The theme really sells the place. They have fine attention to detail from the windows down to serving the drinks in traditional wooden mugs along with theme music. Makes the dining experience more enjoyable.
I ordered the steak and i have to admit, it was better than what i expected. Food is definitely great, but do expect a long wait list as the place is a bit tiny and a lot of people get in line to enjoy the food.
We celebrated my daughters' Birthday there. Awesome Customer Service and one of the best I've experienced here in Cebu. The server was standing beside our table with his medieval costume and a hood just waiting for us to run out of rice for a refill or take additional order. Very good food. We enjoyed eating the Dagannoth Boodle and had to add a few add-ons cause we ate a lot. Hahaha! We would like to thank The Thray management for the surprise free dessert you gave us.

Food was great. Ambience was exquisite. The place was just too small. Not suitable for large groups. Still would rate it as an excellent place to dine.
A first in Cebu or perhaps in the country if im not mistaken. Everything from wall decors to utensils to lighting screamed Medieval. We tried the banshee boodle and the berserker steak. The taste was just like the theme of this restaurant, unlike no other. We will definitely come back even if we have to wait an hour or two. I guarantee you guys it will be worth the wait.
Went there with 2 friends and we loved it! The place was small, I was disappointed when I first saw it from the outside.. but open the door and behold! You will be transported into the medieval times! We had fun taking pictures of everything from the "iron throne" by the counter to the wooden mugs and plates. We ordered the Banshee Boodle and we weren't disappointed. Their unlimited sauce was amazingly good- no need for soy sauce, ketchup or soup coz their sauce brings so much flavor to the table. Just a tip though, if you and your friends are all hungry or have big appetites, the "good for 4" boodle would just be enough for 3 (unless you are rice eaters- rice is unli). Overall it was an awesome experience and yes, we'd definitely come back and try the steak next time!
I just loved the theme. Though it doesn't had wider space to accommodate and you have to wait for a few minutes to hours until table will be available to use, but when they serve the food (boodle ) in medieval theme; "worth the wait". Food taste so good, services are great and unly rice is amazing . Surely we'll comeback .

We ordered the banshee boodle. The food was absolutely haaamaaazingg! Labi na ang theme! We especially enjoyed the anti-mage iced tea. Nalingaw mi sa mug hehe The squire's service was also excellent. Loved it all and will definitely come back! Yum yum!
I loved the service and the woody-medieval ambiance. The servings were plenty and they have reasonable prices. With the unlimited rice in their boodle meals plus the tasty iced tea, it was a dining experience I will never forget! I will definitely come back for more!

A must try! Great food, Great service and a great place to hang out with your family & friends.
Ever since I finished watching the whole season of Game of Thrones (in just a week), I was totally into it that I came across with this GOT-themed restaurant. I already heard of this resto year ago but my interest doesn't really go with it since I still can't relate with the restaurant's theme to GOT since I haven't seen it way back before. Now that I had, I was really having a good time with the place' ambiance. It's so medieval and rustic. The walls are decorated with some of the GOT's figure characters and some GOT-inspired house banners. Their food is good but doesn't really serve a generous amount with the boodle platter we had but it's fine. We had their best seller, as what the staff suggested: The Banshee Boodle (P599/good for two) and paired it with their Anti-Mage Iced Tea served in a wooden beer mug which gives you this Middle Age vibes. The staffs are approachable and accommodating too. The only downside with my experience overall was the waiting time, I understand they're making it as made-to-order but it seems the foods are not hot when served so I wonder what took it so long. Anyways, it's a must-visit place for GOT fans out there.
This place is interesting and cool!
Ambiance : Theme here is medieval so you see some GOT and LOTR stuff; not much but just enough for the space. Wooden utensils add uniqueness to the entire feel.
Food : We ordered The Warlock’s Steak, The Squire’s Dish and Mango Shake Elixir. Taste is good but can be better. I like the steak but I find the rice a little salty and can get you oversatiated.
Service : 100% thumbs up! The waiter is dressed appropriately for the resto theme. The receptionist/cashier is welcoming.
Accessibility : It’s located along V Rama Avenue and can be accessed by PUJ, cab or private transportation. Parking is available at P20 fee.
We will go back with family and friends.
Location
Very accessible and easy to locate. Situated in Guadalupe just right beside 7-11 the convenience store.
Atmosphere/Decor
For those who love Game of Thrones, or anything Medieval for that matter, you would sure enjoy the interiors of this place. Mostly for the Game of Thrones fanatic like me, I liked how their waiter was trying to play the role of a scribe. They greet you as "My lord/My lady" and the music they play in the background sounds like from one of the songs in the series.
Menu/Dishes
They have a limited menu as of the moment since this store just opened up recently. We tried the Banshee Boodle and loved the sauce they used for the seafood! Also tried their mango shake and iced tea! Also, (this should be part of the theme but whatever), they serve their food on wooden plates and wooden mugs! How cool is that?
Price
Price is affordable but to for you to get the most out of your money, I suggest you visit this place with friends or family.
Service
Again, they address you with "my lord/my lady". That's an A for me.
Recommendation
I recommend you visit this place and try their desserts. I heard they have good desserts too. I judt didn't have enough room to have desserts when I went there. I would go back maybe one or two more times. But it's not really the type of place that you'd always crave for. But maybe once in a while. :)

The place is really small. The food is okay. The only bad thing is that food was served cold. Tho I think they were still at soft opening when I visited.
The place was very cozy. I love how they mixed the LOTR and GOT vibe in their place ❤️ the place is small though so you should be early if you want to secure a table. The food was so yummy that I will definitely be coming back here. Their sauce is what really completes the boodle meal. The squire(waiter) also provided good service to their customers. He provides suggestions especially to first timers like us. A must try place! 👍🏻
As fans of Game of Thrones, we were quite excited when we heard of this "medieval" themed resto that got high ratings in fb and other reviews. If you do not have imagination, please refrain from coming here 'cause all you'll notice is how small the place is. But if you do, then prepare to be transported into the medieval world once you open the door! Oh, we had so much fun trying on the squire's cloak, borrowing "the iron throne", gawking at weapons and stuff, pretending to be commoners drinking ale on a lowly tavern...😄😄😄
And then the food came. See pics for menu price. We ordered the good for 4 Banshee Boodle (Crabs, mussels, shrimps, clams, pork belly, corn, rice). Everything tastes yummy and fresh, but lemme tell you this: the sauce was THE BOMB. Like, wow! No need for soy sauce, ketchup or soup. Their sauce (which is unli btw) covers everything. We asked for refill twice and the squire didn't even bat an eye, so I suppose a lot of people do the same. We all loved the feast and finished everything off (good for 4 became good for 3, hehe!) The Hobgoblin icecream I got for dessert was good too! I'm deducting 1 point because the place was really small but everything else was awesome!
Had a great time here. It's one of those hole in the wall food places. Food was really good. Very good ambiance and I also love how isolated the place is.
Upon these hallowed pages art, a body of knowledge that has been lost in the ages but is now revealed open. Recovered by the lords in Citadel, decrypted by scholarly mages, and relayed from a generation of scribes and finally came to us at Sugbo.ph. A birthright we can’t keep for ourselves. Doesn’t matter which house you belong to or whether a demigod, or a knight or a mage or a fan. You deserve to know about THE THRAY.
The Thray would definitely make it on top of the list if we talk about Cebu's most interesting restaurants. I'm not a Game of Thrones fan myself but if you are, then it's a must for you to come visit the place.
We ordered their Banshee Boodle. The taste was just ordinary but the serving size was fair enough. Basically, don't expect much from their food. You're there for the medieval feel experience. Their interior design is superb. Even their comfort room is also themed appropriately.
Their area is small but quaint and clean. Consider the size as an advantage because you get accomodated with your needs almost immediately. They have "Squire", who would promptly attend to your needs the moment you mention his name. Be ready to be greeted by him as you enter the store. Man, this guy is good because he is really in character the entire time!
1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Maximized a small place. When the resto is full it's hard to move around. But if you are a fan or knights, GOT, LOTR you will like it there.
2. Cleanliness:
3. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You're orders will be taken by a squire. Service is pretty nice. They have minimal staff but they made sure that everyone were attended to right away.
4. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We got the pork chop (forgot the name) and a boodle for sharing. I like the boodle better. Yummy boodles! What's good about this is that it comes with unlimited rice!
5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Right beside the road. Take a cab, a car or a jeepeny to Guadalupe.
Very convenient for those living in Guadalupe. A very good theme but small place, wish it was in a bigger. It's also great to come in groups because they have boodles perfect to share and it makes for an intimate get together between friends or a feast for a band of knights. There is a squire to serve you and swords and banners decorate the space. The overall ambiance it good and I will be coming back hopefully with more people and have a proper feast, and maybe try the steak too
I tried their berserker's steak and squire's dish and it was surprisingly delicious despite the fact that the rice was a little too salty. I thought this place would be expensive considering the extravagant theme but it's really not. The waiter, or should I say squire, did an excellent job in portraying his role. It was indeed a unique experience. Be sure to go there early as the place can only fit a few guests.
Intimate space. Love the medieval feel. Friendly staff. Food was awesome! One of my fave in Cebu! I would suggest they would expand their choices in the menu and make it GOT related. They can be creative with that. First come first serve. No reservations. Its a must visit place if you are fan of game of thrones or you love medieval themes.
Hmm na amaze ko sa cloak ni kuya ug sa wooden baso and plate hahaha mabawg kalipay pa picture ta gae ko pero wa nalang and at first we thought the place was big kay sa page it looks big man jd pero its ok kay dili man puno pag adto namo so ka lingkod rami dayon and the food was deliciously served sa among table within 15 or 20 mins. I guess what's missing sa amoa order which is Banshees plate something ba to kay duha rami is the spicy taste and ga hulat sad ko hahaha na sa second serve sa rice kay gusla man mi naa gyapon shay murag sauce but wala pero oks ra gyapon kay saucy man ang sud.an keri lang. lamian jd btaw ang food kaduha gd mi ka extra serving sa rice may nalang unli rice tong order namo gipili hahahaha babalik kami and hopefully the place will be bigger for more customers :) exits the review page with GOT music nyehehe
The medieval theme of this restaurant got me curious (Thanks, GOT!) and I knew that I had to try it a soon as possible.
First, this place does not accept reservations. So you just had to go and try your luck that there is not a long list of people who's probably just as curious as you. We went on Friday night at the peak of dinner time, so naturally the wait list is long. It took us about 40 minutes for our turn (i think it's best to call them first and check how long the wait list is, we were 5th of the list but the 3 groups ahead of us cancelled so that's why we ONLY waited for 40 minutes). The place is really small, they only have 3 big tables (one table can accommodate 5 people but they can be converted to a bigger table if you come in a big group) and a counter where about 5-6 people can be seated comfortably. There isn't much room to move around really.
It was medieval-themed alright, but do not expect over the top decors and such. There were just a few medieval-ish flags hung on the wall and a few other items that probably serves to evoke that medieval feeling (whatever that is). The place is dimly lit and they use wooden utensils (plates and mugs, no spoon and fork - you have to use your hands!). Also, if you are after GOT stuff, you might be disappointed as there aren't a lot (but it's not like they can bring a white walker in there or something). I would say that, over all, the ambience of the place is alright, it's the first of its kind in Cebu and i think that counts for a lot.
The service was not exceptional, i would say. But it's understandable because there was only one waitstaff doing everything - order taking, serving the food, cleaning up the tables). By the time it was our turn, I can feel that he was already a bit tired. I was a little bit disappointed that he's not using his black cloak (his uniform or costume, however you want to take it) and had to ask why. He simply said he took it off because he's so busy. So there's that. The lady at the reception was very polite and lovely though.
Now, the food. They have a very limited menu and i have no complaints with that (it's mostly just seafood and steaks). We ordered The Banshee Boodle for 2 and the Anti-Mage Iced Tea. The food was served within 15-20 minutes, just about the right amount of waiting time i would say. The Banshee Boodle comes with an assortment of seafood and a grilled pork belly. The seafood was supposed to be drenched in a mild spicy lemon herbed butter sauce, but i think the "spicy" part was too mild that I did not get to taste it. The sauce could be improved a little bit more, just make it a little bit more spicier, lemony or buttery as i think the taste was a little flat. But it's hard to go wrong with seafood especially the crabs, so it was still delicious - not exceptionally good but not disappointing for the price. The grilled pork belly and the gravy, on the other hand, was my favorite. Their Anti-Mage Iced Tea was at first a little too sweet for my liking, but i appreciated it after the meal. I think it somehow complimented the flavors of the seafood and the grilled pork belly. But be careful because it will turn your lips and tongue blue!
Will i ever come back? Yes, of course. But hopefully, no more 40 minutes of waiting for a table the next time.
The first medieval themed restaurant in cebu city and the food is amazing. Reservations are already closed but you can go as a walk in customer.
The place only has 3 large tables and a counter with 7 chairs. I suggest you get a reservation first since the place is quite small.
We ordered the Banshee Boodle (Guild for 2) and we did not regret it!
Contrary to what's said on their website, the place opens from 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM.
