The best truffle mac n cheese ever!!
Really love the ambiance and their flat white. One of my go-to cafes in the metro. I was very disappointed with their hot chocolate cheesecake though - it was dry, tough, just plain bad. Well now I know to never order dessert there!
We came here to meet a friend. Its a nice place to just sit and catch up. The staff were very friendly too. I didn’t want to order anything too sweet so I ordered the nachos. It was small serving, but quite good. I figured it won’t go well with coffee so I ordered fresh orange juice instead. It was pretty overpriced at 250, but with the zomato gold 2+2 on drinks, it just comes out as 125 per glass, still expensive for a small glass (that is mostly ice) but I guess ok, as you pay for the ambiance too. I think their coffee is more worth it since you pay a similar amount for starbucks anyway.
Very nice and friendly staff and the service is great. One of my favorite cafe where I can relax and sometimes do my work or study... Big tables and enough space are a plus. The cafe is spacious and has enough space with your baby in stroller.

Single Origin's aesthetic has always been impressive. Been wanting to try this branch in Greenbelt but it's always full, now there are good things about going out for a drink on a Wednesday (hehe). The place is very rustic and romantic, perfect for dates.
Used my Gold here (2+2) and ordered Moscow Mule -- I always prefer cocktails with mint and lime so I was very happy with this one. It was just light and refreshing!
I love the Bleu Burger!!!! The buns were toasted right, the meat was cooked correctly and was juicy. The taste, oh my God, it tasted really good! The staff were friendly and they have a chill ambiance which is good for dates or business meetings.
White truffle pasta - tasted pretty bland so i had to ask for salt. Probably would’ve appreciated actual truffle shavings more than just the oil. Bread was super tasty and pasta was cooked to a good bite
Beef skewers - super savory UGH these were super bomb. So much moisture, flavor, and tenderness from this ribeye cut
Surf and turf pizza - could’ve turned out better if they didn’t use a strong barbecue (?) sauce all over the pizza. Definitely made us not want to eat more of it after the first slice
Ambiance - super calming and mellow - good for casual drinking or simple coffee while you work
Service - Food came on time and they were alert when needed. They just need to be more aware of when people need more water without constantly being asked for it esp since they know how small their glasses can be.
The servers are very accommodating and the place is very nice. I love the ambience and the food and drink! 💖
The Caborita (tequila and lime cocktail) tastes awesome and best shared with friends over a good laugh any night of the week! It is also included in Zomato's 2+2 on drinks.

Place is cozy and their interior is minimalist yet classic cafe looking. We enjoyed their mango dessert and milkshakes. We also tried chocolate cheesecake but the whip above it is too much.
Nice ambiance, ideal for dates.
The place itself looks relaxing especially late in the afternoon when the lights are dim. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a place to take your date. They have offer a wide variety and drinks. Although their main item is coffee, you can also have beer, cocktails, wine, milkshakes and tea. They also have several food items to choose from.
It's a little pricey though,so be prepared. One small glass of milkshake costs almost 300 pesos. It's good milkshake, but overly priced.
Had the Grilled Salmon & Red Rice. The dish was fine though it left me feeling unsatisfied because I was craving for something more flavorful. Should've ordered something else, I guess.
The space was nice. Will probably come back.
Staff was nice but a bit slow, although they had a full house when I visited. Their flat white was pretty good too, just the right amount of foam.
This is my go-to place whenever I feel the need to stretch my legs and find inspiration outside the office. They have unlimited free WiFi and power outlets. Love the homey ambience and chill music. The restroom is spotless.

As expected, food was great and the ambiance was perfect. We get to order a salad and an entree. Service provided was exceptional. Good thing we were early and got a table because usually this is full on weekends.
Checked the menu and got intrigued when I saw this drink called "espresso noir". This cocktail brings together the charm of coffee and the mild kick of Vodka to enable you to get through the rest of the week, till the weekend.

Came here for date night and we enjoyed the dim-light, romantic feel. We ordered the steak frites, crab fat pasta, and some shiraz.
We liked the steak. Flavorful and seasoned just right though not as tender as we'd hoped. The wine recommended to us by the server paired well with it. The crab fat pasta was al dente and tasty but kinda gave us the umay feeling at the end. Loved that their menu is extensive though, so there's a lot more things to try on my next visit. 😉
One of the hip brunch places in the Metro! Food is not earth shatteringly good but ambiance+ menu selection is enough to please every tita in your barkada! Brunch is my favorite meal and Single Origin is one of the top-of-mind restos when planning get togethers with friends. Cool interiors, good coffee, filling meals, they also serve cocktails for those who would want to day-drink! Will be back again soon.

The ambience is always great when you want to lay back and forget all the Makati noise on the outside. Their drinks are all well made, I haven't had a drink I didn't like. Would recommend to try their milk teas and special iced teas. ❤
Easily one of my top picks when I need to destress and I don't know whether to go for a caffeine boost or cap off the day with some booze. Good ambiance, wide and interesting selections on their menu, and decent servings.
Spent the whole day here because u can literally order anything from their menu to match any time of day. I love their grilled cheese sandwich w tomato soup and the bagel w wasabi spread. Coffee is undeniable. Although the last time i went there, they didnt have the whisky i wanted.
We love to hang out here at Single Origin especially after our spinning class lol. Our favorite to order dishes are the classic corn beef and eggs, pesto with grilled shrimp pasta, and grilled salmon and egg rice. Oh we love the truffle fries!! We also love the strawberry basil lemonade and the crimson berry
This place is a great cafe with single origin coffee (duh!) and yummy food. My only gripe with the 2+2 promo is that I couldn't order a San Vittoria Sparkling water with the promo. The waitress said drinks that are 500ml aren't covered. Didn't see this in the fine print of the promo though. I thought it meant any single serve drink was OK.
The Salted Caramel coffee I ordered was good! My companion ordered iced tea. Plus points that Single Origin uses metal straws. The only downside is that we were waiting our orders for a while, when we asked the server to follow up, that was the only time we were informed that our orders were unavailable. We ordered something else and waited a while again. Other than that, they have good coffee. I’d go back again.

i frequent this place for food and drinks. i also like the ambience. they have a good selection of wines. you can choose to drink alcoholic beverages or coffee as you wish.
Value for money and great ambiance? Single Origin’s the place. I had the Shrimp Po Boy (good flavor but the batter was pretty hard), Truffle Chips (love the texture), and my new favorite beer, Crabbie’s Ginger Beer!
Nice place to chill on a Friday night. Lots of variation of imported alcoholic drinks, snacks and platters. Not much of a liquor enthusiast so i cant say much about my orders and overall experience but I enjoyed my stay here
If you want a quiet place with superb food and the best service, Single Origin is the place to be!!
Ordered iced cappucino and hot chocolate ( 65% valrhona cocoa), I asked to remove milk and replace with hot water. They made sure everything is correct and with almost no waiting time, got our drinks right away!!

Stumbled upon this restaurant while finding a place to have drinks at. Their menu is slightly crowded but I like to have a lot of options to choose from. Ended up ordering a bottle of wine, truffle fries and bacon dipped in chocolate.
The ambiance was dark and romantic. The staff was friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back to this place!

Joven was very accomodating with us because we were a bit confused on how to use the Zomato Gold 2 + 2 drinks. He answered all our questions and was very patient.
We tried the Diamond hill chardonnay and the cheese platter. Just what I was expecting on white wine and quezo. Thanks Zomato we got 2 free chardonnay!
This one deserves a 5 because... Metal straws! The coffee is really good, although quite disappointed that they don't have Philippine coffee on their list. We had breakfast for merienda. 🤣 Organic eggs FTW!
I love the food and ambience. For all the "Titas" who like to hangout in a chill place, I recommend this place. They also have different varieties of drinks so you can bring friends who like coffee, milkshakes or alcoholic beverages.
Love their valrhona dark chocolate topped with textured milk!! 🤤 Perfect coffee alternative to waken you up without the heartburn / eventual caffeine crash.
Protip: ask your server to add a little sea salt on your drink - it enhances the flavor of the cacao. 👌🏻

We ordered Iced Valrhona Mocha and Iced Orange Infused Capuccino. The Valrhona Mocha tasted okay. I’m not a fan of the Orange Infused Capuccino. I think it would taste better if served hot. I love the ambiance of the place, and I’ll surely be back to try their other coffee products.

Single origin has great ambience and great coffee! You can order the classic americano to taste the real coffee extract or some latte. We also ordered some desserts and they also have a lot of food.
2nd visit: this place is really great for meeting and catching up with friends. We would usually order coffee here (yes they have good coffee), but this time we want to try their other drinks.
1. Pink lady - it is passion fruit herbal tea with lime but sorry to say - it tastes like berroca or cough syrup.
2. Strawberry basil lemonade - good enough just like any other lemonade.
Great place for drinks! They have great coffee, plus, Zomato Gold's 2+2 promo got us free cappuccinos and HK milkteas. Love the milk tea~ tastes very authentic and not like the overly sweet ones you get in some milk tea shops. Strawberry cream cheese waffles were okay. Too soggy and too drenched in maple syrup. Would've liked it less syrupy.
Whether for brunch of afternoon coffee, Single Origin gets it perfectly. Their rice casseroles are the best, as well as their pasta offerings (too bad they got into my tummy quickly before I managed to take photos). Below is a smoothie bowl - a banana peanut butter one - and it was both flavorful and filling enough to last me my entire meeting.

Great place to unwind and relax after a very hectic workweek. Ambiance was great, the place is instagrammable. The tea was too sweet though, but the chicken tasted good, the sauce wasnt too spicy, just had a pleasant kick to it.

Loved the ambience of the place and the service was great. The waiters were attentive. We ordered the Breakfast Pizza and Nachos. The nachos were kind of hard to eat as it was already crushed but I loved their dip. For a nice afternoon coffee with friends, we headed over to Single Origin. We all ordered the flat white and shared their french toast and strawberries.
The Flat white had a strong coffee taste and had a good proportion of milk. The french toast was also excellent with generous strawberry and maple syrup.
Ambiance is also excellent. Dim lights and dark wood.
I love this place. I love the ambiance, the drinks, and the price is reasonable. Polite staff, clean restroom, table layout is great. Plus, it is covered by Zomato Gold hehe
The servers were accommodating. This is the only branch where 1+1 on food, for zomato gold member, is not available. The ambiance is great and awesome.
For mains, we got their Short Ribs Benedict and the new Grilled Salmon Rice Bowl. The ribs were tender and matched well with the accompanying hash. Though it was quite expensive, the portions were big enough to share between two people. I also enjoyed the rice bowl as it was very flavorful.
For drinks, my friend and I ordered Masala milk tea and flat white, respectively. I had a sip of the milk tea and I like how strong the flavors were, which left me wanting more. I did also enjoy my flat white — maybe more so if paired with dessert.
Love this place. It was packed when we got there, so we were left to sit ourside which is okay. The staff are very nice and they have a queue button on the table so you dont need to raise your hand or go inside to call for the waiter.
We were really just looking for a place to chill, so we didnt order much. I ordered the Tony Curtis cocktail drink, which is delish. Not too strong it was like drinking a strawberry juice, abit of sour and sweet combined.
Then we had the brekfast bacon pizza. Which is really delicious. Love it! Price is okay.
Grilled Salmon hearty rice bowl
I ordered this new dish on the menu and I’m really impressed. They gave a generously thick amount of sample served on top of red rice. Flavor-wise it was straightforwardly great. Seasoned and grilled perfectly. Moreover, its a great dish for those who are trying to be healthier.
This is definitely my new single origin lunch staple.

Aside from its single-origin coffee that its name proudly boasts off, Single Origin offers a variety of Euro-American comfort food, and a wide range of drinks – from caffeine-based to those that will go down with you through the night.
The place undoubtedly emanates a rustic ambiance. With its coffee-colored brick wall, wooden wine shelves, and dim, warm, dangling lights, it truly gives you the chill vibe – perfect for the titos and titas of Manila! Ha-ha
THE FOOD
Bacon Basket - 4/5 stars.
I loved the crispy pork strips glazed in barbecue sauce with its garlic aioli dip. They indeed were not the usual bacon that you find inside freezers in the supermarket. I think it would be a perfect booze match. Unfortunately, I was not there for the alcohol.
Bleu Burger - 4/5 stars.
The almost-an-inch-thick patty was made of Wagyu beef, and was topped with melted bleu cheese and caramelized onions. The beef patty was really satisfying, and the bleu cheese complemented it very well. I am not a big fan of onions, but I liked the caramelized ones that came with the burger.
Truffle Fries - 1/5 stars.
Tossed in truffle oil, these crunchy, finger-like potato slices were served with parmesan and fried garlic bits. Contrary to how I feel about onions, truffle, parmesan and garlic are my faves. However, I did not like these Truffle Fries. They were overcooked, and tasted mostly bitter and salty! I would prefer the parmesan truffle shake-shake fries over this.
Salted Caramel Milkshake - 5/5 stars.
Of all that I ordered for that night, this was probably my number one favorite. It is just perfect! Other salted caramel drinks seem to be trying hard, but this begs to disagree. The saltiness and sweetness of the caramel were well-blended, and did not compete with each other. I would definitely come back for this.
My all time fave is their truffle pasta! Soo goood! For my last visit, I tried their avocado toast and really enjoyed it! I love their four cheese pizza also!

I usually go to their Rockwell branch for the Happy Hour. LOL! But in Greenbelt, I go for their food.
When I want to be away from the crowd, I choose somewhere more quiet and very apt for solo goers! My staple would be the White Fish Omelette (OMG. So good that it’s even enough for two people), but one time I tried their Egg Spinach Toast. It’s toasted bread topped with spinach and a bit of mushroom PLUS feta cheese! Yummmm!
I've discovered one of the best flat white in the city. I need not go far to find it. The brew was bold, silky, and textured espresso treat. The microfoam was smooth. Loved the art foam too. The hot chocolate cheesecake was an amazing piece of cake. Not too sweet and not too firm. It had this smooth finished layer of goodness. The choco drizzle on top was an excellent touch.
Really enjoyed lunch here. Had the Reuben Sandwich, Prosciutto Salad, Truffle Fries, English Breakfast, and Hong Kong Milk Tea. I especially liked the Reuben Sandwich; the corned beef was tender. I found the bacon in the English Breakfast a bit salty and the truffle fries could be less oily but other than these, everything was good.
Four stars for this cafe. Their coffee was really good. It was not bitter nor acidic. It was freshly roasted and brewed right away. Their shrimp pesto was also flavorful with lots of basil and generous servings of shrimp. However, I find the serving of pasta, the noodles, quite small. Next was the cold cuts which to me was nothing really exceptional, not bad but unremarkable either. Lastly was the truffle fries. I’ve had better truffle fries in other places, so I suggest skip their fries. Just order coffee and you will be happy!
Single Origin is always a nice place to hang with friends over a nice lunch or dinner. This time I ordered the Applewood Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger (495 pesos). It consisted of a wagyu burger patty, cheddar cheese, applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and served with truffle fries. It was really good. Highly recommended.
Sunday night munchies and drinks at Single Origin. Their Truffle Fries, Wings and Bacon Basket was perfect with a nice cold craft beer such as the Belgian Style Pranqster. It was bold and smooth with a nice fruity aftertaste. They have a good selection of beer and wine and good eats to match.

Sunday morning, before the area gets crowded, me and my partner decided to have our breakfast here. The place was peaceful as there were only few customers that time. The music was so relaxing.
We had Breakfast Salad, 4 Cheese Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Gibraltar and Cappuccino.
Breakfast Salad consists of Red Lollo Rosso and Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomato, Bacon, Arugula, Grainy Mustard and Honey Vinaigrette, 5-Minute Egg and shaved parmesan. This salad is a good choice for a healthy breakfast. With the combination of our favorite egg, ham and greens, we're ready to go. Good choice for those in diet like my partner. Refreshingly delicious!
4 cheese in a sandwich? Who wouldn't love that? With the melted combination of Monterey Jack, Yellow Cheedar, Emmenthal and Mozzarella Cheese, this sandwich is heaven in every bite. We had lots of hmmm moments that morning. Perfect for cheese lovers like us. Cheeeeeesy. It was served with Truffle Potato Chips, which was drizzled with Olive Oil and a little salad on the side.
The coffee we had, Cappuccino and Gibraltar, kept us kicking throughout the day. Both were rich and strong. A good quality indeed.
Staff were accomodating and attentive of our needs. They were not smiling though.
Overall, it was a great experience.
Cute coffee shop at green belt with some good food as well. The truffle fries are the bomb and they also have yummy milkshakes. Great place to chill and talk.

You will feel intimidated at first with this resto bar but the moment you got in and feel the ambience of the place you feel like overstaying a bit more 😊
We were lucky we got our wine and another shot of Tom Collins during their happy hour... You could also drink coffee after having a meal and drink but I decided to pass for next time.
A great , relaxing alternative to the chains surrounding it. Well prepared coffees and delicious, creative food items. Service from a caring staff. I’ll give it a 4.9 as it is a bit pricey but worth the cost for a treat
Had their crimsonberry iced tea. I've never had a better iced tea in my life👌 as for the ambience, love it. Music wasn't disturbingly loud, and the staff was very accommodating. Officially my go-to place whenever I'll be in the area.
I went to Single Origin for a catch-up dinner with a friend on a Tuesday night. The place is quite cozy, perfect for dates or quiet chika/night-out with friends. The staff are nice and attentive to customers. We ordered crab fat pasta and truffle fries. Both were amazingly good! I would've wanted more parmesan on my fries though, but that's just me. For drinks, I ordered their salted caramel latte and my friend had a flat white (decaf). I like the salted caramel latte. It's rich and not too sweet. But it tasted more like mocha than salted caramel to me. I'll come back another time to try other coffee flavors, waffles and desserts.
