One of my favorite cafes around. I'm always a sucker for the more hidden cafés, though it's usually filled with people. It's a very simple cafe, but has a lovely ambience and cheap food. The seats are limited, though, especially during high times.
This place is a good spot if you want some me time. ( or maybe because we came here early like 7 am early).
I love that they have choices on the coffee bean that you want for your coffee (i.e. Arabica, Barako and Civet).
We came here for the breakfast and they did not dissapoint. It's not really over the top delicious but you'll know that their tocino and chorizo are homemade and not just thawed from a freezing pack.
Service is also 👍👍..they have courteous and smiling staff. And maybe the music is a plus cause its 90s baby.

This place is where I usually go for study outs. Its not just about the unlimited coffee but the place is actually quite relaxing to have a study out. Unlike other coffee shops, this place is not noisy at all. Perfect place to study!😊
I love their tocino and egg all-day breakfast meal and their regular brewed coffee. The tuna sandwich is good too, crusty and with creamy tuna filling with chips on the side. It's not the best out there but it's okay for the price. What I really love about this cafe is the homey feel and it's intriguing black and white frames of normal and ethnic Filipino scenes. This place is popular with some med students so it might not be the best place to relax though it will be a great venue for loud chats. The toilet is always clean and I love that they use the coffee beans as deodorizer.
Barako Haus has a homey ambiance with a Filipino vibe. It's a good place to study because it's quiet with moderate background music. The food and drinks are affordable. Brewed coffee is great 👍
Great place for a study out. The place has a very filipino aesthetic which is a breath of fresh air from all those american and korean coffee shops. The best thing about this place are the staff. They're veeeery polite and helpful. The coffee was good too. I ordered their Arabica Americano for 75 pesos (Coffee under a hundred pesos, can you believe it!). I particularly liked that they had melted sugar served in a little mug you can pour. Order the maharlika if you want free refills (only 85 pesos). Finally a coffee place that I can afford going back again and again! The place isn't crowded too despite being awarded one of cebu' best establishments. The only downside I can point out is its location. A lot of cars and people pass by there and it can get noisy if you choose to go to their outside tables. They keep the door to their outside seating locked most of the time for security purposes. In my case, if I did want to go outside (which is often) they gladly unlocked the door for me and kept a look out on me. If you do go home at night and you commute like I do just be careful. Overall it deserves the good reviews on here. I'll be visiting again soon.
Craving for unlimited coffee? You should try here & satisfy that coffee craving whether it may be hot or cold, with or without milk & extra syrup to top to that.😁 I like this place because you can concentrate here if you are studying or just planning on things. I also liked their crew because they accomodate you with their prompt service.😊
Making my way to Barako Haus from Sunday mass is probably one of my favorite habits. The coffee is great, and my recent addiction is their cheesecake; tried the matcha and the plain one so far. I have to say I liked these better than the "famed" Pablo's in Manila. Other meals are quite simple and no-fuss.
One of my favorite coffee shops im the workd! 😁 The staff are most accomodating, aside from good-quality local coffee what I love in here is that I always have a parking spot. 😁
very accommodating staff, good ambience, spacious. Great thing about the shop is that they variety of coffee(civet, barako). Refillable coffee 😍😍😍😍
Checked in! FOOD: Munching on tuna sandwich paired with an Iced Arabica latté and yaz it is definitely good especially the coffee of course SERVICE: 💯 👍🏻 friendly and accomodating staffs here. Asked for WI-FI, and one staff answered me with modem or password with a very joker smiling face hahahaha! Totally made my day 😂 PLACE: very spacious inside! Because as I was just outside, judging from the parking area, it feels like a small space inside, but no. Very very spacious that it makes you feel very comfortable and feels like home ☺️. Classic old school wooden tables and chairs. Like you are in a Modern-Spanish era. My second 5.0 ❤️ definitely be coming back here and gonna try that sibet coffee.
Always my go-to place for work. Cozy native ambience and affordable yet strong coffee. And great local snacks!
You should seriously try their barako coffee.
great location, spacious & homey ambiance, friendly staff, unique native eats, very good coffee, reasonable price especially for civet coffee.
Great atmosphere, location, service, coffee and value! Americano is 75 pesos with unli refills! Really love this place. So far it's a bit of a secret...
