We availed their season 2 promo which is basically unli. I don't even know where to start!!!! This place is so good! We were running late for our reservation but they are kind enough to adjust our reservation time. The people there are helpful and would check on you if you're having a good time. Complete fine dining experience! Other than the service, the ambiance and temperature (yes!! Temperature) was so good and just right. We really had a good time and was still talking about the experience hours after we ate. And the highlight of the day was the food of course! The sides especially the mashed potato was heavenly I turned a blind eye on my low carb diet that day haha. Since we got the unli we tried everything except for the pork chop since we're really full from everything :( hope to be back here again! We definitely enjoyed our Valentine's weekend here. Thank you Butcher and Sons! Shoutout to The Dear Chubby as well for recommending this place!
The most premium steak I ever tasted yet here in the South.
I am one of the few lucky people that has able to experience a four-course meal (if I'm correct) and that is from their Unlimited Steak & Seafood Menu which is priced at P1288/pax (SC excluded) and yes, it's perfect if you're planning to bring your date into somewhere fancy but you can enjoy the best of both worlds!
From the meats to the seafood, here's what's included in the unlimited menu:
(P.S. Please bear with me with the terms since it really is my first time dining at this kind of fine-dining restaurant HAHAHA but I review based on the quality of food)
Freshly from the sea, first, you'll be served with a platter of exquisite shells (hokkaido scallops, shrimp in jellified consomme, japanese oysters, and marinara mussels), and a platter of heavenly fish (tuna belly, salmon in two ways, roasted blue marlin, and lapu-lapu).
My fave among the shells would be the scallops, it's just so tender and creamy. The consomme as I know is really a soup, but they made it a cold appetizer and added shrimp in it, which tasted weird at first but you'll realize it's frozen soup. Sadly, the oysters were unavailable that day, while the mussels will remind you of something. In line with this, for the fish, my fave would be the salmon. I don't eat salmon that much (since it's a bit pricey), that's why I appreciated every bit of it when I tasted it and never want to try the other fish after that. (haha jk) and so, moving on.. The blue marlin and tuna belly are also delectable, while the lapu-lapu is so-so for me.
As for the pasta and risotto, they'll serve you spaghetti with meatballs and risotto aux fruits de mer. If you're into italian style spaghetti, then you'll surely like it-- especially the risotto!
And now for the star of the day, coming from the Butcher's Choice-- is the Surf & Turf, which has Iberian Pork Belly, Angus Striploin, Angus Rib-eye and Iberian Pork Chop. All of them were a feast to my eyes and tongue, and the one that really won me over was their USDA Grass-fed Angus Rib-eye. So tender, and I can't even remember the last time I had medium-rare steak!
They also have a buffet table set-up with some sides of your choice, and you can also make your own salad, the way you like it. The unlimited promo lasts for 2 hours, and surely that's enough time for you and your partner to enjoy this remarkable experience at Butcher & Sons.
Me and my boo went here to try their unli steak and seafood. The service was great, their waiters are courteous and polite... food was great... from the soup, bread, salad, seafood and steak! Definitely worth the price. I wish they would extend their promo...
Yes, you read it right! Butchers & Sons Steakhouse’s UNLIMITED PROMO is BACK! Serving you their premium steak and seafood for as low as P1288 (Lunch) – P1488 (Dinner)!
My boyfriend and I went here for our annual year end date and Butcher and Sons made everything extra special!
Out steaks were perfect (we had tenderloin and
Impeccable service! Steak was perfectly cooked and rested. Best truffle risotto I’ve had.
It was great having Bong our waiter to served us. He completed our dinner night. He is an asset to your company! Thumbs up! Food and service SUPERB! Thanks to Bhong!
The Staff are so friendly here! The server who served us our food was so nice and approaching. We felt comfortable with their service and their kindness also. The food is also delicious and the deserts are delightful. Pricey, but worth the price.
Great food and service! Super recommended!
We rarely go to the south, but we went here for a special occasion. We availed their all you can eat promo. Food is great! The portion is also "not matipid". Service is great. I'm waiting for another time to try their unlimited lobster promo!
Go for the Unlimited Steak and Seafoods (for 2 hours) they offer, it's so worth it! Better if you're with a big group, because they have rules that you can only order a certain number of dishes at a time, and the bigger your group is, the more you can order. The servings are huge anyway, so you can try more things at once with a bigger group. The steaks we got were cooked perfectly, the seafoods are fresh, and the side dishes buffet are all good, too.
Days before my birthday, I learned about Butcher and Sons’ unlimited steak and lobster promo. What made this promo even better was that we were given the chance to experience it first hand as the restaurant partnered with Zomato for a contest on social media. The winner gets gift certificates for 2 to experience their newest deal.
Butcher & Sons just launched its UNLIMITED STEAKS , LOBSTERS, SEAFOOD & MORE at P1988+ and it was simply grand.
Together with some select foodies, we hied off to Evia Lifestyle Center in Daang Hari in the South to test the limits of this latest exciting promo ....

Just last week, I was here in Evia & savoured some Japanese Teppanyaki at Teppanya. So I'm back here again but not for Teppanya. I'm here to feast on Butcher and Son's Unlimited Steak, Lobster and Seafood promo.

If you’re wondering how much it will cost to have all your favorite, fine dishes all at once and have it as much as you could, Butcher and Sons have an answer for you. It’s just Php 1,988!
Just a while ago I had a gastronomic adventure I’ll remember for a very long time. Butcher and Sons invited me to feast on fresh and imported seafood plus high-grade steaks in one sitting.
Our media team kicked it off with a myriad of the finest seafood available. We had Live Oysters, Mud Crab Thermidor, Grilled Japanese Scallops, Grilled Prawns on Skewer, Prawns Gambas Al Ajillo and Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Grainy Mustard. These alone were more than enough for lunch, right?
Next was the much anticipated, Butcher’s Choice category. On this stage, we had four kinds of meat, and the Surf & Turf was the main headline. It’s a mind-blowing, Brazilian Tenderloin plate paired with Rock Lobster Tail.
I was up already to my neck in food when more pieces arrived. These were thinly cut, medium cooked, Ribeye Bone-in Steak 100% Angus; Grilled Iberico Spanish Pork Secreto Cut and Smoked Chicken marinated with lemon and paprika.
If these were not enough to make you feel like a King or Queen, Butcher & Sons also throw in a vast salad bar, two kinds of soup and your carb match of choice.
So when is the next occasion worth celebrating? I highly recommend this restaurant to you. Butcher & Sons sits at the front entrance of Evia Center Mall.
One of the best steaks! 5 stars! Great food and great dining experience!
You get free buffet salad, soup and side dishes when you order their main course. The steak was so good! Meat was tender with the right amount of marbling! Love the applewood smoky flavor! No sauce needed. Will dine in again!😊
If you’re thinking of going to a hotel to eat buffet style, think again, you might want to go to this place instead. Service is 5-star, best steak I’ve had so far. Pricey but worth it.
Really good. I'd say this is good value for money. Even the cheapest steak available is cooked really well.
We got the 150g of Brazilian Tenderloin. This looked small at first but it is quite filling. Tasty, soft and cooked to perfection.
This is sulit specially with Zomato Gold. For zomato gold the buffet side dishes aren't included but you can avail of it for additional P400. You can pick any of the dishes for the Zomato Gold perk, meaning all steaks! (Almost all, those that are for sharing is not included, as usual with Gold)
The side dishes are really good. Specially the truffle mashed potatoes, baked potato and pasta and mixed vegetables.
Service is really good. Waiters are attentive and very friendly.
Overall it's a great dining experience.
Great food! Really satisfying lunch! Ordered steak and salmon. Reasonable price as well. They also have buffet lunch and dinner. Would have been nice to try the risotto but not avilable.
Went here for Valentine’s Day and the 1+1 deal made the experience super sulit. The waiters are very friendly, too, suggesting the perfect drinks for our orders and personalities. They even threw in free side dishes from the buffet (though you can avail of everything at the buffet for an extra 400 pesos). 10 out of 10 would go back!
This restaurant is such a gem. With the level of service and quality of food that they serve, you wouldn’t think they’d be needing channels such as Eatigo and Zomato Gold (sure as hell, not complaining though!). It was such a treat to be able to go here under a good discount of 50% off our bill through my Eatigo app and enjoy such experience.
We went here just tonight and we were greeted with a warm welcome by their staff accompanied by a live piano played by a bubbly lady across the restaurant. The interiors are amazing and would be perfect for dates or any intimate meet-ups and celebrations.
When we were seated, we ordered the mains that came along with an access to a “sides-buffet”. It was simple and small but is great in selection—it comes with a salad bar with great choices of dressing (loved the Gorgonzola one!), two choices of soups (Pumpkin Soup and Clam Chowder which were both realllyyy good!) vegetables (loved the grilled eggplants), some heavy sides (potato gratin, seafood paella, mashed potato, baked potato etc) which all tastes great! Basically all the best appetizers and sides to one’s main course just made unlimited.
The staff are also very courteous and are very professional when attending to ones concern and needs as well. They are attentive to the point of everything you might need gets attended to even before you even ask. I wasn’t able to catch all of their names but I was really fascinated on how they serve and treats their guests. Simply one of the best customer service in a restaurant ever.
Overall, our experience is an unforgettable one. Maybe because we didn’t expect too much? I’m not really sure. But what I am sure of is that Butcher & Sons is definitely our new favorite and we will be coming back for more.
Steak was tender and well-seasoned. Loved the 2 kinds of gravy served. The buffet of appetizers were great esp the aligot. My son is a very picky eater but he loved the pollo ala griglia. Though we had to wait longer than expected for the desserts, their superb service made up for it.
One of the easiest 5 star ratings to give. Amazing presentation. The best service. Really delicious food. Pasta was made fresh and cooked al dente. Steaks were perfect. Dessert was just the right sweetness.
Great experience!! Wait staff were attentive and quick to anticipate needs! Solid deal 1+1 on ala carte rib eye steak using Zomato Gold. Cook on our medium/medium rare steaks was spot on with excellent sear. Very nice and hot off the pot steak sauce. Was served 2, unfortunately the other one had a burnt flavor-- it had bitter burnt bits of something, unfortunately didnt bother to figure out if it was the truffle or rosemary one .Stuffed potato side was awesome, but the gratin ones had a weak runny white sauce. Veggies were very fresh! Lol sorry only have a finished photo.
It can be intimidating because of the pricing and the overall mood - something that seems out of place in a mall in the middle of Daang Hari, but there are only two things you really should consider about this place and any other steakhouse anywhere: quality and quality.
The beef was tender and it had more grades than I had all high school. They were also excellently seasoned and adequately rested. A no-BS steakhouse.
Excellent service. Very good steak. Nice concept of an unlimited salad bar, sides and soup. Will revisit in the future. Nice to see the South has a fancier alternative for special occasions.
Salivating for Steak? I must say that Butcher and Son is one of the gems in South Area, situated at Evia Lifestyle Center, Daang Hari Road, Alabang. I’ve been to Evia for a couple of times. Transportation is not an issue if you want to visit this place. Well, the easiest mode of transportation is via Grab from Alabang or you may choose to ride a Van Service from Alabang Town Center going straight to Evia for just P40.00.
Butcher and Sons exceeded my expectation especially its interior and design. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I feel like I’m in the five star hotel. I heard so many good things about Butcher and Son that’s why I’m eager try their dishes.
First, they served bread and dips plus soup. For the dips, you choose from tomato chill, liver Pate and Eggplant Caviar. Bread and Liver Pate is my favorite pairing. Also, the Beef Consommé’ which is a perfect soup to start our night. We were stunned because we thought that it was our appetizers. We were all wrong
☺.
Part of the list is the Vegetarian Appetizer, Scallops, Foie Gras and Cheese Platter. Top of my choice is the Vegetarian Appetizer, which made of fresh broccoli, tomatoes, quinoa and tasty caviar. As well as the Foie Gras, it melts in my mouth.
We were also lucky to try their seafood such as The Beach, which made of scorched seabass with lemon butter sauce. Salmon is everything for me. I was able to grabbed the pan seared Scandinavian Salmon with chowder sauce and Grilled Salmon with Green Tea Puree which both looks delish. Aside from seabass and salmon, they also served fresh river prawns (half cooked) and lobster tail topped with lemon filled breadcrumbs. Presentation wise perfect! Love the plating.
For the Pasta, top of my choice is the Spaghetti Bolognese made of authentic meat and tasty sauce, which made from scratch. They also have Classic Linguini Frutto Del Mare packed of fresh seafood. Black Truffle Risotto for only P995.00 is a must try.
For the main course, who can resist with the Txogitxu Rib Eye? Enjoy this Smokey steak sprinkled with Himalayan salt for only P5, 488/1kg good for 4 pax. OMG! I also enjoyed the Wagyu Sirloin A5, the taste is so heaven and flavorful. I can finish it for 5 minutes ☺. According to Chef, this Wagyu is the highest quality of Japanese Beef. St. Helen’s Rib-eye (P3, 988/700g), 1824 AACO Rib-eye (P, 588/340g), St. Helen’s Porter House ( P3,688/800g) – all these are impeccably seasoned. Zenith Rack of Lamb is also part of the main course. I love its tenderness, juiciness and the way on how they serve it! You may also try Silkroad Fillet de Porc – pork loin wrapped with bacon (P395) and Roulade de Poulet - chicken breast filled with goat cheese, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. (P495).
Lastly, we were able to experience their desserts. Oopsie! I Dropped the Lemon Tart (P245), the plating and its name looks intriguing and enticing. De Constructed Tiramisu (P295) and My Son’s Panna Cotta (P245).
Overall, my dining experience was over the top. I can’t really express my gratification with the service. It was perfect and I’m hoping they maintain the high quality service.
Butcher and Sons is a gold mine of exquisite and delish European flavors. The genius behind the menu, Chef Fernando, coupled his years of expertise in traditional cooking methods with molecular gastronomy to create some of the finest dishes in the southern metro.
We had a feast that started with some assortment of bread and spreads, seafood chowder, and a broad range of appetizers. There were scallops, a platter of cheese, the Vegetarian Appetizer which I found to be delightfully filling, and some Foie Gras that I greatly enjoyed because of its rich flavor and velvety texture.
Next, we were served fresh and delicately prepared seafood. We had The Beach, some fresh river prawns, lobster tail, along with a plate of Scandinavian Salmon, and Grilled Salmon with Green Pea Puree.
As we worked our way up, I realized how lovingly detailed all the food were. Everything was prepared in a way that engages your senses and ensures your complete satisfaction. It leads to a point that you would have nothing but praise for the food afterward.
I tried to avoid the pasta and risotto, but the Farfalle with Asparagus and Salmon Cream Sauce was way too addictive. It had a light creamy flavor that will keep you going for it. The Black Truffle Risotto has this unforgettably sophisticated taste. Both were just too divine.
Then came the parade of premium meats that were all cooked, smoked, and seasoned to perfection. If you’re looking for a strong and bold (but not overly gamey) flavor, better request for their Rack of Lamb or any of their Txogitxu steaks. That beef comes from fat, domesticated old cows that originate from the Basque region of Spain and has become highly popular in Europe in the past decade.
Of course, the A5 Wagyu Sirloin is a no-brainer choice. This melt in your mouth meat coats your palate with its savory richness. It has a light remarkable taste that will bring your taste buds to a new world of flavor.
For their desserts, I can never get enough of My Son’s Panna Cotta. It’s a light but tangy playful dessert that any kid (or kid at heart) will love, with the mango sphere looking like an egg yolk. Oopsie, I Dropped The Lemon Tart is also extremely delicious. It’s one of those desserts that I would want to eat if I’m having a bad day.
From the ambiance down to the service, the experience altogether felt premium. The brilliance of Chef Fernando and the dedication of his team to provide first-class dining experience reflected on each plate served.
11/10 would recommend and visit again.
Hello South people! Have you already tried the Butcher and Sons Steakhouse+Bar in Evia? If not I guess it’s time to save up some of your Christmas bonus and indulge yourself with their steaks and other dishes. You may also bring your wife or family here for that steak night out with a glass of wine on the side.
As a frequent mall-goer of Evia Lifestyle Center we’ve been eyeing to dine out at Butcher & Sons since it opened few months ago. I’ve been hearing a lot of positive feedback about the said steakhouse that’s why I am so excited to try it out. I must admit that you should prepare more than enough budget in dining at Butcher & Sons I’m sure after trying out their dishes it will be all worth your money.
Evia Lifestyle Center could be that far in the south but it was absolutely amazing wandering around the picturesque mall. Though we were there at noon, I wish I could have stayed until night time to see the fascinating lights nevertheless, I am definitely coming back this Christmas season to enjoy the view and try some unfamiliar restos out there.
We had our lunch at Butcher and Sons Steakhouse and oh boy, it was indeed a remarkable one. The ambience and interiors looked quaint and classy yet the dim lights made it cozy and a little but romantic. They have numerous seats and function rooms upstairs for private occasions. A few seats also available al fresco and you can also view the open kitchen.
We had bread, soup and salad for starters. The Seafood Chowder contained imported mussels, squids, potato and carrots. It was rich and creamy. As for the French Italian Salad, it had a beautifully seared Tuna as protein. The crisp greens such as romaine, arugula and basil, mixed with walnuts, tomatoes, olives, and potatoes topped with reduced balsamic vinaigrette is just refreshing. Mushroom Risotto was also served and the truffle aroma was alluring - thumbs up for the flavor.
The main course includes a Grilled Salmon served skin side down on a bed of creamy green pea puree and Loup de Mer Au Beurre Blanc which is a pan seared sea bass cooked with fresh rosemary and thyme served skin side up on a bed of light beurre blanc sauce - a sauce made with butter, onions and lemon juice. It was actually seafood all the way since we also had Lobster Tails at the middle of the course. The lobsters were lightly seared, topped with a lemon infused bread crumbs, plated with vanilla lobster bisque and topped with lemon air. Take note these were Maine lobsters which is the sweetest and most flavorful lobster on earth. The seafood galore was just on point, peculiarly elegant and delicious.
The Txogitxu steak is up next. The meat were sourced from Spain on a grass fed cattle between 10-12years old. Take note that the meat were not supposed to be as tender but the cooking preparation performs the magic to create a wonderfully cooked Steak. It was topped with truffle gravy and sprinkled with pink salt to add flavor. The meat itself is flavorful, succulent with that smoked aroma. To complement the steak were the foie gras on the side that melts in your mouth - truly magnificent overall.
To cap it off, we had two of their fine desserts, lava chocolate mixed with pistachio ice cream and passion fruit cheesecake. These were nicely plated and the sweetness and a bit of acidity are good palate cleanser.
Overall, impressive and noteworthy. Not to mention the service provided by the staff, they were all professional and you'd really have a fine dining experience.
Butcher and Sons is one of those great Southern Metro discoveries worth sharing! Located at the sunny district of Las Piñas along the long stretch of Daang Hari among the prime properties of Vista Land and Ayala Land, easily accessible via the MCX-SLEX or through Daang Hari if coming from Alabang Zapote Road. They have a beautifully dark and sophisticated dining area. Conversations kept to a minimum because of very good acoustics, also helps that tables are spaced appropriately to keep one's privacy, helps with those intimate dinner date or serious business transactions from the privy eyes of neighboring diners. They also have a large private dining areas on the second floor, which can be had for a minimum purchase transaction.
We had a big spread of appetizers, seafood, steaks, pastas and dessert. First was a serving of Vegetable Appetizer - a refreshingly light quinoa starter.
Second appetizer was a pair of foie gras, buttery soft and extremely rich. A stark contrast from the fresh quinoa. The foie gras was perhaps the dish that showcased what was ahead of us, a feast of good, thoughtful dishes made with love and care. The cheese platter was good for sharing, different cheeses carefully chosen for its textures and origin. Paired with cracker, the added shaving of black truffle was a welcome surprise.
For the seafood dishes, we had 'The Beach' a playful plate, of fish and shellfish. The added foam gave the illusion of a seaside breakwater full of life. Very interesting plating done. The River Prawns served fresh, was a little to briny for my taste though.
For the Pasta dishes, i enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese because of the sauce and authentic use of Bolognese on the dish. The Linguini Fruto del Mare was another dish worth of its praise. The noodles was al dente and the seafood was perfectly cooked.
The next set of dishes was the steaks, each steak carefully selected based on Weight, Grade, BMS, Flavor, Breed, Diet, Origin and Age. This classification alone on the menu gave the impression that they take their steaks seriously and lay it down to its bare for the customer to easily understand and give them a choice which would best suit their preference. Each order comes with unlimited refills of side dishes on the buffet table which gave it more value for money. I thoroughly enjoyed the Txogitxu and the 1824 Rib Eye Steaks, the softness and flavor are extraordinary.
Apart from the steaks, one must not miss the Black Truffle Rissotto. Perfectly seasoned arborio rice with shaved black truffles (shaved table side which added to the flair and indulgence of the dish). The cheese was in perfect unison. Simply a must!
The assortment of desserts are not to be missed, a perfect ending to a great meal. Watch out for the use of molecular gastronomy techniques in their desserts, which added to the fun of the meal enders. Overall, Butcher and Sons is money well spent on quality ingredients, top notch service, sophisticated ambiance and over all dining experience. Recommended.
This is my first time to try Butcher&Sons, and all I can say is almost all the food served to us are superb! My personal favorite would be the Txugitxu Steak, Wagyu Sirloin A5, Lamb Chops and River Prawns. The Scallops, Foie Gras, Black Truffle Risotto also tops their menu. Reason behind their great menu is their chef, Fernando Nuwan, who is very passionate with his work.
Other dishes to try and I recommend are:
The Beach
Cheese Platter
All of their Steak line up.
Butcher and Sons defines dining at its finest.
This is not only because the place exudes a classy vibe from the well chosen tables and chairs and table settings, plus the well placed low lightings that contributed to the understated elegance of the restaurant, but the waitstaff are professional through and through. They are unobtrusive yet ready to assist, they speak in a well modulated tone, that even if you have diners sitting right next to your table, they still accord you with privacy, and they are well versed with their product. They are just lovely. In fact, while I was taking some photos, Melody was so nice to walk me through the Butcher’s Feast of Side Dishes.
The menu is quite extensive in choices, steak-wise. To put it concisely, it’s classified according to weight, Grade, BMS, Flavor, Breed, Diet, Age, Origin, and Price. Because my friend and I were novices with such important and impressive details, Melody and Apple came to our rescue. After a short discussion, airing our preferences, we ended up with a 700 g of St. Helene’s Rib Eye with the Butcher’s Feast of Side Dishes.
We thought 700g was not enough, given our love for steak, and it was grilled perfectly on point, Chef definitely mastered his craft amazingly. It was delightfully soft that it melted in my mouth (if that was even possible), it was well seasoned that I didn’t have to use the sauce, except Tabasco. It was so good that it was just enough for the two of us. You see, they have this elaborate well thought of side dishes that come with your steak starting with :
* Two Kinds of Soup - (1)The creamy Seafood Chowder that had a lot of seafood bits and pieces and (2) The Beef Consommé, that tasted like pure extraction of beef flavours.
* Two Kinds of Rice - (1) Seafood Paella and (2) Spanish Rice, both of which were cooked properly with all these ingredients that they were more than enough without eating anything else.
* Four Kinds of Potato Dish - (1) Potato Gratin, (2) Twice Baked Potato, (3) Creamy Potato Salad and (4)Truffled Mashed Potato, this one I liked so much because of its silky lightness.
* Different Vegetable Dishes - (1) Sautéed Corn and Carrots, (2) Grilled Sliced Aubergine, and (3) Sesame Beans, all of which were fresh and crunchy.
* Pasta ( I’m not so sure if it was a Porcini Pasta since I didn’t get to try it, I was already so stuffed to the gills)
* Lettuce - with all the add on, with different light dressings. I was partial to the balsamic vinaigrette, it was so good :)
Thank you for giving us a lovely time, we’ll definitely be going back 💗
I don't usually give 5 on my first visit but this one, I'll make an exemption. Everything was just perfect, from the interior, service crew, chef and of course the food.
My friend and I ordered Rib Eye Full at 4,988 and the chef was happy enough to half it and grill according to our preferences, medium and medium rare. That was a big plus. Steak was seasoned nicely, you don't need anything to put on, although they still give two kinds of sauce. It was soft and melts in your mouth. Truly, a treat!!
The side dishes, including the soup, that go with the steak are buffet-style. Bread was also served together with, not just butter, but 3 kinds of paté.
Their seafood chowder soup was simply divine and with real crabs and clams.
Service was great. They were very accomodating, courteous, always on your beck and call but not there to crowd you.
This place is highly recommendable, and deserving a second visit :)
At last! A legitimate steak house in the south. Celebrated our birthdays my daughter and I at Butcher's and Sons for a steak dinner. Quality of the meat was superb. Not to mention the warm and cozy ambience and most especially the no nonsense service by Bong. Impeccable and true to form. He knows his steak. Will definitely recommend this place to my MD colleagues.
Can't wait for our next steak dinner here at Butcher's and Sons.
Chill bar! Great and very accommodating bartender! Best place to go in Evia to drink and hangout with friends. Classy and sophisticated too!
I picked the best place to celebrate my birthday. I wanted to have steak and wine, i got what I wanted and really enjoyed it. The steak was done perfectly, and the Shiraz tasted good too. I also enjoyed to buffet of side dishes specially the salad and truffle potato. What I liked the most was the service. The staff were all attentive and friendly
Oh, it’s a beaut, alright, but I’ve had more slobber-inducing steak before. The real draw was their side dish buffet. Wish they had corn pudding or creamed spinach. We’ll be back, though.
P.S. The staff was indulgent. When dining out, I am that crazy lady with aaaalll the questions and aaaalll the requests. But they acquitted themselves beautifully.

We went here to celebrate Father's Day. At first we were a bit daunted by how fancy the place looked but the staff made us feel very welcome and they entertained all our questions. We chose Set A from the menu. The prawns were really buttery and creamy. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare - it was easy to slice through though I expected more juiciness. The pasta and the chicken were also good - even my normally picky daughter loved them. Definitely coming back here.
I just finished my dinner here. Service was one of the best I have experienced. Butcher and Sons can match top hotels.
The T-Bone (500g for Php 2k) was really huge! Super great value for this quality. Their truffle jus sauce is a must try.
At this price level and for the steak size (3 of us shared), Buther and Sons just made it to my top places to go for steak. Mamou is still great on its own for sure but this place can compete. So happy to have tried it out despite the intimidating New York renaissance hotel vibe.
After a short trip from Imus, we decided to see what Evia Lifestyle Mall has to offer. We were hungry and not sure what to eat so we roam around and saw this somewhat uninviting place. When you are hangry, Your look for meat. I'm glad we made that decision because we were full after our lunch here. All the unlimited side dishes complements the steak. You get your money's worth. Food and service is top-notch. **Their steak is Huuuge! 5/5
Just got lucky as Butcher and Sons is just near my area. If you’re from the South and you love quality Steak, please visit them. They offer totally legit Steak, Lobsters and other dishes for you. Chef Yuan Fernando is Sri Lankan who specialises in American and French Cuisine. They offer buffet style which includes bread, salad and soup. You may order ala carte as well.
For the ambiance, it was big and has room for everyone. I like that they have an open kitchen so I can see how they prepare the food.
Here’s what we tried.
Seafood Chowder - Love the creaminess of the soup. It has Squid, Carrots, Potato and Celery. Mussel came from France but I didn't really see any difference from what we have. It was so good. I remember finishing this off in seconds.
Seared Tuna Salad - Cooked perfectly. Tuna was pinkish and chewy. I love the walnut as it added crispy texture to this French Italian Salad. It was drizzled in Tonato dressing with Dalandan and reduced Balsamic. Totally perfect as appetiser.
Lobster Tail - Love this dish to bits. Freshly souced from Maine, it was tenderly seared within 6 minutes. It has bisque sauce topped with lemon bread crumbs. I can eat this forever.
Loup de Mer Au Beurre Blanc - This soft and juicy piece of Sea Bass with blanc sauce is definitely something I'd order again. The black decor is made of squid ink, added more artsy and flavor too.
Grilled Salmon with Green Tea Puree - They surely know who to cook their seafood here. Salmon cooked perfectly, brown skin and pink meat. The green tea made this more interesting and that Lemon Foam added acidity to the sauce.
Mushroom Risotto - Well done Risotto with real truffle and mushroom. Just the smell of this can be you meal already. I just so love this dish.
Txogitxu - Butcher and Sons order Steak from Spain every 2 weeks. So it was guaranteed fresh. This came from Angus Cattle and was grass-fed for 10-12 years. The owner said that their kind of steak was not so tender, as this was indeed a 'grown-man's steak.' They cook this in 4 process too making it more flavorful. This was topped with the Meldon salt to add more flavor.
All in all, Butcher and Sons should be on your list to visit. You have to try their fresh, quality steaks and seafood. You can visit them in Evia Lifestyle Center. Also, there's a pianist to entertain you if
wanted to take your other half on a date or even just a family bonding, Butcher and Sons can definitely make you meal truly a memorable one.
Their concept is unique as they have a buffet for side dishes, soup, paella, vegetable salad, etc. Thereafter, the main course will be served. They have wagyu, porterhouse, Brazilian steak, plus lobster too. Quite pricey though as you will have to spend at least P5k for a group of 5. The resto is elegant and the ambiance is cozy. Taste is superb and the foods being served are on the high end. Waiters and waitresses are attentive and serving time is quite fast for a steakhouse. But the cashier is considerably slow during bill out.
My goodness! What a find! Went to check out Butcher & Sons, which is still in their soft opening. It was a pleasant surprise to find a steakhouse of this caliber at Evia Mall. The porterhouse was masterfully done. From what we were told, it was first cooked sous-vide before it was grilled and smoked in apple wood. This would hold its own against "gold standard" steakhouses in Manila. The side dishes ( e.g., carbonara from the kids menu, sauteed mushrooms, paella, truffle mashed potatoes) showed the same amount of skill and attention. The dessert was the proverbial icing on the cake. The "Oops, I dropped the lemon tart" and the Chocolate Forest were both simply delectable. Service was solid, pleasant and attentive without being overbearing.
Can't wait to try their other dishes (Txogitxu ribeye, sea bass). Hope they eventually complement their impressive food with an equally impressive wine list.
From the group behind the success of Teppanya, a new restaurant was introduced this month and it’s called Butcher and Sons Steakhouse
Butcher and Sons Steakhouse is located at Evia Lifestyle Mall in Las Piñas City. It is a fine dine-in restaurant offering premium steaks and seafood.
During our lunch we tried some of their premium dishes. We had Spanish Steak called Txogitxu served with Foie Gras, Lobsters, Salmon, Seabass and many more.
I can’t get over with the Steak with Foie Gras and with the Lobsters too. It was so good and delicious.
Overall, I had a great time digging all the mouthwatering dishes of Buther and Sons Steakhouse. Definitely I will ne back again for the Spanish Steak with Foie Gras and with the Lobster Tail.
By the way, the owner was so generous enough to accommodate us all. And they provided wxcellent service during our lunch.

Butcher & Sons is no doubt going to be the next big thing in the steak world not just for the Southern Peeps but also for the Northern Folks! They offer strictly ala carte dishes and ala carte dishes with unli sides that you will surely love!
The staff are accommodating; the place is big enough for about 30-50 customers on the ground floor and maybe about 50 more on the second floor which houses 3 function rooms; the seats are comfortable; and their chef has an international cooking experience for years!
It’s almost like a fine dining restaurant considering the looks of the interior, the service, the taste, and the quality of the food yet the owner wanted to maintain an affordable menu as he wanted the guests to enjoy their food without spending too much.
As per the words of the owner, “Parang intsik. Kahit maliit ang patong, basta babalik sila ng babalik at masaya sila sa pagkain nila”.
To attest to that, check their lobsters on their menu. It’s flown straight from Maine yet they sell it for just about Php700.00.
Not only are you guaranteed to get the items at their cheapest possible price but also, they’re the first and only accredited seller of Wagyu in the Philippines with official accreditation from the Japanese Government. Thus, you’re sure to get the freshest and cheapest Wagyu here which they also sell raw (for home cooking). Other items are air flown on a weekly basis from different parts of the world like Spain, Japan, and The United States.
If you intend to visit them, do bring your camera as every dish is really Instagram-worthy! Each plate is an art and it will surely make your eyes smile!
Some of the noteworthy items are the: Txugitxu Steak, Tuna Salad with Dalandan and Balsamic Vinaigrette, Truffle Risotto, and their Grilled Salmon with Green Bisque.
I live roughly 35kms. away from this restaurant but without any bola, I wouldn’t mind bringing my mom and dad here. Believe me, it’s worth the drive!
SinoPinas Eats Butcher and Son's
If steak makes you happy, Butcher and Son's should be your next hangout place. Located in the Evia Lifestyle Center, it is accessible to people from the South especially those in Alabang and Cavite.
.
The interior is cozy and is good for big and small groups. They have a second floor good for events. What I liked best is the attentiveness of the crew in attending to your needs to as simple as changing plates and cutlery.
.
The steak serving was amazing. The beef was sourced from Spain and they only use 12-year-old cattle that fed on grass and has a unique taste since its meat has earned its flavor thru the years. What's even more surprising is the salt topping which is the most expensive salt in the world. It has truffle gravy on the side which is also perfect with the beef but the salt is already great. Apart from that, the foie gras as an add-on is by far the tastiest and softest foei gras I ever tasted.
.
Apart from that, they're more than just a steakhouse. They have other main courses of which the Salmon with Green Tea sauce is a favorite. The fish itself is tasty and the green tea is not too strong. The taste was enhanced by the caviar and the lemon foam generously added on the side.
.
Another favorite is the Lobster topped with lemon foam and crumbs. It’s cooked to perfection and is shaved out of the shell, ready to be eaten.
.
They also prepare seabass with cuttlefish ink and lemon foam sauce which is a perfect match for the seabass.
.
They also serve a Truffle dish topped on sticky rice and it doesn't just have truffle sauce but truffle cuts itself making the truffle taste strong and dominant.
.
The Seared Tuna coated with sesame seeds and served with greens and soft potato balls is also a must-try. They also serve Soup with shells and clams and is rich with bits of veggies.
.
Their lava chocolate dessert is also oozing with melted dark chocolate mixed with pistacchio ice cream and topped with edible chocolate flour, real strawberries and blueberries, and edible leaves. They also serve cheesecake with a flavorful passion fruit sauce.
