Great burgers! Divine patty! What more to say? We loved our Four Cheese and Q-Daddy Burgers! The former with parmesan crushed mozzarella, sharp yellow cheddar and Monterey Jack. The latter with jalapeno-garlic ranch onion tangles and house smoked bacon. Also loved the golden mozza nuggets!
The Beergarita was a disappointment - was just plain old Heineken beer upended in a mug; no taste of Margarita at all
Love the food 👌 Onion rings and rice meal is my favorite!! Will try another flavors sooon!! 👌👍🖤🖤
8 Cuts Burger provides homemade burgers which you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. The price is defenitely worth what your paying for.

If you’re looking for a good burger joint, this place is highly recommended. They have a very juicy and tender patties made from different parts of the beef. They’re mixing different lean meat with the fat to make a delicious unique blend.
They have affordable #burgers (less than P200), also they have special burger blends that’s around P300-500.
Drop by and have a cozy seat with 8 cut. You can eat alone or with a group.
Honestly just the best burger in metro Manila!!
So far my favorite burger place! The price is worth it. It's nice that you have a choice to have a house blend or grass fed patty. And, they have the best and generous serving of onion rings!!!
I love their onion rings because they are so crispy and flavorful. I also love their burger because it has juicy patty, crispy bacon and caramelized onions. I hope they improve their bread though. I will definitely come back!
I judge burger not only by the juice that comes out in the bite, but also on the smell it leaves on my hands. If it does not smell, it does not complete the experience.
Their onion rings are also different from the rest — I’m a fan of onion rings, but my food buddy is only a fan of this one. The batter does not leave the onion when you bite it, yet the onion remains crunchy and juicy. To add, its BBQ seasoning was an awesome idea! It’s addictive and I ❤️ it.
Sinful and satisfying, 8Cuts is a worthy place to spend all your calories :) My favorites are the Cheeseburger, The Piggy, A Dozen Happy Fried Chicken Littles, and the Chopped Chicken and Chips Salad. Service at this branch is always prompt and cheerful.
Price may be a little steep, but the burgers are really worth the price. Try the fries and milkshakes. Really good interiors, too. Service may take a while if the restaurant is full.
Love their onion rings and burgers. Never miss theu onion rings!!! It's the reason why I'm obsessed with them. They also got a a dessert which was good also, it got an ice cream and warm chocolate brownies
What we ordered: cheeseburger, bacon and cheese fries, bbq bacon (forgot the other one flavor) chicken which we liked, their famous onion rings, molten lava cake is too sweet 😞 and many more. Food is nice but a little bit slow on service we had follow up our orders everytime.
I really love the ambience and the creativity of the place. Aside from their deliciously unique burgers, we enjoyed their turtle pie ice cream sundae! A really must try.
Second Post November 2018: Anyare 8cuts?! You’re breaking our hearts. What a letdown. Seems to be having staff shortage and training issues. Our server was coughing without any face mask on and not attentive.
During our last visit, they forgot our onion rings. When they served it after two follow ups, it’s obvious that it was rushly done and undercooked (not golden crisp) and the barbecue powder was lacking. We were willing to wait instead of eating undercooked food.
Four Cheese 2.0 - not sure if they revised their recipe, but the parmesan-crusted mozzarella slice was thicker than what we had before and lacked the melt factor. Parang kumagat kami ng matigas na keso.
We know there’s a difference because they’re our comfort food most of the time. It was supposed to give us happiness hence I’m passionate about this!
Good thing Them Buffalo was good, slightly redeemed our experience.
Hoping that the dishes in the future will have consistent quality.
First Post September 2018: This is my favorite 8 Cuts branch ever. The dim lights (most of the branches are brightly-lit) and the throwback rock playlist (noticed the playlist is consistent with other branches) make for the yuppie chill pub ambience after work.
Almost always, we order the Four Cheese 2.0 and the Onion Rings. They redeem our souls after a long work day. We prefer the house blend for the patty (kung mag-burger ka, mas masarap kapag greasy!). Smart thinking on the fried four cheese slice as it is less messy to eat and the fried basil leaves add that mockery to all the healthy eaters out there.
And if you’re lucky, you get the onion rings with those with diameter rings with the thin batter (some batches have many small diameters and have thick batter). The barbecue powder makes you want for more onion rings.
We tried the waffle-cut fries this time. The slices were thick and just didn’t make the cut. I prefer the skinny fries.
8 Cuts makes every stress-eating worth it. Will definitely return when my corporate soul needs saving.
We know that when you talk about 8 cuts, people usually think about their burgers. Don't get us wrong, their burgers are definitely good but there are also a lot of good burger joints around. What made this place special for us is actually their onion rings. We can't get enough of these! We always buy a whole bucket just to be enjoyed by the two of us. These are so flavorful and crunchy on the outside, soft and savory onion on the inside. For P199 a bucket, it's worth every penny.
The burgers are big and tasty especially the Four Cheese. The fried chicken littles are also great. The place though is small but definitely worth a try.
Perfect place for those who love Burgers. My colleagues ordered Burgers while I shared the "a dozen happy fried chicken littles" with a workmate.
Ambience is cozy unlike other Burger joints since this is more of a small restaurant setup.
Waiting time depends on how long the customers will stay (eating with chitchats).
Service is so-so. Few tables only but crew is not much attentive with customers as we need to ask for water and is not automatically served once seated or even ordered. So minus one star for that.
As for the food, they offer varieties of burgers. Though I did not ordered one, i get to taste the patty which is juicy and tasty. The chicken is delish as well, not to much breading which is just perfect. I like the sauce as well, but i preferred mustard and ketchup for it. We also ordered the Onion Rings Bucket. It was served on a plate (Well, i expected it to be in the bucket since it is written on their menu)
Food is not bad for the price of 300php for a burger because it is really satisfying and delicious; same as with the Chicken. A money's worth indeed.
I've eaten in this particular branch a number of times and the way the burgers tastes is consistent to the other branches I've tried.
For it's price though, its very expensive and heavy eaters won't be satisfied with just 1 burger.
Ambiance wise, lighting is dim which suites the place, its very chill and very clean.
Presentation is simple and it looks very juicy depending on what type of meat you choose.
For burgers, try Piggy. For appetizers, go with their Skinny Fries. Add oreo milkshake and you're good to go. You'll be leaving the place happy and fulfilled for such satisfaction it brings. Crews are veryyyyyy approachable, too.
The ambiance of this place is nice. I like the dimmed lights atmosphere. Perfect for a burger and a beer. I decided to go for the Lamb burger and onion rings. The Lamb was delicious. Will definitely go back and have it again sometime.
Highly recommended :)
sobrang attentive ng staffs kamuka pa ni Liza ung isa .Great ambience , I mean dim light and mellow music :)
Very satisfying ung naorder kong burger. damang dama ung flavors .
8 cuts burger is not one of the best burgers in town but it's definitely worth a try. I personally prefer the shroom burger because I really love the idea of mushrooms combined with a juicy burger.
Well, the grass-fed burgers were 👌🏼 and the customer service was a 🌟, the sides weren't as good as I expected them to be. A bit pricey for me, too. But overall, it's OK. I would come back, I guess.
Rundown:
QDaddy 1/3 split
Bar burger 1/3 split
Tub of Onion rings
Truffle Parmesan Skinny Fries
House blend iced tea bottomless
Yummy comfort food! 🤤 Something to look forward to for the next milestone! 😍
Will bring the fambam for their take on this! 🤩
Note: Learned from a friend, for house blend teas - ask for some to taste so you know if you’ll order or not. 8 cuts sample was generous...and refreshing!!! no regrets on taste if you go bottomless!
Awesome burgers, awesome place to chill! I always go with The Classic Cheeseburger, however if im feeling extra happy (or hungry!) that day I go for one of these "Tributes":
Bleu - Bleu Cheese on Brioche. Ugh im in love
Four Cheese - Holy crap. Who wouldnt fall madly inlove? Parmesan, Cheddar, Gruyere, Mozarella ooozing all over the bun along with Aioli! Mmmmmm!!!
Hang Over - OMG this is heavenly. Now thats love. Cheddar, Prosciutto, Egg, Caramelized Onions, BBQ Sauce, Aioli. Phew! I wouldnt mind getting a hangover if i were to gorge on this!
Oh, and dont forget their Onion Rings!

Since I cant review the 8cuts (Greenbelt branch) I'll just post it here since it's the closest one. I love how their burgers have this unique taste that other burgers don't have. I personally love their bbq flavored burger (i'm biased with bbqs) Also love their desserts!!!!
Delicious burgers and onion rings!!! The place is small but the experience is the same. Took out some Piggy burger — house-made smoked bacon, cheddar, garlic aioli, bacon-onion compote and of course the patty which is made out of lean and clean meat. Juicy, flavorful and tender. You can’t really aak for anything else! The onion rings was of course delish as usual!
Happy 5th birthday, The Moment Group! 😻
I’ve really liked 8 Cuts Burgers ever since, so when I heard that the first of a number of special offers to celebrate their 5th year is in this joint, I went to the nearest branch to our office! 😸
Just for today, their Cheese Burger was sold for only PHP 55! As in what a steal! 🙀 Each guest can order up to two burgers and no takeaways policy for it.
There was a queue but since I was alone, I gladly took a seat right by the bar. It was honestly the best spot for me as it saved me a lot of wait time, plus I had a perfectly awesome view of all the burger flipping. The burgers were just getting out! Absolutely amazing! They served until supplies lasted which was quite early. Fellow foodie Jayson Jao said by around 5 in the afternoon, both the branches in Rockwell and Salcedo have ran out already. I just got lucky that I was in the area. 😸
As per usual, the Cheese Burger is just fantastic! 😻 The patty is wonderfully cooked, juicy and delicious, and the sauce paired well with it. The buns used were brioche bun and they were toasted slightly but still soft and tasty. ❤️
Of course no visit in 8 Cuts is complete for me until I order my favorite onion rings. A little birdy told me that their newest Onion Rings powder is Nori. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in this particular store. 😹
Tomorrow I will try to visit Ooma in BGC! 😻
#themomentgroupturns5
Love love the onion rings! Nice place but they really need to turn up the AC because it’s quite warm inside. Still one of my favorite burger joints.

No onion rings on a Sunday 😭 got 2 burgers to go. This branch is really small. It also took awhile for my credit card payment to go through. There's a small packaging charge for take out.
Burgers made from scratch, seasoned right before they grill it.

My boyfriend and I had our lunch here yesterday. We've been hearing lots of good reviews about this burger joint and so we were really excited to try it out. And it goes to show that those reviews didn't dissapoint!😊
I've ordered cheeseburger (single quarter-pounder house blend all-beef patty with American cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, onions) which is just okay *if only not too salty*. While my boyfriend devoured the Q-daddy burger (quarter-pounder Ox blend patty of flank, ox tail, and rib eye with yellow cheddar, onion tanglers, crisp bacon strips, iceberg lettuce, tomato, jalapeno ranch, and sweetly spiced BBQ sauce) which he really loved! I really didn't have the chance to taste it because he is savoring his every bite! 😜
And oh, did I mention their onion rings?? The best onion rings I've ever tasted -- as in ever! So yum yum yum! Order the onion rings bucket, and you'll thank me afterwards.👌🏻👅
As for the ambiance of the joint, I really loved the interior and lighting giving you an american-retro vibe. The crew are very polite and accomodating too.
Overall, it's really a wonderful experience. Definitely worth coming back!
Sometimes you're just in the mood for a burger with a little more substance than fast food. I happened to be missing the states today and 8cuts' Q-daddy burger really satisfied my cravings.
The 1/3 lb burger was the perfect size, large but not ridiculously so. Crispy onion rings and a zesty, spicy sauce really brought it all together.
The space is designed to seem like a hole in the wall, dive bar kind of place. I think that works perfectly for a burger joint like this.
Service was quick and attentive. What more could you ask for?
Would suggest if they could provide set which include burger and fries. Honestly, their burger is superb. I love their soft shell crab burger and they onions ring. The onion rings was so crispy taste with the tartar sauce. Besides, the soft shell crab was so crunchy and taste so delicious with pickles.
One of the better burger places in Manila. This would be my number 2 favorite burger joint. I usually don't like cheeseburgers but they're version hits the spot that converted me to my love for this dish. I recommend their cheeseburger, no frills and delicious. They also have very good onion rings. They're burgers are juicy and meaty because they grind the meat only when you order it. It really preserves the juiciness of the patty.
8 cuts Greenbelt
I dont know about you but I like my burger huge, meaty, flavorful , juicy and therefore a dripping mess. I like holding it in my hands as I chomp on it. None of that lady like knife and fork cutting daintily stuff 😜😋😋
Burger's juices are meant to trickle down your fingers and you're meant to lick them. Well at least those burgers that are really good like 8 cuts.
Ordered their 4 cheese2.0 1/3 house blend for P345. It was huge for me. I can only finish half. Good thing the piggery were more than ready to take the other half.
Them piggery though will demolish two orders of 1/3 of any variant in one sitting. But then again boys have huge appetites.
Special mention to the truffled waffle fries, tongue twister I know. Although scrumptious, they were a bit expensive considering the small portion. Bitin the piggies.
The onion rings were crazy good too! They were crunchy and tasty . Yes the batter is a bit thick but we liked it. Cheaper than the waffle fries
Price: There were 3 of us sans any beverage - P1300++
Burgers are uniquely served as the customers will be the ones to decide what buns, patties and add-ons ( veggies and condiments) they want to put in it. Their drinks are equally yummy (especially those frozen cocktails).
8CutsBurgerBlends @Greenbelt
Food: AMAZING. Love their onion rings! Must taste. Must buy. Buy the BUCKET! 'Cause you just can't get enough. Their spaghetti tastes like Shakey's spag for me. Also good tasting! Their burger was a little dry, but still tasty. Love all the ingredients, goes well with everything. Makes you full! Their dessert, which I forgot the name, was to die fooooor!!!
Service: Thanks to the server who walked us through their menu with so much patience and enthusiasm since we were unable to decide quickly with our orders. She also helped us pick the best choices in the house. Kudos! They were really approachable and attentive! There was this old man who tripped off the stairs going to the store and the servers were quick to respond and helped the customer to his feet. Also, in just minutes, a medic came. Kudos again for the server's fast response!
Ambiance: CCC!!! (CLEAN, COLD, COMFORTABLE)
Will definitely go back.☺
So, we tried the limited edition of 8cuts and Ooma collaboration burger today. And yes, today is their first launch. 😄✌
Soft Shell Crab 'Wich - no patties inside but a crunchy soft shell crab, layered with unagi sauce, melted mozarella cheese, herbed aioli, aligue mayo, mango salsa and crispy salmon-skin flakes.
Price is reasonable because of its taste.
299php + 99php if you want fries/onion rings and iced tea. 😉
I was quite disappointed with the mango salsa inside because it's few, and you can't even taste it well. I don't think if their other branch is just the same.
I came here with my boyfriend today and we really enjoyed it. The ambience and decor reminded him of America and we both really enjoyed the rock music they were playing. We ordered the piggy, hangover, skinny fries, waffle fries, and the bottomless tea. Everything was really good. My favorite burger was the hangover and his was the piggy. The skinny fires were our favorite of the fries but both were good. The tea was also delicious and i am starting to notice that many of the restaurants here in manila have similar tea. The service was also great because my drink was never empty for less than a minute and they gave us napkins very fast also. We didn't have to ask for much. If it was up to my bf he would make this 5 stars because it reminded him of home but i am not crazy about burgers so we compromise with a 4.5. Come here when you crave a great burger.
I keep coming back to 8cuts because I truly believe that they have the best onion rings in town. Pair it with their classic Cheese Burger then you're good to go. I also tried their Salted Caramel Milkshake which tasted so good as well. I like the Salcedo Branch because of it's vibes and the total ambiance of the place.
It's all "WOW" me and my friend really enjoyed and treasure the experience, forget the value of the money you spend because the service at this branch is WOW, the staff were so impressive and very warmth, the place is so cool with the ambiance, the Manager "Jay" is so kind and generous for giving us heavenly he called "happy ending dessert" Turtle Pie Ice cream sundae because its our first time....so so SUPERB ice cream sundae dessert to try!
The onion rings is so crunchy and full of flavor!the best onion rings we had ever.
The cheeseburger added with their house made bacon is a plus, very juicy and yummy.
We will definitely be back here with more more friends and family to try other mouth watering burgers.
Cant get enough with their burger, had my burger here for 2 weeks straight but in different branch.
8cuts in makati is much better than the one in MOA.
I can't seem to get enough of the burger in this place. It has been two consecutive weeks since I was in 8 cuts in different branches though. I find this branch better than the one in MOA because of the better air conditioning. The burger is still amazing.
Went to 8 Cuts in Salcedo on a random Thursday binge with the team. I must say, I've never had onion rings and burgers that good!! I love the crunchiness and the flavor of the onion rings. Not too strong on the taste. The burger's just as good. The patty was juicy and there's like a battle of flavor in your mouth that makes you crave for more. The burger's big enough to share if you're not a big eater too. (i shared my burger then because I was still a bit full)
I also ordered their milkshake Nuteloos. It was okay. A bit too sweet. I hardly tasted the peanuty taste of speculoos since the taste of nutella overpowered it a bit.
Their fried pickles and fries are okay as well. Wish the fires had more bacon bits tho. Haha!
The interiors are hip! Reminds me of a New York pub. The songs that they play are awesome as it is. Most of 'em are from the late 90's to early 2000's. (Can't help but sing along to it haha!)
Their customer service? ...not that good. I think they can improve on that more. I hardly saw anyone who was smiling. They also hardly acknowledged their customers. If it weren't for the food, it would've flopped.
But all in all, I had a great experience here. Will try their wings the next time I come back. 🙌🏻
I got so excited when my friend told me there is 8 cuts near our work place. 8 cuts Burger Blends is where we go for ultimate burgers and onion rings! Keep it up guys!
Their burgers are one of the best in the city and their ice tea is superb. Friendly and fast service. The location is good, too. Only complaint is their delivery service which doesn't reach my place though it's only 3 buildings away from them on the same street.
They weren't lying when they said they have the World's Tastiest Burgers. Their foods may be a bit price-y but it is worth every penny you've spent. As i entered, i was amazed by the ambience that this place gives. It has that 90s retro vibe, felt as though i went back in time. The staff was very accomodating too. I ordered one of their best-sellers, which is their cheeseburger. If you are in a hurry and don't have lots of time in your hands, i suggest you eat some where else. It took time before they served my order. I was very much speechless when i took the first bite, the meat of their burger is unlike any other and the cheese was superb! No wonder it took so long, if you wanted to have a taste of the world's tastiest burger you got to have patience. I'm definitely coming back to try more of their foods.
Late Saturday night, I was driving around Makati looking for a place to eat when I remembered there is an 8 Cuts near one of our office. I was surprised when I entered this specific branch of 8 Cuts as it was quite small. The store's seating capacity I think is just at around 30 persons max! Anyways, being small is a good thing for this branch as it gives you a vibe of being just in a hole in the wall restaurant. Interiors give off a chill vibe with matching music. Ordered my favorite onion rings and the Q-Daddy Burger. As always, it hit the spot! Hunger satisfied and I went home happy! =)
Although this is pricier than most burgers, it is worth every cent. Their burger patty is very juicy and very meaty. It is the place to be if you don't mind smelling like burgers afterwards.
My favorite burger here is the Rising Shroom. I've only found few select places that serve fried oyster mushrooms inside their burger. And the white truffle cream cheese is exquisite. It's making my mouth water in just typing these things. Paired this off with their thick, creamy Red Velvet Cake shake and I feel back to America gorging huge burgers and shakes, only better.
Of course, I can't leave out the fries. The fries that I prefer is their waffle fries which reminds me of Chick-fil-A US fast food chain. As for their skinny fries, it’s just thinner, but when “pimped” it will may be gone in just minutes.
Overall, this is one of my favorite burger places, because of their quality burgers, great tasting shakes, neighborhood hang-out ambiance and impeccable service.
By Me-An.
Just reasonable food, travel & etc.
If you're into burgers, make sure you try theirs. Tried their Cheeseburger No 3 and fries. Definitely instagram-able! Enjoyed every bite esp with the ambiance of the place. Quite pricey but reasonable. Can be an awesome hangout place with your friends on a Friday.
You can never go wrong with their burgers and onion rings. This is one of the restaurants where I get to enjoy eating onions.
A bit pricey but you know that you're satisfied.
Although the place needs some air. It's a bit "kulob" so the smell sticks to you when you leave the restaurant.
Food is expectedly great. I only ordered their original burger, but I can very well say that their burger is a must try. The burger is not too flavorful, perfect and just the way I like burgers. No flavor overly dominates other flavors and is well balanced out unlike in some burgers where the cheese or pickles overpower everything. I like how the beef patty doesn't taste artificial and really tastes like legit beef. Soft and tender as well! Service is definitely A++++ here in this branch. Waiters are very attentive and friendly. It was their 8th annivesary when my friends and I decided to eat here. They were having their free onion rings bucket promo that time and I must say, their buckets were BIG. Super sulit! I'd come back to try their other burgers. Quality is super! :)
Late lunch with the bosses!!! What I mean by late is 3.30 late! Sigh! We've got too much work! Since we need something fast that delivers....we opted for the nearest and requested to deliver!
Ordered a normal cheeseburger with sauce no.3 plain and basic burger too satisfy my hunger!
Because I'm hungry I ordered their skinny fries! Yummy!
I enjoy their burger! Yummy....
Was in the area and decide to drop by to my favorite burger place especially for the price you pay. Yes there is some very good burger places around however this brand can really match them when it comes to quality, taste however beat them nearly in price and affordability.
I've always loved 8 cuts and all the awesome burgers and this time I tried the Cheeseburger No.3 with the popular House Blend beef, a mixture of meaty and juicy short rib and rib eye. Now you also cannot have a proper meal until you tried their famous and tasty Onion Rings. I would highly recommend this combo of burger and onion rings any day to any one!
Fresh, juicy and just about the right amount of salt and spices in the beef patty! The meat seems to be so fresh you taste that natural flavors amplified when cooked!
Will definitely come back with the whole family next time! :)
There has been a burger debate going on for a while now and 8 Cuts Burger has been one of the frontrunners in the battle for the restaurant with the best burgers in town.
This time, I tried the classic 1/3 pound Cheeseburger with Sauce No. 3 and I liked it. The burger was soft, juicy, and delicious. It was a good burger, but I don't think it was the best. For some reason, the balance of flavor was also a bit off, with one side of the burger tasting better than the other. The sauce no.3, in my opinion, is better than sauce no.4.
We also tried all their sides: the onion rings, sweet potato fries, and french fries. The onion rings were amazing, and I finished 2 plates in my own. It was by far the best onion rings I've had in my life and I would keep on coming back just to have a taste of it again. Both the french fries and sweet potato fries were good, but those onion rings were amazing!
If you ever find yourself in 8 Cuts Burger, grab a plate of onion rings. You'll thank me later. I can't wait to try their other burger creations as I might be more impressed by those.
Food Quality: 4.0
Service Quality: 3.5
Ambiance: 3.5
Overall Quality: 4.0
Cheers,
Chef Jay
I really really like their original burger and their cheeseburgers (including the one with the 4 kinds of cheese). The beef patties are tasty and juicy, the bread is soft and the interiors give off that diner vibe. If anything, the fries can use a little more flavor. Staff are nice and attentive!
Trendy environment.
But what about the food?
Food, Glorious Food. Delicious Food. That food.. oh mumma.
4 guys, 4 different burgers, everyone envying each others burgers.
Couldn't eat this every day, some were a little too buttered rich for me - but delicious never the less.
If you're going to be out one thing, should do it right - and these guys nailed it.
I miss you 8 Cuts.
Love my Stomach
xox
Cheeseburger - pretty good and juicy, though definitely not the best I've had (P265)
Onion Rings - really good and crunchy, and it's a lot for the price (P65)
Overall, I would definitely come back, as they have two things I love: Burgers and Basketball (they have a TV inside that's glued to NBA TV)
We went here to have some snacks/dinner. 😁 my friends tried other kinds of burger. But I tried to create my own. This is called THE BOSS on the menu. You have the chance to build your own burger combinations. 😍 got mine with beef patty and it was really delicious. It's like a meal even though it's a burger. Not to mention the staffs will definitely assist you and offer to take a picture for you guys. How sweet! 👍🏻
Tried their Cheeseburger, awesome! Patty was juicy, moist bread, fresh veggies, perfect! Service was fast and everyone is pleasant and recommend dishes well. Did I mention they serve beer ice cold?
This resto sure raised the level for burger bars to reach. Will surely go back. 👍
The place is a not really noticeable, its small and doesn't look like a restaurant. But the feel is actually good. I like the ambiance and the interior. Burgers are burgers - not sure whats special about it but for me it just taste the same as other burger stores but the price is a little high.
My boyfriend and I are huge fans of 8 cuts and Burger Bar, so we were so thrilled when this branch opened in our neighborhood. Since the Friday traffic was terrible as usual last night, we opted to stay within the walking distance.
If you already tried 8 Cuts or Burger Bar, you know how great their burger is and this branch is no different. I’d easily give 5 stars for the taste, quality of service, and speed of service --- BUT, for some reason their menu is priced way higher than the other branches. For example, my all-time favorite The Bleu is P235 pesos in Burger Bar Greenbelt but the Bar Burger 2.0 which is basically an identical burger to The Bleu is priced at P370. P145 difference for basically the same thing!
I love the burger, but the next time we crave for it we’d rather have it at Burger Bar GB.
They have a great selection of burgers, wherein you can also mix and match ingredients and make your own burger. If you want to be hands on with your burger, you can choose the cuts and the toppings according to your liking. Or you could just order straight from the menu. Great flavors though their price is a bit on the expensive side. But for me, the must-try food item is their Onion Rings. Really worth it. Ambiance is quite nice too, as if you're in a TV sitcom.
This newly opened resto/bar along Leviste street in Makati specializes in hamburgers. They have different choices of burgers complete with different toppings. You can request how you want your beef done and there are many choices on the menus to choose from. The burgers are delicious but the price is quite expensive (for burgers). Nevertheless this is a good place to hit if you are a burger fanatic.
To be honest, I was never really that curious about eating in 8 Cuts because of the fact that it was simply the little brother of BurgerBar. So when I finally stepped into their Salcedo branch the other week, I already knew what to expect.
Design-wise, that of 8 Cuts is very different from the bright and bustling BurgerBar. Their version comes across as more relaxed - especially at night, mostly due to their dim lighting and emphasized neon light signage placed about their interiors. I liked that it has that chilled-out vibe, which would work in encouraging patrons to order a couple of drinks and stay longer. The interior is quite small, I would say it would fit about 40 people. When we got there on a Friday night, the place was only half-full.
Service-wise, the staff were all very friendly and courteous, which is always a plus. They made sure our glasses were always full with water and made sure to come quickly whenever we needed something.
When taking a look at the menu, there was no shock factor. It seemed to be an exact replica of the BurgerBar menu with a design make-over. There may have been some differences on food options, but I didn't bother to find out. I ordered the Rising Shroom for P340, while my companion got the Cheeseburger No. 3 for P265.
It took about 10-15 minutes for our food to arrive and my burger looked exactly the way it did as when I ordered it in their big brother restaurant. I do love their Rising Shroom burger because of the white truffle creamed cheese sauce and mushrooms - but I've always found the fried oyster on top to be a little unnecessary. My friend wolfed down his Cheeseburger. The burger patty was cooked perfectly and was packed with flavor.
Over-all, I am giving my experience a 3.5 because despite the fact that the food, service and atmosphere was indeed good - I still think the entire 8 Cuts concept is has no obvious wow-factor that makes it different from its big brother. I probably would recommend it from time to time but do not see myself going back any time soon.
I've heard about the fad on this restaurant ever since the first time it opened its store here in the Philippines. What's nice about this place is that it offers a wide variety of burgers and you can even make your own! Food items are a bit pricey though for a usual burger joint plus the serving size is not so Americanized.
We ordered their Cheeseburger No. 3, Skinny Fries (we originally ordered waffle cut fries but not available), and Caesar Salad. Their burger patty is worth mentioning - very meaty and tasty. They really live up to their promise: no extenders, no fillings, no fooling!
I must commend the service too - crew is very friendly. Good job, 8 cuts management! :)
Their onion rings are the best I've tasted in town so far. It's worth the price. For P60, you get giant onion rings sprinkled with BBQ seasoning. I also tried their Maple Bacon Vanilla Milkshake and it's just alright. I recommend taking the basic Vanilla Milkshake instead.
The vibe of the place is like that of a modern diner, cute and electric. The servers also get brownie points for being nice and attentive.
Was walking in Salcedo looking for somewhere to eat, the place looked inviting , so i went inside, not knowing what to order, the waiter recommended their in house speciality "tongue and cheek" .so i ordered it, i have to say when it was served i thought i made a mistake,as it looked nothing like a burger... but when i tasted it,i changed my mind,it was juicy and full of flavours.
I just love the resto's Cheeseburger #3. Although, I chose to have it well-done, The patty maintained it's tenderness and juicy-ness. However, The place may get crowded due to its limited space but the staff are friendly enough to give us complimentary dessert for waiting for 1 hour just to get a seat.
Its more of a diner than a resto. I like the place cozy and looks like a place to hang out with buddy`s who share a passion to eat burgers. This place offers a non self service style of eating compared with its outlet in rockwell.
8 Cuts is one of the many interesting restos along an outdoor hall in Greenbelt. I was quite disappointed by how small the burger looked when it arrived but the taste surely made up for it. Tried the Panchito burger, which is a great choice for peeps who love hot and spicy dishes (it has jalapenos).
It's proudly Filipino, it's innovative, it's no-ifs-no-buts true designer burger territory.
Their burgers are 1/3 pound patties, cooked to your desired doneness, and served with very good bread, which makes every bit of difference.
This branch, which seats maybe 30 people indoors, has pared down the menu from the one that at Burger Bar in Greenbelt, and every burger is bang on delicious, whether it's the Tongue and Cheek, the 2.0, or the Q Pad.
The menu published here is dated, with lower prices; expect to pay not less than P350-380 for a burger with add-ons; sidings, such as their fluffy onion rings and waffle potato fries are not in this estimate.
The milkshakes, while good, are expensive. I ordered the maple bacon vanilla, and the Bacos bits ruined it.
The branch is working on their weak air conditioning, so it'll feel warm inside. If you can stand it, I assure you it is probably the best custom burger experience in town. Service is courteous and attentive.
Had dinner here with my girlfriend to celebrate our monthsary. The place was dimly lit and probably has around ten tables inside so it was a good thing we got there early. By the time we left, the room was packed!
Since it was our first time to eat at 8 cuts, it took us a while to place our orders. Good thing the manager (at least I think so) talked us through their burgers and beef patties. In the end, we decided to go for the Boss and the Blends and chose our bun, toppings and beef.
STEP 1: Choose your bun
Sesame for her, Brioche for me.
STEP 2: Choose toppings
Just Crisp Lollo Rossa Lettuce for both of us since they have ketchup and mustard readily available per table and you can just ask for mayonnaise.
STEP 3: What's your beef?
Decided to play it safe for now so we both decided on the 1/4 lb. Steak Cut which is a blend of Sirloin and Chuck.
STEP 4: Want more?
Mozzarella, Sauce No.3 (original house dressing), Crisp Bacon Strips, and Caramelized Onions for her; Mozzarella, Garlic Aioli, and Crispy Onion Tanglers for me.
Other items we ordered on the menu were Onion Rings, a glass of Lemonade for me, and Salted Caramel shake for her.
Loved their onion rings! Really crispy and flavorful. I can't tell if they were sprinkled with barbecue powder or cajun spice but it's been a while since my gf and I finished a plate of onion rings. The burger was really good too. From the toasted bun, to the perfectly cooked patty, to the crispy toppings, down to the dressing, everything was just sooo good.
Safe to say we were satisfied customers and would definitely come back to try other items on their menu.

8 cuts burger blends claimed that their burger is the world’s tastiest burgers and I agree to that so far, because I really like the taste of their burger beef meat with lots of toppings and you have a choice to choose what toppings to add in their selection or you can have it all in your burger. But if you want to have additional cheeses and toppings like blue cheese, you have to add additional 25 pesos per cheese or toppings. If you want an extra patty you have to add additional 99 pesos.
This is the process to create your own burger for only 190 pesos for ¼ lb or 245 pesos for 1/3 lb.
Choose your bun – Sesame, Brioche, Kaiser
Choose your toppings – fresh red tomatoes, white onions, crisp lollo rossa lettuce, pickles (sweet or dill), ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise.
What’s your beef? – house blend (short rib + rib eye), beef bomb (chuck + short rib), steak cut (sirloin + chuck), big game (hanger + brisket) and ox blend (flank + ox tail + rib eye)
We ordered;
Ox Blend Burger – brioche bun and all available toppings with mozzarella cheese
Steak Cut Burger - brioche bun and all available toppings
Steak Cut Burger - sesame bun and all available toppings with mozzarella cheese
Big Game Burger - brioche bun and all available toppings with additional blue cheese.
Skinny Fries with wasabi
Onion Rings
We also ordered Skinny Fries with wasabi and their famous Onion Rings which is better if you dip to ketchup and mustard.

I had the no-nonsense 'The Boss' and at first bite I knew I will have to keep coming back. This just replaced Charlie's as my favorite burger place.
