Great outdoor restaurant to try what locals eat. Serves fresh seafood, grilled or made into a soup dish ‘tinola’. Service is fast and staff are pleasant. Very affordable too. 😋
One of the must-visit places when in Cebu!
Go for the Grilled Tasik and pair it with the famous lato or sea grapes and their yummy soup! It’s one of the most famous one to try here aside from Kilawin fish and squid!
Their place is like a carinderia but they have airconditioned seats if you wish to eat in a much cooler area.
Cebu might indulge you with your lechon cravings and that’s a good thing, but be sure to check out Parr’t Ebelle Tinola and discover what this beautiful province has to offer!

Their grilled fish is the best! Very tasty and juicy! I also loved the unlimited FREE sabaw! hahaha They serve both rice and mais! The grilled pork also is tender! The price is just right ! 👍
Lunch treat courtesy of my friend who is based in Cebu. It was really affordable. They offered fresh seafood and wide selection of grilled dishes like liempo, pork chop and more. He mentioned that our bill was around Php 600. There’s rice and drinks which I wasn’t able to take a photo of.
The place isn’t as fancy but they do have an AC room. It also had limited parking though.
This restaurant never runs out of patrons coming in & out during lunchtime because of three things; sinugba, tinuwa & kinilaw.. Paired it with two cups of sinangag nga mais & softdrink and you will have a satisfying meal. Haha!😁 They also serve kinilaw nga lato, linarang & pork belly but people usually crave for the large portions of grilled fish belly or panga, fish head tinola & their raw fish meat cooked in vinegar. Don't go there on your own because I bet you can't finish the grilled fish! Hahahaha!🤣
Kinalamian! the best tinuwahan /tinola place here in Cebu City!!! love the grilled fish and grilled pork (sinugba) and of course the tinola/tinuwa! plus the kinilaw! 😄😄😄 which truly defines STK! sinugba! tinuwa! kinilaw! if you go here, it's really an experience! hehe.
Parr't Ebelle is unbeatable when you are talking about seafood dishes. If you like soups like larang and tinola, this place will be heaven for you. This is my favorite Sutukil (sugba-tuwa-kilaw) spot in Cebu City. They fish like marlin and tuna on the grill. If you love pork, they have it as well. I normally go here with friends because if you eat alone, it could end up expensive. This place is not a fancy restaurant but they are packed every day.
The ultimate one stop seafood outlet. Fish are grilled to perfection, tender and juicy! Definitely a must if you are in town and somewhere near SM reclamation.
One of my favorite tinuwa in town (second only to A-One D'Original Tinuwa).
Grilled seafood are also available. The A/C room is for reservation, the non-A/C area is smoked (from the grilling station).
The crew are also busy, so you have to make a constant follow up to remind them you additional orders, and even your bill.

lami gyud!
looking for great affordable meal that's really a treat to yourself: try parr't ebbele. a gem for great food lovers hidden across SM cebu. don't expect fine dining n waiters trained to serve you , it's just like any carenderia in your neighborhood but the food tops over any filipino resto. the seafood and pork is really fresh giving a very ecstatic foodgasm.
Just need a bit of innovation and improved service but that maybe could double up the price ( so don't really take this advice seriously hahah! group of 9 for serving of 2 platter of rice, 4 tinola , 2 grilled pork belly, 1 tuna pangnga, 1 lato, 2 fish kinilaw and 9 bottle of softdrinks for 190/ pax). 1 thing though we did not dine in their air-conditioned where they'll add around 20 pesos per serving- quite obnoxious rule!
