Single Origin is one of my to go cafes whenever I just wanna feel some wooden textures 'coz they got that table wherein you can feel some texture. Sorry not sorry hahah! I need something to fidget at the very least while having a downtime.
Anyway, I have been addicted to ordering black coffee from them, exploring different beans and brewing methods but this time, I was curious about their Peruvian Mocha so that's what I ordered. And it did not fail me. I love the smoothness and balance of the espresso and chocolate flavor as well as the milk they used. I was able to just really enjoy my drink and at the same time was able to fidget on the textured table (its by the window facing Power Plant Mall).
I love their mixed drinks!! š although theyāre quite pricey. Ambience is good as well!! šÆ
Great place to get some work done. Thereās wifi and power outlets (even outside). Service is great and their honey latte is one of the best iced coffee I had in Manila!

The seat we chose was not meant for eating dinner. It was a great place for drinks but we felt we were too far from each other. Though we couldnāt find another seat for us as it was jam-packed. Hoping they could raise the table a bit. The centralised air-conditioning is also down. I hope they immediately fix that one since people will surely be coming for drinks especially the 2+2 promo. We didnāt avail for it but we did try some food. We tried the US bone-in short ribs Benedict at Php 950, a little overpriced but it really all goes so well together. There is this spice in the hollandaise which I will commend, as the hollandaise brought them all together. There is this certain kick to its creaminess and is a really good tandem with the egg. Though the meat could not stand on its own because of its acidity and sweetness. It goes all so well together though, even with the potato frites. The grilled salmon and red rice is affordable at Php 380. I never really appreciated other types of rice except white but they really served a flavourful rice even if it was red. I would come back to order something as basic as this one. Last but not least, the clam chowder has a light creamy flavour and is spiced very well even if we did not experience much clam. Hoping they add more clams and subtract a little on the bacon bits.

Single Origin offers food such as pasta, pizza, fries and more! What I recommend is the Truffle Pasta and Truffle Fries. For pizza, I recommend Surf N' Turf pizza. Salad is okay too! The chips was a bit salty though. Overall, everything I had was good!

Second time in Single Origin ordered pizza again which is good. Zomato gold made 1+1 which is even better.
Excellent value for money (big serving and quality ingredients) and service is really good. Just wish ny truffle fries wasnāt golden brown burned.
We ordered capuccino and Peruvian Mochaāboth were on point.

I love single origin! The staff are very accommodating and kind. They always serve with a smile! Would recommend getting the maple latte :). Food is also good for sharing so the price is worth it.

I was looking for a place with food coffee and where I can do my work undisturbed (and of course, the place needs to have a socket for my laptop). I somehow ended up here.
In terms of service, it was excellent. They were really attentive to me even though it was a packed lunch time. Although, they kind of messed up with one of my order(they forgot to punch it in) they were quick to apologize and offered other alternatives which was quite nice.
In terms of their coffee, it was great. Now for the food, it was a bit of a miss for me. I ordered their homemade corned beef benedict and I had issues how it was plated. The potato hash took 70% of the amount of space of the dish and became the star of the whole dish, the sad thing about it is that the salad was bigger(visually) than the corned beef. The corned beef was salty as expected but I had issues with the potatoes again because it lacked salt, it was almost non existent and was super bland. Overall, it looked/sounded appetizing but it kinda failed with the execution.
I still recommend single origin just for their coffee and if you need to go to a place where you need to do some work via laptop.
This is a good place to chill, relax, and catch up with friends over good coffee and food. They serve more than the usual cafe food items which makes it all the more a great experience.
Their crafted cocktails were so good especially Sir William Soda. The alcoholic drinks were quite pricey tho but there's a lot to choose from the menu. It's a very posh and intimate place that's perfect for a tita night.
Oh, and btw, the beers are excluded from the Zomato Gold promo.

Whenever the handsome hubby and I find ourselves in RockwellĀ during early morning errands , Single Origin is one of our go-to placesĀ not only for their homey and cozy ambiance which we adore but of course for their strong coffee and breakfast/brunch fare too....
One of my go-to places in the Rockwell area whether to drink or to work. Ambiance and music is great, there's a good corner if you need to just focus on working on your laptop though because it's also a great spot for a drink with friends there's loud conversation and cheery laughter all around. Food may look expensive at first but every bite is worth it and it's quite filling. Good selection of coffee and wines and cocktails, so when you're done with whatever you have to work on, you can easily reward yourself with a good drink.
Went here before lunch time on a weekend and we were surprised to find the place almost full. We were lucky enough to get our own table though.
I got the Classic Bacon & Eggs while my sister went for the Pesto with Grilled Shrimp. Both tasted really good! I found the serving size though for my order to be a bit smaller than expected... or maybe it's just my appetite?
We also ordered Strawberry Basil Lemonade and no regrets here! The tangy and sweet tastes blended well. I preferred not using the paper straw though because it gets soggy when soaked too long in the drink.
If you're looking for a good brunch place without too much noise, this place is a good choice.

Another go to hangout place after classes aside from Draft. Place closes 12 midnight. I usually get the po boy sandwich for food and any americano based coffee to use my zomato 2+2 on drinks.
The ambiance was good and it was a nice place to relax or hangout with friends on an early morning. The food was great and the servings were big too, which was very nice. Coffee was spot on, staff were accommodating, my overall experience was great.
Tried the white fish omelette for the first time here, it was delicious and light. The water service is great and always a laid back place to have a quiet lunch.
When I first go here, I was intrigue by the name.The nuttela and Banana pancake is good. The nachos n wings are great as well as the truffle fries. For pasta i love the crab fat pasta. Try their roasted bone marrow and sausage platter when drinking with friends. The shrimp po boy is good too and the four cheese pizza. Goin here I remember the food in fishermenās wharf . Good place to unwind.

Single Originās Rockwell branch is packed even during off peak hours. I wonder if thereās really an off peak hour. Haha! Anyway, the place was so full, I had to share a table with a couple and a girl whoās working on her laptop. Good thing a table was freed up before my order arrived so I was able to transfer to a more spacious spot/table.
My friends arrived just in time when the seats beside me were freed up. We used Zomato Gold and share two dishes.

The dish includes bacon strips and a chocolate dip. The saltiness of the crispy bacon strips is a good match for the dark chocolate dip.

If I remember it correctly, their menu says that the wings are spicy. But they werenāt spicy at all. It was still delicious and not cloying.
Great place for really good coffee and Brunch. Wanted something light so ordered the Avocado Smoothie Bowl and that was refreshingly delicious. The Home Made Corned Beef Benedict is a sure winner with itās flavors. My Flat White is always on point as well.
The food is really good and the servers are very accommodating. The salmon with brown rice is a must if youre looking for a tasty and filling meal. Chicken and waffles are good too.
Went here during peak dinner hours and we were served quite well. Ordered Fried Chicken and Waffles and Monte Cristo Sandwich. Servings were good for sharing and they tasted superb!

This place's very cozy and a perfect hang out joint for friends! Tried their pasta and pizza, must say that the taste was awesome, presentation of the food was impressive. The've got some nice house beer's as well.. All in all a good place to spend your evenings, going back again soon!

Good that they are back on Zomato Gold (1+1 on food). We visited on a Saturday morning and it was full - also maybe the reason why it took a while to serve the food. We just ordered a pizza and the pesto pasta. Quite pricey but the food were delicious.

Single origin in rockwell has more communal tables (for sharing with other people). We went here for snacks and tried the nachos. The taste is good, especially the cheese and it has alot of toppings. I find it small serving though, maybe good for 1 hungry person or 2pax for appetizer. Got the banana waffle with ice cream also this one is great... for drinks we got the 24hour cold brew and the tropez green tea drink and both are ok. The ambience is nice here.
I love the ambiance of this place. Their drinks and food are good. I have a sweet tooth; thus, I really enjoyed their desserts such as the lava cake and the cheesecake.

Brunch food always wins my heart ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø my ultimate fav is their corned beef hash, so imagine getting another dish for free (strawberry french toast, which was hella good and had a generous amount of serving), made my meal extra special ā¤ļø
Ambiance is nice plus the food is very delicious. They had an event the time we visited and we enjoyed the drinks plus the music, this would be nice if they had this regularly
Love the jazzy atmosphere and the vintage interiors of the place! Servers are very friendly and attentive. They are very knowledgeable of the menu even though we had a lot of questions. The menu is quiet extensive so they were very helpful. Food is very scrumptious but had to put salt in my dish. If you love brunch and kinda light dishes, you'd definitely love it here! We tried the cappucino lava cake also and it was amazeballs! must try! will try their coffee next time! knocked down a star as I think the food can be improved. or maybe that's just the Filipino palate talking. š

Enjoyed my breakfast at Single Origin Rockwell. My only concern was that food items that had Brioche was not available because it lacked the required bread. Asked for alternative to it but servers were concerned that quality might not be at par when served according to its specifications. At least three items I wanted was not available. Settled for the Fish Omelette with salad and Bacon with Egg on Bun, instead. We enjoyed the big portions of it. It can be shared with a group or if you wish for a heftier portions, one can indulge. Asked for the bill but ended standing up and proceeding to the cashier for quicker turn around. Recommended dining if you're looking for a chill place in Rockwell.

Came here using my Zomato Gold 1+1 food !! Love their healthy food selection and their amazing choco lava cake must try!!!! The food are very simple, not bad and not too good. I would say I could make these in my own kitchen, nevertheless, I would still go here because of the ambiance, you can bring your laptop and work from here.
Single origin is the best place to be when youāre looking for good breakfast food. Theyāre open as early as 7am! I loved their Iced Cappuccino and Matcha Latte! Their staff was very accommodating and food quality was great. Kudos to Single Origin!
Mall has closed and weāre looking for a quick dinner for the hubby. I have already eaten. But since I had Zomato Gold, suggested Single Origin.
Hubby decided on the Single Origin Burger and I picker Salted Caramel French Toast (I intended to have as dessert). It took the server quite a few minutes before he said that the burger is no longer available ā which was a disappointment for the hungry hubby ā¹ļø. He settled for Breakfast Pizza and a Coke.
I enjoyed my French Toast but not so much the pizza. Not bad to think we got it 1+1. Service seems good except for the instance I mentioned earlier. (Would usually go here for coffee but pregnancy is restricting my intake.)
Food was great. We had the surf and turf pizza and it tasted amazing! We also had the truffle pasta which was great especially served with a perfectly poached egg, the dish needed a bit mkre salt tho so just add some. The service was a bit slow tho and the staff don't seem to notice us often. Great food tho.

I really like it here. Youāve got lots of food choices, whether youāre looking for all-day breakfast food or some sandwiches, thereās probably something to order. I enjoy their waffles and pancakes even for dinner.
Drink choices are also huge. Coffee, cocktails, beer, tea... whatever youāre feeling for the day or night!
Their choice of music at night is loud though for a restaurant that welcomes all age groups. I would suggest softer music so as to accommodate even the older adults in the family :)

Single origin has really good drinks and food. For drinks especially on my keto diet going on, I get their 18-hr cold press iced coffee, and for food their omelette. The picture below is the most recent food I ordered. With special request of no salt and no salad dressing. Thank God they follow instructions. Based on the two branches that I go to this and at greenbelt, servers are more attentive at Rockwell compared to GB3.
Single Origin is my go to place if I want a homey breakfast meal any time of the day. Their menu never fails! Special mention - their thick cut bacon. It has the right amount of fat and tender, lean meat. Definitely will go back and 10/10 will recommend.
The ambiance is good for a great catch-up session with your old mates or even a date with 'the one'.
Their staff seems friendly which is great.
Coffee is okay. I had their BLT salad and it's "lasang malinis" - don't get me wrong, it's perfect!
I would say this branch is better than their branch in BGC.

It was a bit hot (they had a problem with the A/C) but otherwise the food was surprisingly good! The boards and steak dishes werent included in the Gold promo but everything else we got (crab fat pasta, prosciutto salad, beef short ribs, pizza) were surprisingly good. ā I LOVE Singe Origin food. They may be known through good coffee, but their food selection is also quite delectable. My favorite lunch go-to: Breakfast sausage with red rice and kale OR salmon with red rice. The breakfast sausage has a hint of sweetness to it makes the dish balanced and flavorful.

Theyāre good with babies. My friend and I had coffee here with my 1 year old goddaughter and they provided a baby seat and all the quirks to entertain a child. For that, coffee taste is secondary. š

Pleasantly surprised by their chicken as I had zero expectations upon ordering it. It was juicy and flavorful all the way through. Tasted like it was brined first and then seasoned with cayenne pepper-garlic? The fries were kind of a let down as I could barely taste the truffle this time. The salad was a nice addition as it balanced out the whole dish.
Serving is good for two but can also be finished by one hungry person (heh). Would order again!

I enjoy my meal and my stay whenever I visit single origin. Usually, I stay here to read or hang out friends since the ambiance is amazing. :) I definitely recommend this place.
Itās a bit pricey but you will usually get your moneyās worth. I loveeee their chicken and waffles.
Ambiance is really nice,so cool and relaxing after a long day at work , a place you can just chill. The food is also okey mixed of american, with italian fusion, also you can order your food with wine. I would recommend this place to meet with friends, or a first time date would be impressive but be sure you have enough money for the two of you.Enjoy
My boyfriend and I got the Bleu Burger and Monte Cristo while availing the 1+1 food promo! Definitely worth it! Burger was cooked perfectly. The toast was a bit salty but still really good!
The salmon with red rice is new to the menu and each guest on our table ordered this. It was good. Would order this again.
We looooved the dessert! The lava cake is something I'll come back for. The burst of different textures and chocolate in your mouth was delightful! Personally, I think it is good for sharing for 2-5 people, depending on your sweet tooth.
For dessert, we also order Mango Caramel Grand Marnier and I kept getting a spoonful every so often. Another for sharing dessert, I think, unless you love fruits and sweets and could take the whole order!

Single Origin is always a great place to have brunch. Good lighting and great ambiance. They just lack freshly baked pastries. At 8:30am there was only 1 croissant in their pastry board. Anything from their menu is good and my favorites are their pancakes and waffles. I am trying out different things and this time I tried their avocado toast with arugula and shrimp on top. Its very good and has good seasoning. For dessert I had the mixed berry waffles to try something different. It was a good combination and just the right size for one person.

Never truly considered this place as a regular meal and dining experience before zomato gold. It is a great place to date, drink and even study if you manage to catch the seat with the lamp. The food is great and they provide excellent service. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. In a span of a few days we managed to find ourselves craving for the single origin experience every day.
Valrhona Mocha - 7.5/10
-You can really taste the chocolate but it wasn't really a stand out for me. Still worth a try though!
Orange infused cappuccino - 9/10
-This was REALLY good. The orange taste stood out without being overpowering. Very interesting drink and the presentation was really nice. We tried it hot but get iced if you want a refreshing coffee drink in the morning.
Salted caramel coffee drink thing forgot - 10/10
-This is SO GOOD!!! Get the iced, it has salt around the rim. The drink tasted even better over time and was not too sweet. This was my bf's favorite.
Vanilla latte - 8/10
-Good drink! But was ordinary compared to the salted caramel.
Fried chicken and fries - 10/10
-This was SO GOOD AGAIN! THE TRUFFLE FRIES ARE BOMB. The chicken was juicy and tasty even without any sauce. The plate is really good for sharing. Salad was great too.
S.O. french toast - 9/10
-The size of the toast really blew us away. Three cubes of brioche are huge. Wasn't too sweet (but we removed the whipped cream) and really filling.
Hot chocolate cheesecake - 5/10
-We were really sad and disappointed we thought it was everything we like but it wasn't the cheesecake we were expecting. The icing on top made it too sweet and the consistency did not feel like a cheesecake.
Beach fire margarita - 5/10
-Expected more for its price.
Four cheese pizza - 9/10
- SO GOOD! But it's a 9 for me for the size given the price. It's not good for sharing bitin. But it was really yummy!

I brought my teenager kids to Single Origin this weekend for the first time and the they liked the very distinct delicious taste of the dishes. The fusion of different cuisines was done excellently. Every dish was prepared with passion and elegance. Will definitely come back to enjoy the great food and ambiance.
Before movie, a friend and me induce some caffeine in us c/o zomato gold 2+2 on drink. We had Salted Caramel Latte; enjoyed the strong espresso taste and with a hint of salty sweet caramel. We also tried the 18-hrs Cold Process Iced Coffee; I didnāt find the coffee taste, a bit sour but mostly watery in taste.

Me and my friend decided to get a quick catch up over coffee and dessert, so we went to try Single Origin Rockwell. Place is Instagram worthy with polite staff. We ordered Creme Brulee (ā±200), Orange Infused Cappuccino (ā±185), and Cappuccino Lava Cake (ā±295). Creme Brulee was too sweet for me, however I like the fresh & bitter taste of the Orange Infused Cappuccino. It tasted weird at first sip but the favor blended perfectly with the sweetness of the Lava Cake. I suggest the lava cake to be plated, rather than in a cup, coz I really like to see the ooze flowing out. I noticed that they also have gender neutral washrooms. See you soon! š

Had a great time with friends at their Rockwell branch. We ordered their Salted Caramel Latte and their Hot Chocolate Valrhona. I liked the Salted Caramel Latte more, it really had a powerful unique taste every sip! As for someone who likes their drinks real hot, Iād suggest you ask them to make the drink extra hot!
Ambience was really great. The place had cozy casual interiors, making you want to stay there longer.
Canāt wait for my next visit!

I just discovered yesterday that Single Originās 2+2 on drinks using Zomato Gold has been changed to 1+1 food, so I quickly headed over to their Rockwell branch today (lucky for me my mom had things to do in Makati today).
I ordered their Avocado Smoothie Bowl for P350. As a huge fan of fruits, I really loved it! Its not something you usually find in a lot of restaurants so it was such a refreshing experience! Moreover, each bite was so special, it actually made me feel like good about what I was eating, making me proud of myself for having something healthy. Haha! Will try their other smoothie bowls on my next visit!
Zomato gold was worth it here! Waiters were really kind and attentive, drinks were good as usual, and perfect ambience for a chill friday night with friends!
As always, the food is delicious and they have great wine selections. Also, their cocktails are great! My cousin from SG loved the French Lavander cocktail. Itās a must-try!
