Everytime I come here, I really enjoy making my all-you-can-fill Mongolian bowl. You can choose from a variety of vegetables, meat, noodles and sauces but be careful with what you put or else it might taste different from what you expect ;)
My usual "go to" restaurant when craving for Mongolian stir fry! Actually, I'm not sure if this really taste Mongolian but at least they provide quick bites of all the works in one bowl. When I say all the works, it contains veggies, meats, vermicelli & rice topped with different spices & flavors to suit your taste.😊 I can say this is better than fastfood because you select the raw ingredients, have them cooked hastily but surely right in front if you & served while its hot & fresh! Hehe!😁 Don't be too greedy or your tongue will get burned! Hahaha!😂
I am interested with new cuisine and what better way to taste Mongolian cuisine is through Kublai Khan. I am also the type of foodie who loves "bowl" meals = rice + meat + veggies + etc. in one.
They do have a number of ingredients to choose from, but not totally a wide selection. Though we have differences in our orders but they ended up looking alike. The taste is expectedly ok; with an idea of the taste of those selected ingredients, you can highly predict how your food would taste. Price-wise, ok! And location is also accessible as it is situated on the stretch of restaurants at the Terraces.
You need to know how to mix spices or sauce if you don't want to mess your food up. Hahahaha. So many spices to choose from. Place is a bit small if you want to stay inside the resto. Will i come back? Been there almost 10 times already. Hahahaha
I always find this DIY sort of dining really fun but I couldn't really mix the right ingredients together. Good thing they put up a poster not to blame the cook 'cause you're the one who had chosen what to throw into the fire. Very witty! Haha. It would have been better if they would give suggestions on what works though.
1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
2. Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The area where you make your food is messy. They need to probably have someone near so that they can easily clean it after a customer or series of customers are done creating their meals
3. Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
It's a self service restaurant. Probably faster service in the cashier part.
4. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you're a fan of mongolian cuisine and would go for an eat all you can... this place is a must for you then. If you don't know how to make these rice bowls, you can ask an attendant to do it for you or you can simply choose from the options they have prepared from simple terriyaki to a spicy one
5. Accessibility of the resto: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Because it's in a mall
Since I tried Kublai Khan few years back. I always find this place a source of comfort and zen. I always enjoy and experience like its the first time Ive been to the place.
With their wide range of ingredients, you wont get to have the same recipe on your next meal.
Not really much impressed about this Mongolian restaurant. You have choices whether they want to mix food for your or yourself. Even if I choose for myself, doesn't really suite my taste.

Let me tell you this, I've been to Kublai Khan's Mongolian restaurant recently in Ayala Terraces but I have already discovered this gastronomic haven when I first came here in Cebu way back 2008. Thanks to a friend who brought me there! Still, it never disappoints me. If you want to check my blog review then, CLICK HERE.

A very affordable restaurant serving Mongolian Dishes. The taste is almost the same as the other Chinese Foods, their noodles and their rice Bowls. What I like the most is you have the option to choose among the toppings you want on your bowl and the sauces as well.
Love this place, servers automatically give you water, standard spoon, fork and chopsticks (can't say the same for the other branches). Sometimes food service is slow though regardless if they're empty or full. Also, their set bowls aren't consistent but you can always top up your sauce.
I'm a huge fan of Mongolian Bowls. So, if I'm really hungry, I go for this place and get their Eat-all-you-can bowl. It's a fun experience to experiment with the different types of sauces and pick the food you want in your meal. I usually go overboard with the tofu and the vegetables. Great place if you want to go vegetarian for your meals or go all out with your meat.

Nice Mangolian restaurant. Was great to see the change from local food. The best concept I like here are the bowl options - One time Full Bowl, Eat All you can bowl, Check a bowl, warrior bowls and others.
Its been years since I've last eaten in Kublai Khan but when I brought my friend to have lunch there, all the food memories came back. If you like to experiment with your food, Kublai Khan is the place for you. You get to choose what goes into your bowl. It's a Mongolian-inspired restaurant. As their motto goes, "don't blame cook, he just put in fire."

I enjoyed my dining experience here. I got to try their One Time Fill-A-Bowl and there are soooooo many options to choose from. It is best to dine here on an empty stomach too to enjoy the whole experience.
