I love fungs. It’s one of my go to chinese food fix. The chicken rice is a fave!
Always my favorite go to place! The xiao long bao are just great and the lumpia shanghai! My god. Noodle soup is also great. Love the beef brisket with hofan noodles. 😊 other good dishes include the hakaw, fried dumplings, the chicken feet.
It's an unexpected Chinese experience! Their hakaw was good and I love their fried wanton! I don't recommend ordering their siomai though. As for the Xiao Long Bao, one serving is enough. It's a good dimsum place.

Great food and place for an affordable price. However, xao long bao breaks easily when using chopsticks.
Dimsum!! First xiao long bao I tasted and was the reason I went here. It was so good, but it was a bit too big to take in one go. I had a really great time with the food here and will definitely be back soon. Give this place a try.
Quaint chinese restaurant but has something to brag about. Best beef noodle soup and Hakaw I've had so far in Cebu and is my go to place for come comfort eating now.
Authentic chinese food! Seafood noodles is my favorite. I could finish the whole plate! It’s a must-try for first timers. Their siomai is the best I’ve tasted and their sauce tastes good.
we had wanton souple noodles, beef brisket soup noodles, siomai and steamed dumplings. i couldn't say anything other than the food was really good from the time we started eating until we finished. i wasn't able to take photos of the food 'coz i got excited to eat. 😂
Possibly one of the most authentic dimsum in the city. Siomai is tasty and the xiao long bao (although, i like my xiao long bao to actually fit in my soup spoon, this one’s a bit too big). Very good all in all. I will come back to try other things on the menu. Hope they will serve chee chung fun one of these days. :)
It may not be a fancy Chinese restaurant but they do serve very good dishes. Their Fookien rice and Wanton noodle soup are definitely a must try. BTW, the steamed rice was also my kids' favorite.
This is the most lowkey resto ever! Started eating here three years ago, and since then, there was never a month missed without dining at this dreamy place! Haha Fungs all the way, fungs for life ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Fung’s Noodle House has some of the best Chinese food in Cebu! The servings are good and the prices aren’t expensive either. The white chicken was very delicious and the beef dish we ordered was so tender. We also loved the bird’s nest soup and shao long pao, though the dough in the shao long pao was too thin that it broke and spilled the soup while I was still trying to pick it up. I will definitely go back to try the rest of the dishes.
Tried their Bird’s Nest Soup, Fried Rice and Pancit Canton. The serving was generous and the food was good. Serving time was a bit long. Very reasonable price.👍🏻
This place is pretty good when it comes to Chinese food. I find it more authentic than all the other Chinese restaurants in Cebu. A hidden gem and a must try if you’re craving Chinese food.
There siao long pao/xiao long bao is a must grab for starters as well as their soup no 5 topped with wanton siomai. Mmmm! I call it soup no 5 since it has long name listed on the menu haha! Will definitely come back for more 😊
FOOD: everything was so good! (Lemon chicken and white chicken not included in the photo though) so yeah! Everything, including the lemon chicken and white chicken were sooooo good! Shang Hai lumpia was to die for. 😭 Each price costs around 250-350 ish and is good for 2-3pax. They have rice bowl meals for a cheaper price. If you’re a big fan of trying everything in a restaurant’s menu, I would suggest to go in groups of 5-6. Each person should buy at least a meal to share to everyone.
SERVICE: waiters were patient enough. Overall the service was good.
AMBIANCE: nothing fancy. Just a regular Chinese restaurant. But I was there for the food anyway so yeah! Will definitely be back.
Very good value for money!
This is our go-to Chinese food place. Their "two-kinds noodle" (beef brisket and wanton noodle soup) and hakaw make up my favorite combo; perfect for the day after drinking. Their broth is consistently good. And their dimsum is superb, compared to that of the widely-spread dimsum place that seemed to have monopolized the Chinese food business in Cebu. :))
Xiao long baooooooo ❤️❤️❤️
Love the food, service is good. If only I lived closer to this place, I would probably eat here everyday. Authentic chinese food, alright! :)
one word.... xiao long bao... if that's not enough their noodles is also very delicious not to mention affordable. Ambiance is okay.. My only down is the parking, there's not much slots and the space is kinda tight.
So we ordered rice Beef briskef, Chicken noodle and my all time favorite, Hakaw. If you want an affordable, authentic Chinese food, I'm definitely recommending this!
Affordable and authentic chinese cuisine! It takes you down a food journey across the streets of Hong Kong. Its been my all-time fave!! Highly recommended for those seeking comfort food as well
Best Siao Long Bao (soup dumplings) ever! With its very rich filling and moist texture, it tastes like heaven in your mouth. I don't normally eat ginger but the taste of ginger just complements everything. Just thinking about it again makes me giddy.
We also ordered their 2 Combi Noodles (Beef and Wanton). The beef was marvelous and very flavorful. The wanton however had a slightly tough texture like it's been frozen then directly added to the dish. I got to taste the Lumpia Shanghai that my friend ordered and it was unique and perfect. The serving was also generous that we had to take the leftovers home because we made the mistake of ordering 2 menu items for each of us. There were four of us. Imagine how laden our tables were. Get this, I still can't believe I only paid less than Php 300 for the SLB, Noodles and Calamansi Juice. Talk about bang for your buck!
I will definitely be coming back for more and more and more. 🎉😜😁
Always a favorite! Bang for your buck Chinese restaurant. Don't miss out their Two-kinds Noodle (Wanton and Beef FTW) and Xio Long Bao on your next visit.
If you love dimsum, this is the place to be. I absolutely love this place. They serve affordable chinese dimsum, that tastes pretty close to the real deal. Best part is they serve Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings), which are cheap and taste absolutely delish!
