Good food, ambiance and service. The lounge was weird at first but was quite comfy, once you get used to it. We ordered half hungarian and half pizza bianca, pasta all'arrabiata and risotto ai frutti di mare. All were delicious dishes in their own right, the seafood was soft and succulent and the risotto had that good texture, not chewy or raw but not super soft and overcooked either, it was cooked right(al dente?). They even gave complimentary gelato because it was my girlfriend's birthday(awesome). Definitely deserves my 5 stars. I would recommend it to friends who'd be looking for a somewhat romantic place to eat, who've a hankering for good Italian food.

It is a cozy place to dine, reminisce old memories, and relax with the homey atmosphere it brings. Food are exactly on point, perfect for those searching for italian flavors and those looking for a one of a kind dining experience. Pizza, pasta, and even the chicken recipes will make you want to return. Service crews are accommodating and are able to assist us in everything we needed.
It's certainly a place elsewhere (altrove), a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered within the hustle and bustle of metro manila

Just came from this place after having been recommended by friends. And it was worth the trip. Got the prosciutto and tartuffo pizza and gamberetti pasta. More than the great food was the attentive service and the general atmosphere of the place. Will be coming back soon.

Blogged about this last February 4, and I still could remember the experience I had in here. Taking your shoes off before going inside. The interior has a spacious, cozy and relaxing ambiance. The Pizza that we had was Quattro Formaggi, Pancetta Con Tartufo. The pasta was Gamberi E Olio D’oliva, Carapaccio Di Manzo, and Rovioli ai Fungi Porcini.

Very hidden, so if you're not from the area it might be hard to find! My family and I super enjoyed the pizza. The four cheese one was very good! The ambiance was nice too! For a restaurant who doesn't charge outright service charges, Trattoria sure knows what real customer service is. They deserve a large tip every time, IMO. Pasta and pizza are served in a reasonable time (no problem for those "pahabol" orders). Pollo takes time but they will let you know about it. Food is superb; in addition to the pizza and pasta, the gelato was delicious. And did I mention how amazing the staff are? :)

Really nice place to chill and have good pizza and other Italian food. Surprised that this restaurant even have live music on weekends. Make sure you use your Zomato gold when you dine here to get a better deal as the restaurant is on the pricey side. Love their pasta, pizza and salad! Great food and pizza. Finally, they put Airconditioning inside the main area. I know they were going for the beach vibe, but in the middle of the city? Thank god common sense came a knocking!
Also, the location itself is quite a hassle to get to. You need to leave your id at the guard house, and you have to exit the same guard house in order to get it back. If not for the good pizza they serve, I really wouldn’t bother.

The place is uber-cozy. Pasta and Pizza Menu Items are great. Pizza with prosciutto and Seafood pasta are recommendations to get. Place is also absolutely clean.
Quality food. Loved how their pizza are brick oven baked. The crust has the right thickness and crispness. My favorite was Pancetta con Tartufo. Their pasta has generous servings as well (2-3 persons ). Service and ambiance was good!

It was our first time to dine in this restaurant and my friends and I were not disappointed with the service, food quality and food serving. Their food portions are big and for sharing so prepare to be full by the end. Really love it how they keep their floor shiny and clean. You’re asked to remove your shoes (they will provide a basket and number) before entering the dining area. They’re al fresco, but it’s breezy even though it’s already summer. They have an area where you can sit on the floor plopped on pillows. The food specially the bread are nice. Loved their ravioli pasta and pizzas. The dark chocolate gelo is divine. 😄
The food was great and worth the money! The pizza (pancetta con tartufo), risotto (risotto con funghi porcini), and pasta (pesto alla genovese) were flavorful and filling. They had live music when we ate there which created a very relaxing vibe for the diners. Plus the staff were really nice and attentive.

When I first stepped inside the restaurant I already had a unique experience because it is a shoeless restaurant. This is so far the best place I can take someone for a romantic evening over a candle lit dinner and to top it all off the food was great though a bit pricey but it's worth it.
The place is great for hanging out with your friends and making chika while enjoying a glass (or two) of wine. Best din siya for dates kasi very romantic ang place. The staff are very helpful. You have to wait a little bit for your food pero worth it because masarap naman and sure ka na bagong luto.
I went here with my friends from highschool and we enjoyed the food so much. We even finished a bottle of red wine kahit tatlo lang kami dahil napasarap chika namin. I especially love their chocolate gelato!
We first tried this restaurant in Palawan (El Nido branch) which was really famous for their brick oven pizza.🙂 So as soon as we heard that it has opened a branch here in Manila, and in BF Parañaque, it was immediately added to our food list.
The pizza was great, of course. We ordered pasta and it was also good. But I was eyeing at their risotto (since I am recently fond of this dish) so we decided to order their best seller which is the one with mushrooms/truffe oil and I am glad we did. ☺️
I liked how refreshingly good the detox pitcher turned out to be (lemon, ginger, cucumber). Plus, their dark and white chocolate gelato has a very unique texture and taste which I can say, is a must try.👍🏼

I first encountered Altrove in Coron and the place was always packed and had long queues waiting outside the restaurant every time we passed by. My boyfriend and I were unable to try this during our trip so being able to go to the branch in BF we had high expectations for the place seeing that it was so popular back in Coron. And I’m happy to report that they did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and really attentive to our needs. The entire place had a great homey feel, lots of cool air coming in from the open space, and a completely different experience since it was a barefoot restaurant. We ordered the Pancetta Con Tartufo and Gamberi E Olio D’Oliva for our meal, their homemade gelato with the flavors white and dark chocolate for dessert, and their latte for an after meal coffee. The pizza had a nice crust and the smell of truffle was extremely appetizing! I personally love oil-based pastas so having the Gamberi was something I enjoyed eating. For the dessert, the white chocolate flavor resembled that of a white chocolate Toblerone while the dark chocolate was more mousse like. And their coffee was a great way to end the meal. This was a perfect place for a pre-Valentines date. I’ll surely be coming back for more!
We’ve been to Italy and this is by far the most authentic Italian Pizza and Pasta! Friendly staff. Great ambiance! Perfect for couples and families as well.
Food - we ordered their best seller Prosciutto Crudo Con Tartufo and Quatro Formaggi. Both were cooked to perfection, though I prefer Quatro Formaggi. We recommend ordering the Sweet Palawan Lobster Pasta. This is not yet on Zomato’s menu. The lobster is fresh, and the tomato sauce complemented the lobster so well. Love that they gave us the option to choose the kind of noodles for our pasta. For dessert we ordered their gelato. The serving is huge and good for two.
Ambience - We really loved the ambience of the place as well, you can feel the breeze and view their lush garden while dining.
Service - The staff is attentive and friendly, although wavered when more diners came. Just a tip, come here during lunch around 11:30am to avoid the crowd. We will definitely be back though.

A very nice and intimate restaurant located in BF. It was our first time eating there and was surprised to learn that they urged customers to be barefoot in the resto - I didn't mind though. It made it feel like you were walking around in your own house sort of.
We ordered the pancetta con tartufo, arrabbiata and lasagna - all of which were really delicious. The truffle sauce on the pizza really came through; it smelled heavenly. I couldn't tell if they made their pasta noodles fresh that night but all in all pastas were really good too. The arrabbiata had the perfect amount of spiciness which really added flavour to the dish. My parents are not fans of spicy foods yet they loved that pasta. Also got their cucumber juice and it was wonderful as well.
Staff were really nice and even the manager personally checks on how everybody is doing. Will definitely be back again!

We've been going here ever since they opened and everysingle time they never fail to give us a wonderful experience. They have a pianist come in from time to time. Heads up!! It's a barefoot restaurant. They have bins at the front where you can dock your shoes and they give you a tag in return. Don't worry you'll get them back 😉
I’ve been here twice last week and i loved every visit. Great food & great ambience. You could also taste the freshness and high quality ingredients they use. This place is perfect for an intimate dinner with loved ones. The food servings are also larger compared to other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood too!
As soon as you arrive the place, you will be warmly greeted and you will also be asked to remove your footwear before entering. During your meal, the owner would even check on your table to make sure you are having a great time 👏🏼
First visit was on a Friday and had a lounge singer. Second visit was on a Sunday which was quieter compared to Friday, but had someone playing the piano.
I just hope the servers were more attentive and accommodating. Wasn’t very pleased with their service during both visits. The food made up for it tho! Will definitely come back with other family and friends! 🥰

Food was superb! Price isn't too pricey and the ambience of the restaurant is very serene & the surrounding was clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The only downside of my experience here is the service; food was being served one by one and not altogether, hence, one has already finished his meal while the other is still waiting. I think it's because they dont write down the orders. But despite this, i enjoyed the food. I still hope that the food service would improve though.

Truly a hidden gem in the south! The place might be isolated but who cares. They serve great food, fast with fair price and had a good ambience. Also the servers were very nice and accommodating.

A must try resto in BF area. The place is very relaxing and the staff are very friendly. The moment you enter they will be greet you with a big smile and will handover a basket to place your shoes/sandals/flipflops. Must try their Prosciutto Crudo con Tartufo, Frutti di Mare, Gamberi e Olio d’Oliva and Vongole. Your visit will not be complete without trying their home made gelato and order the mix to try both flavors.

The place is really great. It looks more of a bali style resto for me. Upon entering, the staff will ask you to remove your footwear. The place is cozy and romantic especially at night partnered with romantic songs. We ordered pizza and pasta. Pizza is good for 3-4 persons. Pancetta con tartufo pizza is a must try! Their carbonara and bolognese are both creamy and tasty which is good for 2-3 persons.
We celebrated my best friend's birthday here and of course they give free gelato for the celebrant. The gelato is really good as well!

We ordered their Pancetta con Tartufo, Pizza Bianca, Vongole, and the cream-based Tortellini. The food was perfect!
Dough was freshly made, and fresh from brick oven when it was served. One pizza was 18” or 8 slices. Big enough for two people. We decided to go half-half (half Pizza Bianca and half Pancetta con Tartufo).
We tried their tortellini which was on their today’s special. The flavors of the Vongole were a bit muted, lacked a bit of color. It’s light. And provided a lot of contrast from the other dishes. But it was fine for me, this is how I like pasta sometimes—plain, light, and not too meaty.
All in all, their pasta tasted very authentic. like it’s made with fresh ingredients. not sweetened or modified for the Filipino palate.
Ambiance is also worth mentioning. It’s got a nice, homey feel. The place is quiet, not booming with loud noise, and they had a pianist in the house while we dined. it’s a barefoot resto, which adds that Filipino touch, as if you were just visiting somebody’s home and as a sign of respect you leave your footwear at the entrance.
If you’re looking for a place that serves authentic Italian meals, this is the place to go.

Hungarian Salcicia - slices of spicy sausage on a thin crust brick oven pizza. This is just really good. Spiciness, cheese, meat, and tomato in one bite.
Alla Arrabiata- Bacon, garlic, paprika. Full bodied tomato sauce with a zing of spice.
Overall, it was a good experience. Servers are always friendly.

Didn't know they have a branch in BF Pque. Was introduced to this place by a new friend in Palawan. We ordered 2 simple dish. Margherita and Gambeli y Olio... I love the balanced taste on both. The pizza is perfectly made. It feels good in the mouth as you chew it. The pasta is also great! The sun dried tomato gives a perfect umami flavor to the dish. We were supposed to order Aglio olio but they don't have one. This is the closest we can get. Will definitely come back!

This place is a memorable one for me. This is the restaurant where my boyfriend and I made it official as a couple since the ambience was romantic and homey. The food is the best Italian I’ve tasted so far, really authentic Italian dishes were served. I would recommend to try Gamberi Olio pasta and Margherita pizza. As for dessert, their homemade gelato is the best, not too sweet, creamy and has that “made from love” feel. Another plus is the owner and the staff were all so accommodating and friendly. Focusing on the food, I can't even begin to describe how good the pizza and pasta are. But let me try. The pizza has a nice chewy crust with just enough flavor to make me want to eat more. The toppings are delightful as well. We had a pizza with parma ham and it was fantastic. The toppings pack a whole lot of flavor that you just want to keep on eating. The pasta, on the other hand, is also very great. I think I never had a pesto pasta as good as the one from Trattoria Altrove. I ate quite a lot there, at least, more than usual. The taste is well-balanced and harmonious that you don't really taste anything overwhelmingly, so it's great. Also had gelato and wine. Wine is wine, pairs up well with the food. Gelato is also good. We ordered dark chocolate but there's also a hint of orange.
I had some favorites like the gamberi e olio d’olica and ice teas. I can’t remember the rest of the pasta and pizza I had, but they were delicious as well.
At first I found it a bit bland in terms of flavor. But, I found out that real Italian food was neutral and not as strong in taste or spices as I had experienced with localized Italian joints.
The concept of a Pinoy-Italian combo vibe (one has to take their shoes off before dining) is a bit strange. In terms of food, however, this is as authentic as it gets.

The ultimate date place! The ambiance, the pianist and of course the food! Trattoria Altrove gives you an experience once you dine with them. Pizza and Pastas are a must haves.
- Great restaurant ambience. Very "chill" vibes. It really makes you want to relax.
- Authentic cuisine. Tastes very good as well! Particularly enjoy the pizzas and the gelato.

とても素敵なレストランです。何度もお店の前を通過したことがありましたが、外からのイメージより、また、店内写真より、実際の方がとても良かった。夜の利用でしたが、間接照明と、キャンドル、ピアノ演奏、よく磨かれた素足で過ごす床など、独特の雰囲気があります。ゆったりしたつくりで、店内にアジアの座敷のようなテラスがあり、くつろぐことができます。スタッフも良く気がつき、友好的で親切です。一番おいしかったのは、大きな窯で焼きたてのプロシュートピザ。必ずまた行きます！

And we went to Las Pinas to try Trattoria Altrove.
Upon entry, you will be asked to removed your shoes or sandals before you can go inside. It's like a Filipino culture that you need to go barefooted when you enter a house in the Philippines.
The place was made mostly wood. It feels like your in the province with magnificent view of their garden.

Overall, we were served amazing and authentic Italian dishes or I may say that it's one of the best Italian restaurant. The place is perfect for dating. The ambiance is very romantic and they served delicious Italian cuisines.

Trattoria serves fine Italian food in a very idyllic and intimate setting. Its hard to find places like these right in the middle of a bustling neighborhood like BF Pque. The pasta they serve right up there if not beyond the likes of danielle's casa mia and mama lous. Eating shoeless in dim candlelight hasnt been this delightful.
