Really great fast food/not really fast food. It gives you really good rice toppings although sometimes the meat they give you are mostly more fats than meat. But the service is great, they could make the ambience better with the place.
Tried this restaurant just today and I was wondering why there aren't so many people eating in this place when they had so great food to choose from with cheaper prices than most Japanese restaurants out there. They also have friendly staff. Overall the place was great. 진짜 맛있다~~
This is a good place for people looking for quick Japanese meals whether it may be ramen or their famous misono or yakiniko..☺ But you should also try their tempura as it always ran out of stock if you visit the place during the late hours.. hehe..😊
1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Exhaust problem probably. You'll smell like their food once after dining.
2. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Oily tables. I'm very particular about this. But other than that place looks clean.
3. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
I know it's a fast food set up but i guess they can have a staff on stand by and not just the ones taking orders. If the lines at the counters are too long, we can't easily ask assistance from other staff because they are inside the kitchen or over the counter. Things like making a follow up with the order or asking for water.
4. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Affordable meals. Tastes more or less the same with the other affordable japanese restos. Try their budget meals.
5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love eating their ramen the most. The bentos 🍱 is my most favorite on their menu ❤ definitely be back for more. Me and boyfriend enjoying eating here
I love Yoshinoya's beef ramen. It's very tasty and for only P139, you'll also get a drink which I think is very SULIT especially with the ramen's serving na malaki talaga. Busog na busog 😂😍💕 #YoshinoyaSMSeaside
Alongside with the opening of the much awaited, newest and biggest mall in Cebu – SM Seaside City. It also paved the way for the Yoshinoya Cebu branch birth in the Queen city of the South. Beef or Pork? Wide array of rice bowls at Yoshinoya Cebu. Dating its business back in 1899, its more than a century, creating Gyudon (beef rice bowl), a signature dish to perfection. The story of the company is as humble as it’s ingenuity owner, Eikichi Matsuda. The Japanese loved it, as a matter of fact, it is the biggest fast food chain in their country. Now it starts to make waves in the world too. To date, there had been more than 1200 outlets around the world spreading across Asia even in the US. It was 15 years ago when Yoshinoya landed in the Philippine soil.
Yoshinoya of Japan has now reached the shores of Cebu and its has branches popping in every known malls in the metropolis.
If you want a cheap Japanese cuisine theme meals, I can truly recommend this restaurant for try. Their prices are wallet friends and serving comes good enough to satisfy your hunger. Also, they have a combo meals making even affordable.
A must try is their sensational dish gyudon (beef bowl) and beef ramen.
You can also try and chose your favorite Japanese foods like Ramen, Rice Bowls, Bentos, Tempuras, Makis, Gyoza :)
Yoshinoya is Japan's largest fast food chain of gyudon (beef bowl) and beef ramen. I liked the light soup of their beef ramen. Their gyudon was seasoned well. If you want a quick fix for your Japanese food craving, I highly recommend Yoshinoya.
I treated a childhood friend to a dinner here in Yoshinoya last year during Christmas break.
I ordered California Maki and Gyoza for our appetizers.
We also had bento sets for our meals. I had Tempura. He had Tonkatsu.
To quench us from thirst, he had Apple tea and I chose Green Tea, since Mixes Fruit Tea was not available.
It was good service and good food
I was quite impressed on the authentic taste of their gyuudon. However, they skimped on their rice (I think they were not using Japanese rice or they did not soak it enough).

The restaurant that has been delighting japan's palate since 1899 is finally here in Cebu!
And i'm very happy about it!
Though it's really not a resto but more of a fastfood establishment, the food, especially the beef rice bowl meals are at par to what restos are currently serving in town. The flavors are fireworks in my mouth. The meat per serving is really gratuitous. Not to make it out sound less classy: but they should advertise: VALUE MEALs available ! (because they really do)
For 139 you can also get a decent ramen, that may not look festive buy still enjoyable in the palate.
And yes they do have delivery too!
