Something I Love about the Place is the Food and the ambience also the Baristas they are so accommodating except that particular guy/gay ( sorry for the term) but he seems not to friendly and he is lack of social grace to the customer make the customer feel uncomfortable. That's all overall rating is 5 star because food drinks place and price
I love the cakes. A tidy place relaxing music . Looking forward to visit the place again.

Service, drinks and foods are excellent! We will come back soon.
The coffee, location and ambiance of the place is great. Their service is excellent as well. They have a very friendly staff. The best part for me is their brownie sold for only Php 50.00! It's moist, super rich and delicous.
Nice location with a cozy atmosphere. Outside is the urban traffic life then inside is a nice place to chill, relax and unwind. The place is roomy and has a modern feel to it.
Location: Easy access
Ambiance: Interior is simple and clean. I like their little vintage displays.
Food: We ordered Chocolate Temptation, Penne Tomato Lasagna and their Caffeineted drink with Coffee Jelly (i'm sorry i forgot the name; they said it was a new product).
*Chocolate Temptation: the sweetness was just right. The price of P100 was worth it.
*Penne Tomato lasagna: if you are a fan of tomatoes, then this dish is what you're waiting for. Cheesy, creamy and with lots of tomatoes, the preparation of this dish doesn't lack anything.
*Coffee jelly:it was yummy! not also too sweet or bitter. you can ask at the counter for their latest or new products.
Price: in my opinion, its a bit pricey but the ambiance makes up for it.
**pardon my "sad" face in the picture. i was really happy and satisfied. really!! :D
I had the chance to try this place out a couple of days ago. Anyway, I like the set up of the place, somehow it exudes a very chill vibe. We got hot chocolate, iced chocolate, affogato, and I also got their peanut butter cookie. The hot and iced chocolate tasted similar, although it was a bit bland for me. I love the presentation of the affogato, and I guess it would be a hit for those who love caffeine and sweets - since I don't like caffeine, at least I enjoyed the gelato lol. I really like their peanut butter cookie though! At 30 pesos, it's quite affordable. Ended up buying another one. Lol these days I'm craving for peanut butter everything aha. They also have wifi, though you have to ask for the password - which changes every hour, I think?
The place alone is great as it is. The interior decor and fixtures are simple and classy. The place is huge and has a good lighting. Their blueberry cheesecake is tasty. It's better compared to the other cheesecakes in other cafes. The portion is big and really delish. We tried the Brew Your Own Coffee BYOC for P350. It's not bad for the price because you get 2 cups of your choice from Americano, Latte and Cappuccino. We had Americano and Latte. The barista will walk you through the process the first time, therefore you will also get informal training on how brewing from a small machine works. It was a fun experience and they said that when you order the BYOC the next time, you can do it your own without the help of their barista. Wow, it's something I look forward to soon. Overall, I love Hausbrandt and I have already recommended it to my friends to check them out.
Finally, a coffee shop that sells authentic Italian coffee that I super love! The place is spacious and comfy to hang out in. They play good music in the background and though they don't have much food on their menu as of yet, their pastries and croissants are reeeaaaally good! A definite must-try and I will always have this place in mind as one of my options whenever I'm craving for a good cup of coffee.
I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I think my Hausbrandt experience will change my mind.
Its the Italian way of making coffee, thats their specialty. We tried the Brew-your-own coffee for 350php. It also comes with a free shirt. It's good for 2 mugs of coffee. We tried their Cafe Americano and Cafe Latte. The barista explained and showed us how to make the coffee using their cafetera. On our next visit, if we decided to have the brew-your-own, we would be able to do it ourselves. The latte was excellent. No bitterness or aftertaste.
I also like their blueberry cheesecake. Not too sweet and the price is also okay. It's only for 120ph.
Nice ambience. It reminds me of a Kaffe haus in Europe.
I'm going to try the Affogato on my next visit.
Last May 8, Hausbrandt Caffé , an Italian Coffee brand with branches in 70 countries all over the world, made its mark in the Philippines with the opening of its first branch in the country located in Cebu.
Unlike the many coffee shops in the metro where coffee is commonly brewed through an Espresso Machine, Hausbrandt Caffé boasts the old Italian and traditional way of preparing coffee with a touch of Filipino hospitality. What differentiates them from the other coffee places is their Brew Your Own Coffee (BYOC). It’s an interactive and refreshing take on enjoying coffee — an experience worth trying!
Hausbrandt uses premium Nero quality Arabica beans brewed in a Bialetti Cafetera. With their Brew Your Own Coffee (BYOC), Hausbrandt Caffé’s experienced baristas will walk you through the coffee brewing process using a lama genet (Italian for Little Machine) and the importance of brewing coffee. From the interaction, you’ll learn how opening or closing lids will matter in the coffee’s final taste.
At P350, you can experience Hausbrandt’s signature Brew Your Own Coffee (BYOC) experience that’s good for 2 servings. You can choose between Café Latte, Americano, Expresso and Capuccino. The coffee aroma distinctive of the brand is subtle and stimulating. You and your family or group of friends will surely enjoy the interactive coffee experience unique to Hausbrandt.
Aside from coffee beverages, Hausbrandt Caffe also serves sandwiches, cakes, pastries, juices, hot chocolate and their own Hausbrandt tea.

Hausbrandt has a presence in 70 countries worldwide and they plan to be a major player in the local coffee market. What sets Hausbrandt by Euro Food 1892 from their competitors is their way of brewing their coffee. They are the only cafe that mainly uses the Bialetti Moka Pot to make delicious coffee. Try it out and see the difference.
The cozy ambience and the fragrant aroma of the area was just inviting. I loved how they prepare coffee via the cafeterra, known as the traditional way of preparing brewed coffee. The strong coffee flavor on each is definitely passion in a cup. Andrew Olano The Lifeaholics Janine Ella Anongos Gaylord Tingzon Naomi The Visual Traveler
Another good place to have coffee has opened in Capitol Square. I really like this area because they have ample parking space. Hausbrandt is located on the 2nd floor of the building, just above Family Mart.
