Their basic cheeseburger was straightforwardly delicious- juicy, sufficiently greasy, substantial. Their fries and onion rings are great to have too. Glad to have rediscovered 8cuts.
With #stayhome the new reality, day 18 quarantine also brings in a novel way to enjoy pre-covid cravings. One would think that the closure of malls and restaurants heralded the old culture of home cooking. Although true for a few days, the dining habit which may have seem to be knocked out by corona is actually hanging on the rails as it shifts its focus to food delivery.
8Cuts has become one of my go-to’s for good burgers. I can count on their consistency in terms of the overall taste and juicyness of their patties. Whichever branch I go, I get the same taste and their staff are also friendly 🙂 I highly recommend this for any burger lover.
The first wave of 8cuts Burger was wayback 2013-2014 i have not retrieved my old photos but good thing I dine to 8cuts just recently, I could say the quality of food and service still remains.
Really a great place for burgers! My favorite here is The Frenchie. I also love their onion rings, with barbecue powder (I think). Definitely recommended
So I went here yesterday with my mom and I didn't expect much of this place considering the fact that it's a burger place I just thought it would be just a normal meal but oh no i couldn't have been anymore wrong. First off let me say that the staff is really friendly and nice second of all the freaking names of the dishes are so hilarious that I had to mention them like "The big kid" third of all the food itself it went out or the world with it's flavor that even when I was finished I still wanted more so this is a great place to eat at just have your wallets ready
I love their cheeseburger, fries, and iced tea promo for lunch. Perfect for a light meal! I love their fries and their burger just satisfies your craving. Their patty is delicious and juicy! Plus their service at their Rockwell branch is great.
Their iced tea is a little too sweet for my liking, but easy to fix by just adding water. This is my definite go to place if I want a quick meal in Rockwell and I’m alone
The Overloaded Burger Bomb was --- quite expectedly, "the bomb"! 😄 It was so cheesey, and so good! Well, okay, I'm biased because I'm a cheese person, but I'm fairly certain that even with the creamy pepper gravy it would surely be a hit! The cheese hidden in the center did not disappoint either, and as I halved through that juicy patty, that melted goodness pretty much gushed forth. What a moment! I'm not a burger person typically, but if it's done this way, I wouldn't mind.
Finally may rice meal na sa 8 Cuts !!!
Have you tried The Burger Bomb 💣? Mozzarella and cheddar-stuffed patty over rice 😱. For the sauce, you can choose if you like pepper cream gravy, house gravy, BBQ sauce or cheese sauce.
We tried the pepper cream gravy and BBQ sauce, both were good. If you order just the burger bomb, its P215 but I recommend you go overload. For P325, you get the burger bomb, iced tea and your choice skinny fries or onion rings. And may egg pa 🍳.
So happy and will definitely go back. Great addition to their menu.
This was my second time trying 8cuts. My first was in their greenhills branch. This branch in Rockwell is smaller, more of an outlet or stall, but the food is really consistent. I ordered their mushroom burger before. This time around I got their 4 cheese burger and their lamb burger as well as a side order of onion rings. Very delicious! Very juicy! Just as I remembered. My palate got a bit burned because I couldn’t wait to bite into the 4 cheese. There’s a fried piece of what I assume to be mozzarella. It was so good!!! Juice swiftly ran all over while strings of cheeses came between each bite. I loved it. It was pretty filling. The lamb burger was also good. If you’re not used to eating lamb, I might recommend against this because lamb has a gamey smell. But for me, I found it good. Not as good as the 4 cheese though. My only comment is that the bottom bun gets a bit soggy from all the juice. The edges are deliciously crunchy, but it MIGHT be better with thicker buns.
Their onion rings had the batter either sprinkled or mixed with some chili powder which I appreciate. The regular size is pretty good for two or even three people. The rings are a bit thicker than I’d like since it makes it less crunchy, but good finger snacks nonetheless.
Btw, at first glance yes it’s quite pricey. But I appreciate the variety of their menu having burgers listed at more affordable price ranges. Very considerate.

Well, I can say for sure that this is one of the better burger places around. It has premium quality of meat, along with good burger offerings to say the least.
I had the skinny fries and the four cheese burger 2.0 with the grass-fed patty.
The fries were served crispy, hot, and a bit salty, just the right amount. The burger was great! The inside of the buns were perhaps buttered then toasted on the pans giving the yummy and crispy feel.
The patty was not oily, although I’d say that it was a bit over. The cheeses blent well with the flavor of the beef, bringing out a good explosion of flavors.
I would recommend this place. I’ve tried their wings before, they’re equally as good. Go for garlic parmesan.
Burger and fries kinda Sunday and it’s gotta be at 8 Cuts. Their meat blends are flavorful and juicy. Combine it with their smoky bacon and bacon-onion compote..yum!!! Fries are crispylicious thin!
This is my favorite burger place here in Rockwell. I usually order their cheeseburger. The beef is very tender and tasty and the buns very much complements the beef. I also like ordering their onion rings which has a tinge of BBQ flavor. Great place to hang out in. You can also get food from shawawama when dining here.

8 cuts is one of the best places in the city if you want a juicy burger, hands down. Pair it with their Chicken Wings and you’re in cholesterol heaven. Service is a bit slow at Rockwell but the place is small and they’re a bit undermanned but at least they don’t botch your orders, burgers are made upon order. Good eats!
I love their burgers. Nope. I love everything. You know what I don’t love? Their prices. It’s extremely expensive. But you know what i’m gonna do? I’ m always gonna come back here whenever I crave for a burger.
One of the best burger here in Manila. I tried the Piggy and the Onion Rings. Everything was so good. The onion rings served really fast and the burgers took some time to be served maybe because it was friday night? But it wasn’t full. Service was also good. Definitely will be going for the second time and try another one.
How do you like your burger? —— I love how my patty piled high with wet and dry toppings with the side of them hot buffalo wings! Perfection!

8Cuts Burgers actually serves pretty (finger lickin’) good chicken wings too! I tried the Garlic Parm and Good Ol’ Hot Fried - they were freshly fried, super crunchy coating and juicy on the inside. Warning: Both were oily (FYI for those who, unlike me, care 😉). So order a glass (or make it bottomless!) of their house blend iced tea because it’s delicious (and to balance out the oiliness or whatever own excuse you can make up 😆). Plus a side of Bbq Onion Rings because - we all know why - they serve one of the best Onion Rings! Can’t wait to try the Spiced Kpop and Truffle Honey next time. P.S. Of course the Burgers are verrry gooooood too.
My husband has been craving for milkshake for days so when we went to Rockwell one afternoon, we looked for a place that offers milkshakes. It’s hard to get a table but luckily, there was one vacant table for two -really meant for us. I was still full so he just got a chocolate milkshake and fries. Their milkshake is really creamy. Not the best I’ve tried but good if you want a milkshake.
They’ve revamped their menu and I saw that they changed some of their desserts. I was looking for the molten chocolate lava dessert but it was not there. That was my favorite from their old menu. But I saw on their Instagram page that you can still order it- just tell it to their servers.
One of the places I go to for good burgers. Ordered the four cheese - the one with the fried cheese inside the burger, waffle fries, and wings. Wings are on the sweet side, I would've preferred a classic spicy buffalo flavor. Waffle fries are normal, their onion rings still top the list. Also, kudos to this place for inventing one of my fave drinks ~ the Arnold Palmer (which is a mix of iced tea and lemonade), very reminiscent of the canned drink (I forgot the brand) I used to drink back in the States. So it does give me memories.
Ah but what can I say about this? It was absolutely delicious.
We orded the Piggy and the Q-Daddy with an extra serving of onion rings.
The burgers we ordered were fantastic and they serve the best onion rings I've ever eaten. I'm not even a fan of onion rings normally and these ones were addicting!
A small note on their ice tea blend. .. when it first arrived, I wasn't a fan of it but it wasn't exactly bad. It was kinda bland but had an odd blend. However when we finally got our meal, it turned out that the iced tea actually fitted perfectly together. It offset the strong taste of onion rings and everything just blended beautifully together.
This is the first time I actually thought that the iced tea ended up perfectly complimenting the meal.
With all that said, we're definitely coming back someday.
Powerplant Mall branch has excellent service. Food was served on time even if my friend and I are hungry already. Thanks to Mau. He's accommodating and he even gave us a complimentary dessert that we didn't know exsisted in the menu. We have a new fave the next time we return. Thanks, Mau!
THEY MAKE LIKE THE FRESHEST ONION RINGS HERE. I've eaten at 3 8cuts branches and by far this branch served me the freshest bucket of onions rings and it was FOODGASM. Again what I love about 8cuts is their consistency in the food prep and taste. Love itt..
Good food especially Burgers 🍔Onion Rings🍟 must try plus good service by Sen good place for weekends dine in take out perfect for merienda . Fries 🍟
Here are my thoughts on my recent experience at the Rockwell Powerplant Mall Branch:
Adequate serving ✔
Full-flavored burgers 👌
More budget-friendly than its competitors 💰
Cutesy ambiance 💕
Hope the above helps. Worth a try! I will definitely go back and try their Skinny Fries (again).
One of the best dining experiences, Amazingly nice presentation of burger and drinks with nice place and friendly crews. They let me sit and wait for order it's comfortable, unlike to order in front of cashier and wait for a long line. For me It's so easy to order while sitting, 8 cuts certainly satisfied my burger cravings and I recommend you guys to try it out, the service was right on time! Kudos! also the crew very corteous and nice of course they deserves my 5 star ratings! ❤
The ambiance was good considering the pianist at its front. The service crew was accommodating especially when a lady on the other table mess its food. The crew attend right away. The burger is great. Please try their onion rings. Its a must.
Great full service now! I like it! Nice not to have to line up. Food is still great. If you don’t like veggies they leave it out. Mustard, yea!
The food are all great. Food service is quick. We love their Happy Chicken. So Happy to eat. ☺️😍and “sendo”, the food server is friendly and accomodating. Salute to you sir. 😊

It's a great time to dine in here. I am not used to eat onion ring but this one is different that i cant even taste the onion, the choco dessert and specifically burgers will surely make your tummy full for once you have tasted it, you will surely finish them all. The crew are all friendly and the ambience is so cool with soulful background of music from someone playing the piano. Thumbs up to this one👍👍👍
We love their full service rather than the counter service they had before.
Their happy chicken is a must try. Its a Happy Experience so far. Love also their chicken salad and chips, onion rings and lastly is the bar burger which is heavy on my tummy.
Will definitely return :)
Best experience today so far!
We we're so hungry trying find a good place to eat in Rockwell. One of my friend recommended 8 cuts burger. If you're looking for the best, tasty and crunchy onion rings and juicy licious burger, eto na yun!! And mas accomodating at hassle free yung sit down service kesa sa kinasanayan natin na naka pila na parang fast food style. Mae-enjoy ninyo ang food and ang mga crews, even the manager at that time, was very accomodating.
Superb experience. Keep it up! 😍
Tried "8 Cuts Burger Blends" today and the experience was great! Great burgers and onion rings. We were seated and they just took our orders without any hassle unlike with other fastfood joints. The crew were very attentive to our needs. KUDOS to the team. Love it!
I've been a fan of their burgers ever since because of its patty so i always visit this branch for my cheat day 😋 my favorite is four cheese! i had a great experience the last time i went there cause i dont need to fall in line to order my favorite meal anymore. They have very approachable and friendly servers to take your orders right away. Definitely impressed with the improvement of their service. Be back very soon for my favorite 💕

This is one of their smalles branches I think. Seating is very limited.
From 8 cuts there are only 2 choices now - a choice between leaner and fattier. Burgers are still great.
Hands down the best onion rings and skinny fries ever.
Onion rings only at Php 70, better than Wingstop (now at my personal #2 best onion rings).
Skinny Fries only at Php 60, better than Army Navy.
The Piggy burger tasted better than The Hangover 2.0. Next time, I'll try the Fish & Chips.
All food items were served rather quickly. Definitely coming back.
Win for the Moment Group! Their onion rings are to die for! That is what I always order haha! It has an unusual flavor which makes it above the rest. The coating is crispy, definitely not soggy.
I've been a burger lover ever since, I've eaten in different restaurants such as Stackers, Brother's Burger, Burger King and the like. However, 8cuts provide more than just good quality burgers. 8cuts has an inviting environment to go along with their hospitable staff who accommodated us with a smile the whole time. The place was well lit and it gave me this chill and laid back vibe to it. For our food, we ordered the 8cuts cheeseburger; I heard a lot of good feedback from this burger so this made me look forward to tasting it. Along with this, I also got barbecue flavored onion rings and a salted caramel milkshake to top it all off. The burger was appetizing from the moment it was served. Upon slicing the burger, I could see the juices oozing out and gave out that cheesy aroma. It lived up to the hype and i definitely recommend this cheeseburger- the flavors were well-balanced, the bun wasn't burnt and was not bland at all unlike other burgers i've tried. The onion rings were not too oily and I could say the flavors blended well since it was not too overwhelming . Although I'm not a huge fan of milkshakes, I could say that 8cuts' milkshake was not that sweet and it was actually refreshing, giving that right amount of sweetness after eating fried food. 8cuts certainly satisfied my burger cravings and I recommend you guys to try it out!
Happy Anniversary 8 Cuts! This year saw slim pickings on their anniversary 88pesos menu. No Chicken Wings and Milkshakes included but they still included the Party Spaghetti along with 3 or 4 burgers. Since a customer is only limited to 2 88pesos anniversary menu order I asked for The Piggy and Q Daddy. It was so satisfyingly delicious and for the price cut, even more gratifying. The meat was juicy despite being prepared ahead of time in anticipation of the large crowd. Bacon was generous although not crisp, the flavor was there. The Q Daddy dripping in its own juicy goodness cuts through with the sweet salty cheese and crunchy onion rings. Also ordered the spaghetti which is quite pale looking but packing in flavor. The toasted butter burger bun is a nice touch too. Also, one cannot dine at 8 Cuts without getting their best selling Onion Rings! Crisp batter coated sweet onions, the bucket is good for sharing but personally, i can wipe those babies up in a jiff. Sooo good. Also a good companion while watching the movies.

Buns out, Suns out! This burger delight was a favorite Piggy (meatiest burger) as they would call it. The patty, meat and burger buns were so yummy. Not to mention the fries which is a very good tandem on the side. I love the way it was prepared and served. True enough worth your penny and your stomach will thank you for choosing the right burger joint. Happy tummy!!!!
My experience at 8 Cuts was nothing less than exceptional. With a lot of options for burgers in Makati, 8 Cuts is one of the top. I came during lunch, and had one of their Daily Steals. The set meal was pretty big, satisfying for sure. I wanted to try a classic, and thus got the quarter pounder cheeseburger, House blend. Suffice to say, I was very happy with the quality of the meat, which was very juicy, and actually larger than what it looked on the menu. Having different options for the blend of patty was pretty awesome. The bun was perfect and squishy, making it easy to clamp down so the burger doesn't fall apart. It stuck together as one, nicely held structure. Apart from the burger, the onion rings were heavenly, and super addicting. Very well seasoned and crispy. It was so good I got an extra bag for takeaway.
My overall experience for 8 Cuts was marvelous. The service was quick, the design of the store was pretty cool, and the food tasted amazing, with an equally amazing price.
I shouldn't be surprised that the food here is expensive. It's located at Rockwell, that should've gave it away already. But my uber budget-loving heart was still surprised to see the amount of their food. However, their food are delicious. I am just not convinced with their price range as well as the ambience of their place.
I definitely loved their meat! It's juicy, meatier, tastier than most that I've tried. I enjoyed their onion rings and was actually overwhelmed with their bucket which had huge portions. Their iced tea and lemonade were a little bland to the taste. I was also expecting much on their milkshakes but it was not special. I thought it would just be at the same level of wow with their burgers but it was just ok. Place was a bit cramped and loud since a band was performing in front. I didn't mind that though since I love oldies music. Though it didn't do much for conversations. Maybe dining time is a factor, we ate there last night, with huge crowd at the mall, maybe at off peak hours we'd be able to enjoy staying a bit longer. The staff was friendly and attentive. Almost made up for being cramped in a small place. We'll probably come back for the burgers.
I've tasted some of the best burgers that Manila has to offer, with each establishment claiming theirs as the undisputed victor. However, 8-Cuts has to be the clear-cut winner thus far. To be more precise, I'm referring to their simple but sinful cheeseburger. The pattie is juicy, tender, and topped with melted cheese. Add to that the "Secret Sauce", (I strongly recommend adding grilled onions) and it perfectly complements this fine burger. A trip to 8-Cuts isn't complete without their onion rings, which are generous in size and perfectly seasoned with various flavors of your choosing.
Hubby's trying to eat healthier so I was surprised when he chose 8 Cuts. I even reminded him that it wasn't healthy. I guess he wanted a break from all the grilled food and vegetables he has bern consuming.
I got a quarter pounder The Piggy with grass fed blend patties. I figured the leaner healthier blend would be better haha. I liked my huge messy juicy burger. I sliced it into 2 for easier handling but I still made a mess. I could barely taste the bacon though as the burger patty was big and the highlight of the sandwich.
Hubby's Burger 3.0 was good too but really rich. Flavors were great and he loved it.
MIL's Fishy 'Wich was crunchy but the patty could use a bit more seasoning. Hubby liked the vegetables.
You can not eat at 8 Cuts without getting Onion Rings. It is just so addicting. The onions are soft and the breading crunchy. And the rings are huge! Although they are coated with seasoning, I still eat them with catsup.
I will keep coming back for the Onion Rings and would welcome hubby's craving for a cheat meal. We'll have to stick to the Grass Fed Blend if we want burgers haha
The patty is juicy which makes the burger yummy. Has enough cheese and veggies. Btw, the veggies in it are lifeless so still crunch. It's fatty so the lemon suits well. The chips, not my fave though fine.
8 Cuts Burger is a customized your own burger joint by the Moment group (which is also behind the famous Burger Bar). It is a reference to the eight cuts of beef used in their patty blends - chuck, short rib, sirloin, ox tail, rib eye, brisket, flank and hanger.
I ordered their four cheese burger, house blend which is for me more juicier, lean and meaty and their onion rings.
Four cheese - with parmesan crusted Mozarella, sharp, yellow cheddar, monterey Jack, sauce no. , Garlic Aioli and Fried Basil. I tried their house blend version of the patty which is more lean and meat at the same time juicy. A truly satisfying burger indeed.
Their onion rings is by far the best one I've ever tasted. And I also tried their house blend Iced tea which was also good
Just before the start of Lent, we decided to have what Kat calls ‘Fat Tuesdays’ after work. And since the steak plan didn’t quite push through because I forgot to withdraw some cash earlier, we decided to try something that still goes on that level. Thick and juicy hamburgers, just like the doctor ordered in the Power Plant Mall at Rockwell.
Tasty cheeseburger. We had the burger with brisket. I can't remember what it's called, but it's very good. The cheeseburger had the requisite squishy bun and the right accompaniments to pique the taste of the burger. The burger was very juicy, meaty, and surprise surprise! Not greasy. I don't know how they did this but it was truly enjoyable.
Opted for their chicken sandwich and didn't know I was in for a delicious surprise. The addition of crispy chicken skin is just genius. Loved the marriage of crisp, coleslaw, juicy chicken and buttered bread. And yes, use that lemon, ketchup and mustard. It's so good.
I liked how the breading of the onion rings tasted. It wasn't bland and it wasn't too think. Really delicious. The burger was okay. Ordered the speculous milkshake which tasted nothing like the speculous cookie. The vanilla flavor was overpowering i suppose.

Ordered one of their best selling burgers, the Q -Daddy, for take-away. It was placed inside a white paper food bag without handle. I was wondering why, since the other customers who ordered for to-go had theirs in an original 8 cuts paper bag. So I requested for a paper bag. The waiter gladly handed me one.
Apart from the take-away, I dined here with my family - had their Tex-Mex nachos and onion rings. Both were very tasty. The ground beef in the nachos were soaking wet and too soft, almost like red beets - ruining the supposed heavenly crunchy nacho chips. Onion rings were oily. The place is too skimpy, wish they would extend. Nevertheless, service was great. Would recommend.
8 cuts is one of the burger places you can rely on. They serve yummy juicy burgers. My fave is the bleu cheese burger, generous and not mixed with mayo therefore you will taste it well. The cheeseburger is also very good. Try their fries and onion rings that I find a perfect pair for their burgers.
Rockwell branch is a bit small. Near the music area so it's either a music in your ears or otherwise.
Since there are a lot of senior customers in rockwell they must have a menu that they can check while sitting down. We asked and there's none and after a while saw a small piece of flyer. When I noticed it I said that's what I was asking for earlier so it's easier to decide what to order, server said wala pong picture yan mam. Hmmm, got confused there as I was not asking for pics. Anyway, that's ok. Just provide a menu cause the person in front of me was reading the menu aloud to her parents seating far away not to mention the live music so it's a bit hard for them to understand each other.
I love the Burgers at 8 Cuts but was my first time in this branch since I'm always at their Serendra branch. Burger as expected because of the price is well curated, beef will be grilled at your own choice. Although this is not a burger joint you can go to everyday.
I've been an avid 8Cuts fan because of their burgers, sides, drinks and even their service. It's the perfect place for get togethers or even family dinners.
My college friends and I, got their Cheeseburger No.3, since it was my friend's first time and she also got their "skinny" fries. I was a bit disappointed with the food; in other branches like the one in Greenbelt and MOA, they showed consistency, I usually order the Cheeseburger 1/3 and it was big and can fill my tummy even without the sides, but in this branch; it was small and wasn't really that good. Personally, it lacked flavor and that 8Cuts feel. Their skinny fries wasn't even that skinny!
The staff were nice though. So okay.
I really appreciate it when restaurants take note of customer feeback. 8Cuts is one of them. When i reached out to them via IG regarding my last visit, it never occurred to me that they will take notice. Truth be told, I'd still visit them in a heartbeat, that's how much i love their burgers.
A week later, i received a random message from 8Cuts. She was asking for details about my visit. I replied and explained what happened. It was water under the bridge for me but the fact that they take feedback seriously made me admire the brand even more.
"Please give us a chance to win you back. "
Okay, I'm sold. I went back a last night in high spirits. We were welcomed with warm smiles. Rosette ushered us to our table, asked for my order (yes, dinner is on the house). She was generous enough to extend the offer to CMA, he politely declined.
Funny thing is that, I've been to this branch countless times and it is only now that i noticed the surroundings. Odd, eh? Maybe i was too fixated on their food. They have excellent lighting, perfect for IG ready photos. The signage is made of tiny lights inside small bottles. These nifty lighting fixtures gives a 3D illusion. Perfect juxtaposition, light and shadows.
I got the Four Cheese variant with some of onion rings on the side. Whoever thought of placing stacks of cheese together and coating it with parmesan is a fringing genius. It goes well the juicy beef patty, one bite is an explosion of flavors - a lil crunch, cheesey and oozing with beefy goodness. The brioche bun is killer, soft and butter toasted.
The onion rings is good as expected. Still the best in Metro. The barbeque powder makes this fried babies delectable.
As for the service, the staff was attentive and Rosette was hands on in assisting all the diners. She even offered a sincere apology for the mishap on my last visit.
Good job 8 cuts! A big brand with a ginormous heart.
I've been passing the rather intriguing 8cuts for a while now, tearfully disregarding the place due to my being a pesco-vegetarian. But upon finding out they had a vegetarian option, I was itching to eat here.
I couldn't have had a better first experience. My order was prepared in record time by a server who was equally kind as they were thoughtful, which was lovely. The order itself, a chickpea burger garnished with onions and mayonnaise was tastefully made. It was seasoned well and the patty was wonderfully made with a decent texture. The bread was toasted well with a slight crunch, though I wish they had some whole wheat options for the bread for those with gluten allergies.
Everything in consideration, I definitely recommend coming here. Though I dined alone (cue the Sarah McLachlan music), 8cuts seems like a great place to come with friends and family. Their interiors are warm and vibrant, and the overall experience of ordering a high quality burger is one everyone is sure to take pleasure in. I will definitely be back to have another vegetarian burger from here. I've yet to try the fries, but that's a mystery for next time.
Side note: You can tell I had a great time eating here because I completely forgot to take a photo of my food as all I wanted to do was eat it.
Great for stress-eating after the Ateneo Law qualifying exam! The Coney or Piggy burgers are a must-try! Their Onion rings are also fried to perfection!
I always order my Cheeseburger No.3 at Rockwell powerplant, service is good and very accommodating as always. They seem to remember me that I am a regular at their joint. Anyhow It's always delicious, i prefer this branch over the greenbelt Burger Bar . I like the price of the burgers it's affordable. I've tried another burger as well but had too many toppings on top which i didn't really enjoy. The safest is the cheeseburgers you can still taste the juicy burger patty.
The place is a bit small but the serving is jam packed with flavors. Their burgers are explosions of flavor in your mouth, it is amazing to taste a burger like that and what I like the most are their onion rings. This restaurant never failed to satisfy my taste buds.
This is my 2nd trip to this burger joint and I can say it was more pleasant than the first. I went for their classic Cheeseburger No. 3. The beef patty was succulent, juicy, and still hot. I immediately loaded it with mustard and catsup for some character. While I have no complaint about the taste, I just find the whole burger way too small for me. I guess that only applies to PH burgers, which is unfortunate.
As to the Onion Rings, it reminded more of a fried donut than an actual onion ring. It's not your usual rings. The batter was too smooth, which reminded me of fish and chips, but nonetheless lush and crispy. You can taste the secret seasoning.

I haven't been to Powerplant Mall for a long time so when I was deciding on where to have lunch, I decided in 8cuts. It's the first time I ate here. Located along a strip of dining establishments at the mall basement and near an instrument trio set up, the place was noisy and busy. With the burgers, however, I have no complaint. My cheeseburger no 3 was juicy, tender and with the right smokey texture that I benchmark other burgers on. The onion rings were crisp and not greasy so I found them really appetizing.
First time to eat at this branch of 8Cuts. I always order the cheese burger no. 3 with extra bacon. I always request that they make it crispy so that with every bite, the bacon is part of each mouthful. The bacon is vey important. So today's burger wasn't the best because of the bacon fail. It was cut too thick I guess, so it was chewy rather than crispy. Or it just lacked frying. The onion rings are pretty good though!! My sister insisted on ordering it and I'm glad she did.
I'm not a fan of burgers. But I love 8 Cuts' burger! My favorite is Q-Daddy with Ox Blend as burger patty. Very juicy and flavorful with all the good stuffs in it such as cheddar cheese, fried onions and bacon. It's one of my top comfort foods after exams. Pair it with their skinny fries and all the worries in life are gone.

Burger heaven. How do I put into words when everything is just perfect?! You can choose your own patty, make your own burger or choose from their master flavors. Their fries are thick cut and I wish they could have deep fried my fries just a tad bit more for that extra crisp! Everything they serve is just so instagramable! A trend going for all food now but not everyone gets to strongly achieve.
Of course, dont miss out on the shakes - my favorite is definitely the speculoos!
They have such friendly and accommodating staff too! Love that you can have your burger in just a few minutes!
Hands down this is my favorite burger chain in Metro Manila. I like everything about 8 Cuts - from the way they conceived their burgers, combined meat cuts and garnishes, developed sidings and drinks, to the way they made the experience upscale and fun.
Put any burger from 8 Cuts in front of me, and I'll eat it. I know they've got fish and chips, wings, nachos, and dips. For me, 8 Cuts is about the burger.
We ordered a four-cheese burger, skinny fries, and an iced tea. I forgot to ask them to cook it medium, so it came more done than I hoped - but not overdone. I could taste the blue cheese and the sweetness of the fontina, but mostly, this is about subtle flavors and elevating the beef to star of the show, and I loved it.
The beef is beefy, the fries and bun are great. I hope this brand sticks to their guns about quality ingredients and execution, because they deserve to make it big.

Pricey, yes. My fiance and I spent P1,000+ for two burgers and vanilla milkshake. But if you have extra cash to spare, go treat yourself with a good burger from here. The patty is so delicious and juicy. You'll surely leave with a happy tummy as they say.
One of the best place to have burgers. It's definitely worth the price and the waiting time burgers are juicy, tender and flavorful. Their salad is fresh, mozzarella stick is a must try
Order: 1/3-lb Cheeseburger No. 3 plain, Skinny Fries, San Miguel Pale Pilsen
I had tried 8 Cuts before, and it just has not met the high expectations that were set by the general public. However, during my visit awhile ago, I greatly enjoyed their basic cheeseburger. I guess adding to the patty created a better patty-to-bun ratio as I remember eating mostly bread when I had ordered the same burger in 1/4-lb. The fries, though not a lot, are cut thinly and salted perfectly to complement the burger.
The meal is still on the pricier side in terms of getting your dose of burger and fries but I still would recommend their 1/3-lb burgers for those who have a big pocket.
Great tasting burgers and the choices of dips for the fries and onion rings are really yummy! Servers/Crew are very accommodating too. They made sure we got all our orders right and asked about how our food was.
Another fav is my love for burgers, I'll explain why shortly. Now 8 Cuts Burger Blends would have to be one of my favorite burger place in Metro Manila. And this is from someone who grew up all his life in Australia eating all variety of burgers! :)
Even some of the more we'll know high end places in Metro Manila, have a hard time matching the flavors and juiciness of this Awesome Burger place. We tried the Cheeseburger No.3 and Panchito Bugers with the popular House Blend beef. A mixture of meaty and juicy short rib and rib eye.
Also with the 2 burgers you cannot have the full experience without their famous and awesome Onion Rings! #AwesomelyYummy :)
This particular place is even more awesome, as you will most likely hear live piano music playing in the background to create more spice to the experience.
Always excited to explore new burger joints. Ordered Four Cheese with 1/4lb lean meat and I swear I have never felt more full after. Best four cheese burger in town. I also loved their onion rings.

Mouthwatering and jawdropping burgers!
I tried their Ox Blend patty, while my friends had the House Blend (which is their bestseller btw). Both burgers were sooooo juicy ans tasty.
I must say that this burger (though very sinful) is definitely worth a try!
I'm quite a big eater and I must say their burgers are filling. We only tried the Panchito, Four Cheese and Cheeseburger No. 3. I like the Panchito burger because of the Jalapeno (for some heat and bit of crunch) and the avocado and pico de gallo for added flavor and texture. The Skinny Fries are also good but the serving size is not that big. Same with the Onion Rings that has 8 to 10 pieces I think.
Great comfort food restaurant great burger concept with all the nasty design. Great food great onion rings something to look forward to after a hard days work
My fave burger place. (After Elbert's) I've eaten at 8cuts 4 times and I always order the Boss Burger (Ox Blend and Steak Blend) with just yellow cheddar cheese and Sauce #3 and it never disappoints. I always order Skinny fries on the side too. 3 times I've eaten here in Rockwell and the 4th time in Greenbelt 2 - I must say the skinny fries at the GB2 branch was waaaay better than those I've had at the Powerplant branch. I was really surprised at how much better it tasted. Dunno why that is. Minor complaint, still love 8cuts! (Wish they served better iced tea and lemonade though)
Next time, I'll try the House blend. Btw, I had a small portion of my friend's 4 cheese burger last time and it was... Not good. I'll stick to the Boss Burger. ;)
I beg to differ - due to the hype that 8cuts is getting, it raised my expectations and decided to give it a try. But meh, nothing special with their burgers. It's not bad, but it's not that good. It's also a little pricey.
