I celebrated my bday here just last weekend and it really a superb! I highly recommend this place for those who wants to celebrate their bday, anniversary, family gathering and etc or if you want a romantic place this is the perfect place for you guys. Thank you so much sir Paul (manager) for accomodating us throughout the celebration and ofcourse to all the staff who are very quick in responding our needs. And ofcourse very delicous food was served. Thank you!!
I will come back here soon.
We just celebrated our anniversary here. It was cozy. The ambiance and the breeze is perfect to bring your date. PERFECT view of the city lights sparkling like diamonds. Live acoustic playing. Not a "fine dining" experience if that's what your looking for but you will surely have your fill. Very good food. Very filipino menu but they also have variety of wines. The prices are reasonable. They don't accept reservations so prepare yourselves to wait in queue. A lot of people on weekends but your food won't take that long to serve because they are well organized. The wait is worth it. Very pro active and accommodating staff.
Magnificent views. Gives off that Victoria Peak (Hong Kong) vibe. The food is affordable but the service can use a bit of a boost. Spent half the meal waiting for water. The cuisine consists mostly of all-time Filipino faves with a few tweaks. Sizzling sinigang for one is okay, it’s not something you find on a regular day but is good to try. The adobo flakes are great! Imagine dilis minus the ‘langsa’.
Ambiance is epic and the waiters are really attentive and polite. We had the pancit de cebu, sizzling bulalo ala pobre, sisig rice and mango-cranberry salmon, it was sooo good except for the salmon, it’s really disappointing since it’s a bit pricey and it was so little and dry. Will be back soon to eat pancit de cebu again! 👌🏼
Everything was just perfect ❤️ the food, venue and the crews 💯 higly recommend for people who wants to celebrate or just planning a romantic date 😊❗

Shockingly everything we ordered was cooked. It was not salty or filled with msg. I felt all the flavours of the chicken and pork adobo, sigarilyas bicol express style with lechon kawali and the adobo flakes. We ordered around 5 viands and it cost us really really cheap! Great food and ambience!
The foods and the place was so nice and romantic. The workers and chefs was so professional. I will recommend for friends and family special occasions or just wanted to dine out it’s perfect.
The name says it all. If you want to dine with the full view of Cebu City, this is the place to be. The best time to dine would be dinner so as to completely appreciate the beauty of Cebu and its city lights at night. Their food also matches their breathtaking view. ❤️ #dontforgetyourjacket
i love the view from up here, and i’m sure everyone will. just make sure to bring something to warm you up like a sweater because it is really cold here. food is just the average though, and a bit pricey. most of the days, this restaurant is crowded, so you may need to line up before a table will be offered. service is kinda slow and serving is too small for the price too.
Worth the drive. Worth the wait. Worth the price. Perfect place for couples! The view is amazing and the food is awesome! The waiting list for walk in customers might be long though, people need to know that beforehand.
If you want to witness an amazing panoramic view of cebu's skyline while dining then this is the place to be! Went there with my son during lunch time. We were seated beside the glass ledge so we were able to see the cebu skyline, the view during daytime wasnt exactly breathtaking though it is still undeniably beautiful and it can still give you an amazing dining experience but Im pretty sure the view would be more astounding once the sun sets over the horizon. It would be more majestic to watch the city lights illuminating the night sky while having dinner. The place is situated just before the famous tops lookout. The restaurant is friendly to all types of budget. its affordable! We ordered their fiesta rice, Calamari and Grilled pork belly. The calamari was cooked to perfection, it wasnt tough and ruberry, it was tender, crunchy and tasty, the grilled pork belly was oozing with flavor! As for the Fiesta Rice, It was just acceptable. It has chorizo, baby shrimp, mixed veggies and slices of hard boiled egg. The service was disappointing though because it took them too long to serve our orders. Their staff were friendly and too busy. The place was fully packed and that explains maybe why it took time for them to serve our orders?... I think its best to visit the place when you're not starving. The upper deck has an industrial look, I think this is now a growing design trend or the most sought after style that is used in a lot of restaurants or commercial spaces around Cebu, u know sort of a warehouse look that combines a true industrial style furnishing that shows the building materials or shows an unfinished look. I think i like this soughtafter design because it is raw, bold and trendy. The lower deck was closed but I bet it has a more relaxed and chill ambience since it offers alfresco dining.
Went here with colleagues to let one of our Japanese students try Filipino food. Aside from the great view of the city at night, the food served are great! I especially liked the scallops with garlicky white sauce. The pancit was a bit too sweet for my liking but still tasted great. Thumbs up!
We dined here once, love the ambiance with over looking view. Foods are great and worth it. Service is great too. You guys must try here, highly recommended😊

You’re definitely getting what you’re paying off. I had a really good experience eating lunch here with my family. I recommend eating here even when their prices are quite high, it’s worth it.
FOOD: We ordered the following:
*Binagoogang Bagnet: 3/10
- Their pork was really hard. It looked really good in the photo though.
*Garlic fried 10/10
*Seafood Kare-Kare 5/10
- The shrimps were really big and tasty but the sauce lacked the taste of peanuts. Maybe they ran out. The Kare-Kare from Cafe Laguna still tastes better.
*Chicken Pork Adobo 10/10
- In love with this. Their chicken was really soft and the soup tasted perfect.
Mango-Kani Salad 10/10
- I’m coming back for this. I’m not a dad of salad but this one, I’ll keep looking for.
PLACE: The view is amazing. Its probably best to come here for dinner but eating lunch here was good too since the place was really windy and they had an area that was covered so we didn’t get wet even when the rain passed by.
SERVICE: The waiting time was quick. Their staff are very accommodating too.
The food is sumptuous, the view is fantastic and the staff are friendly. Overall, my experience was incredibly perfect! If you’re digging for a glimpse of the Cebu Skyline and the Filipino cuisine, then Top of Cebu is the choice for you
Great view, great food and very friendly staff. This is beautifully located in Cebu highlands overseeing the city. A nice kind of dining experience. Definitely coming back to this place if I visit Cebu again :))
The food overall was very good. The Crispy Pata doesn't disappoint. I thought the Calamares with the Mango dip was interesting. The Gambas is also a must-try! And lastly, don't forget to consume your soups immediately or they'll go cold!
Great place to have a romantic dinner. Very nice ambience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. Food is also delicious and the price is just right. 😊

This restaurant will always give you the best view of Cebu especially at night where you can see the city lights. The food tasted great and the staff were all alert and accommodating. As the saying goes, “It’s worth the climb”
I rated this restaurant 4 stars because its a struggle to get here. Me and my friends went here to try their food and take pictures of the great view. Since we already ate at Denny’s, we were not hungry when we came here, so we just ordered little foods. Our car broke down after coming here to Top of Cebu, because the roads were really steep and its hard for some cars to actually get there. Other than that, when you finally get tocthe restaurant the place is cold and very nice. The lines were long and you have to wait to be able to get a table. We were on number 16 waiting. Once we finally got a table, we were on the spot with a great view. Also, their food is good.

We went here for Valentines day and let me tell you this has been one of the most aesthetically pleasing and gastronomic restaurants I've ever been to.
Hilltop is always a nice dining ambiance and this place has that. Though food presentation is average, I really enjoyed their Osso Bucco. Meat is so tender and tasty. My fiancee also enjoyed the Beef Salpicao as compared to a steakhouse we went to. Table reservation is highly recommended when planning to dine here to get a very good view of the city while dining.
