They only have a few dishes in their menu which is great because you know that they only serve their specialties. Every food off the menu are great with big servings. It's the best place to eat when you have a long week at work and need a well-deserved meal. Staffs are great too!
P.S. Definitely must order their ice cream for dessert!

I am amazed by the number of coffee makers used by the baristas from the Aeropress to the more sophisticated kinds. Good number of local and imported coffee beans to choose from. Although the barista was busy, he took the time to answer my daughter's questions about the different types of beans.
Everything is amazing, from the appetizers (we tried the overloaded potato something 👌). The the dishes are good too, steak and some grilled chicken. It's just that the rice serving is too small for a regular person but they have sides. THE ICE CREAM - THE BEST! They have some freetaste so don't worry, you can try them. Personally liked the banana thingy and the nuts!

Went here for lunch and the place is packed we had to wait outside for a table but that’s basically the only issue we had with mad mark’s. The fat chips were sooo good that we ordered it 4x, and the ribs are just to die for. We weren’t able to try out their ice cream, so that’s probably what we’re gonna aim to try the next time 😊

Just felt sad on their steak. We said medium rare, but instead it's rare. I think it's even below blue rare. We did not bother to ask bringing it back to the kitchen since we're afraid it could get worse. I'd still give a 4 for the rest of what we ordered, and for their ice cream of course! 😊
A great place for some good, affordable steak. I could finish two to three orders in one sitting. The ribs are good too served in generous portions and you can top up every meal with their signature ice cream selections.

I ordered medium rare but my steak was almost borderline rare. I did not mind tho as the steak was really tender. It could use more salt to bring out the beefy flavor more. Smashed potato is great and love the hint of sweetness of the potato salad. It compliments the steak.
●Roasted Pecan ice cream
I was surprised that their single scoop ice cream is actually 2 scoops. It was buttery in the first couple of spoons idk why, maybe from the natural oils of the pecan. I love how smooth and heavy their ice cream is. You know that is full cream and not just air.
I had a great dinner and would come back. Defo a great save-for-the-buck steak cravings answer.
Good steak for a good price. A place to go when you want steak and don’t want to break your wallet. Ambience of the place is like being in a fast food steak house. What would make it 5 star is if they have a specialty steak exclusive to them.

The boyfie and I went to their Glorietta branch for a casual date night. He was craving for a good steak that was affordable. Thanks to Let's Eat Pare Group we saw the hype on Mad Mark's Signature Steak so we tried it!
The Signature Steak is only P305 which comes with a 150g USDA Flat Iron Steak, Two Sides and Sauce. I had my steak cooked medium well and it was fantastic! The meat was tender, a little chewey but tasty. It was actually a good catch for P305! Pricing on point! Sobrang sulit niya cause of the meat size and the sides were also good. I'll definitely be coming back for this especially when I'm on a budget!
For dessert, I ordered my all time favorite home made ice cream Baked Madagascar ❤️ this is made of hald baked cookie dough and vanilla bean. It was heavenly and creamy! The half baked cookie adds a chewy texture to the ice cream 👅
I also tried their Home Brewed Iced Tea for my beverage and to be honest it was one of the best home brewed iced tea I've tried in a long time.
Naturally, I highlighted Mad Mark's home-made ice cream which is what they are known for and a well justified reputation if I may add.
I can not make up my mind between their Sumatra Arabica and Caramel variant.
What was surprising though was how great their savory items are too based on the price to portion to quality ratio
We ordered the liquid cheesecake because it sound unique. The tastes was ok. the fried bun with cheese has a texture (uncooked?l but when you eat it together with the other flavor and the madagascar ice cream it tastes really good.

So excited to try this coming from good reviews on Kapitolyo branch. We had the steak which was surprisingly good for the price. It was tasty and tender. Of course we had to have the madagascar ice cream oh so good!

When I crave for steak and don't want to spend too much, Mad Mark's is the first place that comes into mind. I love that I don't have to wait too long to be seated and the place (though a bit small) was cozy enough to serve as a venue to have a good conversation with friends.
⭐️ SIGNATURE STEAK
- I always order this one in Medium Rare with Bootstrap Steak Sauce. So juicy! I didn't like it that much when my friend ordered this in Medium Well, so I could only recommend Medium Rare. The portion of serving is worth its price. This comes with two sides, I chose Smashed Potato and Corn & Carrots. Tried other side dishes before but these two are the only ones that suited my tastebuds and went well with the steak.
⭐️ ROASTED PECAN / CARAMEL CLOVER ICE CREAM
- Their ice cream is what they are really famous for so I don't think I can afford to visit and not order ice cream! First time to try these flavors as I usually order Baked Madagascar by default. This did not disappoint! You can taste the goodness of cow's milk.
And also, Hooray for Wednesdays! They have a generous scoop (extra mini serving) of ice cream when you visit on a Wednesday.
Hoping they could add a better range of side dishes. But all in all, I am satisfied as always after my visit to this place!
My boyfriend and I always order the Daily Steak Big Plate, comes with 300g meat, and 3 sides! For its price, it's really worth it. The only con: they always serve their steak cold.
I randomly ate here a couple days ago. This restaurant was surprisingly really good and super affordable! I ordered the signature steak which came with 2 sides. I chose mac and cheese and rice. For P349, I didn't think they'd serve decent quality steak but they did! I had mine perfectly cooked at medium, and it was seasoned well. I enjoyed my steak, and I'd come back for it again since it's good value for money. My boyfriend had the fish and chips for only P165. It was prettt basic but good too, and a generous portion for the price. The real winner was the roasted pecan ice cream I had... talk about good quality ice cream! So rich and creamy without being cloying. Kudos Mad Marks!

I went to the Glorietta 3 branch 2x recently in the past week. One of those times, I invited a friend from the office to join me, and boy, did she enjoy it. Normally, I would order the Signature Steak dish, but since she got that, I decided to order the Johnnie Double Black Ribs. We shared our food and also had Fat Chips.
Fat Chips - Addictive! The spice blend coating on the outside is flavorfuly crispy. Plus, the sauce... Refilled, again and again!
Johnnie Double Black Ribs - Fall off the bone tender! No knife needed. I literally just used my spoon and fork and hands to cut the meat, and pulled the bone clean off. The bbq sauce was caked on the ribs, and had loads of flavor that wasn't 'nakakaumay.'
Signature Steak - The steak was tough to my liking. But then it would be my friends fault. She had it well-done, while as I prefer medium. Still at the well-done level, it was soft, and not jaw hurting when it came to chewing.
As for the sides, I loved the Smashed Potatoes! It came with a pool of sauce at the center--same sauce as the Fat Chips. The Mac n Cheese needs improvement. I found it quite dry.
Who can go to Mad Mark's and not order their ice cream? You'd be insane not to! I ordered the Madagascar Vanilla. Really, really, really yummy! The doughy bits are heavenly. The specs vanilla beans are what make this ice cream. 😋💯👍💗🍨 As for my friend, she got the Roasted Pecan. Honestly, I'm not one for nutty flavored ice creams, but it was yummy too. Obviously, the Madagascar Vanilla would be my pick out of the 2.
Food: 4.0 - I would give perfect scores, but it's because the Zing Wings were out of stock on those 2 visits.
Price: 5.0 - Great quality food and portions at very doable prices!

A go to place for carnivores and ice cream lovers. Mad Mark’s serves reasonable priced items such as their pork ribs and daily steak and the serving size are pretty decent. Thought don’t expect anything fancy with the price you pay. Place is a bit small so it gets packed during the lunch and dinner hours.

I ordered their Medium Rare Signature Steak with Bootstrap sauce, Corn and Carrots and Bacon Potato Salad on the side. The steak is juicy and is perfect with their best selling sauce. Cravings satisfied for only 330php.
My cousin ordered their Johnnie Double Back Ribs with rice and corn and Carrots on the side for only 230php, it definitely exceeds the expectation. Very tasty and juicy.
Of course, since their Homemade Ice Cream is their pride. We get to try their Strawberry Cheesecake, Matchawaited, and Super Baked Madagascar. These flavor are all delicious.
Better try their dishes and taste it yoyrself. I suggest to eat here during off-peak hours because for sure this place is jampacked (unfortunately, their place is just small). Their staffs are attentive as well because will give you water immediately without asking and refill it once your glass is empty.
Still our go-to for satisfying yet pocket-friendly steak. The place is quite small and usually full at dinner time. The crew is polite, friendly and attentive.
My wife told me about Mad Mark’s in Glorietta and it seems to be a really nice place to eat since there are quite a lot of people eating here even though it isn’t lunch time. They offer mainly ice cream and classic entrees and grills. Mad Mark’s is located outside Glorietta 3 when you go out the Fully Booked exit. Go left from there.

My family and I have eaten here twice and both had been amazing.
Their chicken, whether fried or grilled, is delicious in a way that it is really juicy inside.
Their ice cream flavors are calorie bombs that are worth it.
Oh, they also have a big serving so you may wanna ignore your diet when dining here. 😉
The only downside is that their space is a bit small.

Went to Mad Mark’s to try their Signature Steak & Johnny Double Black Ribs and it was worth the visit! Imagine eating good steak for less than 300 PHP! Plus you wouldn’t wanna miss out on their Rolling Dutchman! (You could choose two flavours of ice cream!) Super Baked Madagascar and Strawberry Cheesecake were pure bliss! I promise!

Mad Mark's has always been my "go-to-steakhouse-when-its-not-yet-payday" for a few years now. Food quality is decent. Recently though, it felt like the service changed. Steaks are already sliced upon serving, and the sauce, oh what happened. Sauce is served in a small plastic container that isn't even half-full. I know that customers get 1 free refill but come on, you can do better than this. Good thing the ice cream always deliver. Overall, I still won't think twice visiting the place.
We love their Johnnie double black ribs, my son always order his favorite burger. The price is reasonable and the service is good. We will definitely comeback. If you are familiar with casa verde in cebu and you miss their ribs. Mad Marks is worth to visit.
This is the second time I decided to eat steak here, and I still love it. My partner and I ordered the big plate meal with 3 sides and a sauce of choice. I don't like a bloody steak so we preferred a well done meat. The mash potato was great and you're sure that it's made fresh as the potato still has a skin. The bacon salad and house made salad was great too. We ordered sumatra arabica ice cream that my partner almost finished when it was me who ordered desert. Bottomline, the food was great 😊

It was my second time around here in Mad Mark’s. I can say that nothing has changed. Their food is still amazing! We ordered the double black ribs and creole grilled chicken for dinner. I love that you can have two sides of your choice. I don’t want to have rice for dinner so it was perfect that I could have mashed potato and corn and carrots for my sides. Perfect combination with ribs!! And then we also had ice cream!! Of course, you must not forget to buy ice cream when you are in Mad Mark’s. We had their best seller, I think it was the Super baked madagascar. Then also 1 scoop of banana oreo. I swear, it was like heaven. I’ll surely go back here to try their other dishes!! And of couse, i wanna try all their ice cream flavorssss!

Loved the 2-dish combo - Beef Kebab with Rice & Fried Chicken with pitcher of iced tea - for just Php 359. The Kebab was great, very succulent and tasty. Chicken was also good. The most expensive dish we got - USDA flatiron steak- was disappointing. Very chewy, sinewy beef.
Had the pork ribs for dinner. It was tender and flavorful naman, but it doesn’t stand out. Mashed potato was served with yummy cream sauce along with corn and carrots. I’d recommend their half baked Madagascar ice cream for dessert.
Affordable steak but quality doesn’t suffer. Ordered big plate and their cheesecake which are both delicious. Will definitely talk about this place. :))

I tried their Signature Steak medium rare with Johnnie Double Black Sauce (sweet & smoky), Bacon Potato Salad, and Garden Grains (veggies with rice). The sauce was in a shot glass. I'm not so into the salad and the meat's probably better off as medium well or well-done.
Homebrewed Iced Tea:
It was very deliciously sweet and served in a giant mason jar. At first, it looked like they could've given more but the volume was just right. This gave room for dessert since they serve terrific ice-cream!

Steak is for only 245 and it satisfied my inner carnivore side. I enjoyed a lot eating their fat chips, if you're tired of taste with the usual Shakey's mojos this one's for you.
Fried chicken with tangy and zesty sauces. Surprisingly that it's not overpriced unlike other fried chicken stalls and it's very crispy.
Last but not the least, dessert! their Liquid Cheesecake FTW!!! It's like a fried empanada with cream cheese inside served with madagascar ice cream and drizzled with chocolate fudge. Love that it's not too sweet. 🤤🤤🤤

Wanted to try their desserts (since my girlfriend said that their ice cream is so good) but it turns out that we aren't able to have dessert because their Signature Steak is so good that it gives you the "antok sa busog" feeling. Will surely visit this place again to try their ice cream!!!
First up, the Herb Parmesan Fries. It was ok. It tasted like pesto fries with lots of cheese. Although it's a 3/5, it's not something that I would crave for.
Our other appetizer was the Zing Wings. Again, I would give it a 3/5. It tasted ok, but nothing really special about it.
For the main course, I ordered their Signature Steak with Bacon Potato Salad and Garden Grains as sides. I liked how the steak was cooked properly. The meat was tender and seasoned beautifully. I would give it a 4/5 rating.
Lastly for dessert, I ordered a scoop of their Dark Chocolate ice cream. And it did not disappoint. Beautiful harmony of sweet and bitter taste, combined with its creaminess. Easy 5/5 rating. ❤️

The ribs were okay. The meat won't fall off the bone, which is a big no no in serving ribs but the sauce is delicious. Perfect for their ribs. The 2 sides were both delicious too. I really liked the gravy for the mashed potato.
What I love the most is their handmade/handcrafted ice cream. The flavors were unique, I had a hard time choosing 2 flavors. I ended up trying their Half Baked Madagascar and Javan Hot Chocolate. Both flavors were mouthwatering and I can't wait to come back to try other flavors.
The ambiance is good. While the staffs and their service were great! 😁
