I appreciate each item we ordered and they are very generous with the portions. Learned they have amazing pastries too so I gotta try it on my next visit.
One of the best strawberry shortcake i've had. Sweetness was just right. Chiffon cake was tender and the whipped cream feels like it was freshly whipped. Looking forward to ordering this again. (and maybe try other items)
Staff was very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Salad is very fresh and tasty. Carbonara lacked a little on the “salty” side but it’s okay. Strawberry shortcake was not too sweet as well that made it more delicious and not too heavy on the tummy. I loved the ambience in the morning. The place was not hard to find and it’s very spacious and bright. I just hoped they accept credit cards.
Always my no.1 cake shop in Manila. Taste, service, decorations, staff, everything is just so awesome. Whenever I visit this place, it reminds me of Japan and its taste. Cakes are not so sweet and the sponge is so soft as Japanese traditional cakes. Compared it with the cakes sold in Japan, it’s much reasonable. This is a shop I would recommend for anyone who miss Japan^^
Do you have fresh strawberries? tl聞くと、奥から在庫品を持ってきてくれて、1パックから買えます。
Ordered the following:
Strawberry shortcake - airy, light and not too sweet 👍👍👍
Creamy Salmon Pasta - generous serving of salmon
Iced Coffee Float - iced coffee with vanilla ice cream; nothing special
Overall: Love the food and the ambience, I felt transported instantly to a Japanese cafe. ❤
I enjoyed everything we ordered. Loved the ambience, the food, everything! The soft serve was amazing and the cakes were light and fluffy. Highly recommend
We always pass by here when we go to Hatchin’s and finally decided to try and im glad we did! Katsu sandwich is a must try and the sberry shortcake too. Carbonara pasta is so-so. Zomato gold made it better! 💋
This is a famous Japanese restaurant and bakery located in makati.
I ordered Katsu sandwich and Japanese curry rice and they were really delicious. They had this unusual different taste from daily boring life.
It was great experiencing.
I went to this cafe and ordered katsu sandwich and royal milk tea. I also tried pizza toast and everything was delicious. I really loved their Japanese theme and it is highly recommended.
Recommended: Katsu Curry, Strawberry Shortcake, and Salted Caramel (#YesPAPA)
+1 for the lovely interior
Overall, Im ok with the experience although I think the it could have been better if the visit is for a coffee break or during a laidback afternoon or a typical after-office "chikahan". We also encountered some problems when we are about to pay our bill since the staff needed to contact the manager regarding the Zomato Gold promotion.

AMBIENCE
Parking is available for this shop plus the New Hatchin Grocery just nearby. If you love grocery shopping for Japanese items, I strongly recommend giving this grocery a visit. Parking slots are limited but we haven't had a hard time just yet. Location is walking distance from National Shrine of the Sacred Heart and YMCA of Makati.
FOOD
We were supposed to try Zomato Gold to buy some pastries but they weren't included (including the Strawberry Short Cake), so we ended up purchasing their Soft Serve for the meantime. I must say, it was really good and pretty close to the soft serves at Japan. Quality of their vanilla was perfect and the cone was the most impressive part. If you're familiar with Filipino butter cookies called Lengua de gato, that's what it tasted like but this cone was a tad softer. It's a bit pricey but I got more than what I paid for thanks to that cone. I would still consider buying this again and to emphasize that point, I ordered it twice already.
SERVICE
Typical. We just ordered a Soft Serve. :p
1. Accomodating Staffs
2. One of the best strawberry cake i’ve ever tasted that i got addicted to it.
3. Very Cute Shop in the middle of the city
This is our family’s favourite place to spend time together. Our baby loves the salmon pasta and enjoys their strawberry shortcake. Everything is perfectly cooked and fresh!
Bebe Rouge is my go to for cakes that are light and not too sweet. My faves are the Strawberry Shortcake and Tonkatsu Sandwich. The place is quiet and ideal for afternoon tea.
This place is so cute. They offer a few meals, pancakes and loads of pastries and all looks sooooo delicious!
First the staff is commendable. They are all nice.
Had their pancakes..very berry and tiramisu. I loved the very berry because of the texture and tartness of the fruits. The tiramisu is also good and will be favored by coffee lovers.
We also had the strawberry shortcake..the sponge cake is so light and the cream not too sweet. 145.00 per slice..which is a cute slice. The cream puff is crunchy and perfectly baked.
They serve good coffee btw.
Before leaving, get some soft serve and you'll be surprised. This is heavenly!
Downside.. they close early!
Strawberry shortcake and their new Oasis cake are both light, creamy, and not too sweet. We also had the Japanese curry which is worth it for its price.
The place is very lively and the ambience is great.
This is my first time using Zomato gold and the staff are all polite and have assisted us very well.
Will definitely go back to try other cakes.
Food is great and well presented. The staff is nice and accommodating. A little bit pricey but still acceptable, good place to go to if you want peace and quiet
Strawberry 🍓 season is coming to an end. I have yet to have me some strawberry shortcake 🍰, and due the increasing summer heat, traveling to Baguio may seem too much. Thanks to Zomato, I managed to discover Patisserie Bebe Rouge. As soon as I saw pics of strawberry shortcakes slices, I went ASAP.
As soon as I stepped into Bebe Rouge, I felt like a little girl again, and having my tea party fantasies come to life. Then, my heart skipped a beat as I saw the display of cakes, I went straight to it, eying the strawberry shortcake. But there were so many different kinds of cakes, others with strawberries, that I started to lose my focus on as to what I originally came for.
Thankfully, there was this wonderful customer who was just about to order. She said she frequents Bebe Rouge almost daily, and said that I should definitely try the shortcake, their soft serve, and salmon pasta. So, I surely took her recommendation and I ordered it all! 😂
Smoked Salmon Pasta - I totally love smoked salmon pasta, and if it's on the menu, I will most likely order it. And WOW! The serving was generous, and the salmon wasn't just bits but chunks, and quite a lot of them. The cream was thick and creamy, nicely coating the perfectly al dente pasta. The garlic bread on the side was buttered well, perfectly toasted and crisp. It cost P280, and other places charge more for less. Honestly, with all the smoked salmon pastas that I have tried, this would be the BEST I have ever had. Not joking around!
Strawberry Shortcake - The strawberries at Bebe Rouge come from Japan 🇯🇵 (I never tried it). And the half strawberry at the top of my slice already seemed to hypnotize me. It was the first thing I ate from the cake, and it was divine. It had the perfect balance of tart and sweet--more sweet than tart. The cream was light and so was the sponge. The delicate cake had delicate flavors that all blended well. Normally, the Filipino pallette would want something really sweet for desserts and add loads of sugar. That is not the case here. It's just sweet enough, allowing the natural strawberry flavor to shine. P145 per slice, that is amazing!
Soft Serve - This isn't the average soft serve. Nope, nope, nope. The milk/cream comes from Hokkaido, Japan, which is a place for legendary dairy. The ice cream is thick, rich, smooth and pleasurable to eat. Barely any vanilla flavor, but still, very yummy. The cone isn't the average waffle cone. The cone seems to be like some sort of cookie, and has sponge cake at the bottom tip, to absorb the melted soft serve. Really, the best soft serve that I have tried. Lots of customers order it, and some of them are Japanese themselves. For P110, very well worth it!
Food: 5.0 - OISHI!!!
Price: 5.0 - Other places would charge an arm and a leg for similar to the same products--even with their pastries and breads. Very well worth every peso. Value for your money with 5 star products.
Service: 3.0 - Very friendly staff. However they cannot see most of the dining area from where they are. Sometimes have to stand up to go to the counter itself to call their attention.
Ambience: 5.0 - Very colorful! Love it!
Will surely come back soon! So much more to try.
Love the cakes here! Sulit. The ambience have a girly vibe because of its pink and white design.
Thank you zomato gold! Got the tiramisu as the complimentary free cake. ❤️
Still my favorite Cakeshop with or with out zomato gold.. but zomato gold made it better :)
friendly staff
quality food
you get what you paid for.
Delicious cakes and nice staffs! Definitely will be back to taste all their cakes. Smooth transaction using zomato gold. My favorite cake is the strawberry short cake.
This Japanese style Strawberry Shortcake had a light, fluffy chiffon and feathery whipped cream. It came with large strawberries too. Very good cake.
Wish I could visit more often. Just very out of the way.
First time trying this place out, thanks to Zomato Gold! My friend and I are both members so we were able to get food and desserts. I'm so happy because it's like I'm transported to a Japanese bakery. (And most of the customers are Japanese too, because there's a Japanese supermarket just beside the establishment.) It's unfortunate that they ran out of Japanese curry meals when we arrived, so we ordered Carbonara instead. Carbonara is good - you can never go wrong with this classic choice. As for the desserts, I love their strawberry shortcake. The chiffon is fluffy and light, the cream and strawberries are refreshing and not too sweet. The nama chocolate cake is good too. Very decadent and rich dark chocolate, with a chocolate nama piece on top.
Service is just a bit slow. Our orders came out longer than what I've usually liked.
Will definitely come back for their curries.
I've been reading excellent reviews from this shop so I didn't hesitate to visit them. I tried their best seller Strawberry shortcake, Matcha cheesecake and Vanilla soft serve. My favorite is the strawberry shortcake. It is fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness. The strawberry used is not sour. The Matcha cheesecake is good too, I can definitely taste the bitterness of matcha and the cheesecake texture similar to our mamon. The vanilla soft serve is creamy and dense, for P100.00 it is sooo sulit. I will visit them again to try their other desserts.
The drinks are just average but their cakes and pastries are really delicious and is a very nice present during holidays and for parties. The place is also quiet and the ambience is quite nice
I love everything in this Cafe😍I buy my cakes for clients here and they always look forward to it. The ambiance is so right for me. The chairs, table, the plates which I love and the cakes are not that sweet.
I will never get tired of this Bakery.
I will definitely recommend this cafe for meetings and meet-ups.
I love Japanese foods, breads and cakes.
My favorite happy place.
Makati cake shop in Sacred heart st
It is delicious with Japanese quality
Next time the bread looked delicious so I would like to eat it
I will go again.

Visited this shop last Weekend, I was looking for something similar like the Korean cakes I have watched in K-drama, and it was amazing because I
found this cake shop. It is nearby to RCBC or Shopwise. The cake slices are so cute. A good friend of mine suggested to visit this shop. Here are sample pictures I have taken. Tip: If you wanna order a cake they have a reservation form you need to fill-out. There are cakes which requires 2-3 days to make so let them know ahead of time.
Just upon entering this bakery, I guarantee that your mouth will water. They have a wide variety of cakes, pastries, and breads that are all so soft and delicious.
But what really made me fall in love, though, was their soft serve ice cream. Milky vanilla Hokkaido-style soft serve on a buttery and crisp lengua de gato cone. This ice cream is the carbon copy and the closest thing you'll find in Manila to Japan's infamous Silkream Kreamia soft serve ice cream. For only 100 pesos, this huge cone is good for sharing.
I enjoy going to our neighborhood patisserie which is French-inspired but Japanese crafted and executed. I always come here for their strawberry shortcake which has the right balance of sweet and tangy. Tip: you can also buy plump, sweet better quality strawberries in plastic packs from them than those available in supermarkets or Baguio.
I also love their katsu curry and beef hayashi, but what I find myself getting out of our house to walk to Bebe Rouge is their taller version of a Cremia cone. Just brings back good memories of Hokkaido milk goodness. For P100, you get a milk flavored soft serve ice cream on a french style cone that's like a thin crepe or soft barquillos plus you have a surprise waiting at the bottom third of the cone - butter sponge cake in bite sized bits. Pure yummmmmm!
Fluffy sunny day clouds probably could have tasted like their strawberry shortcake. definitely lives up to the hype!!! not to sweet, just right. i also loved their egg tarts, the tart dish is so deep and the egg filling has nice tangy taste that is not too overpowering. will definitely go back for more cakes tea ❤
I dine here way back August 2015 and visited them again today, I would say there's not much changes in the place, it's still carrying its cute pink interior and peaceful atmosphere.
The pro's would be:
• Yummy strawberry shortcake! It's not excessively sweet and it melts in the mouth.
I would vouch for this as the best strawberry shortcake, It's better than the Vizco's in Baguio.
• Milk Ice cream - totally recommended. Its cone is soft and not as crunchy as a regular waffle cone. The ending has crumb cake fillings.
• Good interior and ambiance
• Accomodating staff
I would surely be back soon to try their matcha drinks and other pastries.
If you want to sit and talk, try the branch here in San Antonio village. Intimate place, clean, and great desserts! I love their strawberry shortcake. It's not too sweet, just the right taste.
Beyond words. Favorite Japanese bakery, through and through. Quite pricey, but so worth it.
Strawberry shortcake- 950
Ice cream- 100
Matcha Double fromage- 140
Very clean tasting, fresh (they made the strawberry shortcake when we ordered it!), delectable! The pastries we ordered were not too sweet, nor lacking in sugar. The cone was heavenly, I heard this is the best you can get if you are craving for Japan's Cremia!
Chef is really polite as well (he's a Japanese and I think he's the owner!). We saw pictures of the matcha parfait, and inquired about it. However, it wasn't available, and the chef personally apologized to us, stating that he's developing a new recipe as he finds the parfait to be too wet/icy. Really nice of them to apologize, and really nice that they seek to deliver only the best of the best to their customers :)
Will definitely be going back here!
I love the place, the big mirror and the choice of dark pink. I like that it is not crowded and the pastry shop is so clean! We just ordered tea and tried some of their pastries and it was okay. I am not really happy wih their service, the particular cashier was intimidating not welcoming at all.
Patisserie Bebe Rouge offers French-Japanese cuisine situated in San Antonio, Makati.
Upon entry you will be greeted by their counter with different kind of pastries and cakes displayed on it. Although the place is small but it is beautiful, bright and spacious. I was asked to order some food before I sit beside the glass wall.
I got to try the Breakfast Toast Set for Php300.00 and Creamy Smoke Salmon for Php280.00 paired with Matcha Smoothies for Php160.00.
🍳Breakfast Toast Set - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5
"It comes with 2 eggs, white bread, jams and bacon. Absolutely a heavy meal that will keep you energize the whole day."
🍳Creamy Smoke Salmon - ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5
"It would be better if the sauce will be more creamier and thick."
🍳Matcha Smoothies - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
"This is my favorite drink during our eat up. The bitterness of the matcha blends well with the cream on top."
For the dessert they served several cakes but the Matcha Cheesecake standout.
Though they need to be more fast in serving and preparing the dishes.

Went here today for lunch, and that was probably the best desicion I've made all week. Before I go into the main focus of this place, the pastries, first I want to mention the warm food we had. We got some of their pasta dishes with toasted bread on the side. Sure the pasta with sauce was nothing special, but it was more than good enough considering it's far from an actual restaurant. The toasted bread was good, though slightly burned. The salad we got was very fresh and just tasted good on its own, and even better with the actual food. Then moving on to the pastry. The layout and number of choices for pastry here is solid, with many options for most cakes you would ever want. We got the strawberry shortcake, as well as The souffle cheesecake. Both were very light and had a very good taste all around. Though the winner was definently the shortcake, just a pure joy to eat. On the drink side we got milk tea, which was okay, but nothing special. What is also great about this place though is the atmosphere and feel. Soft music in the background with comfy seats and just a soothing space overall. A no brainer if you are on the hunt for some local sweets and relaxation.
For my 1st ever Zomato FMU I was invited to try out Bebe Rogue. I have seen Bebe Rogue stall before in Century Mall but this one is their main branch. The place is located near Sacred Heart Area of Makati. The place is very posh looking and pinky that will surely attract the female crowd. I was surprised initially to see that aside from their pastry they serve rice and pasta. But their rice dishes are curry dishes. That's when I learned that behind this good dishes was a Japanese Chef/Owner. Aha!
For the dishes that I got to try here are the notable.
🍛Katsu Curry - I love the flavorful japanese curry sauce. Curry is a staple food in Japanese cuisine and Chef did justice to this dish. Beautifully presented and the katsu was yummy.
🥓Breakfast Toast Set - I love the bacon cut. Not to thick and not to thin that gave it a chew-able texture. Goes well with the beautiful sunny sides and toast.
🍝Bolognaise - nothing to special about this one but it tasted great by sticking to what a bolognaise should taste. 😁
The best part was their assorted pastry
🍰Strawberry Shortcake - hands down one of the best strawberry shortcake I've tasted. Love the consistency and the light feeling of this cake topped with fresh strawberry and berries. A must try!
🍰Matcha Cake - this is how Matcha ckae should taste. Got the lovely delicious bitterness of matcha at the same they were able to maintain it light. Another fave of mine.
🍰Cream Puff - creamy chewy delicious. Something familiar and very tasty.
For the drinks I got to try the Iced Matcha and Royal Milk Tea. Both was served in a bit glass wow. This is such a sulit for me. The matcha was top notch. The Royal Milk Tea will be a hit or miss because it stay true to the royal milk tea taste. It doesn't have the syrup sweetness that filipino are fan of. I like it the way it is.
Overall this place is a surprise hidden treasure in Makati. A perfect place to grab some of those sweet end dessert. I highly recommend their cakes!!!
Food -🌟🌟🌟🌟
Breakfast Toast Set is good. Bacon is tasty ;)
Though the salad dressing is kinda sour to start the morning.
Smoke Bacon Carbonara is salty.
No other taste than being Salty.
Coconuts Blanc-Manger with Mango & Passion, the coconut taste is superb. I really love it. Except for the sour fruits.
Mont Blanc is fine as well...the taste is too plain and not to sweet.
Also tried their Wasabi Fraise Hot Tea, didn 't taste wasabi though. Tea taste like service tea in other Japanese restaurant.
Ambiance -🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Relaxing. Their music is calming. The place is small but not crowded. You can chill and take time in savouring every meal 🖒
Service - 🌟🌟🌟
Their staffs are friendly, I just thought they are short of staffs.
We need to go to counter to place our additional order. Considering they have 10% Service Charge.
Will leave you wanting more!
Product: We had the chance to try their hot meals and a few of their signature pastries. We even got the chance to meet the owner and chef! This place both servers such delicious savory foods and pastries. You won't need to go anywhere else.
The Japanese Curry Rice didn't only have a generous amount of serving but every bite is filled with so much curry goodness. If you love the traditional curry, this is the dish for you. It honestly looks like those dishes you see on anime!
The pastas were also really really really really good, not to mention each serving is probably good enough to share.
The carbonara was so creamy and rich with bacon flavor. You will absolutely adore it! The spicy tuna wasn't too spicy, it was just a little bit tangy and it was also creamy. Just the right amount of flavors you want if you're looking for a little bit of challenge in your cafe dishes. The bolognaise tasted like your typical spaghetti. I would recommend this for your kids if they're looking for something familiar. And the creamy smoke salmon was also another thing I loved. Just replace the smoked bacon with salmon and imagine what it would taste like. They're both good but also have their own unique taste which they bring to the table.
We got to try their famous Strawberry Shortcake, which was a taste unlike any other. Everything was fresh and up to your standards for what it should be. Even the strawberry and blueberry tasted fresh. This is the type of cake you only deserve when you have something to celebrate.
The Matcha cake wasn't too sweet which is great because you get to appreciate the green tea taste even more. I love that it wasn't pretending to be anything else rather than what it's supposed to be.
And oh my goodness, the Creme Brulee. From the crack of the crystallized sugar alone, you know it's gonna be good and when you finally get a taste, it'll be even better. It's a must try!
In conclusion, not only does Bebe Rouge offer these mouthwatering pastries and desserts but their hot meals are also another reason for you to pay them a visit. Like I said, they already have everything you're looking for in a cafe so you don't have to go elsewhere. I can't stress this enough, you need to try it here. You'll come back for sure.
Venue: Bebe Rouge is another hidden gem within the chain of restaurants in Makati. When you find yourself strolling along the streets of San Antonio or after attending a mass in Sacred Heart, pay them a visit. The displays of their pastries are downright attracting. It makes you want to purchase so many of them. The servers would happily greet you as you enter the place and you will also see chef Atsushi around because I believe he is very hands on with everything.
All I have left to say is, if you find yourself wanting to try this place out your instincts are trying to tell you something and you should follow it!
Thank you so much to BeBr Rouge and Zomato for inviting me to this event! Super enjoyed 'it!
Curry rice tonkatsu
Japanese curry at its finest. Though the tonkatsu was small for entree it was still very delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Breakfast platter
Egg was a bit raw. Bacon 🥓 was thick. Bread was a bit crunchy for a toast but still highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟
Pastries
Reminds me of FRANCE 🇫🇷 everything was perfection ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Carbonara pasta
Superb and cooked to perfection ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bebe Rouge is a Japanese-French inspired patisserie beside the New Hatchin Japanese Grocery Store in San Antonio Village, Makati. Although they are known for their pastries and sweets, Bebe Rouge also serves hot meals throughout the day.
The first thing you will see on their menu is their BREAKFAST SET. You'll get two eggs your way, thick sliced white bread, side salad, bacon, and coffee or tea. They use only the best and freshest ingredients for this. the eggs ran perfectly, and the bacon was perfectly sweet and salty.
The If breakfast isn't your thing, then try their rice and pasta meals.I recommend the Curry Beef Rice, Classic Carbonara, and Spaghetti Bolognese. The curry beef flavour is dynamic and savoury; and goes well with rice. The dish comes with pickled vegetables to balance flavours, and provide variety to every bite. The pasta was perfectly al-dente and the sauces were classic and comforting.
Pastries and sweets at Bebe Rouge are works of art. They not only taste great, but are pretty to look at as well. Their Strawberry Shortcake is the most popular, but one should also try the Matcha Cheesecake, Creme Brulee, Cake Citron, and Apple Pie. Drinks are no exception. Their Matcha Latte and Milk Tea are tops.
I enjoyed my visit to Bebe Rouge. Great food, drinks, and dessert. Prices are reasonable, and they have a variety of pastries and sweets anybody would love.
Somewhere in the outskirts of San Antonio borderline Manila is a hidden cafe beside a japanese grocery store called Bebe Rouge Patisserie. We arrived in a nice well lit place filled with baked goods and minimalist elegant design.
I got the Breakfast Toast set (P300) while the others ordered the Smoked Bacon Carbonara (P280), Spicy Tuna & Shimeji Mushroom with Tomato Sauce (P280), Creamy Smoke Salmon (P280), Japanese Curry Rice (P295) and the Katsu Curry(P295). For drinks We I had the Chocolat Chaud (P145), Hot Coffee(P110) and the Matcha Latte(P130). We also got the chocolate chip cookies, green tea cookies and the dark chocolate cookies. There were also the strawberry shortcake, the matcha cake, creampuff, and creme brulee.
I loved both their curries specially the Katsu Curry although the tenderloin katsu was small, it was packed with flavor and tenderness. Both the curries have pork and curry sauce in them, the sauce was very delicious too, sweet and flavorful taste of curry.
I traveled my fork to get whiffs of the pasta I loved their Smoke Salmon and Spicy Tuna with the mushroom. Their salmon was smoked to perfection that you can taste the flavor of the salmon on the pasta as well. The texture of the tuna complements with the noodle pasta also and the kick of spiciness would make you wanting it more.
For the drinks I loved their hot chocolate and their matcha latte. Their coffee was okay but I had better japanese coffee. All of the sweets served us was delicious it wasnt too sweet and you wont get tired of the food.
Food 4.5/5 - Everything was on par I just had issue with the serving of the katsu
Service-4.5-5 Service was excellent. The owner was even serving water for us
Price - 4/5 - A bit expensive but worth the experience
Ambiance - 3.5/5 for its price point I expected a more
There's a lot of sweet treats to try at Patisserie Bebe Rouge, with its wide variety of French-inspired Japanese cakes and treats. Come and dig into matcha-flavored chiffon cake, strawberry shortcake and tiramisu. If not in the mood for cake, Bebe Rouge also offers an array of cookies and other small bites that are best consumed with their coffee, tea, or a large chilled goblet of Martinelli's Apple Juice.
Aside from all the sweetness, Bebe Rouge also tries to distinguish itself with its hot and savory meals, both inspired by European and Japanese cuisine. Guests can enjoy a variety of curries and pastas to satisfy their hunger.
Some of my recommendations include the Japanese Pork Curry, which has a more peppery kick compared to most Filipino curries. While the pork itself is small in quantity, each bite is packed with flavor from the curry and goes well with the minced carrots and potatoes. All of this is mixed into a thick brown curry sauce packed with flavor that is best ladled onto rice. Two tony bowls of pickled radishes, dill, and shallots are available to give guests a different sour flavor to enjoy after indulging in the curry.
Another dish I recommend is the Spicy Tuna pasta served with a generous slice of buttered garlic bread. The red-orange pasta comes steaming hot and each bite fills the mouth with tomato sauce, cream, and the briny salt of the tuna, before leading to the gentle spice. Cap off each forkful with a bite of garlic bread and feel it ooze with melted butter as the minced garlic works its magic.
To cap off the meal, I recommend trying their Apple Pie served in a flaky pastry. Leave behind the fork and knife and just hold it with a napkin. The apples are mashed and chewy, with a hint of brown sugar and cinnamon in each bite. Beware the crumbs on the table and the clothes, but feel free to indulge in the sweet treat.
End everything with a cooling goblet of Martinelli's Apple Juice. The amber drink comes with a lot of white ice cubes. Each sip brings a refreshing wave of sweetness that washes away all of the dominating flavors of the meal. I recommend getting a goblet of this with every visit. Perhaps I will try it again with some sweets next time.
Bebe Rouge Patisserie is a hidden gem tucked in San Antonio, Makati. They're a quaint casual dining Japanese bakery. I had the pleasure to be part of another awesome FMU here this week.
The place is small but with ample seating. I love the charming interior of the place, the different knick knacks and cute displays around the place will bring out the artsy in you. ☺️
They served us their rice meals, pasta and desserts! Here goes:
Rice Meals:
🍽 Beef Hayashi Rice — beef and onion in a thick demi-glace sauce with red wine and tomato sauce.
🍽 Katsu Curry — curry rice with tenderloin katsu.
My standout amongst the rice meals would be the Katsu Curry. The sauce really is something! It's packed with flavors and super tasty. Also, the tenderloin katsu was breaded and fried really well. It's tender and not makunat.
Pasta (all served with garlic toast):
🍽 Smoked Bacon Carbonara
🍽 Beef Ragu Bolognaise
🍽 Spicy Tuna & Shimeji Mushroom with Tomato Sauce
🍽 Creamy Smoked Salmon
I have two favorites from their pasta, the Smoked Bacon Carbonara and the Spicy Tuna & Shimeji Mushrooms.
The carbonara pasta is your usual but not your usual. Your usual in a sense that it's a classic carbonara dish that you can depend on if you're craving for one; and it's not your usual because there's something quite unique in it, I'm thinking that there's some secret ingredient in the white sauce. Heh! 😜 Also loved the generous amount of bacon in it! #BAEconislife
The Spicy Tuna and Shimeji Mushroom pasta was a surprise! Didn't expect to like it so much because I'm not a fan of spicy food. But this one is perfect! 👌🏻 The pasta was al dente and I loved the marriage of flavors.
On the other hand, I was quite disappointed with the Creamy Smoked Salmon. The salmon was delicious alright, but for me the sauce was kinda lacking in taste. It could've been better but there's just something missing. 😓
We were also served our choice of drink from their amazing selection of drinks. They have coffee, juices, chocolate drinks, tea and shake & smoothies. We ordered a bunch of 'em! We got the Iced Café Au Lait, Chocolate Chaud, Apple Juice & Iced Matcha Latte.
My pick would be the Matcha Latte! Aside from being ridiculously IG worthy, it's also really good! Well, a Japanese chef at the helm would assure the "legit-ness" of the matcha drink! 💚
After the amaizng meal, they brought out four of their best desserts. Cream Puff, Creme Brulée, Matcha Cheesecake and Strawberry Shortcake. I loved everything! Well who doesn't love dessert?! The standout for me though was the Strawberry Shortcake, it's fluffy and not too sweet, plus the huge strawberry fruits is adorbs! 🍓
The next time you find yourself somewhere in San Antonio, Makati, make sure to drop by Patisserie Bebe Rouge. ♥️
China Zomato China
Boy was I glad that this was a Foodie Meet Up or else I'd have gone crazy choosing what to have, especially for dessert.
The French take the patisserie business very seriously. The title is legally controlled and may only be used by bakeries who have a licensed master pastry chef. Bebe Rouge is one bakery that takes patisserie as seriously. You just know from the moment you walk in and are welcomed by their display of quite a selection of sweets - from cookies, to pies, cakes, puffs and macarons - Amazing artistry, skill and craftsmanship!
Among those I've tried I absolutely loved the Saint Marc - black chocolate mousse with white chocolate vanilla mousse and caramel on top. It was divine - I'd rate it a 10 out of 5! The mousse was exquisite and the burnt sugar gives it such a wonderful contrast in terms of texture. The Matcha Cheese Cake was really delicious and light, but the Saint Marc is my runaway favorite - I can imagine craving for it and braving Makati traffic just to have it.
Of course, no matter how good the breads and patisserie, without good coffee or tea, it's just not quite right. Bebe Rouge has got that covered. They have quite a selection of hot and iced coffee. I had cafe au lait and I must say it is much stronger than it tasted. I had trouble sleeping. Their matcha latte looked really fancy, I'd have spoiled it from taking so long admiring it.
But do not be mistaken, Bebe Rouge isn't just a patisserie. They serve meals too. The Breakfast Toast Set (with coffee/tea, eggs, bacon, salad and butter and hand made jam) is a bestseller. They serve pastas and rice meals too. Among the pastas, I like the Smoked Bacon Carbonara best. Among the rice meals, I really liked the Katsu Curry. The tonkatsu was perfectly cooked - really crisp and golden brown on the outside but juicy and tender inside.
Other pluses - they didn't cramp the place just to be able to seat more people. Inside, it felt bright and light. Also, I have to note, that this is probably the first restaurant I've been to that has their own diaper changing table inside their lavatory. Good job there, Bebe Rouge.
Finally, before we left we got to meet the chef who is also the owner of Bebe Rouge. I was told practically all of the patisserie there are his recipes. Such a down-to-earth guy which makes him even more adorable.
I don't know about you but I'm already planning my next trip. It would be selfish not to pass the experience on.
FOOD IS LIFE PH Benedict Bigalbal China
I only tried their matcha cakes: Matcha Roll, Matcha Cheesecake, and Matcha Fromage Cake and they're all really good! If you're a fan of matcha, you should definitely visit Bebe Rouge. I would give it a perfect score if only their staff is more friendly and does not welcome and entertain their customers with a frown face, tho.
What I love about this place is the way my order was handled. I ordered pasta for my son and I and slices of cake. I was pleasantly surprised when the pasta was served to us by Chef Atsushi himself! I am always easily impressed by Chefs being a food lover myself. So that was a great experience along with their brown curtains and dapper ambiance.
Chocolate mousse is not too sweet and goes well with the brewed coffee. Salted caramel macaron is not too sweet or salty and the shell is crunchy.
Nice place very quite and cozy..cakes are ok but did not satisfied our preferred taste..customer service is not ok for me..i like the set up of the place..the cake serving is little bit small for an average cake slices..
Strawberry Place!! They have a lot of sweets that has fresh strawberries in it! Place is adorable and the pastries were so good looking and very tasty! I also loved their coffee. Sure be back again to try their other sweets.
Cute dessert and pasta cafe in San Antonio. Loved the laid back feel with the friendly service.
I had the Spicy Tuna & Shimeji Mushroom Pasta with an excellent side salad. Very Instagrammable salad perfectly arranged. Pasta was good with fresh ingredients. Brewed coffee was good too.
My partner had the Beef Ragu Bolognese with a strawberry-banana juice. Both were good.
We had Chocolat Madelines and Tiramisu for dessert
Excellent Tiramisu!
This is the place for good desserts and pasta at a really good price
A friend keeps on telling me that "Patisserie Bebe Rouge" is one of the best bakery he went to. In fact she is telling me that even if the food here is a bit pricey she would visit it again. So, one time we decided to went there to celebrate her birthday and well guess what I found. Patisserie Bebe Rouge Ambiance

From the outside, you'd see how elegant this place looks like but don't let that overwhelm you. Upon entering this place, you'd see the various delectable sweet treats that they have offer and you'd be surprised on how affordable they are. Once you've made up your mind on what to order, your dessert is presented to you by their very kind staff. Whatever you choose, you'd find that each bite is as scrumptious as the other leaving you wanting for more. So if you find this place, don't think about it, just go inside and have a try, you'd definitely won't regret it.

Food: I adore their strawberry shortcake! This is their bestseller and you can customize it according to your preference (advance special orders). The cake is soft, strawberries are fresh, cream is light, and it melts in your mouth. However, you have to put it immediately in the refrigerator or else the cream frosting will melt. But they will provide you ice packs if you order one for takeout. Also, I just wish the strawberries are sweet.
The shortbreads are moist and yummy. The small cakes are kawaii but I was able only to try the Saint Marc and I find it too sweet for my taste.
Service: Accommodating, very friendly staff.
Price: Pricey for small serving, but good for value because of using high quality ingredients.
Will I come back again? I always come back for their strawberry shortcake, but I will definitely try their other goodies. With its cute presentation, this is absolutely a great gift idea.
i'm very surprised to see a small patisserie in the San Antonio Village area and somehow lived to it's expectations. I even tried their mini chocolate cookies and it was surprisingly good and delectable. I might consider going back here and try their other delectable delights.
Bebe Rouge is an eye catching bake shop along Metropolitan Avenue near the National Shrine of the Sacred Heart. But they are more than that, their cakes are absolutely splendid!
They offer Japanese-French fusion cakes and pastries for a very competitive price. Actually, I find their price good enough for the quality of the goods they offer.
They have a spacious posh dining area where you can enjoy your desserts for just a 10% service charge. The service charge is a bummer but not a deal breaker. Dining in this branch gives you that Parisian feel so I think that service charge is fair enough.
You can always order your cakes to-go and have customized 6"cakes for special occasion.
MUST TRY: Strawberry ShortCake, Double Fromage, and their Cream Puffs but you'll surely enjoy everything in their menu!

it was a birthday presents from my girls…taste perfectly for cake lover, not too sweet though. Very well presented and decorated with its unique art creations. Love it!!!
I first discovered Bebe Rouge when I was in my Japanese food / bento making phase years ago when I frequented New Hatchin Japanese Grocery along Metropolitan Ave. in Makati. At the time, it was just selling pretty Strawberry Shortcakes and various pastries inside the New Hatchin grocery. I knew it was Japanese because it was in sold in New Hatchin, of course, but also because of the meticulous attention to detail. The care and attention put into the cakes are evident just by looking at them.
BEBE ROUGE is my new favorite desert hang out place. The entire selection is fine dining quality at a great price. Nice relaxing atmosphere and an attentive staff with a smile, I feel like never leaving the cozy seats and to keep enjoying the delicious treats. I can not wait to order a cake here for my next birthday or any other reason I can get my hands on the yummy pastries.

I love this place! The interior is so chic and the staff are friendly and accommodating!
I've been coming back repeatedly for their strawberry shortcake and have recently tried their rose tea. Love the creaminess of the strawberry shortcake. The taste is not overpowering and sweet -- it's just right. There's a hint of strawberry flavor in the icing they used and the strawberries are still so fresh and crunchy when you bite into it.
Looking forward to trying more of their pastries.. And this is coming from someone who is not fond of pastries and desserts.❤
This store is clean and has a cozy atmosphere- so unique. I like their two layered chocolate mouse "Mousse Au Chocolat" it is so creamy and delicious, rich in flavor goes well with hot coffee, and the Macademia Chocolate cookies. For my take out order, (as pasalubong) Cream Puff and strawberry shortcake both taste good! My kids like it. I will definitely go back here.
Bebe Rouge Patisserie is located right beside New Hatchin! The decor is Japanese-style Parisian chic, if you can imagine it – hot pink, brown, white and black Parisian chic colors with trademark Japanese delicateness and attention to detail.
Upon entering the patisserie, you’ll be greeted with displays of perfectly decorated cakes, fragrant teas and teacup sets, and little tea cakes.
With the royalty interior once you enter, Bebe Roque, the vibe of the whole elegant yet sophisticated design is soo inviting that even it's summer, one will have a sip of coffee or tea and indulge with their creative yet delectable desserts.
Every slice of their heavenly dessert inspired by Japanese-French combined is a bliss of sweetest knock-out to taste.
There were many to choose from, still there were desserts that stands out for me and lingers once I crave for them.
Matcha sponge cake and rich matcha cream sweet red bean pastle inside is an inspiration of a fragrant dessert that one cannot resist but to indulge - tender yet the sweeter side focus on its matcha flavor.
Opera is the refined combination of almond jocondesponge cake which is softly dense where chocolate ganache is moistly chewy that complimented well with coffee butter cream and chocolate glaze.
Strawberry shortcake would definitely the best seller and said to be a timeless favorite. Fresh sliced strawberry and rich whipped cream - the stunning taste is almost melt in your mouth experience because of its fluffiness.
To capped off all those desserts, a sip of various drinks are available that soothes each pleasure of drinking.
Not too sweet nor too bitter with its taste, the warm and creamy variations lingered to be a refresher.
Obviously, I come back for more.
Even the place is not on the main road, the excitement of going to Bebe Rogue is always a journey of happiness with desserts and drinks.
Desserts have a special spot on my heart :)
I love desserts so much that I bake and dreamed of becoming a pastry chef someday :P
Being in a pastry shop makes me weak, that I have to sit down and order something to gain my energy back. LOL
Patisserie Bebe Rouge is located just a few blocks away from an office that I used to work at, but I got lost. :P (try waze next time)
ambiance:
Classy-sassy place with HOT PINKs, Dark Chocolate Brown, and white colors of the place. Brown leather cozy couches, and an elegance touch of glass like chairs and tables at some corners kind of a princessy or cinderella vibe :P
service:
Super polite and very assistive staff. T'was hot that day and nakailang glasses of water din ata ako pero they were very friendly and polite to offer me more water.
Bakas ata sa face ko ang pagka dehydrated :P
food:
aside from cakes they also sell cookies ands breads in cutesy packaging and casing.
During our foodie meet-up, we were able to to try 5 of pastries namely Eve, Opera, Matcha Roll, Cream Puff and Strawberry Shortcake
Eve >>> I love this piece of cake, Looks so sweet but it's not!!!
It's a combination of sweetness and a little bit sour surprise!
With caramelized apple (still crunchy with caramelly taste) with different layers of cakes pa! (This is my favorite in this foodie meet-up)
Matcha Roll >>> I'm not a fan of green tea lalo na ang matcha :( I don't like the aroma and it's taste :( But my Friend Ranne (who's a fan of matcha LOVES IT! and she said that is good and capture talaga ang taste ng matcha.
Cream Puffs >>> I'm impressed with this puffs, it's not warm na, kaya I was expecting na medyo crusty na sya or may pagka matigas (like the other cream puffs I tried that is a bit crusty and hard) But I must say Bebe Rouge's cream puffs are so fine. Soft and sweet. The filling is creamy and light and you'll be asking for more!
Opera >>> I picture this piece as "tiramisu-like" thingy. coffee and cocoa combine. Super chocolatey that I find it too strong. Just this size (shown on my pictures will satisfy you. BUT I'm not saying it's not that good. I just don't feel liking it that day. maybe it'll be good during coffee-time or a midnight companion during those super busy-can't sleep-won't sleep-not allowed to sleep-times because you have to finish something urgent :P plus you will saw it shine and shimmer with it's goldy garnishings (edible gold)
Strawberry Shortcake >>> a berry bitty cake, with berry big possibilities, and fruit-filled fun, Is the secret to the recipes, She may be small, No task is too tall, just give it a bite and you'll fall... in love with it! (hahahah sorry for being corny, I just can't let it pass... words derived from strawberry shortcake cartoons.. super lss ako jan dahil favorite yan ng mga girls ko :) But back to the cake, AY super! Light fluffy cake with white fluffy frosting and strawberry flavored filling perfect combination. P.S the strawberry flavor in it tasted so natural. Unlike other cakes I tried na halatang it's not real :( some cakes kasi tasted sooo artificial and awkward ( minsan nga nahahalintulad ko ang lasa sa lipgloss or sa filling ng isang crakers :P hmm aminin alam nyo toh?) kaya I was kind of happy tasting this cake, finally something to look forward to and the reason why I must come back to Bebe Rouge.
Overall, I am rating Patisserie Bebe Rouge with 3.5
A pretty and classy pastry shop with French-Japanese touch in it. Just along makati :)
Bebe Rouge Patiserrie finally made the leap and opened its first full service cafe in San Antonio Village for it used to be located inside a Japanese supermarket. They've been satisfying a lot of people with paechant sweet tooth with their pastries for years now.
I was excited for our visit at Bebe Rouge because an afternoon tea time seemed like a good idea. I was rooting for brewed coffee to go with their pastries but it was one hot afternoon so I ordered their Iced Royal Milk Tea to cool down my thirst.
We were served a sampler of their 5 cakes namely: Strawberry Shortcake, Cream Puff, Opera, Matcha roll cake and Eve. It was served in cute bite sized pieces that was too kawaii.
The Matcha roll is matcha sponge cake with rich matcha cream and a bit of sweet red bean paste inside. While the Opera cake is a staple French cake with a combination of almond joconde sponge cake, chocolate ganache, coffee butter cream and chocolate glaze. It was bittersweet but still rich and good.
I had mixed feelings with Eve because its contrasting taste/ It is made of layers of granny smith apple mouse, cinammon caramel mouse and caramelized apple on top. You'll taste different flavors like the tartness of the apples, sweetness of the caramel mouse and a bit of bitterness from the cinammon. I just find it a bit weird and inundate.
I particularly loved their Cream Puffs which has real vanilla custard and milky cream filling. The filling was ample to make you drool. Yum!
Their bestseller is their Strawberry Shortcake which was by the way heavenly. What I liked about it is that it was not too sweet. You can taste the soft pillow cake, a light cream and fresh strawberries. To some people, it may be a but sour because of the overpowering taste of real strawberries, but for me it was perfect. Their Strawberry Shortcake tastes like "real" strawberries and not overdosed with syrupy sugar.
Aside from cakes, Bebe Rouge also sells different types of affordable pastries like breads, financiers, madeleines, cookies, chocolates and macarons, They also have different types of home-made stuff like jams too!
If you have difficulty finding their branch in San Antonio, you can drop by Century City Mall for they also have a branch there which sells most of their pastries.

Last week, I was invited by Zomato to check out Bebe Rouge Patisserie. I’d heard that Bebe Rouge now had their own cake shop, but I’d never had the pleasure to dine inside.
THE CAKES
For drinks, I ordered the Iced Tropical Rooibos Tea (P150) – it had no sugar but I found it refreshing. The deep, fragrant, fruity flavors of the tea more than make up for the lack of sweetness. I’m sure it’s healthier this way, too.
The cakes in the picture are small because they are sample sizes for us to try. Don’t worry, a real order will be regular-sized
My favorite, hands down, is the Cream Puff (P60). To me, no other commercial cream puff comes close. The choux pastry shell is thin, soft, yet sturdy, and it’s just brown enough to provide a hint of bitterness as a foil to the sweet vanilla custard and cream filling. The filling! If your favorite donut flavor is Bavarian, you will love this filling. The filling is similar to your favorite donut’s Bavarian cream, but better, creamier and less sweet. It is made with REAL vanilla, NOT vanilla extract – as in, I could see specks of vanilla (it’s those tiny black dots) in the cream.
The Strawberry Shortcake (P125 for a slice; P600 for the whole cake) is what Bebe Rouge is famous for. It is layers of light, fluffy sponge cake, whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries. The cake is not too sweet. It’s just a simple strawberry shortcake but the ingredients are top notch – the strawberries are real strawberries (not from a jam or preserve), the sponge cake is soft and not dry, the whipped cream frosting is a light whipped cream that is not sweet at all. This is a must try, especially if you are not fond of overly sweet cakes.
SUMMARY
Have you noticed a common theme? All the cakes are not that sweet. All of the cakes are also light – they are easy to eat and don’t feel nakakaumay at all; for some reason, despite how rich their cakes seem to be, they don’t leave that sickening oily feeling; I also have not encountered a dry cake. No complaints from me, and I’m picky about cakes because I bake!
The secret is no secret – all the cakes are made from scratch, and Bebe Rouge’s owner is very particular about using quality ingredients and maintaining the quality of their cakes. He studied baking in France and Japan before deciding to try his hand at opening this unique bakeshop.
Considering the quality of the cakes you get for the price, I find the cakes at Bebe Rouge to be good value. Their prices are on the same range of the standard coffee chains’ cakes. Parking is also free. Their wifi is not working at the moment, and they don’t have wall outlets to plug laptops into, but it’s still a good place to go if you want some quiet time for yourself or to catch up with a friend – but the best reason to check them out is really because of their cakes!
Aside from cakes and pastries, Bebe Rouge also sells breads and sandwiches.
Please check out the blog for a more complete and comprehensive review!
I love the cakes at this patisserie. The sweetness of their cakes are just perfect, sweet but not too sweet, just perfectly sweet. I'd recommend trying their Opera and Strawberry short cake.
The cake that I loved the most was the Opera. I wasn't sure what it was made of but I liked it. The cake is dark and the flavour is on the bitter side. Tasted like it had dark chocolate in it. My fellow foodies said that it tasted like a bitter-coffee cake, well it should because it has coffee in it. Some of them don't like this cake much but I loved it! I ate all other four cakes first and I ate this last due to it's darker flavor, helps get rid of the sweetness of the other cakes.
Strawberry Short Cake, they say this is the best seller and I couldn't disagree. The cake was really good. I expected it to be very sweet but it wasn't, it was just perfectly sweet. The cake itself was so soft and fluffy! Strawberries on the cake were good, in my opinion, but the other foodies said it was sour.
Matcha Roll Cake, I was not excited to eat this cake because of the fact that it is made of Matcha. I never liked cakes or donuts or any pastry that is made of green tea. I only like it when it's a drink. I tried the cake and I was surprised that I actually liked it. I can taste the matcha and it was good. Again, like their other cakes, the sweetness is just right. I can really say that this is a good cake because it made me like something that I don't like. This cake is good however this is not something that I would crave for but if it's served to me then I will not say no to it and I'll eat it.
Cream Puff, I'm not a fan of cream puffs but this one is way better than the other cream puffs I tasted. The cream inside was yummy and tasty. Also, I won't crave for this but if it's served then I will eat it in a heartbeat.
Eve, the least of my favorite maybe because I did not understand the cake. The taste was something new to me. I couldn't really say that I like this one. I was confused about this cake. I couldn't tell what it was made of but I was told it had apple and cinnamon in it but I couldn't tell that it did. When I actually tried this one it reminded me of Crema de Fruta. Not ordering this one again but if you want to taste something new, then you can try this one out.
The drinks, I tried the Iced Royal Milk Tea. This is a real milk tea. You can taste the strong flavor of the tea and less of the milk and sugar. It's not like the regular milk tea that you get which is more of milk and sugar that the tea itself. I like this one too and I like it cold.

Desserts, anyone? If you are looking for some delicious French and Japanese fusion pastries like cakes, breads and cupcakes, Patisserie Bebe Rouge at Makati City is a place to try!
**PLACE - Patisserie Bebe Rouge is located at San Antonio, Makati City. The pastry shop also serves as a cafe as it caters the customers to also dine-in at the shop. The whole place is inspired by a usual Japanese dessert place in Japan - where the interior is French-inspired with a chic ambiance. With approx. 20 people can accommodate inside the shop, you can enjoy a wide variety of pastries and desserts, made by Bebe Rouge Patisserie's owner from Japan himself.
**FOOD - Here are the desserts available at Patisserie Bebe Rouge :
✔ Opera (オペラ) - Combination of almond joconde sponge cake, chocolate ganache, coffee butter cream and chocolate glaze. The taste of this cake is stronger on its coffee-side. So if you love coffee, this dish is for you.
✔ Matcha Roll Cake (抹茶ロールケーキ) - Matcha sponge cake and rich matcha cream with sweet red bean paste. If you are wondering what matcha is, matcha is a special powdered green tea. It is famous in Japan and often served in tea ceremonies. For me, this dessert is my favorite. I love how natural the taste of matcha in the dessert - not too sweet and not too strong. As a Japanese dessert lover, ordering a matcha cake should not be missed.
✔ Eve (イブ) - Granysmith apple mousse and cinnamon caramel mousse with caramelized apple on top. Its texture when you eat is a combination of slicky and fluffy cake. A must recommend for customers who wants to try a unique dessert.
✔ Cream Puff (シュークリーム) - Very yummy! The insides of the cream puff has no air in it - meaning it is filled with lots of the cream filling inside compared to other cream puffs I tasted so far.
✔ Strawberry Shortcake (ストロベリーショートケーキ) - A Japanese dessert shop would not be complete without this dessert. This shortcake is the best strawberry shortcake I tasted so far too. It is fluffy, not too sweet and very smooth. It's just that the strawberries added were too sour. But if its not, this will be perfect.
✔ Matcha Latte - Rich flavor of the matcha is what you can enjoy with this cold drink. It doesn't have sugar and what gives its sweetness is the whipped cream added on top. A very nice drink to neutralized the sweetness of the desserts since its sweetness is really light.
**PRICE - Price wise, it may be too expensive since the actual serving is smaller compared to other shops I visited and tried. But if you are looking for a very refined dessert, Patisserie Bebe Rouge should be one of the list of to-go dessert place. You don't need to worry since a lot of pastries like breads have cheaper price in here. And you have a lot of pastry choices and drinks to choose from.
**VERDICT - Enjoy a delicious Japanese dessert place inspired dishes here at Bebe Rouge Patisserie. A place to try for your dessert fix. Be sure to drop by with your special ones!
We noticed this place after we ate our lunch, and upon entering we definitely knew that it's great. We checked out some cakes, and after a couple of days came back and ate here. We tried the strawberry shortcake and some scones. The ambiance was so relaxing, perfect for having afternoon tea with friends. The staff was also very gracious and accommodating. For the food, the strawberry shortcake was definitely great!! We enjoyed it so much that we might plan to eat again there sometime, probably to try out the macarons. I'd definitely recommend the place if you want to eat desserts!!
Came here for the dessert and the dessert alone.
Tried one of the best strawberry shortcake i've ever eat and for the first time in my life i finally tasted mont blanc ( only seeing it through manga and tv before ) which not a bad experience for me, surprisingly good pa.
Their price is quite standard for the cake but it comes with cute design soo its picture worthy ;)
strawberry shortcake cream was light but very soft such a perfect pair with the sponge cake with fresh strawberry which is one of the best combo ever. Seriously! i never like any sponge cake before but this one is an exception, i don't mind eating the whole cake.
Mont blanc, finally i got my hands on you. I recommend this to those who wants to eat sweet but not too sweet, cause the sweetness from the chestnut really different than mere sugar. Somehow for me this kind of sweets really give of mature vibes maybe cause most of the people who like this sweet are old people, anyway its just my opinion ;). Nevertheless this cake still worth a try!
So if you like japanese sweets definitely must try this place!

This Japanese bakery is a nice place to chat with friends and loved ones. Usually, people drop by this place after doing groceries at the Japanese grocery (New Hatchin). It's cute place. I love the interiors.
As for the food, try their custard bread. It tastes good! The cakes are delicious too. Quite expensive but reasonable.
