Food: Alcoholic drinks. And of course, pulutan!
Place: Best place to chill with your friends.
Price: Affordable.
One of my favourite places to visit, due to the ambience, alcohol and food. It is light on the wallet and the servers too are friendly and nice. If you want to have a good evening with good food and music - you should definitely head here!
It's a place where you can drink and have a great time with your friends.
Like any other Tides branch, the experience was superb. They don't have wine (sad tbh) but they mix excellent cocktail drinks and of course they have beer. Great for big crowds!
Tides was the 3rd stop in our Manila Pub Crawl.
Tides has that barkada chill vibe where you could get both food and drinks.
Their bulalo and nacho grande wasn't that bad. Menu prices are reasonable too.
Try their Signature Cocktail Drinks... nothing great but worth trying and doing shots with.
They had special price for Heineken beer when we were there.
My college friends and I went to Tides to have my post birthday celebration. We have already been here many times and we chose this place to warm up the cold friday night.
They have a promo bucket beer with 7 bottles + available appetizer for for Php 499. While we are waiting for the others, we ordered one bucket with San Mig Light and Tanduay Ice with Sizzling Fries (they made it pizza flavor).
After we're done with the first bucket, we ordered another set promo with Red Horse and Sizzling Pork Sisig, Fries, Cheesy Potato (Php 200), Nacho Grande (Php 195) and Summer Fiesta Platter (Php 455) with grilled liempo, grilled chicken fillet, hungarian sausage, fries and corn. We liked all of our orders, it was delicious and well cooked but I suggest they minimize the oil used in pork sisig since it has its own fats.
You can also ask for squid crackers and its FREE but I guess it would be only for once.
Cool and nice place, OK to sa mag babarkada kaso hnd kmi umiinom ng alak, sarap ng fries tsaka Isaw, pati sisig, kaso hnd mainit ung Isaw ng baboy tsaka bbq
Best place to hang out if your looking for a place to chill and drink. They do also have live bands from time to time. The only downfall for this place is their bathrooms which has no door to enter and just a black curtain that seperares you from the outside world(whut???) ㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Anyway their loos have doors and locks not to worry. I think this is the best place that have the best choices of pulutan they also have rice meals and a wide range of choices for the drinks.
The place is nice and cozy. One thing that needs improvement is their service. Staffs are lacking to accommodat3 th3 customer's need. We waited almost 30 minutes just for our bill.
Decided to burn time here with friends before heading to a club. The place is spacious and the music is not so loud. Typical chill place. Spot for drinking because of their inexpensive drinks. Had frozen cocktail (squeeze me flavour), liempo sisig, barbecue and calamares and chips. Spent approximately 1000.00 for a group of 4.
music and food were good..servings were appropriate..and the servers were quick..its a good place to chill after a long day at work..i really like the space, even some of the patriots smoke..nonsmokers wont feel suffocated since its open & airy..great place for groups.

My 2nd visit here last night was great , they have acoustic band now which is better you can request a song ofcourse , we just had a good chat with my company . we we're assisted well . Hoping for more improvements on my next visit
Always crowded, food and booze are just average, loud music and the smell of alcohol and cigar. But still, Tides is a usual hangout for guys who wants to chill and ofcourse, drink booze. I guess, their main best seller are not drinks and food but being lively. This bar is always alive which help us salary guys to release stress. Bottoms up!!

Tides Grill & Bistro is perfect for groups who just wanna drink and unwind especially when they're are on a tight budget. They offer different variety of cheap alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, from beers to cocktails, and juices to shakes. There are also different Barkada Packages to choose from. They include towers of beer and cocktail and at least three finger foods depending on what kind of package you choose. Celebrating brithdays here is also great. Aside from the awesome birthday packages they offer, they also give a birthday shot for celebrant, cake shots for the guests, and a surprise gift. Though this place seems alright, I don't recommend it for alone chill time.
The place is al fresco, big enough to accomodate groups. Live bands play sometimes. Waiters are kind and sometimes funny, always attend fast to our every request. I haven't experience seeing fights in this place.
One of the recommended place for chilling and booze sessions is no other than this place. Ambiance is pleasant, lightings are ok and food is the best. Well, for booze, you can't go wrong anyways. Unless you didn't drink moderately. Lol
They have this promo where you get 6bottles +1 and a choice of pulutan reasonably priced at P495.00! Good deal! We had the sizzling #tokwa'tbaboy (whatever the hell they put in it, they better keep it guarded safely from trade theft of how delicious it is!) and one more order of the undying #porksisig sizzle. Finished the entire bucket and of course the entire metal plate (just kidding. Only the food of course). And our table for the night is 600 miles away from California. :)
This place is more appropriate for my beer drinker friends because they have cheaper buckets of beers, some with "pulutan" already. You should not trust their mixed alcohol drinks. They taste okay, like a juice, but when you drink a lot, you won't be able to remember anything the next day (happened to me lol) Compared to Central BBQ, its not that loud here. Loud, but still okay, you can hear each other's stories.
Been here 3 days ago with my friends as we celebrate his first official car released that night. :) we are very lucky because the place was too crowded and we found excess tables and chairs. :) so its meant to be to go here. :) overall, a great place, great food. :)
For me, tides already established their name to public especially when we say night life, this is probably one of the known bar around metro. So there, i suggest, they should have more parking slots so that they can accomodate more customers. #justsaying
Recently had a night out here with officemates. We were able to reserve a long table for 50 easily. Platter meals are the usual pulutan entres but servings are just good enough. Beers by the bucket is just at the right price. Something notable to this place is the great vareity of cocktails. They truly promote this as they offer a good deal per pitcher. Very refreshing with the right amount of kick to get the party going. One good chill spot even for a work week night.
A place to hang-out and drink with friends. One of the popular getaways in Makati simply because the ambiance is good and the prices of drinks and "pulutan" is so affordable. Definitely a place to de-stress, chitchat and drink with good friends!
I was again invited to join the Dinner and this time, one of my bf's co-work is celebrating her birthday. We came across this 8 years old Tides Grill & Bistro in Makati. The place was so warm, the crews are attentive, the ambiance is very homey it feels like your at a beach theme place but just around the city. So since this is a bar most people would do order the alcoholic stuffs but not us.. we would rather be drunk in their most scrumptious sizzlings and pulutans. So here are some of the best sellers we tried.
So to start things up , we had this cheesy potato, overload with, greenchilies, mayo garlic, a few ground beef and tomatoes, its not nakakaumay really plus the potatoes were cut in a wedge size but bite size as well so its not hard to eat it up even using your hands. Then Sizzling sisig it's a bit crunchy because they top it with chicaronn, plus it sizzled it with white onions to make it more flavorful and umami taste will play in our mouth, that taste will not keep you from getting another bite over and over again, sizzling garlic liempo, serve with oozing gravy and some white onions, green bell peppers and veggies to make it a bit equal, and the most classic meal we tried- the hand size porkchop with rice.
Maybe for some, they don't enjoy the service here but I can pretty say that we are satisfied by the service, food and ambiance. We went here around 6pm so as expected not too many people are here since we're not going to drink naman, I suggest you go here around 6-8 the people is not that crowded and also it's weekdays so we just love everything.
