eggs benny pumba, Hungarian crunch(either size), tocino&dried fish bowl, salted egg chicken. These are the dishes we choose every visit for the last year.
Always on point. drinks are good. latte art is pretty nice. just know if you're sensitive to caffeine, some of their coffee is pretty strong.
service is great. atmosphere: its got that "are we living in a feel good sitcom?" vibe.
they utilize bamboo straws which is good to see.
improvements: please offer decaf. make sure water glasses are thoroughly cleaned. service staff could be more knowledgeable on menu items.
What can I say? It was a wondeful breakfast experience. The food was delicious. I especially love the poached eggs which were perfectly cooked and the barista brewed my Americano coffee just the way I like it. Plus, the servers were cordial and efficient. It always makes everything extra special when you enter a restaurant and you are greeted by a friendly face.
I really love their omellete, well balanced meal that I feel is really great for breakfast. Rating is as 4 since I didn't really like the black coffee though but will still go back to enjoy more of their meals. 😊 The ambience is also good and the music they play is really relaxing which is perfect to spend time with someone and really being able to talk without to much noise.
Place is colorful, the atmosphere and furniture comfortable. The staff are attentive and friendly.
Food wise, it's the perfect place to recover after a hard night of drinking - with their hearty take on Eggs Benedict (or Eggs Benny, as they call it). I ordered the one with pulled pork, toast and salad, and boy, were those eggs cooked perfect. Hollandaise had a balanced flavor, and the pork pieces were seriously so rich, with hearty serving size, I couldn't even consume it.
The Chorizo skillet dish is also another winner, and good for sharing - rich in flavor, perfect paired with rice.
There are a ton of options for drinks - coffee, soda, juice and smoothies.
Great place for a family brunch, hangover recovery, or catch up with friends.

The place is appealing to customers and returning patrons because the ambience is homey with the brick walls, wooden furniture and also the discounts they're offering for selected companies.
The menu at Yolk also is being set apart from the usual and generic cafe because it can be considered as a hipster's new found eating haven. So if you're a person who dares to be different then you know where to go. 😊
I like their ambiance. The place is really nice and clean too. Their staff/employees are very accommodating and friendly. What I really like the most is that they are familiar with their menu so you can ask them questions or suggestions. Food is good and healthy! For those who are looking for a good, healthy meal, you can have a variety of their dishes without feeling guilty. :) And oh, they use Bamboo straws too! How cool and nature-friendly is that!

The interiors tickled my curiosity as I walk past this place. I tried it out the other day. As much as k would love to try their forte, that is egg dishes, I wanted a light snack only.
I chose Señor Steak, a Petite Flat. Kind of like a shawarma pocket pita. It was o-kayyy.. not worth the P110+ price though, that I am sure of. In terms of taste and quantity, nope.
I also ordered the Matcha Apple drink. Crazy how they came up with that combo! The drink was very sour, because surprise, it’s actually sour apple. Then after you take a sip, that’s only when you taste the lingering matcha flavor. It was good. But for P155, and with 80% of the glass being ice, NOPE.
I would have given a lower score, but I am being unjust because what I ordered were not what they were really selling. But then, you wouldn’t put in disappointing items in your menu, right? I’ll give their best sellers a shot next time. And maybe I’ll just have water.
Edit: April 11, 2nd visit. I had Maple Bae silog bowl. I’m sorry to say but this is really a rip off. This is for 190 php. The “salad” is a piece of cabbage with diced tomatoes on top. The egg and bacon tasted nothing special. This place is really not for me.
Edit: May 2019, my 3rd visit. I’m kind of stubborn despite my harsh review before. Guess I’ve hit that sweet spot this time. I ordered their cold white brew. It’s very thick and sweet. I try to avoid sugary drinks but I’m glad I got to indulge this. It’s good but sinful! I paired it with another petite flat which was so much better for me. Still a bit pricey, but at least I became happy with the food lol.
Boo and I went to yolk yesterday morning because he saw that they have white brewed coffee. I was not expecting a lot since I was not hungry but then it changed as soon as we ordered. Haha We loved and enjoyed everything we ordered and we will surely come back. Oh yes! And their white brewed coffee is sooooo good. It didn't give me any acid problems at all! 10 points for that! 😊🙌
I wasn't able to take photos of the food but it was good! Egg Benny and Fat Boy was a good match for us. we both enjoyed it! we'll dine in if we have time.
Quite expensive but the Eggs Benedict here is great! If you order Eggs Benny, you can avail a black brew or a white brew coffee for only 2 pesos. I think this is some kind of a promo but I don’t know until when they can offer this (I was too hungry to ask questions lol). A great deal if you love their coffee and EB 👍
If you love breakfast meals, you'll surely love it here. Plus, their service was prompt! And i think the price was good for a decent meal. Good place, too.

Comment: I went there with my friends and we all agreed that the food & ambiance was superb but there's a slight problem with the service. The servers are very eager to take the "almost but not yet empty" plates even if some of us are still eating and using the plate. We think this is kind of rude. This happened twice by the way. "The more you order, the more plates they want to take away from you." 😅
I'll definitely come back to check if there are changes in the service. 😁
I’m happy this is so near my office. Got a chance to try their white brew and tastes so good! A lot of food new on the menu especially the zilog meals. Hands down to their salted egg chicken it was really good! And great that this branch opens as early as 6am!
This place is kinda nice . Staff is very welcoming, but not that familiar with the menu. The food however is OK. Pricey but worth it , It is just near my workplace.
