this is really one of the finest and best hotels. we love the food, friendly staff, relaxing music and ambiance, hotel room space and bathroom is very good. It's our 2nd time to stay here with family and we will definitely go back!
Perfect stay. We loved everything. The staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. We should highlight as well its cleanliness. It’s the cleanest room we had ever in Manila. We will definitely come back for our next visit and recommend it to our friends.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary in this hotel with our 6 weeks old baby and was also our 1st tym. Aside from the fact that the place is great, staff are also very accomodating. Good service! Love the food Escolta. We will definitely come back. Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay wanted to stay here for years because i had seen it on so many movies at home in the uk ,amazing food, atmosphere and lovely staff maraming salamat po!!!
It's one of the finest hotel in Makati. I love the everything about the hotel. From the cozy room, the clean pool though some part is too deep for me, the buffet breakfast at Escolta to the beautiful music played at the entrance at night and even during the day. Looking forward to another holiday at Manila Pen.
Superb service. All the staff were very efficient and courteous. Food was great. We had fun in the pool. Overall, our stay was pleasurable.
