Vikings Luxury Buffet at SM Jazz is a name that Khris and I have come to associate with happy occasions and delightful buffet experiences. This is mainly our go-to restaurant if we are celebrating birthdays of important people – where it is a friend or a relative. In particular, we love Vikings Luxury Buffet at SM Jazz because of its location as well as the quality of food that they serve.

Our team always visit this place if we have something to celebrate, and for all the visits we had here, I'm always lugi. Actually to all eat-all-you-can restos naman eh.
I love the range of sweets here even if I dont have that sweet tooth. Staff quickly attends to customers whenever they're called. I just find their stocks of seafoods (shrimp and crabs) always lacking. I always fail to get my serving. And whenever we visit this place, there's always no queue, no need to reserve, so I recommend this branch. :)
Celebrated my birthday here since they have a free buffet promo. I like the location and the ambiance para siyang cafe. I liked the food naman except for the teppanyaki lol. Only thing I hated is that the plates seem to be not cleaned well. :( But overall, I enjoyed my whole experience hehe.

My favorite Vikings of them all! So clean, service is always impeccable, the layout is just right and the fixtures are the classiest!
This branch also has caviar which I love so much! I don't see caviar in other outlets so if you love it, go here!
Parking is plenty both in the open area and the building. Plus the walk is not too far, unlike in other outlets. They also validate parking in this branch.
This is my family's go to Vikings branch since it is not crowded.
Food, all well prepared and fresh, we got no negative comments about the quality and taste of food.
The servers and overall service is superb! This is what make this branch different from the others. People here are extraordinary.
I got a list of reasons why but let me just share to you a one simple kind act that I experienced. So I was waiting for the hakaw, I came back to the area where you may get dimsum for couple of times and was not able to get some since people are hoarding these little shrimps and I am not that pushy and aggressive to makipagunahan kumuha ng hakaw sa mga taong to. Hahaha. While eating a crew (he is actually a chef, I think, base on what he is wearing) approached me and offered the hakaws to me before putting them on the Center table. That is my sweetest and remarkable experience in this branch.

The restaurant was a bit small compared to the others I've been to. But the charming, accommodating and friendly staff made up for it. What's funny though, when they approached me asking for a survey. They kept on talking in English, after a minute, maybe she ran out of English, asked me what language I speak. Hahahaha.. She thought I was Chinese!! Hahahaha

I enjoyed dining more at Vikings SM Jazz compared to the Megamall branch.
There were less people to stress about. Of course we dined at SM Jazz on a Monday compared to Megamall on a Saturday. But I would assume that there would be less people at SM Jazz even on weekends compared to Megamall.
It is a smaller branch BUT it doesn't mean it offers less. Relatively, SM Jazz has the same amount of the dishes that are good or worth eating. At least you don't walk too far just to get your food!

The place is cozy. I love the iced Milo hahaha. I enjoyed the food naman. Di nagsayaw yung mga staff sa table namin. We had three birthday celebrants that time. Pero of course, the foods are awesome and syempre mahal hahaha
Vikings in SM Jazz isn't as big as the ones in MOA but it can serve its purpose as a buffet, this establishment right here is great for parties and events, they have a room secluded from the guests / regular customers. Its nice that they had this kind of concept in mind when they were building this place.
Food wise there aren't much choices to choose from, although they have the usual steak, pasta, japanese and chinese cuisine, it's not as extensive as the one in MOA and in Megamall. But none the less i enjoyed the food here. Most of the staff are welcoming and are very helpful which made my experience here very worthwhile.
Good thing abt this place is that they don't get packed that easily as compared to other branches. So we got to seat almost immediately.
This is the 2nd branch of Vikings I've eaten too, and this is my favorite branch because of it's interior design especially of the dessert section! Me and my bf availed the birthday promo that time (bcus it was my birthday) and we never regretted eating there! Foods tasted the same like in the MOA branch.
I had my first Vikings experience in this branch. The place is good and it is really attractive, especially the entrance. They offer a very wide variety of taste and flavors. And take note that they do not just come with lots of choices, but you can really appreciate the premium quality they put in their food (taste and cleanliness) and service. They have available promos like birthday, group promos and for other occasions as well.

I came to SM Jazz Mall's Vikings outlet for my father's birthday celebration!
When I went to reserve the place, it seemed quite and not-so-populated. I was somehow questioning their quality and taste; however luckily I was proved wrong.
Monday (24th September) was buzzing!!
Reviewing a buffet is tough but can tell you which sections turned out to be a hit and which ones need improvement.
Japanese, Italian, salad, cold cuts, dessert sections are a HIT!
Live grill section is good too but I wish they flavor the meat cuz it tastes very bland.
Chinese, Korean, Spanish sections need huge improvements. None of the dishes suited my palate.
Overall we should try Vikings due to the unlimited beer, drinks, soft drinks.

Great concept and they have better food than their MOA branch tho they have fewer selections compared to moa. But the food is great. My faves are their pizza, ebi tempura, tonkatsu and bibingka. The only food i didnt like is their classic carbonara which is too salty for me.

A very convenient and accessible indulge-to-your-heart’s-content place, Vikings provide families and group of friends or colleagues an ambience of home yet serves hotel-like food. Their feast makes me confuse for I can never decide which station to get food from first. 😂 Value for money-wise, Vikings has a lot of quality food and beverage choices. Dined here several times already, and each time, my heart and tummy is so full, from their food and the love and time we shared with loved ones.

We celebrated Granny's 70th birthday here last night, good thing they have function rooms that can accommodate up to 80 or more peeps. And yes, we were 80plus last night. The place and ambiance is very classy.
Of course it's Vikings so no doubt to them of serving the finest cuisine. I started to have Angus beef, pasta, baked oyster, ebin tempura and cucumber aquafresca drink. The angus beef was a bit salty, the baked oyster was reallyyyyy goooood! We keep coming back for it even after the dessert. The tempura was always freshly cooked, for their pasta, it was good but maybe better if still hot and the cheese melts. I love how fresh their drinks was, very healthy feeling.
For the dessert, they have different kinds of cakes, chocolate fountain, donuts, but I had the bibingka (seems same with bibingkiniyan though), I also had caramel crepes TWICE! Hahahaha! With salted caramel icecream on top. Then oyster again and again hohoho!
The servers were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. They also had a small performance for our grandmother and they made it extra special.
All in all, we had so much fun, thank you Vikings Jazz! 😘😘😘

BOLD STATEMENT: One of the best buffets in the Philippines.
Price: Extremely worth it. It’s about P750 during the week and P950 on the weekend. My family went during the week and I was actually mind blown by the price. It’s equivalent to $15/person. If this had been a buffet in the US, it would be at least $30 or P1500. They also had a cool graduate promo going on so my brother ate for free!
Ambiance: Beautiful sculpture upon walking in. I had to take a picture. It took my breath away but then I took it back cause I remembered I need it to eat. Well-lit, packed with people, and good music playing in the background. It’s a huge space and they have a few function rooms on the side.
Food: So many good choices, organized into the different countries, mostly Asian dishes. Sushi wasn’t basic. All the juices you can imagine. Beer is included. Huge dessert bar. Build your own halo-halo. Truffle. Pasta.
Service: Great!! I didn’t know my table number and one of the managers came with me so she can tell the chef where to bring over my truffle pasta. Another employee also kindly took my picture by one of the cute quotes around the room.

Truly your inner viking appetite will awaken just by merely looking at the plenty choices of food. Enjoyed munching almost all food Vikings can offer; from Eastern to Western finger foods and dishes.
Was here last September for my birthday. We were at SM MOA first but the queue was too long. Never anticipated that it is a busy day since it is the last day if the month and there were couple of events in MOA. So we decided to go here and luckily it’s not that crowded. We were immediately given a table and enjoyed the night. The place looks clean and nice. This place saved the night so will give this a high rate. ❤️
Went here to celebrate my bestfriend’s bday last year. It was a busy afternoon yet the staff were friendly and accomodating.

We attended my bff nephew's dedication and we had lunch here at vikings sm jazz. The food looks nice and taste so good! My son and i enjoyed the food, especially the desserts! The function rooms are well cleaned and arranged. The staffs are very accommodating and the place was clean. Worth every cents you spent!
It was my birth month (December) when I together with my workmates pig out at Vikings SM Jazz. They do offer different type of cuisines to choose from depending on what you prefer.
Just be sure to not wear some fitted and tight clothes since you'll definitely be super full and bloated once you're done. Haha satisfied customer here!
Wonderful ambiance. Plus, you won't miss out on who's the Head Chef here because he's everywhere. He's always making sure everything is well prepared and replaced immediately. Kudos to the Head Chef of this branch. Freshly made batches are always well served. If I were to dine for a quality buffet, I would chose Vikings SM Jazz.
PS: Staff are also accommodating. The hotline was terrible but when we dropped by for reservation they were able to get us a spot on the list.
It was Easter Sunday . We just came from an out of town trip with our balikbayan brother in law and his family.
After hearing mass at St. Andrew’s Bel Air, we decided to treat them to dinner at Vikings. We know that they would enjoy the unlimited and quality spread Vikings is known for.
It’s been years since we last visited a V branch. It was delightful to re-aquaint our palates with our old favorites and to discover new ones.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of the oysters in the oysters Rockefeller and the mussels in the Grill section.
The cheese selection were also nice with blue cheese and Gorgonzola.
It was well worth the (almost ) P1k we shelled out per head. Quality and quantity were the name of the game
Vikings is one of the best buffet restaurant in town. They have a lot of variety of food you can choose from from filipino, japanese, korean, thai, chinese and american foods. They never fail when giving the best dishes. And you will surely experience luxury at an affordable price. Ambience is great, people are courteous the only problem we encounter in vikings jazz is their reservation. They’re calling numbers instead of the name of the person. I dont think when we called to reseve days before they gave us a number. So its confusing and quite stressful for our senior companions. But all in all experience was great especially during birthday because you can have it for free.

This is without a doubt in my mind my most preferred Vikings branch. Food is great, service is fast, waiters are very efficient and accommodating, and ambience is totally 5 out of 5.

Lunch: the spread of the menu is not as wide as I expected. The taste of their food are not that nice. The pizza is like days old so I ofted to have it remove after a bite. The only thing that I like is the interior of the restaurant.

Awed by the ambiance and interior of Vikings Buffet Restaurant branch in SM Jazz Mall in Makati. The place looks so luxurious. Food was good except in the crepe station wherein both the male and female crew doesn't know how to make a crepe at all. It took me three times reminding them that I am ordering a crepe. The guy seems irritated to cook. In the middle of cooking flip the crepe ala pancake eh di durog-durog. When the girl cooked one too as I observed since we were just sitting infront she flipped it too. Just wondering how come Vikings didn't train their crew. In Dad's at Buffet101 the crepe making station is both okay unlike here.
But overall, this is one of my fave eat all you can Viking's branch.
From my perspective, this branch was the best out of all the others. Rated it 4.5 stars instead of 5 because my dad and I got sick the following day because of their oysters considering that it was night time.
Vikings has a wide array of food selection - from Italian, Filipino, Japanese, Korean, American - the menu choices are all so overwhelming. Their food preparation gives one aesthetic pleasure.
As for the taste, their Italian and Japanese food are nothing special. The meats (chicken, turkey, beef) though are very delicious! I also love their salads! Most of all, their refreshments and desserts are a solid 10/10.
I can definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends. The buffet price is worth it.
This is one of our favorite places to go to if we have celebrations at work. Its location is perfect since it is near Ayala.
The setting and atmosphere inside is very relaxing. We had lunch buffet here on a Tuesday, and we enjoyed our time here. There was not a lot of people, which makes our experience so much better.
The stand outs for me are the binagoong rice, lechon, salad and desserts.
We cannot wait to go back here!
It was my first time to eat here on my birthday. The food, drinks and service were almost perfect except for the part when the birthday celebrators were greeted and given a cake. I didn't know that they will do it all at the same time for the birthday celebrators. It also took more than an hour for them to do it. We almost left the restaurant without receiving a birthday greeting from them. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my experience here. Will definitely go back.
People really enjoy it here! You can have your own private events in all their divided areas! There was just so much food, wahhh! Everything looked pretty to eat!
I knew Viking's before they've been bought by SM (if i'm not mistaking).
Quality used to be awesome and they've became fairly famous brcause of that.
The food they are having now is just average.
I like location because there's not much people unlike the other branches located in bigger shopping malls. The space is quite okay, clean and organized. They serve beer too which is great. And of course, their buffet dishes are superb. If you like to splurge on buffet but too lazy to go to MoA, Megamall of Glorietta, then this brance is perfect for you.

Vikings has changed the game on eating all you can, bringing hotel like food experience at a lower price to Filipinos. They currently have 7 spots in Metro Manila and each branch caters at least 300 people. They have sushi and sashimi, fresh salad station, shabu shabu, grilling, pizza and pasta, seafood and desserts which include waffles, ice cream, pastries, cakes and make your own crepe. It star, the carvings include turkey, lamb, rib eye and lechon belly.
One thing that separates Vikings is their drinks. They threw this in as well for Php 995 with tax on our dinner weekend. They have multiple types of dispensed coffee, juices, milk tea, soda and even fruit shakes on the spot.
I also got to request Japanese items which their team did for me without hesitation. I asked for Spicy Tuna, Chicken Teppanyaki, and Japanese Fried Rice. They were not in the buffet and I waited paitently for it to be served to our table straight.
Customer service here as well is at par, each staff ready to attend to your needs. If it's your birthday, they even give you a discount, free dessert, a signboard with your name on it and lots of joyful singing.

My friend's baby's christening reception was held here. As always they never fail to surpass my discerning palate. I love their seafood and pasta negra. Their food selection is so varied that it is quite impossible for someone to enjoy it all in just one visit.

Ambience: Relaxed and Warm. It was spacious, and the lightings and interior were good.
Food: I particularly like the sea food station and the crustaceans. The baked oysters were sooo delicious. I also like that the juices were fresh. However, I didn't like the lamb rendang. It wasn't cook well.
This is one of the best yet not too pricey buffet in Manila. Good thing about Vikings, they serve steak. They serve beef and lamb steak. For the dessert, I love their green tea icecream. A must try for green tea lovers. They have wide choices of food that you could choose from. I love asian dishes so I would usually go to their Japanese and Chinese section. This is a good place to celebrate an occasion.

I celebrated my 19th birthday in Vikings Makati and it was really memorable. For me, it's actually one of the best branches to dine in (just reserve two or three days before the actual date), though there wasn't really that much of a crowd when me and my friends ate there.
Wide selection of gourmet dishes, ranging from Asian cuisines to Western, also there was a plethora of beverages to choose from. The dessert section was the grand finalé!
The European decòr and feel was an added bonus, I honestly want to go back here soon and try the other dishes

I was in Vikings SM jazz last Saturday for a lunch out w my friends. This is the 2nd time I went here.i did not fully enjoy the 1st visit because it's was too crowded I think it was around Christmas and we huge # of people so instead of focusing on the food I was busy chatting.2nd time was better, I get to taste the seafood paella, they have Lechon (but SM north Vikings doesn't offer lechon). I never get to try the hotpot, so I have another excuse to return lol. The avocado ice cream mixed w coffee is just lovely! Also they don't have cheese cake on their dessert menu.The place is clean organized and staff are really helpful. There just this one staff who handed our bill who gave me bit of an eye roll when i ask if the e-voucher I gave earlier has been applied to our bill. Also audio system is bit annoying because it's really loud & not clear at all.

I left this buffet extremely satisfied!
The carving station is my favorite because of the beef, which is extremely soft and juicy. Medium Rare is the way to go or Medium Well if you don't want to see red, but remember to eat responsibly. Peppercorn Gravy sauce is good for beef and Mint Jelly for the lamb.
The Garlic Bread is addicting especially the baguette ends, but don't get too much because you're paying a lot of money here.
The Tuna and Salmon Sashimi + the Ebi Tempura are as in-demand as always.
Grilled seafoods are excellent choices! You can place the raw seafood on a plate and have them cooked by their friendly chefs. Give your table number and they will have your order delivered to your table. I really enjoyed the Grilled Tahong (Mussels).
My dessert obsessions would be the Churros and ice-cream. The Churros are crunchy outside, soft inside, and its dip is just about right in sweetness. Coffee Crumble and Chocolate are good ice-cream flavors but they have several others for you to try.
This branch also serves many agua fresca beverages, Milo, wintermelon, taro milk tea, lemonade, sake, and pineapple shakes.
Walk-ins, come early if you can; it'll be very much worth it. Sometimes people aren't around when their numbers are called so don't tread too far yourself.
We, the graduating class of 2017 of the San Carlos Seminary, had our pre-graduation party and agendum. Vikings, Jazz Mall was one of our top choices since the ambiance of the place was really great though there were no really bad things happened. still, we would consider to go back. must visit place guys.

My boyfriend and I celebrated his 21st birthday here in VIKINGS SM JAZZ. Food is good. A wide variety of choices. Some dish have really no taste like its turkey. My favorite is the Japanese sushi. TIP: Drink water only when you dine in here so that you would not be full easily and have a chance to taste other dishes.
i want to thanks vikings jazz mall, for accommodating us in our 2 in 1 event my civil wedding and baptism of my daughter, their food is good all my 60 guest were stomach full, the staff is very accommodating specially their reservation manager (forgot her name) , my bill was much cheaper on i am expecting and on what is stated in the reservation contract, they provide audio / video equipment to be used for free, thanks and merry Christmas to all

The ambiance was great. Very nice and clean. My first time to dine here. I expected less coz I know and based on the reviews, the place is a bit small and the food options are less. But that's OK.
1. Service - Staff are all friendly and nice. They are so attentive to the needs of the customers and to the requests.

3. Food - Yes they do have lesser options but I guarantee, you won't be disappointed. Am so happy we we're seated near the Japanese Food station and Carving station. Sushi is heaven for my companion! Also, the turkey, steak, lamb.... Cooked so well and sooooo delicious! Lamb steak is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! We also tried the grilling station but it took a whole before they serve our mussels and clammmys. But it's still Ok. Tempura is freshly cooked and so tasty.
I just hope they have more option for soup. I was looking for soup.
This branch is awesome compared to MOA branch. Customers have a lot more choices of food! The place/ambiance is really good, so clean and well maintained. The staff are very accommodating as well.

Rina and I, together with some of my blogger friends, were invited to visit the branch of Vikings Luxury Buffet at SM Jazz at the start of 2015. Unfortunately, we've been so busy that my friends and I couldn't seem to work out a common schedule until March! . After a few steps into the stunning Dining Area of Vikings SM Jazz, it was clear that this was going to be worth the wait.
Another buffet restaurant branch that's so classy, I mistook it for another restaurant! Before dining here, my favorite was the SM Marikina branch because of its spaciousness. However, it isn't as classy as this SM Jazz mall branch! The French/European interiors and music made the ambiance even nicer. Although the buffet spread isn't as wide as the one in SM Marikina, I think the food tastes better here! I especially enjoyed the dessert and carving stations, so sinfully good! I can't wait to eat here again!
We ate here for the first time and it didn't let me down, very reasonable price for a buffet and vikings has actually many foods to choose from, I love their dessert bar. Very accomodating staffs and friendly.

I am never a fan of buffet restos but I could say that my visit here was not so bad. I don't want to elaborate on how each dish tasted because they were all good to me but I could say that if you're a fan of different cuisines and you want to munch in all of it at once, this place is perfect for you.
The place has classy but comfortable interiors. My favorites among all the food they serve have to be the strawberry ice cream, not sure if it was pineapple glazed pork and the salmon skin. They were just sinfully great.
I might go back here but not in a long while. I loved my experience at Vikings but as I said, buffets are not really my thang (thang talaga?).
Also the most important, all the people who worked there were the greatest. They are warm, always ready to assist, very courteous and super funny.
Indeed, one of the best buffets in town. My favorite was their Japanese station (except for the matcha maki...pls. i'm a matcha lover but pls don't put them anywhere) Next to their Japanese station is the shrimp. A friend of mine agreed with me when I said that their shrimp was really really good! Their pasta and mash potato were also good but my love for shrimp and sushi is greater. Aside from their mouth-watering food, they also serve variety of drinks. My personal favorite were cucumber-lemonade and wintermelon, but I had the former the most. For their dessert station, they have the usual ice cream and fondue station (my most favorite). They also have eggettes (egg waffle) and crepe station.
Vikings is recommended for celebrations because regardless of the amount you pay per head, it was really worth it.
I love the classy, mediterranean-look of the place! Highly recommended for celebrations where you can not just eat delicious food, but also take good pictures with your loved ones. Italian, Korean, Jap food... name it! Vikings has it 😉

After trying Vikings MOA branch we have decided to try this brach as well.
The place is smaller so we didnt have alot of expectations from this place.
One thing we really want to point out is the staff. They are amazing! Friendly, nice, very welcoming! Especially the manager on duty that time, miss Lyn. She was very accomodating.
As for the food variety, it has a nice variety. But the quality or the freshness of the food was so-so compared to the one in MOA. I guess its because they are not as busy as the branch in MOA.
We celebrated my birthday so we didnt pay for my meal and the way Vikings celebrate birthdays are always a delight. Its nice to see all the staff stopping for few minutes just to dance and entertain. :)
Buffets are the best places for catch ups and long talks. Although the spread here is not as expansive as the ones at SM Aura or MOA, the service is excellent. This place is just as busy as the other outlets but the servers are attentive and they happily accommodate requests.

My love celebrated his birthday here. Though we came only like 2hours before closing time, it was still worth it. We ate boraciously like there's no tomorrow. But of course, we had respect for our food that we didn't take that we can't finish. I enjoyed their drinks but unlike in NIU, you get to have unli wine. I think their desserts are already limited at that hour but their cuts are still abundant. Like I said, one can never go wrong with Vikings!
Our table also relates to our anniversary. And trust me when I say that what you see in the pictures posted are the not our entire intake hahaha...

Although this branch has fewer food options, it's a good place for intimate celebrations. They have beautifully lit functions rooms and the whole place looks elegant with a European flair. You won't really expect to see it inside a small mall.
The food that I remember and would like to discuss are the following:
1) Kenji Maki - It has cream cheese inside so I liked the inside. I just don't like the food coloring they placed. I was afraid to have blue tinted teeth.
2) Milk Tea - I'm so happy that they have it. I'm a super milk tea lover. And I like the quality of their milk tea. It's flavorful similar to what I used to drink in Taiwan if I remember correctly.
3) Shabu shabu - They don't have shabu shabu sauce for it which is disappointing since the clear soup didn't really have a taste. It's unusual for me if I try it with Sinigang soup. So, in a normal shabu shabu, we should have the option of different sauces like satay.
4) Make your own nachos - I was sold on this. I liked the warm cheese on my nachos. They even have sour cream.
5) Shake - They only have a shake for the day. During the time of my visit, their flavor was banana.
6) Red Iced Tea - Their red iced tea is somewhat like a soft drink rather than a juice.

for a buffet that is less than 1k... good service, food is fairly good, space is quite enough.
Good enough to satisfy your all-cuisine craving.
I went here during my birthday while im staying at Redplanet Amorsolo only few blocks away.. And it was the best Vikings for me esp. It's Ambiance how you relaxing the ambiance is and it's very classy imagine a relaxing place relaxing sounds with sumptous buffet :) everything is excellent plus factor is their service by their well trained staff kudos to vikings sm jazz!!
I can say, i never that the vikings in sm jazz is as elegant as this. It's look like a smaller version of NIU by vikings, Though, i can say that im more satisfied with my experience last year at NIU. But this one is pretty much good enough to enjoy an "happy" valentines day.
Other branches are bigger and would offer more choices. So this is a more intimate kind of buffet experience. Exteriors were really nice. The people manning every station were friendly and so were the servers. So for those craving for global cuisine and working around Makati area, this is the place to be. Perfect for families and team bonding events.
