Every angle of this place is oh so picture perfect. It has the perfect ambiance to grab coffee and dessert, which I did. The cookie shot was interesting and the cake was yummy. A must try!
This is a nice cafe to begin with. Lots of vintage inspired ornaments and displays. Also the design of the place is a bit nice too. Staff are attending well to their customers.
Its a bit of a problem for those who will bring their car since they have a tiny parking space in front.
Still its a good place to chill / review / hangout.
I, myself, am not a fan of vintage-themed spaces but i found this little cafe in the south to be quite charming.
Without anything to soften the elements of brick, wood and steel aside from the throw pillows on one of their wooden benches, i was quite surprised with the comfiness of this place. What caught my attention though was the window on one side of the room because it had its panes lined with stained liquor bottles which doubled as a sun shade - a rather innovative idea, i think. However, the ambiance would've been perfect if the a/c had been turned on.
Service was a bit slow but i can say that the food was worth the wait. They had generous servings at reasonable prices. The quesadillas and herbal slushie are must-trys.
We ordered some turon to go. They were placed inside a kraft box lined with wax paper. The sugar coating of the turon stuck to the paper. A microwavable plastic box wouldve been a better alternative.
Overall, our dining experience was a pleasant one. Will certainly come back.
There is a big picture of a woman as you enter the resto. I'm not sure if that is Alezon, but is sure makes you want to discover it more. As we enter, aircon is off, it's a bit hot, no customer the waiter said that's why they turned it off.
The ambiance is a peek in the past, the old phones the big cups even the chairs.
The food is great, a bit pricy, but it is worth it. We ordered Alige rice, pizza, and paella. No bad comments on the food. They should open a bigger place somewhere where it is more accessible. This can be a big boom.
Although pricey, the food was delicious! Not a fan of their Cappucino drink though; it tasted like 3 in 1 coffee. Hoping that the café would expand since their place is quite small. Will return again to try the other drinks.
Been here thrice in a row! Ambience was so perfect! Food and drinks was awesome' servers are very friendly and approachable! Must visit place!
I really enjoyed dining here at cafe alezon especially that we were the only customers. We enjoyed taking pictures inside because the interior design is pretty amazing. I love the beat big mug!
As we go over the menu first thing I ordered is the cookie shot milk because I was really curious about it but then nothing really special with the taste. But the food is really worth the price! The all meat PIZZA is now my newest favorite! I love it. Their quesadilla is also a must try.
Staffs were pleasant and welcoming. I will be back for more pizza!
Perfect café to chill, Instagram worthy interiors, and good food. 🙌🏻 This hidden spot along Tropical ave will surely give you a glimpse of vintage era ☎️ Gotta try their cookie shots for 50 bucks! ☕️
New found love! This place is near my son's school..so while waiting for him, my husband and i decided to look for a new hangout place. I've been eyeing this place for a while now because of its unique decors and steampunk-ish kind of vibe. Everything here is eye candy..the place is really cozy and relaxing. The server is friendly and accomodating too.
We ordered their big burrito, which is good for sharing. The burrito i must say is really bursting with flavor, the rice is seasoned just right and the proportion of the beef(which is very tender btw) and veggies is just perfect. The salsa on the side was also good. It was surprising that we had food this good this early since the place just opened at 10am and we were the only ones there. So kudos for the excellent execution of the food service!
We also loved the cookie shot which was not too sweet, the cookie's texture was just right and the milk also complemented its flavor. Overall, it was a really nice place, unforgettable food and highly recommended! Will not be disappointed with the food! Looking forward to try more of their dishes..made our brunch date really special! ❤
The ambiance and theme of this cafe is wonderful. I love how I can get a glimpse of what the renaissance era looked like. The place was very comfy and relaxing! 😊

I always pass by Cafe Alezon and ignore it until one day, i decided to have my alone time in the cafe. The ambiance is very cozy. I loved their turkish coffee! Pasta is a little overpriced for it's amount. Huge plate but tiny serving :( but if still definitely come back for their pizza!
After some hefty lunch, my friends and I decided to try Cafe Alezon's smore's pizza and true enough we were satisfied. It truly lived to our expectation of a delicious dessert. We weren't able to finish it since it was big enough for a group of 4-8 people. The rustic ambiance will surely captivate people.
Laid back and just relax restaurant. Pizza thin crust meat lovers and cheese cakes are a thumbs up! Turkish coffee is good and so is the daily special. This is one of BF Homes hidden gems, owners are very friendly! If your not rushing and just relaxing this is the place you would want to eat in and have dessert.
Right after dinner somewhere in BF, we made a beeline to Cafe Alezon because I've been dying to get my hands on a demitasse of Turkish coffee (no thanks to a friend who had posted a pic earlier in the week). By the time we got there, there were only 2 other groups left and the kitchen was closed. Good thing I had called in ahead and checked whether we could still swing by for coffee and dessert.
I ordered my Turkish coffee and my friend ordered 2 cookie shots.
My friend ordered 1 cookie shot with milk, and the other with Kahlúa (because they ran out of Bailey's which is the apparent crowd favorite), but she ended up having it half n half (mixed the milk with the liqueur for both shots). I like the cookies here better because they are thick enough to hold the liquid in and thin enough for you to be able to nibble around the edges without breaking a sweat.
I absolutely loved my coffee! The very dainty footed demitasse belied its full flavor and the depth added to it by the cardamom. Nursed it until I reached the "mud" at the bottom.
Went here for dessert. Loved the cookie shots and their dulce cheesecake. The place feels very cozy and gives you this at-home feeling. Would love to come back to try out their pizza and pasta. :)
The slice is very good for a classic Margherita pizza. A good amount of cheese, not too greasy, a fair amount of saltiness, and topped with the delectable amount of basil, a medium minus thin crust. Will definitely go back to try out the entire menu. The ambience is really cozy.
What is not to love in this place? With its European-inspired interiors, intimate atmosphere, fantastic comfort food, and great service, you are in the right position my friend. It was my first time here a few weeks ago and my boyfriend and I had such a terrific time together. The food was just... uhmmm... insanely good. We had all-meat pizza, quesadillas, cookie shot, s'mores tortilla, and dulce de leche cake. Grabe, you could really taste and distinguish the quality of their food. The ingredients in their dishes were very fresh. Their recipes were well-thought of. It's mind-blowing. We also happened to meet the owners (Anna and Venjoy) who appeared to be extremely nice and welcoming. Uh-huh, I'm coming back here.
Ambiance. Brick, iron and wood.
These are the elements that brought Cafe Alezon to life and the owner Venjoy Alegre's keen eye for design, his unique visions and humbling personality makes Cafe Alezon an interesting place to hang out.
Bare-naked cement walls, exposed ornate metal awnings, huge print of Frida Kahlo's photo, re-purposed rusty metal roof and Alezon marquee are just some of the pieces that would welcome you. The design may not be for everybody but the melding of the different elements worked so well, it's like your breathing in vintage love if you're here.
Food.
Their menu is probably one of the simplest I've seen from all of the restos I've been to, but I'm saying it in a good way. Simple as it is, it has all the comforting food you'd ever need for a filling snack or heavy meal. The menu is a mix of Italian and Mexican cuisine. You can choose from a variety of pastas, pizzas, Mexican staples, rice meals, beverages and of course some sweets.
Bhogs and I started of our meal with a refreshing glass of mango shake and cilantro shake. You might have probably noticed the tile-topped table, I've been mentioning. See how vibrant yet vintage-y they are and how the eclectic ensemble contrast the refurbished wood? All the elements really tie up so well, including the use of mason ball jars to carry the beverages.
We also had Nachos y Salsa. There's nothing too fancy with this one but just knowing that everything were made from scratch is just the niftiest thing to do when you are in the food business.
My leverage for a good restaurant serving a good pasta is a basic pomodoro sauce in pasta or the pesto. I was taken aback when I saw whole pine nuts on the Pesto pasta plate. I make pesto at home a lot of times, but I make sure the pine nuts are well grounded to the pesto mix and making sure it adheres to all of the ingredients. So basically, you don't really get to appreciate the nuts, plus the fact that it's expensive, so it really came a surprise to us seeing a lot of these nuts on the pesto. It added to the crunch and texture of the whole dish. And yey to the parmesan generously dredged all over the plate. It's really a bang in your buck for P250.
The well-seasoned pasta dish isn't oily but the pesto clung to the pasta so much that both complemented each other perfectly in every mouthful. The herby taste in not the "in your face" pesto, it has a rather milder version of the pesto sauce I'm accustomed to, I reckon it's not purely basil, though I'm pretty sure kids would love them as much as the adults have.
Let me reiterate that choosing from the menu is the easiest way to do here, All pasta cost P250, and all the pizzas at P500, all you need to do is go with your instinct or do the "mini-miney-mo" way of choosing. Since we asked for a rice meal, I chose Margherita as our pizza.
Even the pizza seemed to resemble a work of art in symmetry and flavor. At first the couple owner deliberated whether to make a crusty edges that are without toppings, however the guy won and had it his way, equally topped right to the very edge, thus nothing went to waste.
It's thin crust can be likened to Shakey's only Alezon's is better and not too salty like the latter.
The cafe's best-seller is the Tamarind Chicken. I have to admit I was drawn to it when I saw it in the menu under the Rice Meal category. The plate is a familiar scene of rice, viand and salad. The chicken was fried after being soaked in a tamarind marinade and served with atsara and a bowl of rice. The chicken had that balance of tangy and sweet glazed over it, and the play with slightly crisp on the outside and tender inside is something Bhogs might have imagined me cooking it at my kitchen.
Also under the rice meal list is the Paella. Even for a rice-aversed person, this would be a delight. My top Paella would be from Galli Village Cafe which I have had long enough at the verge of forgetting about it. Enter Alezon's. Though this could be my congenial compensation on days of terrible traffic at the Albang-Zapote Rd.
It took us a while to dig in, cautious of ruining such a beautiful dish of spiced rice, meat, fresh seafood and veggies. The savory and wholesome rice dish can equally trump upscale Paelle serving restos.
After devouring a fete, it's time for dessert and more conversing. Anna Marie Alegre was so gracious enough to serve us while telling us stories of how the cafe evolved and how nearby restos would buy off their tortilla recipe.
She was so kind enough to have us try samples of their dessert offerings. And when the tray loaded up with delectable sweet comfort came to our beautiful table, we were all ready to sing a paean. My heart skipped a beat and whispered Hallelujah.
Surprises come in many unwrapped gifts, like this Smores Tortilla. Who would have thought that you can make a dessert out tortilla. Genuis! Evenly coated with melted marshmallow and topped with nuts, white chocolate chips and chocolate syrup mizzled - making this place truly a kid-friendly place.
Cookie shots anyone? I'm sure you won't say no! Perfectly molded cookies from shot glasses, crusted with a thin layer of chocolate inside can be anyone's reward or consolation. Served with fresh milk, though the experience can be elevated by having a warm milk poured on the cookie shots.
The not-so densely creamy cheesecake with its equally appealing choco-cookie crust is smudged with more chocolatey goodness. It has that precise harmony between the sweet and tart. I hope they could serve a fruity variant of this next time.
Cafe Alezon is one of those diamonds in the rough, a wonderful gem that almost a few have noticed in BF Homes. It's high time to veer away from the crawling place that is Aguirre St. and go up farther to BF International which is in Las Pinas.
Do follow them in Facebook and Instagram to see updates and more info.
Service.
Service was impeccable. the owners who are very welcoming, also are hands on, as they would be the one to serve you.
One of the better reato in Bf Home.
Sure shot orders:
Thai rice - a must
Dulce cheese cake - also a must.
Others dishes are ok to like the all meat pizza or there burritos. The only problem with there burritos is that it lacks filling.
There halo halo has improve a lot. Worth trying it out.
The ambiance is very cozy and eclectic.
Price is reasonable.
Owners are a lovely couple.
Try to strike a conversation with them, you will not regret it.
I would rate the resto a 7.8 to 8 / 10
I recommend this Resto.

Super cozy place. Small and intimate, perfect for small celebrations and random dinner dates... The pizza margerita is awesome and i love that they use mason jars as their glass... The pesto pasta tastes good, and the serving size is reasonable as well. The place is not so crowded though sometimes it takes a while to serve your order but simply because they are cooked upon order... If you want a heavy meal, try their burritos as well! Filling!!!
Of all that we ordered, we liked the pepperoni pizza the most. The crust was nice and thin, and oftentimes crunchy in some parts. I like it this way. The cheese topping was plentiful and it was a good 14" x 14" size.
The rest of the orders were quite OK -- the open faced chicken tacos, the quesadillas, and the watermelon shake. We didn't enjoy the sardine pasta too much (which by the way, had a strand of hair in it). It seemed ordinary. The owner quickly did a good service recovery by offering us his caramel cheesecake on the house.
It's a cool place to hang. Interiors are artistically done in good taste, and the owner is very friendly. Note that the servings are generous and good to share. Prices are reasonable.
Cozy place. A nice place you can chill. Recommend to bring your friends along or special someone. A place to talk and unwind. Food is awesome. Price is right. Will be back here to "chill" and relax.
First of all, I would like to commend a Kuya (employee) who carried me inside the cafe and outside when we're about to leave. My wheelchair coudn't not fit the doorway you see and the only way I could get in is if someone carried me (and I am very heavy!). So I am very impressed by the kind of accommodation I received.
Me and Andi had Crispy Pork Belly, Choco Frappe and Cookie shots!
All in all costs our meal 700-800peso! It was worth it, the crispy pork belly and choco frappe was good and the cookie shots were fun to eat!
Awesome place. Once inside, you'll feel like your inside a san francisco cafe joint. The best burrito and gourmet pizza in town. You guys should check this place out
Met up with a friend here and we were pleasantly surprised of how cozy this place felt. We really liked the design and decor and the staff was very welcoming. My friend ordered cookie shots while I had a frappe. Their drinks are definitely their strength because their food can definitely still be improved. I have yet to taste all of what is on their menu but I hope when I come back it'll be worth munching on.
