Reminds me of my trips to NZ, everything's just super fresh. The dressing of the lemon vinaigrette is a bit too sour for my taste, but the greens were vibrant and crunchy. I'd return more often if not for the steep price. But it's fair since you're paying for clean veggies.
SaladStop! has always been my guilt-free go-to place. I love how the calories are listed in the menu and how you can split a their big servings into two (instant #TipidTips 😉). Pictured is their Ting Tong Salad (yum!) and Green Tea Chia Pudding (puddings are for life)! I also love how SaladStop! In Rockwell is near the cinema; definitely a good healthy pre-movie dinner before you monstereously consume a whole bucket of popcorn in one seating.
Their wraps are huge and super filling! We ordered the Big Bird Wrap with extra Grilled Chicken, super yum. A healthy and yummy meal all in itself. Love that they offer this for people who wants to eat healthier but not starving themselves.

A very pleasant visit. However, recently the management is not as efficient nevertheless the people are friendly and very accommodating. The pastries are nice and so as the desserts.

Our go-to when “craving” for salad or in short, need to eat healthier or go on a diet.
My most favorite is the Hail Caesar Salad. Love the combination of the dressing with the bacon, parmesan, egg and croutons. And they don’t scrimp on the toppings (please don’t change!) so the salad is tasty and filling and not dry. 👍🏼👍🏼
Next fave salad is the Crab Lah, abit on the spicy side. Sometimes though I like to mix and match and order the Crab Lah but with Caesar dressing and it works! 😋
Fast service. 👌🏼 (Although sometimes I think they, the staff, are too many. And some of them are just chit chatting or at least seem to be (to me). Or maybe they’re “just standing there” because they’re on training and just need to watch what everyone else is doing?! Just sharing my observation.)
It’s nice that they have their own guard even if they are already inside the mall. And sometimes he even helps clean up tables so next customers can sit right away.
I usually don’t eat salad, but try to eat some healthy food. I start up with Ceazar Salad and it’s delicious since I’m not familiar to create my own salad. Definitely worth a try.
I LOVE OH CRAB LAH! IT WAS DELICIOUS AND SPICY! I ALSO LOVE PINK PANTHER SMOOTHIE, IT TASTED SUGAR-FREE.
YOU HAVE SO MANY TO CHOOSE FOR CREATE YOUR OWN.
MY 1ST EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME! STAFFS WERE ACCOMMODATING. PRICE WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY! I'LL BE BACK! ❤❤❤❤
I would caution against getting a wrap with their liquid dressings. They make the wrap very wet and it drips to the bottom of the wrap. By the cinema.
The Go Geisha and the Big Bird are very filling. Although the salads are quite expensive, the heftiness of the salad greatly makes up for it. The great thing is that even with the price, you are assured you are eating something fresh, healthy and good for your body. I look forward to coming back and trying other salad variants.

The burst of flavors and textures of the Oh Crab Lah and Hail Caesar wraps in your mouth are simply mind-blowing; they are also very filling to boot. The softness and warmth of the tortilla complements the crunchiness of the salad greens and the croutons. Their dressings - not too overpowering yet flavorful. Every bite is a pleasure to the palate.
Since this particular branch is located just outside the cinema, it isn't too much of a relaxing place to eat. There can be too much traffic in the area, especially on a Saturday. (But the food is too delicious for us to even care.)
I have been wanting to dine here for ages and i can say that it was well worth the wait. Salad Stop is a must-visit.👍👌
We loved their Oh Crab Lah, Big Bird and their Ceasar! We also enjoyed creating our own mix. It made eating healthy more fun. Serving was really generous and filling. We keep coming back for more.
SaladStop! is my favourite outlet in Power Plant Mall for healthy yet delicious food. Their wraps are good for sharing if you are keen on a diet (NY resolutions, anyone?) else good for one. I went for the Jai Ho! wrap (Php 250) with Berry Grapeful smoothie (Php 150). It was yummy and stuffed with fresh greens and yoghurt dressing. The smoothie was delish :) My friend had the Oh Crab Lah! which was yum too and spicier due to the Singapore Chilli Crab dressing. Their wraps and salads are priced between Php 250 - 350. You can choose from their many options or customise it as per choice!
I don't have a usual order when I decide to have a meal here. I usually just get whatever I feel like getting from their menu. But it is good that they have an option for customers to build their own salad from scratch but I am too lazy to actually try it myself. So far, all the salads I've tried are really good and you'd know that everything is fresh.
Quick. You just need to line up, after a minute or so, someone will take your order, make it and after paying, you'd usually get your order already. That easy!
A fresh approach to salads... Quick fresh and easy... Ill take it anytime. A must have if you prefer a solid meal. Healthy? Well... With all the add ons.. Perhaps not so much... Tastes good though and paired with decent prices and portions
I recommend try their signature menus Oh Crab La, so delicious. The place is quite small and usually full people because they usually stayed there while waiting for their movie to start because it's next to the movie theatre.
Yummy salads that you will never get tired of, you can have a different one every lunch and when you get tried you can just get a custom one! Soups and other snacks are good too. All healthy options!
I love SaladStop!
I usually get the Jai-Ho salad or the Cobb salad. You can practically choose any item from their menu and expect something delicious.
I like vegetables and all things healthy so I've never had a veggie problem but if you're a veggie-noob or if veggies just ain't your thing, SaladStop will convert you. They make healthy addictive because everything in their menu is so tasty and enjoyable.
Salad- serving is HUGE. It's quite pricey considering you can easily make them at home, and other stores have their salads cheaper, but if you're always on-the-go, grab a salad here. They aren't greedy with ingredients either.
Muesli -I've tried their strawberry and mango variants. Trade your junk snacks with this protein-filled goodie.
(My personal fave) PINK PANTHER SMOOTHIE - strawberries, coconut milk, chia seeds, and Greek yoghurt. So damn good.
Go Caesar (salad, with grilled chicken) - love the flavor in the dressing. Chicken tasted good and was the ratio of greens chicken is perfect, making it a balanced meal. Only complain is inhope the hardboiled eggs were a little bit chunkier so that i can taste the yolk and bite into the soft egg. Everything else was great!
Without a doubt, one of the best (top of my list) healthy food place in town.
However, specific to the powerplant branch i'm hoping this outlet can open earlier so we can get our healthy breakfast fix instead of waiting for it to open at 11am.
Another satisfying meal at Salad Stop! I tried the Strawberry Banana Muesli this time around. I liked that it is not too sweet and there is ample amounts if chia and greek yogurt.
Probably my fave healthy resto there is. The Jai Ho! Wrap is my current number 1. But all the other ones I've tried -- Hail Caesar Salad, Omega 3, Baby!, & Tuna San -- are all winners in my book.
What can I say, best salad around. It's a mega huge effort not to order the Cobb salad, because grilled chicken avocado and red onions spell the ultimate win for me. Was really happy with the seared tuna and edamame medley of the tuna San though, and the Jai Ho is excellent if you like Indian flavors.
I loved that my mom got me a Oh Crab Lah wrap, one of The Signatures and a best-seller in SaladStop. It was good, though at 833kcal, i ate half and had the other to go, resisting temptation as this was very tasty, sweet, with a little spice. The serving is big and filling that's why I gave this high rating.
My only reason for not giving a perfect score is because I found the menu to be a bit confusing (for a non-regular salad eater as myself). Also when I asked for suggestions from a server she couldn't say which one was her favourite because she said "she doesn't eat salad". The irony🙃
This is such an interesting concept! It's a healthy option that doesn't sacrifice the quality and quantity of your order. I didn't get to take a picture of our salad because we got it for take away but it was so goooood, as in the shrimps were big and the serving was very generous! Ate it inside the cinema and it came with a tightly lid bowl so it wasn't a hassle to eat :)
I mean if you're looking for something fresh and revitalizing, then salad stop is the way to go. In fairness to them, they make mean salads that have different offerings (protein, fiber, etc). And considering how I want to lose weight (trying lol) this place gives a good balance of good fresh food. Kinda pricey but all good. I personally like the tuna san!
It's good to know that one of my go to salad bar has a branch in Rockwell. I just love their salad wraps, a healthy and reliable option that keeps you stuffed minus the guilt. Staff here are also friendly and accomodating, very much like the branch at Central Square BGC. Same quality as well - goodilicious! 😊
I ❤ this salad that I created! This is what I call my Summer Salad. This has lettuce, mangoes, pomelo, grapes, flax seeds, carrots, onions, more mangoes, broccoli, bell peppers and celery in Thai dressing. So refreshing! I love it that they have lime wedges in their service water too. I just was not happy with the flies swarming the tables. I mean, really? Flies inside the mall?
Husband got Oh Crab Lah! in a wrap coz there was no Sunshine Manila in their menu anymore. I was about to get Big Bird but the lady asked me for an alternative to avocado coz they didn't have it that time. I really wanted my avocado so Hubby decided to give me my Oh Crab Lah and he opted for Cobb Salad instead - substitute Avocado with Feta but the lady said he can't do that. Hubby opted for bacon instead.
So my Oh Crab Lah! I added extra bacon. The lady, as she was about to assemble my salad told me they didn't have Vermicelli and I can go for Soba. I asked how it will taste like with soba and she answered that if I don't like my salad to taste differently, better not put noodles anymore! Fine. Just substitute with pasta please 😅
All is well though when they served our orders. Loved Oh Crab Lah! as usual and the Cobb Salad was so good too! The chicken, the egg, Ranch Dressing, cheese and crisp greens went well together. And the signature toasted crunch from the wrap made it all better!
Nice to have some healthy options nearby! They are very consistent with there service and they food is simply but yummy! Only downside is the seating area is terrible.
Am happy foodie when I find more healthy choices where I frequent. Most especially when it's near the movie house. Munching on a wrap makes more sense than unhealthy popcorn.
I had the Iron 'Wo' Man. Baby spinach, feta cheese, roasted pumpkin, yellow raisins, roasted almonds, grilled chicken in raspberry vinaigrette. That's an awesome combo! There's sweetness and salt flavors going and going.
My friend Tat had the Cobb. It's part of the classic. Not a fan of mayo based but this one I love as well. Generous portion too for Php 260.
Their oatmeal is not good though. So you can skip that.
Oh, please have chili flakes and not Tabasco. It doesn't make sense that you have something that alters taste rather than just plain old chili.
A franchise from Singapore, Salad Stop is the newest Salad bar in town and it is delicious! Using all natural, organic ingredients sourced around Asia, Salad Stop is the healthy alternative Filipinos have been looking for.
The restaurant has a menu of signature Salads and Wraps that a customer can simply choose from. The adventurous all-natural eater can opt to make his/her own salad or wrap FROM SCRATCH with a number of ingredients and dressings that's readily available.
When I first chanced upon this place, I was looking for an empty table but I coulnd't find one because the restaurant is packed! Just goes to show that Filipinos have been longing for this kind of restaurant to open.
Only downside is, the wrap doesn't hold up so get ready to end up with a mess on your clothes. Other than that, Salad Stop is a great place to get healthy, fresh, and delicious meals, without the guilt!
Salad Stop provides a great way to eat healthy and love it too! I've found it extremely difficult to eat tasty salad regularly at home because it's impossible to buy assorted greens and keep it from spoiling.
Tried the classic Cobb salad and the 'Jai Ho' wrap. Loved the moistness, crunchiness and overall taste of the salad. The wrap was somewhat bland and not as moist as the salad. Still tasted good with a lot of chickpeas, crunchy capsicum and cucumber. Just couldn't taste the 'spicy yogurt dressing'
One can eat this salad everyday!
SaladStop is a new and healthy addition to Powerplant's line of restaurants. With the increasing awareness of and craze over organics, dietary fiber and antioxidants, this store is very timely in opening its doors to Rockwell's loyal customers, including myself. Whereas most restaurants in the mall are into meals, desserts and snacks, SaladStop stands out from the rest as it serves its own brand, i.e., salads.
The menu is studded with a variety of salads (and wraps) that cater to almost any type of taste preference... from Asian (including Filipino) to American, from neutral to spicy, and from pure vegetarian to those with meat or seafood. With the salad's huge serving, the current prices are very reasonable.
The Cobb Salad is recommended for those who do not know what to order yet, particularly first-timers. With its numerous components including grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, avocado, bacon bits and ranch dressing, among others, this item overflows with protein and flavor. My other favorite is the Oh Crab Lah! (taking its name from the famous Singaporean expression). For this salad, however, I add the ranch instead of the chili crab dressing. Representing all food groups as it consists mainly of vermicelli, crab sticks, egg and cherry tomatoes over Romaine, this salad is a complete meal in itself and is thus appropriate for those who are trying to lose weight without missing any major nutrient.
I always see people lining up when I pass by. For less than 400 pesos depending on the salad variant, you get a decent portion size. I usually get hungry after eating just salads for a meal but not on their portion size. The salads are delicious too. The staff are knowledgeable about the menu.
Today's had been a healthy eating day so i ended up having our dinner at SaladStop.
Always happy with their meals and great portions of healthy salad. Had to select one of my favorites which is a Cobb Salad Wrap with a slight change of mango this time instead of avocado (both are awesome) and with a basil pesto dressing than the standard dressing. This dressing brings out more of the other ingredients in the Cobb Salad!
Serving size is huge and their Greek salad's delicious. Wait is short, less than 5 minutes. Just expect to wait in line or for a seat during lunch or dinner time. I prefer takeout, though. Staff is friendly. A bit pricey, but worth it. Will definitely be back!

I asked for their best-seller, they say it's 1, 2, and 3. I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, hence the server recommended number 4 which is Go Geisha (the only full-blown vegetarian variety). I love salad wraps, and this one is one of the best I've had, I like it splashed with Tabasco. It can get a bit messy while eating, or maybe it was just me. Big serving so it was worth the price. An order already made me satisfied, I had to share some to my friend, it was that huge.
One of the best salads I have ever tasted. The best part about the salads they serve here is the dressing and how perfect it is. I like how there is an option to specifically choose what's in your salad and if you can put it in a wrap. There are ready made salads too (which are just as good). The vegetables are very crisp, as well as the bacon and other ingredients inside. The only problem is that it is a little bit pricey compared to other salads. I recommend the Omega 3 baby, the Hail Caesar salad and the Big Bird salad.
