Value for money! I was treated like a King and had the best buffet ever. I think i've found the best spot for relaxation in Manila ��
So relaxing. The best massage and spa get away for couples like us. Loved our stay here. Will defenitely go back. Ginger wrap and milk bath is the best. Swept away package is highly recommended for couples. Will try couple suite with jacuzzi and steam bath next time we visit. ��

Enjoyed the massage, the amenities (jacuzzi was super warm and soothing), and the buffet. Staff was attentive all throughout. Really allowed me to destress and have a happy birthday. Will definitely recommend to my friends. Can't wait to come back and try all the other services, bars, and restos.

Customer service: 1/5 Front desk lady has a snotty attitude. She forgot to give us our bracelets kaya hindi kami pinapasok sa buffet. And nung magbabayad na ako, though nakapila ako, may pinasingit sya, and nung turn ko na, may ginawa pa syang iba, like I'm invisible. She didn't even apologize nung sinabi kong medyo nadisappoint ako.
Overall experience is great pa rin naman.
Signature spa is very much recommended. Spa staff are polite and very accomodating. Worth the money. Best ever pampering place I ever visited. �

I love I’m Onsen Spa! I’m not sure why others don’t � You get soooo much value for what you’re actually paying for. I love it so much that I’ve been here twice.
Loves:
•Very good food actually and there is variety of selection.
•Not a lot of people in the sauna, steam room and onsen pool which I love (might be my timing too).
•Tea Room, or shall I say Tea Floor, is seriously the bomb dot com. I love how I can lounge here for hours without anyone bothering me or making me feel like I’m overstaying. And most importantly, their overflowing tea!!! Ginger tea is my favorite �
•Massage couple pods without additional charge. Massage is not naman comparable to your average 300 peso neighborhood spa. As for my experience, the masseuse take their time to ensure you feel relaxed. And there’s a lot of massage techniques (?) to choose from.
Hates:
•Steep parking rates (250 for a little over 5 hours)
•View from the Tea Room
But overall, I’m seriously going back. I highly suggest you give it a chance. It’s a bang for your buck!
