Good food, good place and good service. I'd recommend their smores for a must try dessert! And their salted egg chips are soo delicious! Try their shoe string fries too! I love how delicious their food is here. Quality food and worth the price!
I fell in love with the place. Staffs were attentive and accommodating. I ordered smore's and it was good. Free brewed Coffee was given to me 😊 (when you order any dessert) 😊😊😊
I will recommend this place ✌️👍I want to go back again. 😊
got the shrimp and spanish in light sofrito and brique chops. really enjoyed the pasta ❤️ especially pairing it with the bread it came with. the chops were tender and savory. pairing it with mashed potato is perfect. it’s expensive, i’m not gonna lie but it’s worth it for the taste and ambiance. i can’t wait to dine here again ☺️
personally love the carbonara. it’s so mouth-watering and well-cooked. i also like the quezo tres leches and fudged s’mores. i’d love to try them again some time. serving was just fairly reasonae comsidering the price. the servers were approachable and friendly. the place also has a loverly interior. parking space was sufficient.
A very nice comfy laid back restaurant that serves bistro/american-ish type of food.
Food: I only come here for the salads, order the Mushroom Balsamico(good for 2) but I have it solo. Its well seasoned, portions are huge and affordable.
Ambiance: High Ceiling, Aircon has the right temperature, restaurant aroma is nice. Seats are decent.
Service: Good service, nice smiling staff, accomodates your request immediately.
Yummy food and big servings. One serve of Brique Chops contains two slices. The place was very nice and peaceful. And staffs are very welcoming 😊
Tried southern fried chicken, but it is not as notable for its price. Place is good, suitable for a date. Some foods give justice to their cost.
This Brique branch is the most "sulit" among all the other branches. It has this cool, industrial vibe to it which really makes meal time enjoyable especially if you're with great company. Price is a bit high for the common Cebuano but they're fun to experiment with. Prepare at least 500-600pesos each to have a "complete" meal.
Their shoestring fries are really a challenge to eat but are equally enjoyable. Their chops are really good, too! Drinks are good as well.
I recommend staying on the second floor/mezzanine.
At first glance the Brique Chops (Php 230) appear pale and undercooked. Don't be fooled by its looks. Embellished with truffle herb butter on top, the pork meat is undoubtedly well-done, tastes really good while the flavourful mashed potato side dish becomes the perfect icing on the proverbial cake.
At Brique you can choose between spaghetti and penne variants if you wish to order their Carbonara (Php 220). Spaghetti was our pasta of choice during our latest visit. While the traditional penne holds a lot of sauce inside, Brique's spaghetti was nevertheless rich, creamy & cooked al dente. The cheese tasted a tad too intense for me though, and that kind of diminished the 'yum' factor a little bit. But that didn't stop us from completely clearing up our plate!
The staff handled our orders & requests with ease and did everything with a touch of friendliness. The stylish industrial interior, the red brick walls, the lofty ceiling all combine to create most relaxing atmosphere. All in all, we had a quiet, calm & pleasant afternoon stopover at Brique.

We had a heavy dinner and ofc a double date hahaha 🙊 but I only had a picture of my S'mores - so bad. I was very hungry, sorry. And the conversation was just so good.💜
We chose their branch in Lahug bec it's near to where we're goin after! Hehe.
I bet they have the best Smores in Cebu. You should try it! Plus the place is accessible and comfy. And it's not crowded that time so I liked that whole dinner experience! 💕
🚏Lahug, Cebu City
I love the warm & inviting modern industrial design of the place.👍🏼 It almost seemed too posh the first time we were here when they first opened but we were pleasantly surprised that their dishes are priced reasonably. The signature Brique chops with truffle herb butter was delightful. 🍖🍴However, the Fudged S'mores was a little too dry and not chewy enough for my liking. Also, the WiFi here is so-so and they only have a limited number of power outlets available. I'm glad they opened in Ayala. It's a more accessible loc for a quick bite or dinner with friends after a day of malling or shopping. 😊🛍
Food is Love at BRIQUE.
There's more to love at BRIQUE Modern Kitchen, not to mention the interior designing which speaks minimalism at its fineness.
My overall rating: food + ambiance + service = 9 of 10.

So I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about Brique and my experience met my expectations. I actually had my simple birthday celebration at Brique together with my partner. The friendliness of their crew plus the ambiance of the place really fixed my mood since I had a long day at work and thought that I will not be able to celebrate my birthday due to busy sched. Thank God, they close late!
We ordered the Fish Fillet Povencal which has a lot of minced tomato and olives on top, the Brique Chops which was also really very good and their Smores which really made them known. I love the taste of the Fish Fillet since it complements the buttery taste of the fish. Their rice is not ordinary since it has this buttery smell too. Overall, my simple birthday celebration was good!
Brique's modern industrial interiors and lightings gives that warm and comfortable feeling for dining.
One may think that Brique is for the elite type of diners but it isn't. Brique offers meals that are worth the price. We've had their Fish Fillet Provencal and Brique Chops for mains and Fudge S'mores for dessert.
The Brique Chops at Php 230 was already affordable because the serving had 2 chops. The butter was enough to add more flavor to the chops aside from the gravy that they had provided. The chops were very soft and juicy!
For the Fish Fillet Provencal, the tomatoes, and the olive oil made the fillet perfect, giving it a aromatic smell and buttery taste. The good thing about their rice is its aromatic smell which is so appetizing.
Fudge S'mores was tasty also. Worth the price you're paying for but it's best to consume this dessert while it is still hot. The fudge wasn't too sweet which I like and the graham layer at the bottom wasn't evenly distributed though.
Service was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
One of my personal faves here in Cebu! I love the Brique in Lahug. I usually order their salads and soups, sometimes chicken. My drink is sometimes just water or this really tasty one with the word "Sunset" or "Sunrise."
The prices are a bit high. Well, most restaurants in Cebu are expensive. But I honestly find the price worth the food. The serving is big and nice :)
The place is neat, nice and the temperature is just the right amount of coldness. The lighting is just okay.
The workers are friendly and accommodating.
This is a go-to place in Cebu, 100%.
They have another branch in Ayala, but I prefer the one in Lahug because I had bad experiences in the one in Ayala.
The staff was very attentive and kind 4/5. The place was nice and the mild light makes it perfect for casual hangouts with your partner but the upper floor is closed at night 3.5/5. I tried the Cheesecake Flan and Ultimate Pecan Brownie À La Mode, it was splendid but it has a bit of a hint of age on it but I know it could taste better if they stock less for faster consumption 3.5/5.
Its chic and posh interior may be intimidating as it appears chic and modern but it's only living up on its hype. Aside from its appearance, thier menu is caught my interest too. They are introducing a delicously fancy dishes too.
My friends and I went there for a light snack aftershift for a little celebration. I had BLT salad and Beef Bulgogi Sandwich in wheat focaccia
. And for dessert fudge S'mores
and Quezo Tres Leches.
For BLT. I like the serving it was generous enough to feed me however there is a little after taste I had I am not certain though which one had caused it , either the tomatoes or mustard dressing.
For Beef in korean marinate with kimchi. This was something suprising twist. I was first weird but I eventually liked. It was savory and the Asian - American blend was good. But I am hoping they could improve this.
I got two dessert since my friend was kind enough to offer one after misdisatisfction with the S'mores fortunately the Quezo Tres Leches make up for it. I don't like the S'mores for being dry and I think it was served a little late that may have affected its quality. Good thing, Quezo Tres Leches is satisfying enough to please me.
Also, this place is can burn a hole in your poket for a light snacks. However, the ambience and courteousness of its staff is commendable but needs to be consistent.
Aside from the warm welcome, you'll be greeted with slick interiors. The lightings, the dining sets, and the wall designs complimented well to give you a noteworthy gastronomic experience.
That gangnam chicken with perfect blend of flavors and spiciness is my favorite. I also tried the brined pork shoulder cut with cracked black pepper sauce - sounds fancy but taste like steak.
The carbonara isn't something worth craving for. The mint condition should be taken out of menu. The strong flavors of spinach and celery doesn't make it good.
Good thing that the ultimate pecan brownie a la mode has a satisfying flavor.
Spanish Chorizo and Mushroom Dip (sautéed Spanish Chorizo with mushrooms and fresh Mozzarella in white sauce)
Never thought Spanish Chorizo and Mushroom can make a good marriage of flavors, prolly the cheese made it a perfect dip. Definitely a good jump-start to your meal :-)
Southern Fried Chicken (Chicken breast filled served with country-style gravy, 260 php)
It tasted so good as it looked and smelled! With the right crisp of their skin, tender and flavorful meat and the gravy so sinfully creamy and spicy at the same time. You should try this dish if you're a fan of chicken. Their extra gravy costs 20php.
I liked the European chic ambiance of Brique as well as their food but I only got to try 2 dishes which came off great for me. The penne pasta was balanced and cooked well. I also like the Green juice that I had. Although, the price is not budget friendly so you better bring handy cash or card when dining. Great service though!
I blog at kerrph.blogspot.com
The ambiance was classy and good music as well. I tried their brique chops and wallah, yummy! A good place to date and have a good conversation with a love one.
The ambience here is really classy and perfect. The staff are attentive and quick to there foot. Although their menu is somehow limited, the taste of their food and the prices put up are reasonable and a good reason to come back.
The porkchop was so creamy. The beef was tender though cut into thin strips. Its sauce was almost perfect except that it has too much black pepper. Drinks are totally creative and distinct. The food servers are accommodating.
Celebrated anniversary here with BF and we really love their food especially the drunken angus and minute steak. Worth to have another visit
We went to Brique Lahug yesterday for an afternoon snack and decided on ordering Fudged s'mores, Quezo tres leches and OPM blend. I initially asked for Island breeze (smoothie) but sadly, it was not available.
The 2 desserts were only 85 pesos each and the smoothie was 125. We loved the desserts but if I were to rank them, Queso tres leches would be first, followed by Fudged s'mores.
I also loved OPM blend (orange juice, pineapple and mango according to their menu) because it might have looked ordinary but the taste was divine.
What irked me (just a teensy bit) was when I noticed that there was no tissue holder on their tables. The server placed the spoons on a tissue (or 2), but that was it. I don't like the idea of asking for something which should have been readily available in the first place. For wine lovers, the only option would be purchasing a bottle since they don't sell by the glass. It's okay if you'll be accompanied by a fellow wine lover but not for me since my hubby doesn't like wine. 😕
To sum it all up, I loved the food and the price was not that steep considering how fancy their exterior (and interior 😜) looked.
We came here for lunch. This is my firrt time here. The place was a little packed expected that it's lunchtime. We ordered the drunken steak and chicken on a pot. I personally ordered for a bottle of Corona since it has been a long time since I drank it. The steak was superb and the chicken was par. The ambience though could use a little bit of decor and color. Overall the place is great.
It started with the curiosity to try something different when I came to stop by at Brique. However, much to my surprise, it was a pleasant surprise to try another delicious dessert. I liked that anything chocolate - y need not to be sweet. If I had to come back, I must definitely try their mains! bet it's good too.
The ambiance is classy but it is perfect for couples who wants to share moments with food. (Hehe) the food is pretty good. No more no less. Of course it would be best to visit the place and I tell you it is worth a try. Enjoy!

The ambience makes Brique worth the visit. Their salad selection is also amazing and that's consodering that I am not a salad person. The menu is very pricy, though, but definitely worth a try.
