One of the best fine dining restaurants in Makati, M Dining is a very swank restaurant on the 3rd floor of Alegria Alta restaurant with a very hi-tech elevator to get you up there! This restaurant has a very extensive gin menu, from which I chose Sipsmith.
We just had mains since we didn't want to fill ourselves with appetizers. Roasted Miso Chicken with Crispy Eggplant was good. Fillet de Boeuf with sweet potato chorizo puree and bordelaise bone marrow jus was very good.
Our dessert of Warm Chocolate Cake with Honey Ice cream was excellent. Rich molten chocolate!
The ambiance here is everything, great for formal dining. We had desserts here. Everything was good. The bar here is also amazing! Good staff.
Best place for a date. Great food and great desserts! Lamb chops, pasta, souffles.. good place for drinks they have a wonderful bar. I think they have the best apple pie here in the metro
Happy with the food and service here! The menu is not super extensive but there's still a lot you would want to try. The quality of ingredients is fantastic too. There's also ample parking at the back of the building. If I had one complaint, it would only be that the place is too dark - hard to read the menu, and hard to take photos :p
M Dining retains its primacy as a bastion of white linen dining, with seasonal menus, a sensational wine cellar with one of the most expensive collections in the country, if not the most expensive; and an enviable gin portfolio that antedates the gin craze of 2018.
Chanterelles were on the menu again this time of year, offered in various preparations by Chef Tom Bascon, who's been heading the kitchen since 2016. Pastas are homemade, accommodating both Asian and European ingredients, while retaining classic French styles of presentation. Their prawns on risotto with chorizo remains one of my favourite dishes.
Depending on the day, lunches might be more low key than dinner. In the evening, M Bar opens a little earlier than the restaurant, which makes a segue into dinner perfectly convenient.
Quiet. Intimate. Good food.
Love this restaurant nestled in chino roces beside Toyota. Up on the 3f, this darkly lit restaurant promises good service and good food. Price a bit on the high side but pretty much everything I've tasted was fantastic. The chef himself comes out to engage guests with a bright smile.
Loved : tagliatelle with shrimp
Excellent food. Me and my friends loved the place. It's as if you're out to have a romantic date with a person who's preparing a surprise proposal ❤️ The ambience is ultimately cozy - great place for to celebrate special occasions with a love one.
Possibly the best fine dining restaurant in the Metro. You get superb food (beef cheeks that melt in your mouth) with friendly servers in a tasteful, unpretentious setting. I love it when restos take the time to find art to hang on their wall, elevating the mood. Think french bistro style but a few notches higher. Everything we ordered was done well, from a simple dish of pasta to a plate of dessert.
Great overall experience, simple but well executed, very cosy and comfortable dining room, attentive service, well balanced wine menu; we will definitely go back again
