the staff very friendly, tastes like home cooked but not overly seasoned. wish yiu had a branch at nuvali?
First time to dine at Sentro! Location was changed from GB3 to GB5. Interior was amazing, you can also try their al fresco. We ordered, Seafood Sinigang sa Miso, Corned Beef Sinigang, Inihaw na Baboy and Fried Kesong Putì. While waiting they first served watermelon seeds, it was a bit moist and already has mold in it. Then they served the Fried Kesong puti with sour cream (I think and forgot the other one, sorry) Twas good i loved it. Then they will let you try if tama ba yung asim for the Corned Beef Sinigang.. BTW for sharing yung order namin and I was told that’s it’s good for 3-4 people. We were 5. But upon serving na realise ko that it’s actually good for 5-6 persons, plus the Corned Beef Sinagang is refillable the sabaw. The Corned Beef Sinagang was the right amount of asim, (hindi ko na binago yung timpla, pero like i said pwede sya ma-adjust), seafood siningang sa miso is also good. And the Inihaw na Baboy is also good, feeling ko it’s good for a group or 6-7. So overall, pwede uli ko syang balikan at mag try ng ibang dish.
Nice Filipino breakfast!!! Tapsilog and bangus. Food is so delicious. Thank u for the great experience. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾
Our overall experience was Excellente.
Food is superb, friendly service crew, everything is neat and in order. Will definitely drop by again next time.
I love their Pinoy comfort food fusion. The Sinigang Cornedbeef and Fried GG a must try. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good dining experience.

This is one of those restaurants that’s great for a Family Sunday eat out. It caters not only for adult’s appetite but to kid’s as well. Food is always great. I also like the fact that the costumer has a take on their preference on how sour the sinigang would be. The fried keso is our favorite.
I remember Sentro when it used to be in Greenbelt 3, 2nd floor. Now, their location is excellent in Greenbelt 5. I like the outdoor option for dining and it's ambiance.
For appetizer, I got the shrimp cracker salad and i love it! We also ordered the solo adobo sa gata which was very tasty and different but you can get sharing as well. I rated it a 4/5 because food preparation was quite lengthy. If you're hungry, the wait might get you agitated.
Our all time fave filipino resto!! ❤❤ Beef sinigang ❤❤gg fish ❤❤ fried kesong puti ❤❤ vegetarian fried rice
Food and drink 4/5

Made a resrvation on the afternoon of the same day. The table was ready at the exact time I reserved.
Ordered garlic adobo, corned beef sinigang, garlic galunggong, beef rib bagoong, seafood bagoong rice, boneless crispy pata, shrimp cracker salad. All thr food was good. Nice selction of drinks too.
Nice ambience and comfort room.
The only negative thing was the first serving of sinigang soup was not sour. The second was better.
I would eat here again.
Corned beef Sinigang for the win. This dish is a must have when you are AT sentro. First time to try their gourmet GG, and it soooo good. When you want to treat your self to Filipino food with gourmet and new twist, bring your fam or friends here.
It was a French restaurant when I came last year. It seems that the decoration hasn't been changed yet. Only the menu has been switched from French to Filipino. I was told that the French one will be re-opened some time later at BGC. I had my first experience with Champorado, the very Filipino breakfast, here. I chose brown rice and Danggit instead of Tuyo (because it was out of order). Overall, it was a nice experience. The contrast of the flavours was not as strong as I had what I expected.
This time I finally got to try Tuyo. It was saltier than Danggit. However, it was more palatable, I think.
Their sinigang na corned beef is superb. A unique twist to the usual sinigang - a must-try. Tried their Rated GG too. 4-stars for taste and quality of food.
We had a great dining experience at Sentro 1771. It was our 25th Wedding Anniversary so we decided to have dinner here with my family. I love everything here: the food, the interiors, decors hanging on the wall, the lightings, table layout, music and their staffs are all nice and accommodating. We ordered for lechon kawali, crispy drunken shrimp, sotanghon guisado, rated gg, beef caldereta and plain rice. The food taste great! We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was perfect for the special occasion we were celebrating! We will definitely make a return visit.
delicious but expensive. the attendants are very nice and they attend real fast. the place is clean despite the fact that they have a lot of guests. i will bring my family really soon

I can’t believe this one. I’ve always known Sentro 1771 was pricey but it was actually just right for the price of everything we’ve ordered. Crispy Pata was nothing special but everything else feels healthy cause usually for Filipino food, they are known to make it a little more salted than usual, but this one wasn’t too savory for the rice. It felt healthy and just right in the tummy. This is one of the Filipino restaurants where seniors probably thrive, no offense meant but, I hope they become the model for Filipino restaurants out there because health is definitely wealth.
Sentro 1771 looks intimidating at first because of its location. But now I know this is a place worth visiting again and again.
They accept table reservations for large group. So better book your tables in advance.
They also serve breakfast which are really, really good and filling enough to perk you up the whole day.
Here’s the breakfast we tried:
Corned Beef set - served with garlic rice and eggs (sunny-side up or scrambled) + coffee or hot chocolate. I think the corned beef is the same meat they use for their famous Sinigang na Corned beef (not canned). My eyes feasted on the chunks of beef. Much more, my tastebuds because of the meaty and tasty corned beef.
Adobo flakes rice - I can eat this whole day because the serving is HUGE. Also served with an egg and tomato wedges.
Spicy tuto flakes - I should have gotten more of these to take home. 😍
For dinner with the gang, we had:
Crispy Drunken Shrimp - huwaaaaw!!!!! So crispy and not salty. Comes with vinegar dip.
Organic sisig - does not taste like the usual sisig, but still good enougj. Rice please!
Fried Kesong Puti - serving cut is a bit small for me, but maybe it is to avoid that “umay” feeling. Comes with Guava jelly sauce (similar to sweet chili sauce) and garlic mayo dip.
Sinigang na Corned Beef - labeled as their best seller for all the right reasons. It has a lot of beef chunks, vegetables, and refillable soup. You got to taste the broth also before they serve you your order.
Grilled Chicken BBQ - so tender and tasty. Not overcooked. Very good!!!
Stir-fried Chicken and Tofu - oh my! More rice please. 🍚🍚🍚
Rated GG - should have tried dipping this in vinegar but glad I preserved the original flavor by eating it as is. More garlic toppings, I want! 😍
Fried Suman and Mangoes for dessert - couldn’t ask for more!
Drinks we had were bottomless sago gulaman (made from scratch), dalandan juice and cucumber melon smoothie.
Complimentary pie for the birthday celebrant with candle and a birthday song from the staff. (So touching!)
It was, over-all, a great and memorable dining experience for us. Thank you, Sentro 1771!!! 😘❤️
An institution when it comes to good Filipino cuisine. A must try here is their version of corned beef sinigang with big chunk of beef on it. Chicken BBQ is another classic that you should not miss, tender and packed with flavour.
High volume ceiling makes the place looks big but quite noisy when packed with people. Staff were courteous and attentive plus they offer free Wi-Fi.
PINOY FOOD FTW!
My girlfriend and I are having quite an argument every time we check out restaurants and decide where to eat. Our last resort most of the time is choosing Pinoy delicacies and there was one night when we tried Sentro in Greenbelt. It did not fail us.
The place has a good lighting perfect for picture taking. I can say it was designed well because it looks elegant. The food was exquisite! I loved Rated GG, Sinigang na Corned Beef and the Lamb we had (I forgot what it’s called). For the price, it’s justifiable.

Everything tasted great, the server assigned to us was attentive, and I love the decor, particularly the high ceiling... a great place for family to dine and chat!
Located at the far end of Greenbelt 5, this is a hidden restaurant and serves Filipino Cusine with a modern touch. Nice ambience and wonderful service. The food tastes great.
I decided to stick to the most popular Filipino dish; Chicken Adobo with White Rice. The adobo was done very well and had peppercorn sauce and garlic. Would have liked it a bit spicy though and in case you try this dish here, ask them to make it a little more spicier !! The green mango pieces added the tinge to the dish.
A bit pricey, but it's justifiable because they offer a great ambience, interior are nice and the dishes they offer are delicious. I ate here with my family to celebrate mother's day and we were glad that we had our dinner celebration here. I love the coffee pie, just thinking about it makes me crave. Now mother's day is near I'm thinking to go here again.
interiors were a combination of both modern and traditional Filipino decors. Although it was a busy night, service was good. and fast. We ordered perennial favorites such as kare-kare and inihaw na. liempo. The kare-kare sauce was thick, creamy and tasty -- best smothered over. hot rice and paired with the ubiquitous bagoong (shrimp paste). It was also
Booking at Zomato to dine in at Sentro 1771 is way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! An easy and convenient way to do so.
Sentro 1771 welcomed us with a complimentary butong pakwan snack (with my Canadian friend who binge into it lol). We ordered Sinigang na Beef and uts yea, reminded you if yiur childhood back then. A couple more of Filipino favorites such as the Garlicky Adobo and the adobong kangkong. Reccomend this restaurant for your Filipino dining experience soon! 👍🏽
Their classic Filipino food soothe the Pinoy soul. Sentro's tinola will remind you of the good old days and your inang's delicious afternoon meal.
Great Filipino food! Relatively upscale and well done filipino classics. I personally prefer my sinigang to be a little less sour and this place suited my tastes. For those sour-searchers, they let you taste it beforehand and they adjust accordingly. The kare-kare was done perfectly and so was the vegetable fried rice. I washed it all down with a mango shake which was pretty good, but not exactly the star of the meal. Lastly, don't skip on dessert here. The variety and twists on Filipino classics is not to be missed.
The ambiance is okay, nothing too notable for the Greenbelt area. The service is excellent, they are very attentive and offer good suggestions for dishes to try.
Great sinigang na corned beef. The filipino dishes here are good actually. I like my sinigang very sour its not as sour here bit good enough.
Staff is friendly and on their toes.
Will i be back? Yes..again and again and again...
Let this be a green light that YES, go ahead and bring your foreigner boss/teammate/visitor here.
Service is a-okay and everything we ordered tasted 👌🏼👌🏼

Food is okay. We love the crispy trotter(crispy pata). Not so much there sinigang n corned beef. I have high expectation of the food here because my friend recommended this resto. Also the staff looks so serious.

Sunday is family day. Enjoyed our lunch here at Sentro Greenbelt 3. Kids loved the food. I personally enjoyed "nilasing na hipon" and lechon kawali
Sentro 1771 is one of the best Filipino restaurants. Offering modern Filipino dishes, you'll surely be in love with this place.
✔️Rated GG - Galunggong fillets fried in garlic oil and topped with browned garlic. This won me over not because I love Galunggong (which I do) but because of the simplicity of it. Delicious!
✔️Corned Beef Sinigang - This right here made Sentro 1771 what it is! The corned beef is being cured in-house for 3-5 days! When you order this, I love the restaurants touch where they bring out a sample of the broth and lets you try it if the taste suits your palette. Good job!
✔️Stir-fried Chicken and Tofu
✔️Garlicky Adobo - contains pork and beef
I'd gladly let my foreign friends dine here because I know the food and service are great!
Want to eat Filipino food at its finest? Then come here! I was so surprised at how nice the ambiance was, the decor feels very homely and familiar. The food was flavourful and the portion was big! We ordered lechon kawali, grilled squid and sisig and binagoong rice. Everything was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. One thing is service is a little slow maybe because we were the first customer when they've just opened and it's a little on the pricey side but definitely a treat!
Sinigang na Corned Beef and Rated GG are the best! If you are looking for a Filipino food with a twist I highly recommend this. I went here with my mom and dad. Dad loves it and we ate too much. Pomelo juice to is a must try.

I know a number of people would've rated this particular restaurant a little bit higher but I've been here quite a few times (and the succeeding visits weren't really my choice). They're famous for their sinigang and it's actually quite nice; however, their fish flakes (no photo) and kesong puti (appetizer, see photo) surprised me during my last visit and I'll definitely come back for these two. Yay, Sentro 1771 image rejuvenated!
Definitely one of my favorite Filipino restaurants in the Metro..and its been around for years, a testament to the quality of food they serve.
We were here on a weekend lunch, we were walk-ins and the place was full but was efficiently seated. Staff service was attentive and proactive, despite the busy service.
We started with the Kesong Puti salad and Organic Pork sisig. Both were good. The freshness of the greens contrasted with the tart of the dressing and the saltiness of goat's milk cheese. The pork sisig was crunchy and tasty. --if i find one flaw in this restaurant is that the serving size is small in my opinion.
Next we had dishes of their famous Sinigang na Corned beef. Before, they asked the patrons the degree of sourness as they bring a sample of the broth for you to taste, but it seems that has all been gone now. This dish never fails.
We also had the garlicky pork adobo, rated GG, and lechon kawali. All dishes were flawless (though small portions)
I finished off with their refillable sago gulaman (yum!)
Overall i can recommend this spot for families or group of friends, and would love to be back soon:)
we went here last night to celebrate our anniversary. i booked here and the table reserved is for me the best spot of the restaurant. the service is superb! staffs are attentive and friendly.
we ordered corned beef sinigang and i appreciate that they ask you to taste first the sourness of the soup. but what i loved more is the stir-fried chicken and tofu and their vegetarian rice. overall, we had a nice experience and sumptuous dinner.
We enjoyed eating in this place. Ambiance is perfect for family dinner. We had kare kare, gg, stir fry chicken and tofu, and lechon kawali. I loved their Lechon Kawali! It was sooo crispy and juicy. Bagoong of the kare kare was also delicious. I found their best seller galunggong overrated. For me it tasted like the bottled sardines of Montaño's. Sauce of the tofu was a bit sour since it had sliced mangoes. Their lemon cucumber cooler was good! Staff was very attentive and accommodating. My cooler got an insect and they replaced it right away. I guess it was a "hanip" in tagalog. Probably they should make sure that the place is free of flying insects next time? But other than that, we had a superb experience on this place!
A true taste of Filipino Dishes. Although I do not eat beef, I can say that the soup of the Sinigang na Corned Beef is very tasty.
Also, the staff at the Greenbelt branch are not just accomodating, they're attentive too.
Their signature dish, Sinigang na Corned Beef, was really good as expected.
I recommend their Tilapia Fillets in Coconut Milk and their Catfish Adobo Flakes (probably because it goes so well with their Sinigang na Corned Beef). Keso flan is also a must try!
The last time I dined at a Sentro restaurant was years ago with my family and I couldn't really remember the food so my boyfriend and I decided to dine here last week. Since the Corned Beef Sinigang was their specialty, we ordered it together with the Galunggong as recommended by our server, Jean. The sinigang was nothing special. The galunggong we liked. Dining was really pleasant because of how nice and accommodating Jean was.
Customer service is on point and the food is worth every peso. Tried their best-seller Sinigang na Corned Beef and it did not disappoint. The beef is very tender and the soup is just the right amount of sourness. I also had their fried kesong puti and its very delicious. I would definitely go back and recommend this Filipino restaurant.
I really like the food here. This restraunt has original filipino flavors that we all know and love. We ordered the corned beef sinigang, garlicky adobo , rated gg ,etc. Rated gg is my fav.
Sentro 1771 is famed for its Corned Beef Sinigang. I got to try it with a couple of my friends and it was really good! Before serving it, one of the waiters will bring you a sample of the soup to check with you if it's the level of sourness of the soup based to your liking. They temper the taste as needed.
I also enjoyed their Lechon Kawali and my friend loved their Seafood Bagoong Rice. Needless to say we were not able to take pictures of the food as we ate everything immediately upon serving.
We went here yesterday for some vegetarian rice, lumpia, tilapia in cocunit milk, and kangkok. All the dishes were amazing and the service was good. This is a highly recommended restaurant for a modern take on classic Filipino food.
I had another Filipino feast at one of the go to for modern take on our cuisine. I always expect a weight gain whenever we are in a group and having Filipino. On top of the usual loads of rice, its the extra fat that gets you.
Their signature Corned Beef Sinigang was a must order so we did. The wait staff will send you first a sample of the soup and ask if you wish to tweak it. If you want it more sour than it should, they are very much willing to do just that. Its high price tag of Php 595 is very much justified with ample amount of tender corned beef and boneless beef shanks. Its native vegetables are also satisfying.
If you love veggies like I do, go for their Camote Cups. It's an affordable appetizer filled with great nutrients. It's their rendition of lumpiang sariwa but made better. The sweet potato is softened and warmed and on it is a string of fresh vegetables. It's best to spread with its accompanying sweet sauce.
Duck Pancake seemed lost in the menu but it was surprisingly delightful. It is good as it is presented. Duck was well seasoned and unusually soft. It's their version of peking duck.
When picking fried rice, the Seafood Bagoong Rice should be your first choice. On top of this salty bowl is an abundance of tasty medley of seafood. It also has strips of green mango for a nice sour touch.
Also got the Stir Fried Ampalaya but this one wasn't as good. Its components were too frail and its cuts were too small to enjoy. I also find it too greasy.
Lamb Caldereta is not something you'll have everyday and thus, given the budget, get this one too. The portioning is quite generous and its taste just like the way it's done at home. The meat seemed new and its texture relatively soft.
Got desserts too. And am glad they customized my Halo Halo to just bananas. The Coffee Pie was better than what I had the last time. This one had a higher presence of coffee than butter.
I was delighted when i tried the kesong puti balls. And was even delighted when i tasted their Lumpiang Hubad seated in boiled camote boats. The Crispy Pata was fried just right, crispy in the outside & juicy in the inside. 😋 I will for sure go back for the Adobong Native Chicken.
Filipino comfort food! Super love this place. We always know what to order whenever we get a table without looking at the menu
Sentro has a lot of branches but the one we go to is located here and in capitol commons :)
I always order the garlicky adobo and the rest usually orders rated GG, adobong kangkong, sinigang fish/pork, inihaw na baboy, boneless chicken barbeque.
Despite us always having our table full, I usually stick to my favorites -- inihaw na baboy, sinigang pork and garlicky adobo :)
If you aren't really into vegetables but is willing to try something for a start, I suggest the adobong kangkong :) It's really good and it doesn't really give too much of the veggie vibe
Great ambiance for business leisure. Take overseas visitors here to enjoy creative Filipino cuisine! Will go back to munch on their Fried Kesong Puti (can't stop popping those things into your mouth). I loved their Fried Smoked Fish Spring Rolls (the smokiness of the fish had its strong flavor counter-balanced by the delicate wrapper and fresh vegetables). Corned beef sinigang was good, but I felt that it lacked tenderness worthy as the restaurant's main dish. I usually keep this place in mind when I need to host people.
My family enjoyed the Corned Beef Sinigang, Vegetable Spring Rolls and Tomato Kesong Puti Salad. The ambience is very homey and cozy. It's definitely a must-go-to resto for family gatherings.
I like the interior of this place. The ambiance is so nice.
The staff are very accommodating. The food is great though I wasn't able to try a lot of the food because we had another event to attend that day. The Cornbeef Sinigang is really nice,I also love the mango.smoothie.Will visit this soon again to try the other dishes.
Been wanting to try here and finally! Me and my siblings were craving for filipino food, and agreed to eat here instead. We wanted to order their corned beef sinigang, but my love for binagoongan won so instead ordered their beef short ribs binagoongan. It was very tender and i loved it because the bagoong did not overpower the beef's flavor and instead, enhanced it. Their adobong kangkong was nothing special, though. They could have cut it in smaller pieces. Their tochong bangus was also typical, which tasted like the usual lutong bahay. My favorite among the dishes we ordered was the macau chorizo and cheese tidbits!!! IT WAS THE BOMB. I'm not a fan of spring rolls but this dish got me!!! The chorizo was perfectly matched with kesong puti and white vinegar!!! I think I can devour one whole order in minutes! Will definitely go back to try their corned beef sinigang. Their place is very intimate and i love their interiors! Waiters are very accommodating and nice. :)
The ambiance was nice and the service was good. The food though was "just okay". My girlfriend and I liked their vegan red rice :) Nothing was really special with their sinigang na corned beef.. thought it's a little overrated..
It's easily one of the must try Filipino restaurants in the Greenbelt area , if you're looking for a good Filipino meal with Balikbayan /expat visitors or even just a simple family lunch/dinner. We order so many good options from their bagoong rice, tofu sisig, chicken barbecue, chicken and tofu viand is such treat. Of course one should order their classic Corn Beef Sinigang that would complete one's meal. I'm glad the servers give you a taste test of the broth if the sourness is good the diners. It had the right taste and combination a taste of really good Filipino cooking.
Decided to order Zomato delivery from Sentro 1771 this rain-soaked Saturday evening. Unfortunately it took an hour more than the notified delivery time, which would have been ok if Zomato at least kept in contact. Wondering if the food would come at all was stressful.
Sentro though lived up to it's reputation as one of the premier Filipino food houses. All the dishes we ordered were excellent.
Beef Ribs Binagoongan - tender Beef Shortribs with tasty bagoong and eggplant. Superb rendition of this dish. Finger-licking good!
Lamb Caldereta - boneless lamb shoulder stewed expertly in tomato sauce with peppers and carrots. Although I'd specified spicy, this was quite mild for my taste buds. Tasty, though.
As a nod to healthy eating after all this meat, we got Stir fried Ampalaya with Malunggay. Very thinly sliced bitter melon cooked in onions and garlic with small pieces of shrimp. Excellent dish!
Unique dishes such as Sinigang na Corned Beef are not weird as they seem. Very delicious dishes. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing and gives off the modern Filipino aura. I would recommend this restaurant for everyone who enjoys Filipino dishes with a twist.
We came to Sentro 1771 to try out their corned beef sinigang. Except for mistaking it for sinigang made with canned corned beef, we found it just right to our taste. The sugar-free humba, on the other hand, had that sweet-sour-salty aftertaste that made it look like it was cured in liquor. We ended up discussing how humba is traditionally cooked. At any rate, eating Filipino dishes with a modern twist makes for a good experience.
Food is not really great. It won't impress you. Your consolation would be their interior and service staff. We ordered corned beef sinigang & adobong chicken sa gata but it doesn't taste fresh. It's like the meat was just thrown into the hotpot tamarind soup base. Worst is, it's the 1st dish you'll see on their menu. Just enjoy the ambiance cause this is really going to be one of your "soyal" places to be.
Can't remember the last time I ate at Sentro, but what I'm really looking forward to is having their famous Sinigang na Corned Beef. Yup, corned beef. I love how they let you taste the soup first before serving the dish because you get to decide how ASIM you want your Sinigang to be. In our case, we wanted it to very MAASIM hahaha. We also ordered Lechon Kawali and Kangkong on the side, both of which are very delicious as well. I ate like 3 bowls of rice, so you can definitely say I really enjoyed everything that we ordered. Good service and ambiance as well 👍🏻
It authentic philippine cuisine restaurant in greenbelt. Tried chicken Adobe and fish, both were very tasty.
Also ordered chicken and veggie dish which was average. Would visit again for trying more items

Allen received gift certificates from a previous blog event at Sentro 1771 which he graciously (and thankfully) shared with me for a lunch. Sentro 1771 is known for their modern Filipino cuisine. Even the ambiance and their food preparation resonate such idea. Sentro 1771 Gift Certificates. Crispy Pork Kilawin (280Php)
This place has good ambiance and is not too crowded. The tables are well set and is a good place to dine as you enjoy their foods and conversation with your friends. Waiting staff are friendly and polite too.
As for the food, I would say that they have a delicious distinct taste with a mix of originality.
We tried their organic sisig, smoked fish spring rolls, sinigang na corned beef, pancit sotanghon, kare-kare and grilled pork belly. I must say we ordered more than enough but quite really fulfilling. The price is just right for the taste and quality of the food, the service and the place itself.
Today was my first time to try Sentro 1771, and it is now on my list of Restos-To-Go-Back-To.
I've heard all about their famous corned beef sinigang. Before it was served to us, a waiter gave us a sample of the broth to have us check the taste. Perhaps this is a way to ensure we fully enjoy the dish. It came in a small bowl, but there were big chunks of corned beef and an ample amount of vegetables. Pair the dish with brown rice and you have a mouth-watering meal. Be sure to chew slowly.
Other than that, we ordered Camote Cups and carrot-orange juice, both of them being good choices, too. I can't wait to try their duck pancake and chicken w/ tofu next time around.
"Meryendang Pilipino"
Got a chance to have a merienda here at Sentro 1771 as we were meeting with a representative of the group. The merienda started with the ginatan which was just like we usually have at home. Sweet and full of flavors! Other part of the merienda I had at this resto would be the combination of Banana Q and Kamote Q which was homey indeed. Lastly dessert was served as well. Great for those who seek homey filipino cusine
I wouldve given this place a 5, but unfortunately i felt like i was swarmed by mosquitos. Nonetheless, thats the only complain I have. I super loved the sinigang na corned beef. The beef was soooo soft and juicy. I love that they ask you to taste the soup to make suitable to your taste.
Food is okay. If you want Filipino cuisine, this is the place you should go. It has an ambience like a fine dining. This is the Filipino version of Chateau 1771.
Corned beef sinigang! I love that they give a sampler of the soup so you can set its 'sour' level. I've also tried the fried kesong puti and the chorizo/kesong puti rolls. Dining here is always a treat! :)
I came here with my colleagues from Singapore and Japan. We ordered basic Filipino dishes but all tasted very good and sophisticated. I loved their Sinigang especially. Ambience is good so that your friend from foreign country should like it if they want to try Filipino cuisine.
Sentro 1771 is my most favorite place for Filipino (fusion) food. The Fried Kesong Puti is the restaurant's version of mozzarella balls (cool, ey!) Who cannot say NO to the famous Corned Beef Sinigang, where the sour tamarind soup is adjusted to your liking prior to it being served! I noticed that a few establishments have imitated this manner of customizing your dishes. You can even ask for refills of the sinigang soup! Other offerings on the menu---from appetizers to main courses to desserts---are equally delicious and, best of all, they don't break the bank as much as in other Filipino-themed restaurants. Absolutely, my recommendation for a comforting and satisfying Pinoy meal!
Here at Sentro 1771, the food and deserts are delightfully Filipino.
We normally take our visiting relatives from other countries here at the Greenbelt branch when they crave for our local delicacies.
Aside from the local food items, they were also able to try the Coffee Bean Sans rival and Coffee pie.
We shall definitely be bringing them back here to try out the Corned Beef Sinigang.
