We were able to experience Scape Slydeck and the view was magneficient esp. during night. You will be delighted by their phenomenal overlooking view of the Marcelo Fernan Bridge and Mactan channel.
The food might be quite expensive but it’s something different that’s worth a try. You can also use Eatigo app wherein you can choose different types of discounts. Discounts varies depending on the time. You can experience indoor and outdoor setting plus the crews are very accommodating. We ordered the pasta, burger and pizza for 3 person. Indeed those 3 foods we too much to handle for 3 person. They also have a happy hour for some of their drinks :5:00-7:00 pm wherein most of their drinks is buy 1 take 1.
Truly, Scape Skydeck is not an ordinary restaurant as it gave us a wonderful experience.
The service is fast, the waiter is polite and very accomodating. Kudos to you Kuya. The ambience is really romantic, the lights and music is just exudes elegance. The food is really good, we ordered smoked baby back ribs, oven baked chicken with risotto, buffallo wings, skydeck pizza and their chocolate ball cheesecake. You should try their chicken and risotto, it’s the best risotto I’ve tasted so far. Their buffalo wings was on fire and they have a cream cheese dip that blends well with the spice. The meat from the ribs just falls from the bones, it’s that scrumptious. Their chocolate ball cheesecake is so cool to watch, they put hot chocolate on a chocolate ball until it melts and inside is a cheesecake with kiwi and some other fruits on top. You should really try going here.

Went here for my dad's birthday and it was a great experience! the servers were friendly and accommodating. the ambiance is chill too, much more suitable for dinner dates or drinking with friends. food wasn't that expensive too, considering that it's fine dining. their dishes are worth their price. i'd recommend their carbonara and truffle pizza 👌🏼🤤 everything was perfectly cooked. and the view!! my god, the view! I think that's what everyone loves and comes here for. best be there around 5pm to witness the beautiful sunset and watch the city lit up. it's such a picturesque view, and lighting is great for selfies and photos too 💕 will definitely come back here soon ☺️
Went here for the first time on our anniversary 2 years ago. It was a nice experience. Their food was delicious, food wasn't too pricey as well unlike the other fine dining restaurants. Enjoyed the view too. We had the perfect spot during that time so it was truly worth it.

I totally enjoyed the place and the food. My server did well. Ordered pan-seared salmon while having draught beer. I could have ordered more but unfortunately I came in near the cut-off time for dinner. It's my first time here and I can't wait to return!
Excellent view, and very friendly staff. Good food too, but can be pricey. Compared to America, can be a little more expensive than the US. Great food as we did return multiple times and pretty much tried the entire menu during our stay. I highly recommend this place l, especially around 5pm so you can view the sunset while drinking a beer in a nice environment

A harmony of sensorial responses that is what you get when you visit Scape Skydeck. The ambience of the place itself reflects a feeling of being nestled with admirable satisfaction, it is as if you are in a modern french plaza and you immediately forget that you are in fact in a bustling metropolis. The noises of busy people and hustles of life seem to deafen with remorse the moment you step in. The culinary masterpieces presented seem normal and bland at first glance while being presented in plates which mimic luna herself. Tasting the delights' individual ingredients especially with the main courses are less admirable but when you consume them in one scoop of the spoon you then find out that they compliment each other remarkably. People taste food with their tongue but in here you are urged to taste the food with the mind as well for it gives a happy feeling of unmasking a hidden desire, a desire to satisfy your hunger and perception.

The view is really nice during the night, and so as the day. Price is not really affordable and most of the food go from 300-600Php, drinks from 110-300. Make sure you bring a lot of money haha! They will ask you for water when you arrive, but it's not free. It's 120Php per bottle. My significant other and I was astonished that it was charged. I thought the lady offered a service water. Lol. Staff is accommodating. Their WiFi is average. Did a Facebook live to test it, the coverage was so-so. Pinacolada is awesome! By far one of the best pinacoladas I had. They allow smoking in the area (not that I smoke) but I'm surprised they do. It's perfect for couples who wants to have a heart to heart talk. ❤
We went there for our anniversary dinner because we knew the view of the Mactan Bridge would be amazing at night. I loved the feel of the place. The food is so-so. We ordered the Truffle Pizza, the Baby Back Ribs and the Risotto. The pizza was ordinary, the ribs were dry but the risotto is so good! I'd go back there just for the Risotto. It's THAT good. We also had a couple of cocktails and they were good. Probably too good because I can't remember what they were called. Haha. All in all, it's a nice place to go with a special someone. Although you have to have your wallets ready since it's a bit expensive.
This restaurant are perfect for couple, friends, and family. First time I went in here I can said that it was so beautiful. You can feel cool in here, in nights it was so nice because you can see the beautiful lights in the city. If we talk about their foods, it was totally good and delicious. We tried this roofdeck's restaurant because of their good ratings few months ago. It has a nice view, clean and super service. Parking is a bit issue. Better come here with the taxi. We ordered as Entree: Shrimps with Tofu, Main Course: 'Pan-seared salmon+beurre blanc' and 'Smoked baby back ribs'. Francis was a nice, polite and friendly person who took care of us during our stay. 'French fries' is too soft, 'The sauce' is too sweet for us. I told him to tell the chef. Maybe people love that taste. The garnish was nice, not too much, just nice for the eyes. CR is very clean. I would recommend them to put some candles on some of the tables. It is romantic without light on some tables, but is just too dark around 7pm. We both like to see what we eat. The price is ok. You pay not just for food, but for the ambience, service, location and view. So in the whole combination of all this, I don't want to complain much. They should improve in some area as I mentioned. We surely will come back again to try the rest of their food if I come back again from Germany. I would give 4.5*
Love the stunning view at night esp the city lights. this restaurant went viral in social media so I thought we'll give it a try coz it looks stunning... well, we were surely not disappointed! The price is okay, i mean you do pay for the ambiance so kinda pricy. But still over all really good! Would defiantly recommend.

Nice ambience with overlooking view. Great place to have drinks with friends and just chill. The food is not of the best but still tastes good. Service was superb. We were lucky to get a table without prior reservation but would suggest to call ahead and reserve in the future as the place is just small and cozy which made it nicer. They had a problem with their credit card reader during our visit so prepare cash just in case.
I ordered their oven-baked chicken + shitake risotto + chimichurri + baby rockets and I loved it so much. The chicken was so tender and the seasoning was really good. I also ordered their special panna cotta for dessert and it tastes really good though personally it was too sweet for me but I really enjoyed it. Expensive but really worth it!
Scape Skydeck is one of the most romantic restaurant here in cebu. It has a breathtaking panoramic view of the island as you enjoy eating your lovely meal.
My boyfriend and I decided to have our lunch there since I prefer rooftop views at day time where I can see everything clearly rather than at night. We had pizza and pasta for lunch. The pizza can be shared by 2-3 persons while the bolognese pasta can be by 2. Both flavours are okay and visually appealing. We got lucky enough to eat inside their air conditioned room and got it all to ourself. The over all experience was great and will come back for sure.
I was there during there soft opening, I think a year or two ago. The place was nice, overlooking some part of the city of lapu-lapu. Food was so-so.
The ambience and location is perfect so long as you have no issues with heights. It's a perfect place to celebrate with your love one. The city lights at night and silhouette of Cebu Mactan's 2 bridges is a romantic background. The menu ranges from medium affordable prices to extravagant ones. All of which are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend their specialty drink mix placed in test tube like containers held by a test tube rack like wooden fixture.
Love the place, wouldn't mind going back to the place specially during happy hours. 😉

Whenever I am near any body of water, I crave for seafoods period! I heard about Scape Skydeck alot from other travelers.
To my dismay, seafoods in the menu list very few. Lunchtime and I've been dreaming to have at least grilled seabass or steamed pompano; yellowfin or a large grouper perhaps. But they just have salmon dishes for lunch. I like so much though the summer salad. We chose goat shank osso buço ( I asked the waitstaff if it's the upper mouth bone of the goat as it said osso which means bone in Portuguese and buço means upper lip but the server said it's the rib part) and the duck with creamy truffle. Both dishes were delicioso! Boas comidas para almoço... We enjoyed and like the city view but it's pricey.

It's kinda pricey but trust me, its worth it! The pizza, the spring roll, the pork, the salads & the pasta were mouthwatering! Their service was good as well because even when I had a last minute reservation, they were able to accomodate us :) Staffs were friendly as well. This is one of the places that I highly recommend if you want that city view.
The wine and the view is perf. i like their red wine plus the music is so chil, and i can see the whole city view of cebu so romantic , must visit in cebu, my bf ordered the mojito kasi he is not a wine lover like me lol

One of the highest places in Mactan where you can wait for the sun to set.. as it reaches the night, you can witness the city lights shining in Cebu while enjoying their food in large servings. Aaaah, this place is so pretty!! Definitely one of the restaurants in Cebu that I'd recommend to anyone who'd go there. Granted that there is a bunch of other places that offer a city view but I think that so far it's only Scape that offers the view of the New Bridge (as well as the Old one).
We went on a total whim, I just mentioned it in passing and off we go. I was a bit worried that we may not be able to get seats as we didn't have a reservation (and we went during Mother's Day too), but we went there quite early and the guard said that it was okay so... 😂
They opened at 5PM, and they were pretty strict about it. So we had to wait by the poolside, the area was breezy, but there was no wifi tho while we waited so that was a bummer.
The food was good, actually. We only ordered a few items as we went for merienda only. We had their bolognese and pizza. Their bolognese was good, not too sweet but it wasn't sour either - it was a balance between the two. Their thin crust pizza was really good tho!! We got the all-meat kind. Anyway, I can't wait to go back to try the other items on their menu. 💖
There's ample seats and of course best seats are the ones by the new bridge. Around 5-5:30PM, no one wanted to sit there as it was too hot on that side with the sun beating down on you, but around 5:45, we were able to transfer seats already as the sun set. Most seats are outdoor so no A/C, but there's also a small portion that's indoor if I remver correctly. Anyway, I think that they are open during lunch as well, but perfect time to visit would be around quarter to 6 in the evening as you can still most likely catch the sun set as well as see the bridge and the city light up as well.
Service was quick and can't recall if there's wifi there or not. Nevertheless, if you want another take on the city view of Cebu, I suggest you visit this place! 😆

Personal picks: Four-cheese pizza, back ribs, salmon, and pasta. They also have a good variety of desserts you can choose from.
Great place to enjoy your cocktails. They have a good selection of drinks, and highly able bartenders.
RESERVATION TIP: The outside/patio tables are available for a first come-first serve basis. What you can have reserved are the indoor tables/VIP/function area.
Also, they have a fancy-looking restroom which is both well-maintained and comfortable.
Awesome city view. Its right after the marcelo fernan bridge at azon residences. Take the elevator to the roofdeck. Food was a bit pricey but tasted great and presentation was awesome. Drinks were reasonbly priced. Service is great, the servers were very attentive and there wasnt much wait before the food was served. Highly recommended for when you just want to chillax with friends over food and wine :)

The food was savory and flavorful. All dishes were prepared with great speed and finesse. We just waited around maybe 10 mins. Before our food was served.
Best recommended dishes are the ribs, truffle carbonara, and double margarita pizza. Their oriental salad could use a little change though especially on the tofu which was too salty for my taste.

Dined here a few weeks ago. Food is okay, the ribs were good, the sides were also great. Price is a bit steep but its okay since proportions were big. One order was good for 2 or 3 persons. Ambiance in the airconditioned area was nice, classy looking. Rating them 4.0 since their cocktails were not really my cup of tea. The amaretto sour, which is usually the easiest to make was too sweet. =(

First time eating there yesterday and it was splendid!
My friend from Mindanao was coming over and I thought it would be a great idea to try something new. So we chose this place because of it's reputation and also because it had a great view of the city paired with some fine-ass dining.
We loved the place instantly, it had great ambiance, it was designed well, and it gave you the vibe that you were special.
We ate in the air-conditioned room and had the chance to sit at the wooden table by the bar. We already knew that the place wasnt really that cheap. But honestly, it was really worth it. The food was good and quite abundant.
All in all, Id say the place is great to have dinner with your friends and family.

The magnificent view instantly beckons you as you step out of the rooftop elevator and enter Scape Skydeck, a relatively new restaurant/bar in Mactan with a nod towards fine-dining. A high-rise sanctuary shielded from the urban frenzy below.
The entire roof terrace - bedecked with wooden flooring, rattan-style sleeper sofas & chairs - exudes a mellow, relaxing atmosphere. By day, sun-worshippers can soak up the sun here. At night, it's the ideal spot for stargazing and moon swooning, weather permitting.
While the atmosphere is top-notch, the food is actually the real star here. Dined here last month one drizzly evening with family & friends. Once we settled down to eat, the ambiance quietly took a backseat as the character of the food stood out to gradually reveal its strengths. Dish after dish, we soon realized that we were enjoying one of the best-tasting, finely-cooked meals we've had in a while.
A quick glance at what we ordered:
• Smoked baby back ribs (Php 575) - full-flavored, succulent pork ribs with homemade barbecue sauce served with fries.
• Pork escalope (Php 350) - delightful, thin-sliced fried meat with straw mushroom, marble potato, Hungarian sausage, bell pepper & cherry tomato on the side.
• Buffalo wild wings (Php 385) - savory, golden-glazed, butter-seasoned chicken wings.
• Caesar salad (Php 375) - an exquisite medley of leafy greens, grilled chicken with mustard miso, baguette wafer, shaved parmesan, bacon strip, poached egg & Caesar dressing.
• Zingara (Php 350) - al dente fettuccine tossed with grilled chicken chunks and bathed in creamy tomato sauce - my fave pasta dish that night!
• Truffle Carbonara (Php 345) - served with crunchy garlic pizza bread, this luscious spaghetti dish brings out the aroma of scented black truffles in harmony with grated cheese & smoked ham bits.
Dining here carries quite a hefty price tag, but it's absolutely worth it. Plus, the portions are heavy and generous, enough for 2 or 3 people to share. The staff was accommodating, patiently helped us navigate their menu and offered useful tips. They do have an air-conditioned area for those who opt to dine indoors but nothing beats the al fresco dining experience here.
We topped the evening off with shots of Jose Cuervo Tequila and a tall glass of Long Island Iced Tea - the latter may appear harmless but this classic cocktail's got 5 different liquors added to the mix, so it's quite strong - totally loved it!
Glorious food, stunning views and cozy atmosphere - these were the attributes of Scape that left a lasting imprint on us as we boarded the elevator once more on our way down. Can't wait to come back to relive the experience once again.

The Place:One of the fanciest places worth to visit in Lapu-Lapu and this is by far my fave place here. The view at the top is really breathtaking especially if you can witness the sunset during your stay (unfortunately, we missed it). The area is an open space, allowing you to enjoy the overlooking view and enjoy the city lights at night. The interior, seating setup and the entire place is fancy and impressive. I also loved how accommodating their staffs were. If you plan on visiting Skydeck one of these days, the ideal and best time would be from around 5:30 pm and onwards.
The Food:
They have a great selection of dishes and drinks to pair it with. The food may seem a little bit pricey but the food is excellent and they have big servings which can be shared by 2-3 persons.
They also have this promo "Happy Hours" (from 5pm - 7pm) offering a Buy 1 get 1 drinks and cocktails.
Overall, my dining experience here was superb. Will surely visit again.

One of the most impressive places to have a dinner date in mactan. You can have an early dinner with a view of the Cebu sunset and the two bridges. It is like San Francisco. The food is excellent and their chef is one of the best local chefs in town.
It is best that you visit Scape Skydeck early like 5:20 so that you can a magnificent view of the sunset at this side of the Mactan bridge. At the other side of the building you will be able to see planes arriving and leaving the Mactan Cebu International Airport.
For the food, you have a lot of choices. Among favorites are their Pho-inspired Beef Soup, the Scape Skydeck Burger, and their pizzas. You are also going to enjoy their drink options. The last time I was there, they have a Happy Hour promo were they sold some of their drinks Buy One Take One.
If you are a big fan of London's Duck and Waffle then you should try their very version of the Crispy Pig Ears. It is fun to eat and you will realize that this part is really addictive. ;)
