The cafe is more peaceful compared to other cafes in SM Seaside which get crowded too fast. The service is quick, has outlets that you can use to charge your devices, and has decent internet connection. I always love their Java Frappuccino and their Chocolate Donut!
There were a lot of people when I visited this place. Ordered Strawberry Smoothie while I talked with my friend via phone. I am intrigued by their coffee, will try it next time.

I really have no clue about coffee. Just went in here because I needed some wifi for work. I randomly picked from one of their best sellers, which is a hot wild blending. I was asking what kind of coffee is that, and the staff was showing me that it’s not a ‘kind’ but more of how it was, I don’t know, turned into coffee? Or maybe I got that wrong.
So they handed the coffee over, along with a chocolate nugget. The coffee tasted normal? It was fine. Anyway, I was able to work comfortably, especially how there were outlets everywhere. The cashier even gave the wifi password without me asking for it. Great place to hang out!
i love this coffee shop. the servers were friendly and will really attend to your needs. their wifi is also fast. prices for coffee were similar to the the ones with bo’s. they are not open for 24 hours though but if you plan on having a study out or a place to work on your reports, this is one.
Not a bad place to study and hang out with friends. So far, I have tried their iced cappucino, cafe mocha, espresso frappe, and cafe latte. I enjoyed their caffeinated drinks though the cafe latte I ordered before was bland. The only downside are the small tables which can be quite uncomfortable when you study.
The place is cozy and comfy. If you want a place to hangout with good food and ambience and isn't crowded at all, this is the place. They have power outlets too which is a plus for me. Their meals are expensive tho. I have tried their iced tea and green tea frappe and it's actually good!
Hands down best coffee I have had in Cebu. Located in the IT park area. Barista made me the best Flat White I have been craving since I arrived. Most cafe's don't make Flat white in Cebu, but from request, they made me a velvety milk and crema coffee; maybe better that Melbourne's coffee.

At first, i thought this was a local/western cafe but there were korean translations in their menu so perhaps this is a korean cafe, though it doesnt look like anything korean except for the korean translations on their menu and some kpop songs. The first time i came here, the waiter/waitress greeted me instantly and when youre heading out of the cafe, they would still thank you. Ive been here a few times already and the service is still the same.
I ordered a HUGE doughnut the first time i came here. I might sound like im exaggerating it but for its price of Php 70-90 that was huge. The size was actually 4x - 5x of a regular doughnut. Imagine. However, i dont actually find it tasty and soft. Their food is really INEXPENSIVE while their drink is still affordable. You also get a sort of loyalty card which you only get a stamp if you order drinks from them. Food isnt included. Ive tried their lemon beverage, blueberry ( forgot the name ) and tuna turnover. I only like the blueberry one.
(Btw, They dont deliver your order to your table but they will politely call you by your name/order once it's ready.)
Their place was quite big and can accommodate a lot of customers. They also have a sort of own room where any customers can stay. I didnt have any chance to stay there though. They also sell coffee in packs, dont know if theyre in powder or bean form, they also have coffee maker and coffee filter inside their cafe. They have 4 charging outlets on the left and right side of the cafe which i dont think it can accomodate a lot of people especially if there are students. Their wifi is actually not that kind of stable. Sometimes it's fast sometimes not. Lastly, their CR can be actually improve.
Overall, id still recommend Civet coffee and i would still come here for a study out or just to past time.

Their coffee is surprisingly good! As loyal Starbucks customers, we have set the bar high for we ordered Dark Chocolate and Mocha frappe. Those moments when you weren't expecting much but as you sip through your drink, there's a sudden burst of flavors. It's price is also reasonable.
Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐
Almost everyone inside the store during our visit were young ones busy studying. It was late Sunday evening yet you would hardly find a vacant spot because of the students. Maybe I was missing the usual aromatic feel inside most coffee shops I go to. But the place is clean and well ventilated.

The baristas were friendly and courteous.

Very relaxing ambiance not so crowded compared to other cafe's i visited. Simply love the green tea frappe and almond cheese muffin. They taste so good. Definitely will comeback😊😋
Another fave spot of mine when studying out with friends or just casually chilling and catching up. The place is nice with a rustic touch and the food and drinks arent too pricey. They've got an accomodating staff as well
A good place to study out if you don't mind the Bruno Mars music blaring out from the speakers. Good Wi-Fi, great for making papers, cheap food, coffee is pricey but affordable.

Not so expensive. Good studying out. The staff are friendly and approachable. Service is great. Not a good place to stay for too long tho. Seats are uncomfortable. They have a room where you can rent for meeting and the payment is consumable.
Nice place to chill and unwind and catch up with good ol' friends. Rustic interiors with wooden tables and seats. I had the Iced Caramel Macchiato and it was a little bit disappointing since my first sip was not cold. I waited for the ice to spread it's coolness. 😂😂
Indeed a 500php-worthy civet coffee ☕ They have good mocha too. Spacious area for chillin' with friends or reading... Please have more branch here in cebu please!
The place was not that crowded (compared to other coffee shops). I love their dark chocolate frappe (i think the only one in Cebu). Unique flavors of coffee. Good ambiance.
As always, the place is good and the ambiance is very warm. I like Civet because they offer beverages that are rarely found in any coffee place in Cebu. My favorite, in particular, is the Pumpkin Latte served cold. It's just how you would expect it to be and the prices are really reasonable.

Was there with my boyfriend last night 💕 There was no vacant seats so we had to wait for few minutes because we wanted to sit inside to be more comftable, but the couches were always occupied so we had to stay in their 'conference room'. Hahaha (idk why they termed it like that) But anyway, I had my favorite Green Tea -Matcha and my boyfriend had his fave Mango Smoothie!! I liked their idea of Green Tea bec basically, it was just a pure greentea and they just used the matcha cream but it tasted so similar with the other cafes that I've been to. The service was also good -- counting all the gwapo servers 🙈🙊🙊 Ooops. Going back to our date... Hahaha srsly, for coffee and tea lovers, this is a must-try experience. They don't serve non-coffees except for green teas, so to avoid palpitation, green tea is what I recommend in this place! :)

Coffee is delicious and well priced. Ambiance is good to plus the internet connection is fast. Downside is that the place is a little small though hehe
So I went here, because this place just opened. And I love it because the barista's are all damn hot and cute. They also gave us free notebooks. Their frappe and cupcake is good, atleast thats what I ordered. This place is good to chill, because its quiet. Not like in other coffee shops, very crowded and noisy.

The Civet Coffee has finally opened a branch in the city. It's location in IT Park is very convenient. We also like that it's situated in the corner, just across IT Park's eBloc 2 so you have a good view with a lot of greens.
We liked that the cafe is spacious. The tables and chairs were arranged in a way that people can easily move around. They also have a display of their coffee products beside the counter and near the entrance. We also love the colorful signage of their menu on the counter.
When we went there, we tried their Pumpkin latte. It tasted tasted like a watered down version of a pumpkin soup. It was creamy but not so smooth, you'd feel the pumpkin bits in the drink. If you're not much of a coffee drinker and you have an adventurous taste buds, this is something you can try at The Civet Coffee. Surprisingly, it tasted good.
Other interesting beverage flavors you can find at The Civet Coffee are Red Ginseng latte, Black Bean latte and Sweet Potato latte. They also serve interesting soda flavors and smoothie blends.
During my first visit the barista recommended their dutch coffee variants if i prefer something that is somewhat light on caffeine. I ordered their dutch hazelnut latte and loved it. I often find the hazelnut flavor too strong in coffees but their variant has just the exact amount.
I tried their Dutch Latte without adding sugar just to test the coffee strength and it didn't have that bitter taste. But the the coffee was strong. It helped in keeping me a wake for a few more hours. I would have wanted it to be a tad hotter.
I like that they have stevia or cane sugar as one of their sugar options.
Tried their big cream doughnut and cinnamon raisin croissant. They were good. Went well with the coffee.
They offer a somewhat private area if you want to hold a meeting or something.

After being fully stuffed from a luncheon, together with other Cebu Bloggers Society members we stormed this freshly opened branch of Civet coffee in the Cebu's BPO hub in IT Park.
Having been to their other branch in Mactan Newton, I can't help but compare.
First, I like that they still bring in their signature crisp and clean ambiance.
Second, the furniture complimented with the theme of the store.
Third, the addition of other variety in coffee flavors is commendable
Fourth, they have a meeting room though a bit cramped but decent
Fifth, the barista did got my complicated latte and top it with a Rosette not bad for keep me waiting though.
Things I want to be brush up:
I believe the speed of service can be work out by the team
Also, a savory sandwiches or some sort off can be added aside from the sweet pastries on the rock
I think the arrangement or positioning of their merchandise can still be improve
For me a counter, must be free of distraction like cups, products or anything .
I suggest they consider another way of arranging it.
To wrap it up, this is one best place to hang out in IT Park apart from your regular coffee shops.

I love the ambiance of this place, the baristas are very friendly and its not so crowded. I can say this is a perf place to chill and study
