Their falafel sandwich has become my fave comfort food. So authentic! Hummus is insanely good as well and their pita bread is always served soft and warm. And their chili sauce is very addicting. Props to the crew for the kind service every time. I wish this restaurant more success! �

Hummus Elija is a small, chill restaurant along Makati Ave. They prepare authentic food with generous serving at the right price.
This little nook is such a treat for healthy food options in the area. I am also a sucker for their samosas and gets a plate regularly. They also sell ingredients and spices by the counter. New comers should try their baklava for a treat.

Had an early dinner of falafel balls with yellow turmeric rice, and how it was very hearty, filling and the balls were crisply done! As s person who enjoys his dishes very spicy, the tahini sauce also came with a separate accompaniment of vegetables as dip that were freshly made, with olive oil, what seemed to be herbs and garlic and, of course, peppers and chili! How the vegetable accompaniment was prepared may be a top secret, but you can enjoy that unique Mediterranean tang that makes it truly stand out. Very awesome indeed to enjoy with the well prepared rice, and truly well worth the price. Plus, very friendly, helpful and cheerful staff combined with its very relaxing setting that make eating out at Hummus Elijah a very rewarding experience! Keep up the excellent work :-)

WOAH THERE. For less than 1,000php you get a fully loaded Mediterranean feast! Always wanted to try Hummus Elijah because it's a lot cheaper than Cafe Mediterranean and guess what? I think it's even better than Cafe loooool. Love it here and the service staff are attentive and nice people! 💖
I had Hummus and Falafel with Salad. I thought that I could finish this, but it could have been good for two of me.
I loved the chilli sauce for the falafels. It mixed well with the white sauce and gave the falafels that right kick of flavor.
The pita bread were too thick for my liking. The hummus was thick, creamy, and had generous drops of chikpeas. Unfortunate that I couldn’t finish this.
The salad was just cucumber and tomatoes in some kind of vinegar sauce. But it was really a plateful.
I love this place but it’s just a bit hard to call the attention of the staff. They were all behind the tall counter. But that’s not a big problem, really.

The hummus is really good especially when you dip the pita bread. I also enioyed the hamshuka, falafel, salad and yellow rice. The falafel is seasoned well. You can taste the spices they put in the hamshuka.
I love hummus & falafel in general, but the hummus from Hummus Elijah was extra good. Extremely smooth and flavorful. Would def come back to try the shakshuka! :)
Tried here once again (The first one was 2 years ago). I ordered their "Hamshuka", but asked to separate hummus and shakshuka.
I loved how well seasoned the hummus is! Its saltiness was just perfect, even if you add the chili and/or tahini sauce. The shakshuka was powerful in terms of flavor. It's so rich and so garlicky, that I got tired eating it I was half way through. Nonetheless, I would definitely come back and try other dishes.
My go to hummus place since 2016. I am happy and sad at the same time that they have not branched out. Hummus Elijah is the kind of resto you'd pray would continue in the next 20 years cos you owe it to your future kids to have them try it in their lifetime. This is frequented by foreigners (asians, europeans, americans, you name it), and that my friends, is a good metric for success (at least for me!).
They claim to be the go-to destination for hummus. I agree after I had their Hummus Elijah set today. It’s well seasoned and had an excellent creamy texture to it. It went so well with their warm, freshly baked pita bread and Greek Salad.
The Falafel, however, could use more spice. It was quite bland even when I added their thick garlic sauce to it.
I am definitely going to be back here and look into Hummus Elijah’s other Mediterranean offerings.

Got the chance to go back here yesterday since I am abstaining from my meat (only on Fridays during Lent😋).
We ordered Hummus Elijah — in large size because we were two. If you prefer something familiar to your palate, this one’s for you. It has chickpeas, olive oil, and tahini. It comes with 2 pita bread too! Since the hummus was too much, we ordered extra pita bread.
Another dish that we ordered last night for dinner was the Falafel Balls. It has 5 pcs., so it’s already filling if you get the hummus.
The first time I went here, it was just me so I just ordered Shakshuka since I didn't think I'd finish the other items on their menu... On the following day, I've called a friend who was also craving for hummus and falafel. We tried one of their bestsellers, Hummus with Falafel and Salad; and since I liked shakshuka, we added Shakshuka in a Pita. Their serving size is always good for sharing, on an affordable price. In terms of the quality of food, well, I don't have much experience on this kind of cuisine, but this place is definitely a must-try.
Looking for authentic Middle Eastern food? Then this is the place to go! This restaurant always appears on Food Panda whenever I search for ‘healthy’ & ‘vegan’ and I never dared to click it. Finally, curiosity killed the cat and I tried it. Although it’s a bit pricy (student-budget wise), it’s definitely worth it! I ordered their Shakshuka and Samosa. Very delicious and doesn’t disappoint.

I've been wanting to eat here for some time, but the thought of where to park in the Makati Av area has deterred me. Good thing, I could make use of the zomato delivery app and I was able to try one of Tripadvisor's consistently ranked top 5 best restaurants in Makati.
Though I would doubt the veracity of being the best in Makati, there is no doubt that Eli really knows hummus, falafel and a select shortlist of great Jewish/Middle Eastern food. It is said that Eli Lapid has over 20 years experience in making hummus. He has taught his kids' nanny to make hummus as well and she is now part of the restaurant.
Eli's mastery over chickpeas is not only evident in his silky hummus but also in his falafels. I ordered 2 Falafel Sandwiches (P200@) and a Spinach Burreka (P220). The ordering and tracking were a breeze. I could really get used to this.
The sandwiches were hefty. Even if you're a meat eater, you wouldn't look for an angus patty while you're eating this one. There were 4 scrumptious falafel balls encased in soft grilled pita lathered with terrific Mediterranean salad of cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, lemon, olive oil and other herbs and spices. Liberally spread the yogurt garlic sauce and blend their in-house hot sauce and you'll be singing praises to the heavens. How good was it? Well, it took me back to L'As Du in Paris. Arguably, the best falafel sandwich and Jewish restaurant in the city. Definitely, one of the best, I've tried locally...so pretty good! Filling and healthy don't go together very often but the dishes we ordered seem to do so.
Just like the Spinach Burreka which had glorious puff pastry encasing spinach and cheese. On the side, there were gherkins, tomato based sauce and hard-boiled egg. Wow, yummy na, healthy pa!

We had the Elijah's Combo (hummus, pita bread, falafel, small salad, yellow rice) and samosas. In general, they were great. It's hard to describe the dishes since I'm not an expert in these sort of spices, but I can just assure you that they taste great and that they're cooked well. Samosas were cooked to crisp, although I feel that the spices in them lacked a bit, like I expected more flavor. The garlic white sauce was a bit bland, compared to the other more garlick-y ones, but it was good in my opinion. Falafel was crunchy and tasty.
I'd definitely come back here when I'm craving for some healthier options which aren't pricey in Poblacion area.
Old neighborhood café vibe and in a good way. The falafel was good. I think it would have been better if it was hot, but it was not bad served at close to room temp.

Ordered hummus through Zomato delivery and it was great. I ordered pure hummus and paid 300 pesos for it. I got a whole lot of hummus to last me for days. It was freshly cooked unlike the one I get in the grocery for double the price. I use it as dip for vegetables for a healthy snack.
I love hummus and Hummus Elijah made me love it even more! The staff went the extra mile and brewed me an iced tea with no sugar. The hummus and falafel are worth every penny.

Since I'm only ordering for myself, I tried the Elijah's Combo. Not much of a fan of Hummus because of some bad experience I had before tbh, but I think that I'll consider it again since the ones you guys have are delicious. Adding the whole chickpeas made a difference to the entire texture itself. Nice idea! The hummus was well made, there's this very homey flavor to it and it doesn't have that "sawa" or "umay" factor even though I've ran out of Pita bread 😂 Oh and that Pita Bread, it's great that it's thick, holds enough hummus for one bite!
The salad.. I think it would also go well with some nacho chips 😁
The falafel was also good, glad to say that it didn't taste "boring" like the others.
Next time, I would definitely order another of your Hummus (with extra Pita this time🤣) aaand Shakshuka since it's made of Eggs and Tomatoes so guess it's worth a try.

I had the Hummus Elijah and for the price, the tub of hummus is quite plentiful! It’s smooth texture and great taste will keep you wanting to come back for more!
They really live up to their title of having the best hummus and falafel. I studied in the Middle East for two years, and my lunch was always a falafel sandwich from a bukhari, so I know what I'm talking about. I also make a mean hummus at home, with tahini made from scratch. I've been disappointed by a lot of the Mediterranean/Mid-East restaurants that I've tried in the Philippines, but Hummus Elijah is the only one that left me smiling. I still can't forget my first bite of their falafel sandwich. Just like a scene in Ratatouille, I was taken to falafel heaven, flavors exploding in my mouth and mind. Expertly seasoned and cooked, the falafel was crunchy on the outside and moist inside. The hummus is also spot-on, definitely the best in the Philippines after mine.
I found myself craving for Middle-eastern food, so I looked for such resto ni Zomato and found this. Oh boy it was a right decision!
I ordered for Shakshouka because I reminisced the time I ordered it in Jerusalem, Israel. I don't know which country they're associated with (Shakshouka is a middle-eatern dish and so not exclusive to Israel) but I really liked it. It was delicious and flavorful, and much better since a pita bread is included. The only con is that I find the serving small. Still, it brought back memories of my stay in Jerusalem.
I will definitely come back here in the future to try their other dishes like hummus, Hamshouka, etc.
The place is simply small like a trattoria, and many customers are foreigners as well.

Hummus Elijah is on the 'Best of Manila' list here on Zomato. And when I found out thar it was a vegetarian and vegan restaurant, it made me wonder just how good it could be. Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against vegetarian or vegan food. Truth is, I never really had any amazing experiences with those kinds of food. But Hummus Elijah... has amazed me and dumbfounded me.
I love hummus. That said, I ordered the Hummus Elijah solo. First dip and bite into it, I moaned at how good it was. Can truly say that it is the best hummus I ever had in my life. It was so packed with flavor, and had real olive oil too. Of course I cannot forget that it had some bitsof full chick peas, niceer than just a smooth hummus. The pita was thick, and toasted well. It needed to be thick to handle the rich thickness of the hummus, and it did so very well.
The falafel sandwich is the other item that I ordered. It was huge! It was also delicious and didn't feel like a veggie sandwich to me. Splurge on some sesame dressing and chili, really amps it up more. Another must to order that's for sure.
Dessert was something that I couldn't pass on. I don't remember the name of what I ordered, but again, it was delish. It was a panacotta-blanca kind of thing, toppedwith rose 🌹 water syrup and nuts. I didn't want something too sweet and I do like rosey desserts, so that's what I ordered. Loved every little spoonful. If I was alone, I'd be licking the dish clean. 😋❤️

Price: 5.0 - Quite affordable. Portion sizes are huge.
Service: 5.0 - Every server was nice and quite knowledgeable. Then there was this guy, who seemed to be the owner, if I am correct. Nice guy, goes around talking and assisting his customers.
Ambience: 5.0 - Simple and clean. Nothing fancy needed. Let the food speak for itself. Loved the display of loads of things like spices along the wall.
If I could eat at Hummus Elijah everyday, I would! I would change my diet, and be a vegetarian or a vegan. Seriously!
We are just craving for Mediterranean food and so here we are. This place is good for vegan or vegetarian people or people since yhe sandwiches doesn't have any meat. The falafel sandwich they have is good.
We ordered small hummus elijah (comes with one pita only) and spinach bureka. So far, among sultan, mr. kebab and halal brothers, theirs is simply the best. The bureka is also really good, I did not expect that spinach and pastry will be good together, I think this is a must try.
Ambiance is good enough for short stay and take note that the place is quite small.
The drawbacks are the pickles that comes with the bureka are too salty, I could only manage a bite and the cashier who was not Zomato Gold ready, but they are friendly. Claimed buy 1 take 1 on drinks as zomato gold perks.
They are also selling a lot of spices, worth checking them out. See pics for their desserts menu, place and ambiance and a clearer menu of the other main dishes. Chow!

One of the few places that really deserve it’s rating. Been ordering food deliveries from Hummus Elijah time and again, and finally had the chance to drop by and grab dinner here last night. Got the falafel sandwich for myself, Hamshuka for my partner, and Samosas for sharing. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Tasty, filling, and budget friendly—plus I kinda love the cosiness of the whole place. Staff was accommodating too.
I’ll definitely drop by here more often. Hopefully they’ll open up a branch on the northern side of Manila!

If you are looking for an authentic Mediterranean cuisine, you may wanna try Hummus Elijah. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. Prices are affordable as well. :)
A lot of delivery services come here, waiting for pick-up orders. You'll see more tourists than locals, and they enjoy the resto. Traveler-oriented books are on a shelf adjacent to their deli selection of items on sale.
Their flatbread (the Israeli kind, I think, called luffa) is different from most kebab restaurants in town, and this in itself is a draw.
The bread came with their finely ground hummus, which can be ordered with different toppings (foul, pine nuts, and so on). I ordered the kind with pine nuts and chickpeas, which was great! Other hummuses are coarser than theirs. This, and their labneh, dusted with za'atar, makes for a great appetiser combo.
Come here to go deli item hunting. I left with spices (include shawarma spice!) and some Turkish marmalade. They have spices, olives, tahini, halva, chocolate spreads, Turkish coffeemakers, amongst others.
Fresh, authentic hummus paired with fluffy pita bread... Delish! Nice restaurant to satisfy your late night, light meal cravings. Must not miss their falafel too. Service a bit slow though but staffs are pleasant. No parking abailable. I tried to claim a Zomato gold on drinks, they declined. :(

I love their pita bread. I could eat it by itself. I also tried the fries, falafel sandwich, and the hummus elijah which are all delicious. The area is small and it gets filled up fast. The experience and the food were both good and they also have good customer service.
They also sell spices and other goods in the restaurant.
Decided to give Hummus Elijah a try after hearing good things about it. Ordered the Elijah’s Real Potato Fries (small) and the Shakshuka. The real potato fries were great and the Shakshuka was also good. Will be back to try more items.
Hearty meals! Deliciously good for a vegetarian meals. Big serving, refreshing, and sumptous. The place was small yet homey, friendly staff, nice clean- feel good- yummy legit mediterranean foods you can get here.

I love this place! Their hummus is exquisite! I've tried hummus from different restaurants and Hummus Elijah offers the best one yet. Aside from the good food, the staff are nice and friendly and they also have board games. I have recommended this place to my friends and they loved it! My partner is a solid meat lover but he liked the meals we ordered! I tried their Hummus Elijah and my partner had their Hamshuka. Their spices were not that strong.
I'd like to try their Hamshuka with Ciabatta and their Hummus with either lentils or pine nuts. I was already full before we went there so we weren't able to try their Baklava and Turkish Coffee. Maybe next visit!
Food was delicious! Hummus was really good, the dessert was a bit sweet but good sweet. Only it took long for the dessert to arrive. Suggestion maybe to warn costumer that it would take a while.
I also wanted to mention that when the staff brought our order, when she placed it on another table, the pita bread fell on the table. Instead of placing it back on the plate, she replaced it with a new bread. So, great service!!😊

The food is sooooo good. Fast service, clean, cheap and good location (poblacion) we eat falafel, mashawsha, hummus (indeed) and pita bread. How good! Quality price is a 5!!!!
I love this place! I usually get the Hummus Elijah and the Falafel. Everything is great, I’m especially fond of the tahini and when you dine in each table has a ginormous squirt bottle filled with tahini so you can smother your food to your heart’s content. Bonus are all the other middle eastern snacks and pantry items that they have for sale. Turkish coffee was great too, kept me up til the wee hours of the morning.
This is my go to spot for hummus! Can’t begin to explain how good the food is here. There are plant based entrees on the menu and honestly I have literally tried almost everything without a wince of disappointment.
Unfortunately didn’t have time to have a hummus dishes in restaurant due to our flight delay and late arrival. Asked for a quick take away option on the way to our next flight and was suggested to order falafel sandwich and falafel wrap. It was nice and yummy. The portions are good too. I prefer lighter sauce as the dish is already heavy itself but it was good anyway
April 28, 2016 We were in charge of bringing the hors d'oeuvres for a mini family reunion. Deckard had the prefect idea of getting hummus and the pita bread from Hummus Elijah instead of us being hassled with making it. Everybody loved it of course! This restaurant has the best hummus, it's smooth, thick and flavorful. Their bread too is awesome. Good thing we did because turns out there were vegetarians in the group and some with food restrictions so everybody happy.
Hands down my favorite place to go when I want to get my fix of authentic Middle Eastern dishes. Probably the best Falafel and Hummus in town.
The restaurant is conveniently located along Makati Ave. There is almost no parking because of all the food delivery motorcycles parked in front. There must have been more than 10 pickups during our stay. In spite of this, service was quick and very efficient.
The restaurant is located at the second floor. This is not accessible by wheelchair or stroller but delivery is an option. It had a few chairs in the airconditioned room and a few on the terrace for those who would like to smoke. There are spices and other ingredients for sale on the shelves. The whole room smelled of a combination of spices. The interior was old and simple. You don't come here for the ambience. You really come here for the food.
I have to say that my absolute favorite food is steak. But this flavorful vegetarian feast is such a revelation for the meat lover in me. Everything was served clean, fresh, prepared quicky and came in big portions for its price.

Ordered some hummus, falafel, shakshuka (two eggs cooked in thick tomato sauce), and pita bread, and was surprised to see that these were already more than enough for two people. Pita bread was very filling cause they were huge. Hummus was lightly seasoned so I got to eat a lot lol. You can skip the falafels-- they were just average. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my meal here. Ambiance was not so great but it's okay cause prices were affordable.
Love this place! Because it's at the second storey of a building, it's not as easily seen amidst the colorful area that is Makati Avenue. Makes it a great hole in the wall kind of restaurant.

A must try place in the Poblacion area. I got there sampler which has both the Hummus and Falafel balls with rice and it was delicious. Well seasoned and well prepared I was even surprised on the size of the pita breads. I'm glad that I dropped by this hole in the wall place and had I will be back here once more.
Elijah’s Combo. So delicious. I love it. One of my favorite restaurants. The hummus is so smooth. Most importantly, there are so many vegan options. By the way, I really like the chili they served.

I've been raving about their pita since I've tried their Sabich sandwich and I'm still amazed how it can hold well the combination of hummus, labane, shakshuka and falafel with their garlic sauce and spices. Every dish on its own with the pita bread is so good that this resto has been my benchmark for any hummus or shakshuka in the metro! 👍👍
I got to know this place via their kiosk at Pasong Tamo. Great food at a (relatively) affordable price! I’m still a fan of the basic no-frills hummus and the falafel balls. I will definitely come back.

I have always been a huge fan of Hummus Elijah, I've ordered quite a few times through food panda. One weekend tho I was having this bad craving for hummus so, I did not hesitate to take an uber ride to go to the restaurant for the very first time.
The place is situated near A Venue mall. You wouldnt miss it. When we got in, a beautiful aroma of spices welcomed us. When you enter the dining area, they have this huge cabinet filled with spices and other snacks you can buy. The place looked so homey. It was a Sunday around lunch time and it was pretty packed.
◾Hummus and Pita: BEST HUMMUS IN TOWN. I've tried plenty from different restaurants but Elijah's is the one I always come back to. Thick and creamy hummus, the large serving is good for two people already. Or one really starving sailor. The pita they serve is thick and fluffy, you'd be ordering extras.
◾Shakshuka: First time having Shakshuka and I have no regrets!! Tomato and Eggs, at first, sounded weird to me but when I got to try it, it was heaven in my mouth. Must try!!
◾Falafel Sandwich: It was my bf's first time having a falafel sandwich and he wasn't disappointed. Very generous serving of falafels in a pita pocket with veggies. It's very filling! I order this a lot too but I always end up not finishing it on one sitting bc it's so fiiling.
◾Baklava: Ended with a sweet treat. I had the single serving but was sad that it was bite sized. Taste did not disappoint, tho. Taking note that I should buy whole lot next time. Hehe.
This place doesn't have the word "disappointment" in their dictionary, apparently. Recommended this to friends and, they too weren't disappointed with the food. Very happy with my experience here and I will definetely come back!!
The best hummus in town! So dense yet airy on the palate, pita bread is warm and pillowy, the perfect vessel for the ridiculously tasty hummus. The servers also give you extra tahini to drizzle! The regular serving of hummus elijah is more than enough to share between two hungry people. They also serve one of the yummiest baklava in town!
Staff are nice. The place has a homey feel. They sell a lot of spices at a reasonable rate. Their food is good and highly recommended for those who are health conscious. Their food are not salty and not sweet. Taste is for adults not for kids. Taste is authentic. They have a table for smokers outside and airconditioned for non smokers.

We went here because my boyfriend was going on about eating healthy (I wanted ramen lol) so I said we should try here.
When you enter the place it's pretty cozy. We were the only Filipinos inside haha. Plus the place has a whole huge shelf with spices, tea, coffee, seeds and what not that they sell. It's pretty cool stuff.
The hummus was amaaazziinnggg. I ordered the one with the sautéed mushrooms on top. And the shakshuka was just amazziinngg. If you watch Shokugeki, the way I felt upon eating is exactly the way how Shokugeki characters react to amazing food. It is that good. ❤️ the pita bread pieces were pretty big too! We had a hard time finishing everything. I never thought I'd be almost dying of fullness from hummus. Lol. The owner was there too. He approached us because he noticed us stirring our Turkish coffee too much. You're apparently not supposed to do that since there's this 'mud' in the coffee that needs to settle down at the bottom. If you stir too much you can feel the gritty mud. He was pretty nice!! I think he was happy that Filipinos go to his restaurants. Everyone else in the restaurants was a foreigner. I kind of felt out of place in my own country. Hahaha
So delish. value for money! Quiet ambiance. Fast and friendly service. The harif brought me to another zone. Couldve been cozy if lighting were warm white not cold white. Feel safe coz i see expats dining as well. 2 thumbs up!

In search for the best falafel in Makati, I had to try this place. This easy-to-miss spot located on the 2nd floor was a pleasant surprise to me. The worn down signage outside is unassuming, to say the least. Yet as you walk in, they have shelves of authentic middle eastern items from herbs, teas, sweets, pickles, treats and more. All authentic imported items for sale. They have all sorts of halal goods and the staff are more than happy to guide you through.
Another plus is their board games and the fact that since they're seating is on the 2nd floor, the traffic outside is closed out. This place has a more cozy, wholesome, family vibe compared to Beni's falafel which is only a block away.
Now to the food.
Their falafel. The texture was more grainy and moist. Flavors were bolder and hearty, in my opinion. They don't have the sauces like Beni's but judging by falafel alone, Elijah's won me over.
Hummus. Since I make my own hummus, I prefer it to be less runny and with a stronger sour citrus flavor. But to be fair, I'll compare theirs to Beni's. Elijah's hummus had a creamier and smoother texture. Also more nutty and generous on the olive oil.
As for drinks, they brew fresh mint and rose tea. Not only was it photogenic and aromatic, it was also soothing and refreshing.
Not exactly budget friendly but you pay for authenticity here and wonderful service too.
Needless to say, I'm coming back to Elijah's, next time with more pictures.
I agree that they have the best hummus in town. I ordered a small plate of hummus with 2 pita bread and it was super filling. The serving was big. I got full easily. I can't wait to try their falafel next time. The place is kinda small. There were a lot of foreigners when I went there btw
Very good hummus, better than the ones in israel. They also have fresh burekas and salads that worth giving a try, i will definitely come back there. The owner is also nice, one time he gave me a free tea mix just to try.
Absolutely great! the Most authentic Mediterranean 'middle eastern' restaurant in Manila. Great food selection, Hummus is on point, falafel is on point, zataar is really good too! They also sell herbs and spices so if you are a cook getting into this cuisine they've got you covered!
My only problem was that they only have one parking slot and it's not really a parking slot, so if you're car is too big it won't fit, I brought my Jeep Wrangler and it sticks out a little on the street however, the staff accommodated me when I needed a parking and was very helpful so kudos! Parking is tough but food is definitely worth it! A true middle eastern hidden gem 💎

After some leisure reading at Fully Booked BGC I went ahead to Poblacion without anything in mind but just to eat .As I walked along Makati Ave. I saw this Mid Eastern joint,upon entering there was the aroma of spices from that region which is s very good sign.As I browsed the menu it is fully vegetarian then I asked the server what country this hummus joint was inspired,he said Israel, because there are many versions of hummus like in Lebanon,Palestine,Syria and other nations of that region.
I ordered the Sabich (pronounce as Sabik) sandwich ,an eggplant sandwich with hummus, poached egg,and middle eastern salad.As the order arrives I thought it was another light veggie sandwich but I was wrong it was hefty and the pita packet was filled with veggie goodness.The eggplant was flavorful there is the smokiness in its taste,yet the incorporation of the hummus blended very well together with the egg and salad plus some drizzling of the tahini sauce and the Harif ( spicy Israeli condiment).Authentic as it gets as the flavors of burst into my mouth.Never imagine that it would be filling,a comfort food for only Php180 .
Service wise very nice and fast,the server was also friendly and knowledgeable ,he even knows the word "Kosher".
Because it authentic and tasty,I love this place and will call it a Happy Place.

Ambience
Restaurant is located at the 2nd floor. I was initially confused because there were masseuses near the entrance. The place is pretty roomy, cozy, relaxing, and clean. I also loved looking at the shelves full of spices. I can stare at them all day, thinking what I'll take out next time. They even have Chocolate Spread (like Nutella, as they describe) and Kale Chips.
Hummus
After my first visit, I declare this place as my top choice for hummus. The Hummus Elijah I ordered was supposed to be small and I got a generous serving with many ingredients on top! It was perfect! Because I love bread too, a chubby Thank You for serving a thick one! I intend to try more dishes very, very soon!
Baklava
I give a thumbs-up for the Baklava too! Selling singular square pieces is very considerate since most people want to taste new stuff first. And for P55, I'm pretty satisfied. The pie cut version is a Beauty!
We ordered Hummus Elijah, Hamushka and Falafel sandwich. Both hummus tastes good especially the hummus elijah, because of chicken peas toppings 😬 For the falafel sandwich, i think there are 5-6 pcs of falafel balls inside the pita. Its tastes good, but I've notice that they put too many tomatoes and lettuces along with the balls (I think that's one of the reasons why I fell full immediately).
Also, additional thumbs up for their place. They sell lots of spices (I didn't knew that there's a spice called "Pizza spice" 😂), teas and other foreign food as well. We haven't tried their dessert since we're so full na haha.
My personal rating would be 3.8 since we didn't finished the entire meal (it's just the two of us, me and bf). Their servings is kind of overwhelming, and it would be better if you were in a group.
All in all, I would suggest this place to a Mediterranean food lover. 💗

Neatly tucked in Makati Avenue with cozy interiors. I only tried one dish, the shaksouka sandwich which was quite hefty for one person but surprisingly I finished it because it was very tasty. Food doesn't fall on the budget category but I couldn't wait to try their other vegetarian dishes next time. Just a suggestion to add healthy drinks to the menu. I had Coke for want of a better choice
The food was fabulous. For someone not a vegan, the hummus was spiced well. The puff pastry was absolutely glorious: buttered well and the cream cheese complimented the flavors.

Ordered their Hummus Elijah, Shakshuka Pita, and Falafel Sandwich. Highly satisfactory Shakshuka, but i suggest ordering the Shakshuka + Hummus dip whose Pita bread is served separately so that the bread wont get soggy.
By far the best Shakshuka and Hummus. I didnt like their Falafel so much, however. I personally think Benny's Falafel tastes better, but everything else, Hummus Elijah is the way to go.
They also have a spice rack where you can buy Mediterranean spices and other ingredients. I got Chia Seeds for P150 (photo), which i think is a good buy. :)

Had an awesome dinner here. Has drinks with a former colleague and we decided to have dinner here after. We ordered humus with egg, shkshuka, falafel and baba ganoush . I can say everything was delicious. Place is clean, simple and unpretentious. Great place!
THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! From their place, staff, hummus, falafels, sauces, dessert line. In short, EVERYTHING. They serve the best falafel I had in my life! Plus, they have a separate menu of their vegan dishes! Amazing, right?! Miss this place soooo bad!
