungry. It lacked a bit of flavor, in my opinion; it's there, but it's quite faint. Presentation's good. Giving you the option to customize your food is also an added plus. Overall, this is some pretty good stuff.

I always went to Hole in the Wall because of another food booth. Decided to try Posporo because of the good review in Zomato and because it is part of the restaus under Zomato Gold promo 😁 The food was indeed good! We ordered the adobo carnitas buritto and sisig rice plate. The calamansi drink was very refreshing. Will definitely go back!
I used my Zomato gold at Posporo. They have 1+1 deal for food. I ordered rice meal with carnitas and 3pcs of tacos. The flavor of tacos are chicken inasal and carnitas. I enjoyed the food! It has veggies and some dipping sauce. The food is affordable. Next time, I want to try their burrito.
First time to try borito, it was very nice, felt fresh and pretty healthy. Value for money is ok. The borito didn’t feel like Filipino version of Mexican food, in a good way. Most of brands trying to appeal the Filipino taste in a way that they are starting to lose their authenticity

I'm not sure how to eat the food that I ordered but I mixed everything together on my plate. I got the sisig and adobo rice plate, the taste is like shawarma rice but the meat is your choice if it's adobo, chicken inasal, sisig etc. The rice alone taste good, everything is well seasoned including the vegetables 👍 At first, I thought the serving was big because the ingredients was scattered nicely on my plate when it was served but when I mixed everything together it turns out that its not that much 😅 Good thing the food is 1 + 1 for Zomato Gold members coz I was really hungry 😄😃

Hmmm, Posporo Taqueria Filipina, a fusion of filipino food with a touch of mexican flavor, something new to try for me and you should too. This is one of the stall at the century mall food court.
We ordered the rice plate and tostada and both are equally delish. The servings are good for sharing especially the tostada. You will get your moneys worth :)
Food tasted great. Serving looks big but just right amount for one person. We ordered rice plate and burrito. Loved the 2 sauces. Overall we enjoyed our meal here.

Tostados and Burrito are a perfect match. My sister and I wanted something full (burrito) and healthy (tostados). The burrito’s wrap, rice & meat ade sooo soft! The taco/tortilla chips are good additions for texture and “accent”.
Tried their quesadillas and tacos for starters. Reasonable for the price. Serving time is around 10-15 mins. They should use hard shell tacos quite messy if the soft one.
We got Street Tacos and added Carne Asada Pares on it. The taco was fresh and the sauce was divine, it had a spicy kick to it that I loved. We took home the rest that we didn't finish (because we ordered from other restaurants too), and when I toasted it the next day, it somehow tasted even better! Overall, the food was great. 👍
Theirs is the best nachos I’ve tasted! Big serving and generous with the toppings. One of their bestsellers is the SISIG NACHOS, which is a good fusion of modern Filipino and Mexican cuisine.
I also love their quesadillas, cheesy and creamy. Tried their aqua fresca (fresh cucumber juice), which is very refreshing.
Will be back to try their burritos! And get the nachos (again) 😝 Bonus: food here is easy on the pocket!
Posporo was one of the stalls in Hole In The Wall that I've been wanting try ever since I heard that their tacos are really good and that they have tocino as one of their choices of meat!!! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try that last Friday (yet).
We had the quesadillas, nachos cargado, and peping fresca for refreshment. Their Quesadillas are so far THE BEST quesadilla I've ever tasted in Makati. It's just oozing with cheese, and has the right amount of sour cream especially when dipped to the pico de gallo. The same as their nachos, delicioso!! The peping fresca which is cucumber juice really tasted like cucumber and it's icy cold-- and it felt very different to my tastebuds, I only like cucumber on a salad and in a shawarma, not as a drink.

Posporo is one of the stalls in Century City Mall's Hole in the Wall food hall. They serve Filipino-Mexican (Fil-Mex) cuisines. Hole in the Wall is a cozy and spacious food hall. Service is good. For our appetizers, we had Sisig Nachos, and Quesadillas. I must admit I like their Quesadillas, and it was one of the creamiest quesadillas I've tried. The cheese + sour cream oozes at every bite. The tortilla was still crispy and easy to eat. Their nachos was big in serving. For me, the proportion of the meat to the salsa/veggies/cheese is small. We also have our cucumber drink which is refreshing in taste.
Just tried the chicken inasal burrito with a sisig taco and nachos. Their nachos are way better than Silantro although pricier...but well worth the price. Also washed it all down with their cucumber fresca drink which was very refreshing.
Tried Sarsi Adobo Carnitas and sisig for just 260.00! Very sulit. Thank you zomato gold for the promo. :)

Tasty and quite cheap compared to the other stalls. They have their own twist on burritos and tacos as they use filipino food. It tastes fresh and a welcome change. I wish there was more serving though as I still wasn't quite full after finishing my meal.

I like it when restaurants merge two cuisines and succeed. There are some that want to go fusion but end up as an experiment gone wrong. Not for Posporo, as they try to bring the best of Fil-Mex into fruition. This is not my first time to dine here, but it is my first using zomato gold. My objective is always to find a satisfying meal for two at the lowest cost.
We went for the Baja fish Rice Plate (P260 + P50[fish] =P310) and the Tostada (P260) also using fish as the meat. We paid a total of P340 for both with the gold privilege. This is an affordable P170 meal per person.
After having meat and ribs for a number of days, we opted for the apahap cod fish as our meat of choice. On the rice plate, it was accompanied by refried beans, pico de gallo or fresh tomato salsa, shredded greens with vinaigrette and atsuete rice. It takes the flavor several notches over normal Filipino cooking that if you put a bit of each in your spoon, it's a guaranteed mouth party. There's sweet, salty, tangy, spicy...it's just a non-stop fiesta.
On the Tostada, there's the additional element of texture with the crunch of the crispy tortilla and the richness of the sour cream mixed with kesong puti injected with Filipino flavors of patis spiked with kalamansi. Before long, my tummy was doing the forbidden dance of lambada as the flavors were pure ecstacy.
I have bookmarked this restaurant to try other flavor circus combinations.
This is my favorite place to eat at when I am at century city.
I love the sisig tacos which chicharon on top. I'd also recommend the inasal burritos and the nachos when you are with a group.
Overall, no complaints but would love to see a lechon burrito.

Their sisig plate is our absolute favourite item on the menu but the drinks, quesadillas, and tacos are great too. You might think it’s a bit expensive for what it is, elevated street food, but well worth the price. One of our favourite places to eat for comfort food. Love that it’s in Hole in the Wall too.

For the Sarsi Adobo tacos, the sweetness from the Sarsi cola added a flair to the humble adobo, which I think in itself is good enough. The Sisig, on the other hand, is flawless. Smokey and tangy in all the right places. As a Kapampangan, I approve of this sisig! Although I’ve tried Fil-Mex fusions before, I just thought Posporo’s execution were very authentic both in terms of the Pinoy palate and the Mexican presentation. ¡Ay, caramba! Delicioso! Masarap!
Our go to place at Hole in the Wall 😊 Their rice plates are yummy! I especially love the carnitas. Their food is also a hit with the kids! 😊
Ate here for an early dinner because I did not have lunch at home. Only few diners are here since it was just 5pm. Serving was huge - i like their side dish salad and sauces. It was recommended that i try their beef pares. It was soft but on some pieces it tastes overcooked. Will definitely try their other dishes when I get back.
Pinili ko yung rice platter with sarsi adobo as the choice of meat. May part na hindi masarap yung karne. Buti nalang spectacular ang lasa ng side salad.
Though ang best dishes naman talaga nila kasi ay nachos at burriots.
We ordered Quesadilla with La Carnita as the meat and it was a win! The cheese melts in your mouth, there’s plenty of meat and the it was seasoned perfectly. I also love the sauce of the quesadilla.

First time to go to hole in the wall and I am glad that I chose to order in this food joint. I ordered their rice plate with sarsi adobo carnitas. I love how flavorful everything was in my plate. The salad's sour dressing complimented the marinated pork very well. Taking out 0.5 star because the meat has that "umay" and "too salty" factor once you eat too much of it. Nevertheless, will still recommend this joint and I cannot wait to try their other food!
Honestly, I don't like Filipino food especially the sour flavor in some dishes but the food here is okay for me. I pick an ADOBO meal on weekend special menu for my dinner. I really appreciate that instead of a whole piece of dry, hard meat, they offer shredded meat. A little bit expensive.

This isn’t our first time eating Posporo but I wanted to leave a review because we received excellent service recently.
We ordered through food panda, but a couple of orders got mixed up. We called Posporo and Mat accommodated us. He was very friendly and fixed the issue immediately. They sent over the the replacement order, and made sure that it got to us quickly.
Because of this, despite the initial mix-up, our experience was definitely a good one.
Great food & great service! If you're craving for Mexican food but can't get enough of your pinoy taste. Here's the right place to eat. Servings are big, prices are reasonable enough. (slightly more pricey lang than Jollibee & Mcdo, just imagine that) Lastly, great customer service is a big plus for this restaurant! Shoutout to the manager, sir Edmund, who eagerly accommodated me with my concern. More powers, Posporo! :)
I wanted to try something new so I tried the street tacos of Posporo. Loved that you could choose the meat that goes into your taco. The carnitas was so flavorful, really, one taco is not enough :) Looking forward to trying the Baja fish next time :)
Super love their burrito! Mexican infused with Filipino touch. It’s big filled with so much goodness, at first, I thought na mabibitin ata ako considering that I haven’t eaten dinner yet (was planning to have this as snacks lang 😂) but, when I finished the other half of the burrito I was already full. Their sauces are also 👍👍 Super must try when you visit Century City Mall’s Hole in the wall.

Sarsi Adobo Carnitas - cooked with Sarsi rootbeer, the adobo was a little too salty for me and overwhelmed the other ingredients of the taco.
Tocino - pork marinated in pineapple juice and paprika. Was a little too sweet for me.
Sisig, - My Favorite! Great balance of texture and flavor.
There was enough seats in Hole in the Wall and the waitstaff are efficient with refilling your glass with (service) water so you don't need to buy any bottled water.
Hole in the wall century mall is definitely one of the best spots to get good comfort food. I may be biased because I like Mexican food but the nachos and the tacos are a must-try at this place. Definitely worth the trip to Makati!

Prices can be sky rocket high at HITW. Almost all nouveau food parks popping all over the Metro have that same high price but lackluster food offerings. Not HITW, they are consistently offering new concepts with equally delicious food. Price is justified. Posporo offers tex mex with a Filipino flair. Think of sisig and burritos. Nachos with kesong puti. Rice plates with tocino and atchara. The choices are wide and varied and the servings are good for sharing.

One of them is Posporo, for all your Fil-Mex needs 😉 They have a unique menu in which you can customize your order. So first you may choose from – Taco, Burrito, Rice Plate, or Tostada. Then the meat after, which they have an array of choices. As expected for a Filipino pick, tried their Sarsi Adobo Carnitas and Sisig, both on a humongous rice plate. Seriously it’s a huge plate so better dine here at your hungriest state. 😂 The Sarsi Adobo is good, not taste like adobo though, but good. Sisig is just a bit fine but the other local sisigs are much better, and cheaper too. Anyway, will still want to try their other meats though and their Quesadillas. 😉
Value for money: A little bit expensive for the taste but considering the quantity and the ambiance of HITW, it’s worth it.
A taqueria with a Filipino twist. They serve tacos with crispy chicharon and calamansi which is different from the sea of taquerias in the metro. This fresh take is worth trying for additional variety in your palate.

Century Mall is a great venue for a movie night, grocery shopping, and dine. There is an ample parking space at the basement. Hole in the wall is at the corner of the 4th level with a veranda that gives a refreshing view of the Makati skyline.

I love root beer as much as I love Sarsi. The blend of caramelized meat infused with root beer quite worked for me. It is basically pulled pork with different kick of flavors. Not the best taqueria for me but Posporo is a good choice for fil-mex food.
I have only tried their rice plate with Sarsi Adobo Carnitas (PHP260).
I did expect a lot based on the reviews & articles I’ve read. I liked how the dish is somehow a burrito with its ingredients separated: includes salsa, tomato, sour cream, lettuce and beans. The Adobo carnitas wasn’t special, really... I am very particular with how I like my adobo, so I guess that’s why I didn’t like their version very much. The dish is customizable, so you have a variety of meat to choose from.
It was fulling though! Just not sure if it’s worth PHP260.
I have been meaning to try this joint in Hole In The Wall, and their choices seem interesting.
I started out with their Nachos Cargadas and my choice of meat was Chicken Inasal. The nacho chips were crisp but actually light, so the texture is easy to munch on. The sauce and the toppings were bountiful but not overwhelming. It had the right amount of sweet, salty, sour melange of flavors.
My main was the 3 pcs Tacos in soft shell tortilla, each in different flavors: Adobo Carnitas- had a sweetish soy vinegar flavor into it my favorite among the three ; Sisig was also good, crunchy bits and rightfully spiced; and Baja Fish was just light and a crispy batter encasing the tender meat of the fish.
Overall Posporo was an enjoyable experience and is a good choice for having your Mexican fix in this joint.
Great food and great staff! The service was awesome! Team leader Matt and his assistant leader Genny did really well in managing their team. They're good in establishing rapport to customers. I also had a marvelous time eating their delicious fil-mex food. It has so many servings!
I get the Tostada every single time to be healthy. The portion is quite big and the dressing is very tasty. This is probably the healthiest meal you can get at Hole in the Wall.
I hate rice. No one said everrrr. Rice plate with side dishes of your choice. Came here hungry, went home with flabby tummy. Food here tastes really good, you might try their tacos as well. The place was too cool and hoping they will branch out in other malls as well.
Fil-Mex flavors from 1 of the stalls at Hole In The Wall. Big serving that's good for sharing. Burrito was packed with flavors and the meat inside was tender and juicy. The rice added an additional flavor which made everything cohesive. Plus, I like their sauces on the side.
Interesting store name, which carries an interesting selection of salad and other Mexican favoritos :) tried its salad (more greens and ample amount of chicken strips...too good for me to get lost in its flavor that I forgot what it's called). Hit me right on my tummy - light dinner before our team's Mystery Manila adventure :)
Foods are delicious. Servings are big enough. But I think the price is too high for the food taste and servings. Try their wrap, it's delicious. Sauces are good too.
My boyfriend and I ate at the Hole in the Wall for dinner. I ordered from Posporo since I felt like eating burritos. I ordered their burrito with carnitas adobo. I was satisfied with my order given that their serving was huge and delicious and the sauces accompanying the burrito gave it more flavor. I'm recommending it for everyone to try.
Had the 3-pcs Street Tacos: Sarsi Adobo Carnitas - meat was a tad sweet; Baja Fish- batter lacked seasoning, fish was overcooked and dry, but among the 3 this had the most generous serving of toppings; Chicken Inasal- an unusual choice for a street taco, but the best of the 3. Had a HUGE Mango Smoothie to go with it. This kiosk strives to serve Pinoy-inspired Mexican food. They're almost there .With a little bit of work, they'll get it right eventually😀

Posporo Taqueria allows diners to enjoy their meat dishes in various ways. One can savor Sarsa Adobo Carnitas or Beef Cabeza, on a taco, burrito or rice meal. The taco or burrito serving is perfect for lunch, however for cocktails or Happy Hour the Quesadillas or Nachos would be perfect for beer. Posporo Taqueria is located at the Hole in the Wall food court of Century City. You can actually watch how the huge, chunky taco and burrito are being prepared, or you may wish to wait from your chosen table. Servings are quite big, with lots of vegetables and meat fillings. It’s very filling, inasmuch as you want to try other dishes, the servings are quite heavy on the stomach, and so a second visit is a must. It’s one of the most popular outlets in Hole in the Wall. The meat dishes are the hands down favorite especially those that go for the rice meal. The Beef Cabeza is good, so with the Tocino and Chicken Inasal. If you feel like having something “healthy”, try their Soy Ganisa, spicy soy longanisa, made with paprika, chili and onions.
Had the 3 tacos meal. Adobo carnitas and chicken inasal were amazing, but I found sisig too salty for my taste. Will definitely come back though to try their other stuff. Reasonably priced items in my opinion.
Ordered delivery from Posporo via Foodpanda. Food was packed well with names of dishes written on each pack.
The Baja Fish salad was ok, couple of large pieces of fish on greens and tortilla chips.
Got two varieties of Quesadilla- sisig and beef cabeza- both were good. Beef was tender and spiced with calamansi and cilantro.
Chicken Inasal burrito was ok. With rice, Monggo beans and kesong puti.
Tocino Rice Bowl was good with flavorful Tocino.
I seldom give 5 star reviews but this place was fantastic. Really nice ideas and mix of flavours. Really enjoyed my sisig burrito. The blend of Filipino and Mexican flavours works so well. Nicely presented and friendly staff.
Would like to see a bigger menu and other locations as I think it would be a big hit.
Been to Whole in the Wall twice and ate at Posporo twice. Not just their food is yummy and price is justified by their serving. Their sisig burrito is delicious and is huge. I also tried their baja fish rice plate which also yummy. Even the side is a-ok.
The place is great, we went there around 11am that's why thr place is quite empty and we have it all to ourselves.
Will definitely go back to Posporo.
I'm not the biggest fan of nachos, but I did like Posporo's take on it! They're definitely not stingy when it comes to the servings because one plate of nachos was more than enough to feed four of us.

Tried their tacos and it tasted more indian than mexican. I was happy to see that they offer baha fish tacos and was excited to try it (lol my favorite kind of 🌮). But, I was disappointed because I wanted to buy only one and they make you pay the same price for the special type of taco for one piece vs 3 pieces. Feeling not worth it, I ordered their sarsi adobo carnitas instead. Will definitely go back here to try the quesadillas and fish tacos when i'm with someone next time. 😂
This is one of my Hole in the Wall favorites. If you love a fusion of Filipino and Tex-mex cuisines then you have come to the right place. One best dish that I always recommend is the Sarsi Adobo Carnitas which have become a comfort food for me. Their Cucumber thirst quencher is also a must try.
