Affordable yet amazing food on point. Expect it to be packed with people especially at dinner time (even on Monday nights) — proof that their food is good. Cafe Georg serves a few kinds of keto (low carb) desserts such as matcha, choco marble and lemon cheesecakes - all of which are amazing minus the guilt. They also have keto brownies for only 35 per piece. My family and I dine here almost every other week and never have we been disappointed with the food. The service, however, is not of high standard but I must say the lady servers are very customer friendly. All of them are accommodating. The interior needs a little bit of a repaint and redecorating, but Im sure they have no time to do so because theres never a day where Cafe Georg isnt packed. Definitely will come back and try everything in their menu. Highly recommended.
This place always has a special place in my heart. I love all of the food in their menu as well as of course their dessert menu. Their staffs are all very friendly and also they can be able to tell you what are the things or the food that they would recommend.
Every time I pass by this restaurant my first impression is that it’s fancy and expensive. And I feel like only rich people eat here lol. I was wrong. Actually most of the rich people eat here but it’s not that super expensive. It is just affordable and it is worth the money. Their servings are huge and it is good for 2 people. This is my first time that I’ve actually been to this branch. I usually eat at Oh Georg in Ayala because it’s nearer. Hehe
Always love every visit in this restaurant becaus of their really delicious food! I'd definitely recommend this place to people who choose quality of food and their serving is worth the price too! Fast service and clean restaurant. And I love how their interior design gives you a homey feeling and a really cozy ambiance!

Really affordable, and it feels like you're getting more than for what you're paying! I would definitely come back! Parking also isn't a problem.
One of my favorite exclusive restaurants, Cafe Georg offers a wide array of delectable dishes which seem to have small servings at first glance, but would actually fill you up with sometimes even no room for dessert!
I especially love their Hickory Ribs paired with potato salad. Something about their potato salad just makes it so mouth-watering. Their Cowboy sandwich is also really great, as well as their Tomato and Basil pasta. Cakes are also really tasty but not-too-sweet.
The prices are very fair, considering the quality of food and the ambiance of the place. Definitely a must-add to your Favorites List!

Everything we ordered was good. Place is comfy, service was fast, and has ample parking. Must try their tomato soup, hummus with toast, arugula apple salad, grilled tanigue and steak n cheese sandwich. Glad I finally tried this place in spite of the heavy traffic on Banilad road.
Food was very good. And service was very good as well. This is one of those high class restaurants so you might want to dress up a bit when you visit them. You might get intimidated by other guests. Lastly, we had leche flan for dessert and it was very creamy.
The place is cozy and homey except for the waitresses, they should smile more often 😉 But kudos to kuya Guard who assisted us to our car while it was drizzling.
The foods are delicious and not so expensive. We ordered the broccoli soup, fish penang, chicken jambalaya, US tenderloin, beef brisket, hickory ribs and fettuccine carbonara. Our favorites were: carbonara and us tenderloin (the flavor is garlicky). I wouldn’t recommend hickory ribs the serving is quite small.
I love how they offer lots of menu items. They even have a private room for parties & events! Love the cozy & homey feel of the restaurant. Service might be a bit slow especially when it’s a full house but feel free to ask questions as the staff are usually well-informed. I recommend trying their spinach & cheese dip for appetizers; their mandarin chicken salad or their apple, candied walnut & blue cheese salad; and any of their delicious pastas. Their lasagna & carbonara are my go-tos. For desert, definitely give their carrot cake or their pecan pie a try. So worth your money!

Sobrang yummy nung Fresh Tomato and Basil nila. They also let you choose if anong pasta ba ang type ninyo which is a plus points for me. 😊 sulit din ang price sa food nila. Will definitely recommend this cafe to friends who would like to visit Cebu.
I have been coming here for 12 years and it’s still one of my favorite restaurants in cebu. I love the ambiance. It has the best bang for your buck food. Their food has also been consistent after all these years. Definitely worth it!

Ila place sa banilad if dili ka sweto ana lugara maglibog jud ka kay tago man sha but just read lang the signages unahan sa crossroads kana mao na na! Dili ra man pud ka magmahay once maka adto naka kay ila place cool kaayu. I mean it literally and figuratively. Literal kay bugnaw jud sha nice ang aircon or ventilation bisag near ka sa windows, figuratively kay mahog sha nga exclusive kay di man gud sha kita dayun sa dalan unlike sa shop fronting them noh? Nya magtoo ka nga gamay sha but no dako sha sa sulod nya humot pud shag coffee which is very relaxing para nako. See, how cool is that. Plus very informative ang mga staff, ganahan man gud ko anang naay muexplain kung unsa na imu gikaon especially first time diner ka diba. Furthermore, ang cake geng lami sha hahah like unsa pa man nga adjective adverb etc imu ma sulti kung muingon kag lami mao na na diba? So kudos to the team that makes cafe georg great!

Their food may be a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely won't feel cheated because they have big servings and their food is delectable! Their spinach dip is a must-try appetizer and one of their popular food items. They also have one of the best lasagnas in Cebu. Their savory food items are enough to make people come back for more, but they have a big selection of desserts such as cakes and cookies that are really good as well.

When I was dining here with my family, I noticed that the people who eats in this restaurant were mostly people on the upper class of life. This is where they gather to chat or to socialize, maybe because of the location because it is beside Cebu Country Club and close to high end subdivisions. But definitely its because of the good food they serve you with which was not too pricey.
The place was cozy comfortable and spacious along with the interior which was quit dim with wall decors and chandeliers.
The food was good, really good. The Spinach w/ Mozzarella Dip tasted so good that I was almost tempted to order more but I didn’t give in to the temptation for we have ordered quite a lot of food and wanted to taste everything. The Corn Soup was really tasty and suitable to order on that rainy day, it really warms your inside. My all time favorite the Grilled Pork Belly never disappoints me, it was still the best!
For the servers they should smile more to brighten up the mood of the restaurant, it was gloomy that day because it was raining plus the servers wasn’t that friendly which makes it more gloomier. And its kinda hard to call them even when there weren’t lots of customers or maybe we were just sitter to far that they can’t notice us. But nonetheless it was a good experience. Would definitely come back.

My friends and I had our christmas dinner here. The place was quite full when we got there but good thing we had reservation. The food here was absolutely and definitely good (no kidding). Me and my friends shared our platters and every bit of it were delicious.I’ll be back for sure in the near future.
ambiance is fine and cozy. i feels like dining at your aunt’s house. homey but upscale. food: oh my, compare to their other branch which is located in ayala mall cebu..food here is definitely much much more edible and more..honestly, based on experice nga from the ayala branch..i did not expect anything great out of this place na, i didn’t even wanna go at first. (pero wala akong reklamo dito. MASARAP ang food lahat from salad to main course..coffee and pastry. hands down) i definitely will recommend and go back here and bring friends from manila. we had a great experience here. sana wag magbago. keep it up.

If you love pasta, then you'll love cafe georg. Try their mushroom and asparagus pasta. They have meat selections too. And for your sweettooth, get a slice of their red velvet cake. Best red velvet i've tried so far
Perfect for casual dining with friends or with a date. Pang-RK ang place, personally maikog ko muadto nga dili naka formal attire hahaha. The food is good, enough to fill you although a bit pricey.

The food was really good with adequate portions however the service time was too high. We tried 5 different dishes and everything was worth it. The deserts were icing on the cake and were worth every penny.
The service was lil slow and they missed couple of things on our order but they made up for it later.
The ambiance is really cozy and their desserts are my favorites, not too sweet, just the way I like it. The employees are also accomodating.
We had Mango Tiramisu, Quinoa Black Bean Burger and Pork with Herbed Butter. It was good! I love that they have wide options for health conscious, vegan, lactose intolerant. Generous portion also and prices are reasonable. I love the homey feel of the place but the service is slow for my liking.
Good option to have with the family. Cafe George has a variety of things that are good and may suite the different tastes of people. We usually go for the bacon mushroom dip and chicken quesadilla for appetizers. Mexican salad is good. Their Penang and Singaporean style cooked fish is something we enjoy as well. The hickory ribs, beef tenderloin tips and yellow curry chicken are other favorites of my kids. Ending the meal with the Mango tiramisu and banana children chip cake... to his her own choice of food.

The last time we were there, we just had desserts. After lunch and the family just wanted some cakes and coffee to go with it when we gave our orders, the staff showed a questioning face saying "you're not going to order any food, just coffee and cakes?" They have great food especially their dips and salads. We usually order their bacon mushroom dip,california salad and hickory ribs. I recommend you try them. Their dishes aren't too expensive either, they're worth every peso.
They have been in Cebu for years now yet there not a lot of buzz around them. What I love at Cafe George is there Blueberry Cheesecake, damn! It feels like heaven munching. I also love the ambiance of the place and not to mention its rustic appeal. Definitely a good place to unwind.
Hands down! one of yummy and tested restaurants in Cebu. Still the best cheesy spinach pesto dip ^_^ To think that they have been here for so long and the quality of food is still the same.
This place has been here forever but I'm really surprised that they have really yummy salads.
They have other stuff too but the salad was my fave.
Wasn't really impressed with their Mango Tiramisu (will try a different cake next time) but their pork chops with herbed butter was very delicious. Well worth the price. Get a side salad for a healthier version or gorge on side potatoes or rice. I'm planning on going back to try the other cakes. 👌🏻

The place is great. Just really packed with people especially if you're there for dinner. My boyfriend and I ate dinner here and it was our second time coming to the place, the last time I ate here was with his family that was a year ago. I remembered I ordered the classic pork belly and it tasted great and portion size was alright since I don't eat much.
Food wise, the meals we ordered tasted amazing! The porkchops with garlic herb butter was indeed delicious. Although I feel it lacked more garlic herb butter since the pork chop alone would make it seem bland. It was a bit chewy but nonetheless it was wonderful. The Hickory ribs that my partner ordered was small in portion but it looked so tantalizing! When he took a bite his eyes popped. Like literally. It was like 👏👀 I had a taste of his meal and it was really satisfying, although I expected a lot considering the meal seemed mouthwatering! But overall, ambiance is great, good service ( I just don't like how their staffs looks at you for the whole night), meals were enjoyable. 👍
As for price range, it's pretty affordable for the meal your getting. You're good to go with P300-350 in your budget per person.
I was expecting a more cozy and relaxed placed to be prior coming here but yesterday it was not what I expected. the place was a little congested and noisy 😑. My bf and I had dinner here since I forced him to. luckily we were able to be catered once we entered the restaurant. however after the waitress took our order (btw, all medium sized girls which you would be expecting are hs students) it took us around 15mins to have what we wanted. i told them to serve early the butter bread since at least we could munch a little while the meal is still prepared. but no. it was served all at once. ok. so for the main course, the platter they give you is enough for almost 2 persons. i mean. I didn't finish mine so i gave the remaining to my bf. but all in all. although service is kind of medium fast (or maybe i was just hungry) the oay was worth it. 🖒🖒🖒 (sorry no photos, my phone was dead that time)
My favorite is their mizu salad. If I am in the mood to be on a diet, I choose this dish for lunch or dinner. The place is conducive for family gatherings and meetings. Good food and fair enough prices on their big servings..I recommend the food to those who love pasta and steaks!
Food: Lasagna was a bit in the pricey side but the taste makes up for it.
Drink: The coffee was great! Rich tasting. Definitely better than any coffee variant I've had at SB.
Place: Cozy. Good for a quiet conversation with someone you want to know better.

Very cozy interiors from the lighting to the sassy furnitures. Really loved the place. I had the hickory ribs and really love it! The bbq sauce is perf and instrad of rice, I had side garden salad and its very savory too! The taste of the bbq sauce and the sour vinegar dressing still lingers and plays in my mouth. Well I'd say the prices were good since the place is nice, high maintenance and the price was good enough for the flavorful food. But! Do reservations if you dont want any hassles 👌🏻 perf!
I haven't tried many but they have interesting Chicken Spinach, which tops a pasta - almost a complete main entree.
I ordered an intriguing dish called Porkchop in black sauce. They said it was their version of humba. I was not completely impressed though, neither disappointed. I expect the sauce to be thick like humba but it was runny. I also taste something bitter. The meat, however is so tender, that you needs no effort to chew.
The crews are too busy that you have to remind them your special requests, water refill for example.
One of my fave dining place in Banilad. I love their pork chop, guyabano shake, chocobanana and their decadent cake. Of course their spinach dip as an appetizer is heaven.
I love this place. The food is consistently tasty, the staff attentive, the menu is varied and inventive. Oh and the desserts are to die for. Sometimes the place is packed but, thats to be expected of such a highly regarded Cebuano establishment.
When undecided where to have lunch or dinner, the best place to go to while in Cebu is Cafe George. Their menu will show you quite a lot that. On top of my list for appetizer is their Mushroom Dip. For the salad it is always Casablanca. Their Caesar's Green Salad is another good option.
A must try is their Beef Tenderloin Tips. Just the thought of it makes me salivate.
I am not so much of a dessert person but when I eat at Cafe George, it's one of those that I think much about while having my main course. Their cakes and pastries are very good. My favorite is the Banana Cream Pie it goes well with my Cappuccino or Cafe Latte.
This restaurant has been in the business for quite a while and is still very popular. So that if you are a big group make sure you call for reservation. The place is always full during lunch and dinner.

Cafe Georg is a great for place for those looking for quality food and service for their money. The place is kept simple and laid back classy resto style but but food tastes of the food are all time high sumptuous.
Their waitresses are also very attentive and accommodating, can't help to give a tip!
The place was jampacked even at 2pm. Service was fast, wait staff were friendly, servings were big. Their tomato basil pasta was very good. Salpicao was so-so. We tried their chocolate chip cookies as those were supposedly the best choco chip cookies in Cebu. The cookie was good mainly because the chocolate used was of very high quality - it was the star. But the cookie dough itself was a bit crumbly. It was very good and still way better than a lot of choco chip cookies I've tried.
Cafe Georg seems to be an institution in Cebu - meaning it's a trusted restaurant, people have been eating there for years and they are veterans of their craft. It is a sure shot. If you want an uncomplicated meal where you're sure to be happy with the food then Cafe Georg is the sure bet.
Food is perfect. Simply delicious. We ordered mushroom and cheese dip that goes with toasted bread. This place is loaded with cheeeese. Next was a plate of porkchops and chili con. Both tasted rich and delicious. We enjoyed the rest of the night with a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. It is a great place.

Ambience is great! Staff are attentive! Food is just wonderful. The salad had a cacophony of flavor bursting inside your mouth! Their mini shop offers delightful selections of unique gifts from spreads, soaps, and organic food.
Lovely food. The jambalaya, soups, pastas everything is very nice. However, my favourite part about this place is the simplicity and balance of their food. This also translates into the simple ambience and quiet energy of the place. Recommended. Just sceptical of rating anything 5 and hence doing the next best.
Bigger space with more chairs. Its Ayala branch is pretty small and fills up quickly so it's more comfortable here. The food taste great though a little pricey but worth every penny. If it's packed, their service tends to slowdown.
Always the yummiest salads, desserts and mains! No dull moment in Cafe Georg. :) My faves - the Lemongrass chicken and their yummy salad with blue cheese and walnut will always leave a taste in my hungus tongue! ^_^

This is a superb cafe to take your friends whenever you want to catch up with each other while having such delectable foods. Whenever some of my friends visit Cebu, they would always ask me where to go and I always recommend this place and it never fails to amaze people. This is really one of the places to go in Cebu!
This is where I took my friends for our first meal in Cebu. This was only 15 minutes away from our hotel which is why it was convenient for us. I remember when my dad brought us here for the first time and I found myself wanting more of their food. It was the same experience when we dined here again. I ordered their soup of the day which was the Potato and Garlic Soup (Php 90), their Mango Shake, and the Steak, Mushroom and Cheese Sandwich (Php 220). As expected, the food and their service were excellent. How I wish I could easily fly out to Cebu and eat here. Next time, I will make sure I try their desserts too.
This resto offers great food. Worth your money. They will give you satisfaction. Also you can really choose what food you want may it be pasta, salad or main dish of pork beef or chicken. The branch in Banilad is perfect for couples where they can spend time together while eating a delicious food. Have time to visit Cafe Georg!

At first, I thought that the restaurant is just a middle class restaurant but its actually a high class resto for both the middle and higher class. Let's talk about servings. One word - generous! They serve meals that's good for two normal appetites. They plated every meal and make it also look so appetizing. It's a bit pricey. But the price you are paying is worth it. They have a private room if you wanna have lunch meetings with some people.
