Berry berry good � i love the place . Very peaceful
Brought me back to my first taste of Bingsu in Busan.

Ordered Mango Cheesecake (P400) which is one of their best sellers. This desert is not too sweet and has generous amount of mango and cheesecake. A bit pricey but this can serve 3-4 people.
Bingsu is a popular Korean dessert that is similar with Halo-Halo...but better. Its main ingredient is shaved ICE that's just so good (think Razon's Halo-Halo X 3). It comes in several flavors but my faves are the fruit-based especially Strawberry! We have also tried the Mango Cheese (topped with almonds) and Berry Berry Cheese flavors, but Strawberry is still the best (or I’m just a sucker for anything strawberry)! You can choose between whipped cream or vanilla ice cream to top your Bingsu.
A bit pricey, but their Bingsu's are well prepared and it's really good. So, far we've only tried their Matcha, Choco Cookie, & Caramel Coffee Bingsu, but their Carmel Coffee Bingsu stood out the best for me. It's also a great place to hang out with friends after a lunch out or late night dinner since they close at 2 in the morning.
I'm not really a fan of Korean desserts in general, but since Hobing was open until late, I decided to give it a try.
I've tasted other bingsus before, but Hobing makes the best ones in my opinion. The ice is finely shaved and has milk in it. Creamy and satisfying!
I recommend ordering the Mango Cheese Bingsu! Worth your money.
Always an awesome visit. Love the various flavors they offer. Suggest that you try to get an additional side order of cheese cake bits to add to the ones already included in the dessert. Favorites are the strawberry (a little sweet) and the berries (a mix of sour and sweet) and the mango (a little sour at times). :)
Ambience:
Seats outside looked cozy for the evening breeze yet we chose air-conditioning instead. Space seemed very limited but it was no biggie during our stay. Restroom actually smelled good and despite the tight space, I appreciate the signs encouraging customers to CLAYGO and shut off the lights. During our stay, they played K-Pop music videos and yes they had Momoland's Boom Boom too!
Dessert:
Injeolmi Bingsu was downright amazing! Soymilk powder, almonds, and cashews went perfectly good together. Every scoop towards the bottom always hit the right sweet spots! This can be shared for 2-4 foodies.
Green Tea Latte was not doing so well while I was enjoying the bingsu. When I tried the drink, I could only smell and taste the milk. I feel these shouldn't be consumed together because the bingsu was more flavorful.
Service:
Staffers seemed to be a fairly happy bunch. Greets were warm too!
Not much to say about the ambiance, but the bingsu is delicious!
Been here a few times to indulge my cold cravings. Their Mango Cheesecake was good, and filling! I appreciate the fillings of toppings they bury into the bingsu, makes things exciting to know your digging for treasure.
Tried the Injeolmi, mmm. It's very healthy, but guess I wasn't satisfied just the earthy nutty taste the almond toppings were giving and needed (wanted) something sweeter. If you're like me, just stick to the classic sweet stuff.
Will definitely come back!
I’ve always enjoyed eating bingsu and Hobing is the place to be if you are craving for Korean shaved ice. Be sure to check out other flavors and take a snap before devouring it.

I orderes the Strawberry one and it's just enough to cool me down 😉, not too sweet, the strawberries are fresh, the milky ice is so creamy though I kinda taste the sugar more than the strawberry. Maybe I'll try the other flavors next time 😀
I don’t usually crave for cold treats but whenever I do, I indulge myself in bingsu or gelato. Good thing is there is this bingsu place that is really close to our office. The matcha-flavored one with red bean is my go-to order and I have yet to try their black sesame one which my workmate LOVED!
Wow! Since I tried their Bingsu all other bingsu i've tried comes in second.
I tried their Mango cream cheese and the rest is history. Unlike other bingsu cafe they used fresh fruits, the mango was fresh (not frozen). The cheese was abundant and the milk, oh the milk is just right. The ice in itself is creamy, you can eat it on its own. (Since then, I have been looking for this specific texture and taste on bingsu.
They elevated my expectations on bingsu.
The price is worth the value you get, but the large (which they say can fit 4 people) can easily be eaten by 2.
My favorite dessert to eat!! I would highly recommend this cheesecake bingsu to my friends and family!! And you can share this with anyone because of its size!
Place: Good location, 24 hours service. It's small but organized, with Kdramas being shown (at least when I visited). Staff is polite but not very accommodating. It took almost 20 minutes before they informed me that the bingsu I ordered is not available. Such a waste of time lol.
Food: Strawberry and Mango Cheesecake bingsu! I brought my crush at 3AM to get Strawberry bingsu and we shared the order since it was big. Other flavors, I haven't tried them.
Price: Around 200-300 is fine since the serving is big. Although they could have a smaller portions with lower prices. But overall, experience was great.
I'm quite a sucker for Korean food, so when the heat waves came in during the summer, I immediately decided to have some bingsu. Their serving size is really huge; the solo size can actually be shared by two persons! I had the mango bingsu and it tasted good. Price-wise, it was affordable.

It's weird how this place has a spectacularly low rating on Zomato but my experience says otherwise.
- I'm not a fan of bingsu but this place scored fairly well for me as the serving size was HUGE. It's suited for at least 2 people!
- Taste-wise, it was okay. It could do better in terms of milk. Other bingsu cafe's have it milkier and creamier but Hobing's wasn't watered down the way some people say it is. Mine was actually pretty milky -- it just wasn't as milky as other places.
- The bingsu's were generous in ingredients. I ordered Berry Bingsu and Chocolate Bingsu and both my bowls were filled to the rim. The proportion of berries/chocolate to the ice was just right.
- Ice is literally fine which is as bingsu's should be.
- The staff were very attentive to our needs and they were also very friendly!
- Price-wise, it's expensive (like all bingsu places). Nothing out of the ordinary, though.
- The place itself was tiny so it's not suited for big groups. It's clean, though, and the lighting is great!
This place doesn't deserve a 2.5 rating, in my opinion. I don't crave for bingsu but I'd definitely go back here if I find myself looking for bingsu.
Every time i swing by Hobing, i have my fingers crossed. Why? Some of the branches i visited is inconsistent when it comes to service and the quality of the product.
I am glad to report that the Bel-Air branch delivered. The memory of the tasteless cheese bingsu i had at the Glorietta branch is now forgotten. Let bygones be bygones as a wiseman would put it. The red bean bingsu is spot on. Right amount of sweetness, the texture of the ice is mighty fine and there is ample amount of red bean atop the ice tower.
Okay, I'm a bit shocked when people are giving this place bad reviews but when my friends and I went here, our experience was good, to be fair. I shared with my friend by ordering just the regular size of mango and cheese for P200. For me, the serving for their regular size was big and just right for the price. And to be honest, I am not a fan of bingsu but I didn't realize that I ate a lot of my share in the bingsu because it was really good. However, the cheese was kinda weird. It's like a little piece of chopped bread. I still liked it because the mango was fresh and there are hiding mangoes beneath the tower of bingsu. The place was really small but clean. I'm coming back ❤
We ordered the strawberry bingsu, mango and cheese bingsu and the caramel coffee. The strawberry was the best. The caramel coffee somewhat disappointed me because it lacks the coffee flavor . Too much granola toppings. Should have called it the granola bingsu 😁
Awesome dessert is awesome. Drove my friends here, they said they're going to pay for mine. So, I thought what the heck... But, when I started eating... I felt like I looked like an anime character with big eyes big stars glowing over my eyes. It's sooo goooud I tell you.
Too much ice compare toppings but it is the style of bingsu in korea 😂😂 however if filipinos who loved to eat halo halo alot. They might be doesnt like it at all.
A small unique dessert place. Good place to stay away from the crowd. First time to try bingsu or shaved ice. I must say I was impressed . I thought it will be like the 'rough' crush ice but it's super fine which feels like an ice cream. I recommend the injeolme bingsu, Very refreshing & different. Thumbs up!
