I love the ambience of this place, it's relaxing. And I'm impressed coz they are open 24 hours a day.
Craving for sweets and ended up here. Tried there Java Chip Frappe and it was the best that I've tasted so far. Besides from other cafes, I'd prefer Sulbing for my frappe heart.
All of their INJEOLMI desserts - SULBING AND HONEY BUTTER are the best here!
Always coming back here when I'm in Cebu!
Price is also worth it! 😀
The best thing about this place is it does not get too crowded (on the two instance i've observed it). I also got my smoothie for 50% off (what a luck as the discounted orders are random) so my overall experience was good. Plus place got wifi 👍
The place to be for dessrt. A different version of halo-halo blended with fine ice which blends well with the ingredients mixed with it.
The serving is good for 2-3 persons. I love to try all of their flavor. Be sure that you dont have a full stomach if you go there. 😁
A must go place and a Cafe to go back to.
Would definitely recommend every sweet tooth here! They serve the best (personal opinion) halo halo in Cebu! They may be a little pricey but 1 big bowl can split with around 4 people already. Different from the traditional pinoy halo halo and will make you come back again and again.
I love the bingsu. Too pricey though. I wish they have smaller sizes that one can enjoy and means a lesser price range. I always order this and the almond cheesecake.
The place has a nice ambiance. It is definitely IG worthy. A bit pricey for dessert but good for sharing. They provide small bowls. Creamy and yummy.
2nd time to be back since I am from Mindanao. The place is really clean, well lit to support millenial selfoes. The Crew are polite. Their dessert is made to perfection..i love it, friends love it.. Thumb's up!
We've been here with my friends, we are addict in sweets so we try this cafe. After we order and trying their desserts, it's totally good. You can taste the sweetness in their dessert, actually I and my friends amaze because it was our first time in here. Their service was good and the cafe was totally neat.
Another cafe that offers a new way of refreshments. It is owned by koreans. Sulbing means snow ice. Its similar to halo halo but instead of shaved ice they are using a frozen milk.Yes, the white crystal flakes in your bowl is frozen milk which makes it more sweeter and creamier. Been here thrice, their sulbing is pricey but the bowl and serving is huge enough so it can be shared with your friends. The taste is fairly good. I had tried their frappe too but I'ts not as good as I expected it to be.
i remembered i went here because me and my boyfriend were finding a place to chill and we didn’t expect the bingsu to be really that great. the ambience is perfect. the interiors were nice and we were also glad that they let us use the outlets for charging. the servers were polite and kind.
Sulbing Dessert Cafe has a nice ambiance. It usually gets crowded on weekend nights because a lot of people would really want to experience their bingsu which is very popular in social media. Their bingsu would taste more delicious if you add more milk. Their frappe is also good. The prices for the dine-in and take-out are different. It is a must try dessert.

Hello to the my favorite Shaved Ice Dessert! 🤤🍨
Real chocolates overloooaaad! Gosh 🤪 We honestly didn’t finish the bowl. I felt super full not having eaten half of it. The price range for the Bingsu is like 299-400 (as I can remember) but it’s super sulit. Like I still feel the sweetness until I got to bed that night. Lol
The ambiance is super good. It was peaceful and for those Kpopsters fanatic like meee, you’d be fine with the music. Hehehe! 🤭 Annyeong?
Well I’d definitely go back to Sulbing to try their Frappes (they were sooo tempting). I just couldn’t imagine having a Bingsu and a Frappe together. Eeeee! Kaya mo kaya? Hahaha but sige try natin next time :p
Seeyou there,

Bingsoo is love!!! Perfect for hot and cold weather! Maybe a little pricey but it's all worth it because it's really delicious and refreshing. It's a perfect place to catch up with friends while enjoying yummy desserts. Also, I gave plus points because their wifi connection was really fast.
One of the best dessert places I've ever been to. Sulbing is like halo-halo but with fewer ingredients but indeed YUMMIER. It's a great dessert place for families and friends.
Came in pretty late at night, meaning people were probably done visiting to get dessert. It took only a couple minutes to order and in the end the preparation was fast. The food here is pretty affordable, ranging 100~350. Of course the shaved ice is shareable so that's a plus. Overall nice cafe.
I really like the interior design of the cafe - very pleasing to the eyes, cute yet elegant. I find their food presentation unique. Lastly, the waiting time is just reasonable.
New chill-out place just below our office and I love their interior. We ordered their Real Choco Toast (P170), Iced Green Tea Latte (P140) & Hot Toffee Nut Latte (P155). The toast was surprisingly delicious but their clay samples can be a little deceiving. The samples show that their toasts are oozing with white sticky spread but in reality the spread is just placed at the center of the sandwich. Also, their toast is big enough to share.
The drinks were OK but they only have 1 size (venti). The green tea latte was too sweet for my liking so I had to wait until the ice melted. My friend liked the toffee nut latte though.
We wanted to try their sulbing but found it too expensive, and I doubt the 2 of us could finish one serving considering it's good to share between 3-4 people.
I hope Sulbing Dessert Cafe would look into offering more size choices for both their drinks & sulbings. This way solo diners could also try it, I mean afterall not everyone dine in groups.
Will definitely come back to try all the flavors. Love the ambience. Also the service is fast. Got surprise that they can make those huge desserts so fast.
Was probably expecting more. Ordered Sulbing Oreo, Mango Cheese and Blueberry, it was good on the outside but it was majority ice on my opinion.
This is a nice place for people in groups trying to satisfy their sweet tooth on what Korean halo-halo is all about.😊 when we will visit here, we crave for either oreo or full chocolate sulbing. But I definitely suggest that you should try their fruit sulbing which is even more sweeter than I thought! Hehe!😁 and oh, tried their coffee as well & its a good way to chill during hot seasons.. hehe..
I really wanted to try this Korean dessert ever since I heard about this.
P L A C E: The place was tidy they have this coffee bar at the corner, catering dine in and take outs and I love this idea tho it's a bit far from the main kitchen but then I realised they only serve desserts 😂
D E S S E R T: we had the half choco half cheesecake and twas goooood. What i love about it is that it wasn't too sweet! Just perf. They also serve it with condensed milk, maybe to sweeten it for those people with sweet tooth? Regarding the price, well it was pricey but sulit! 👌🏻
S E R V I C E: Service was good ☺️ also, I noticedt that in the coffee bar, there were 4 Koreans talking and stand-by-ing 😂 and I think one of them was the owner.
I'm really into anything sweet. I've tried there Oreo Sulbing. Bit pricy but worth it. Will definitely back for more and try some other flavors.
Try it, best medicine for a hot summer.
The place is cool. We tried their Mango Strawberry Cheese, it was really yummy. The ice felt like snow. A bit price but it is worth it. Will certainly come back and try other flavors. 👌🏻
I ordered a Strawberry, Mango, & Cheese Sulbing which tasted good but somehow the strawberry didn't taste very fresh. I could say that the price is on an average range considering the other sulbing places here in the city. The sulbing prices ranges from 300 ~ 400. They only have one size for their sulbing and drinks as well.
