Indeed a Spanish restaurant, from interior designing and of course, to the foods!
Unfortunately on our first dining experience here, we were not able to taste the famous Paella, since it has to be pre-prepared and we were not aware of it. So we decided to taste their other Spanish dishes.
And I did not miss to sample on their LECHE FLAN! So yummy! Excited for my next visit and that Paella, i must have a taste of it!
Classic food are classic for a reason and Ipars is a testament to that. Good old Spanish cooking at its finest. You won't find fusion food here but down to earth and "rustic" food. Check out their bangus in oil too which are sold in bottles.

We try their faella and its yummy,.kahit mahal sarap naman ng foods nila,.yong staff lang nila di masyado nag smile, pero okay naman performance nila.Maganda ang place, walang ingay.
I love their Paella Negra and Paella de La Casa! The other dishes are also good but I find their servings a bit small. The place is very homey and the staff is very attentive and accommodating. It's a bit pricey but worth it.

My favorite here is their leche flan!!!! So delicious!!!! Also their chorizo and paella :) ambiance is nice and its well maintained through the years
We ordered Croquetas de Pollo, Chuletas De Cerdo Empanado, Chuletas De Cerdo Al Ajillo, mussels, and leche flan for dinner one chilly Saturday night at Ipar's and it ended a good night overall. I enjoyed our meal and all the food was prepared deliciously. Special mention to their leche flan which for me is the first honor of the night. The pork meat was tender but I was not really very impressed by the entree that we ordered although the sauteed mussels is A okay. Their croquetas also taste delish.
I would recommend Ipar's for expats and traveling businessmen who wants a cozy place with good authentic Spanish food.
Philippines has a long history with the Spanish. If you are craving for an authentic Spanish delicacy in the city, there is only a few of them that I can recommend and Ipar's is one of the few.
I love the ambiance, warm accommodation and attentive staff. Also, their menu offers a bunch of options.
To my personal liking, I Spanish cuisine is never complete without paella on the table whatever kind of paella I'm good with it. Paella De La Casa of Ipar's is worth the try. It has been hailed as best Paella in Cebu back then.
Also what is Spanish cuisine without the chorizo, right? Try their version of it. If you are a coffee lover I can suggest a good cup of Ipar's Bonbon. Basically, it's a shot of espresso with a condense milk. Stir it well to have perfect blend of it.
I would probably visit this soon.
Ipar's is a quaint and homey Spanish Restaurant located in Midtown Cebu. You have to try their tapas and paella. Definitely, the tapas! They have a lot of options to choose from.
Authentic Spanish cuisine is not that flavorful compared to Filipino dishes. You might notice the difference.
I don't normally eat leche flan but I enjoyed their version of it. A little dense or thick, might be that they added egg whites to the mixture.
They might want to improve a little on their service.
I am not really a fan of the Spanish cuisine but, their food is fine. Though I cannot really dig in because I'm not a fan, I still had a great time with their Leche Flan!!! #CebuFoodCrawl #CBSForever #SmartLife
If you are craving for something Spanish then Ipar's if just the right spot. From their authentic Spanish dishes that you will surely love. The ambiance is good and the food surely will make you say "Sabroso!"
As soon as I entered the place, I already felt like I was in Spain having my comfort food after a night out. The Latin music makes you wanna cha cha this and cha cha that. The food, however, is comforting. It is the most authentic Spanish set of meals that I've had here in Cebu. My personal picks are the croquettes and the paella. The Calle Mucho is a fine zesty drink mix of wine, coke, and lemon. The Leche Flan is orgasmic. Chef recommends the Coffee Bombon, so do I. I'd definitely go back.
The chef/owner is so accommodating. The ambiance is truly mood-relaxing. I love their "Paella". Though I think their Leche Flan is too sweet for me. Nice resto! I'd definitely come back here with my family.
Http://foodelity.net I just died and went to flan dessert! This is the best leche flan in town! Better than my mom's. Don't take my word for it. You shoud try it. #cebu #cebufoodcrawl #foodelity
I've been on the lookout for authentic Spanish cuisines and Ipar's Restaurant didn't disappoint! I especially loved their Croqueta and Coffee Bombon, which are just some of their specialties. Their paella was definitely something, too!
Croqueta de pollo (Chicken croquettes) just explodes in your mouth! White sauce bechamel with chicken bits breaded and deep-fried to satisfy your curiosity. The Calimotxo was also the perfect palate re-setter. Their paella mixed with lemon and olive oil was a winner.
That seafood paella (pronounced as pa-e-ya) with some lemon twist and olive oil, yum! Add that wine with cola garnished with lemon slice makes the dine-in perfect.
The best-selling leche flan is a must-try too.
I just find the Spanish chorizo a bit oily, though
That paella dribbled with generous stream of olive oil is the best thing in Spanish dining in Cebu! Finish it with kalimotxo cocktail to perfect the spanish experience.
