Great customer service. We had a reservation at 10pm on valentines day but we were stuck in traffic for almost 2 hours and when we called the restaurant they waited for us and accommodated us 5 mins before closing. When our friends informed them that they were going to prank us at the restaurant, they even helped them hide and participated in it. The food, especially their wine collection, and ambience is wonderful and I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a good time. The staff was really friendly.

A fine dining restaurant. Very good presentation. The steak melts in your mouth that's why you need to pair it with a good wine. Appetizers are appealing. This restaurant is expensive too. Servers are couteous and friendly. Love the ambience.
It is very rare for restaurants to get the service right by training the team in terms of food and drinks. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and super helpful the wait team was. About the food, the table bread (3 flavors to choose from) was served in terracotta with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and tomato salsa. Really crusty and delicious. We had the Arugula salad, which came with an amazing dressing and crusty parmesan. One of the mains was whole wheat spaghetti with garlic shrimps, which I really enjoyed. The second main was the tenderloin with a side of potato wedges and season veggies. It came with the lemon butter sauce, which we felt could have been a bit 'cooked' (felt like raw butter was mixed with lemon). Overall, a very romantic and Italian setting with a beautiful wine cellar in view.
I was longin to visit this place coz it has a good ambiance and when we get there with my boyfie, it was far more beautiful than I expected. So happy to celebrate my birthday here. The food is pricy but you will truly love indulging it. The staffs are so accommodating and kind. The place is so romantic and solemn. Away from the noisy area which my boyfriend & I super like. They have wifi connection . But you know, it is better not to be connected while eating here because you will be able to see how welcoming this resto is! The place looked very nice and cozy. I tried their 3-course menu which had: tomato and fresh buffalo mozzarella salad, king prawns flambé with cognac, cassata for dessert and then paired with pre-dinner cocktail, one glass of white wine and red wine. Everything was delicious!

Dined here to treat hubby's officemate and friend from Manila. We were welcomed by friendly service crews who were also very attentive to our requests. The place is beautiful - food for the eye. Every corner of the restaurant is picturesque.
Had the Raspberry Salad Vinaigrette, Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Garlic Shrimps in Basil Pesto Sauce, and Wagyu Shank "Osso Buco". I'm a pasta lover. Pesto and Aglio e Olio are my two faves. Anzani has the best pesto-based pasta I've ever eaten here in Cebu. The Osso Buco is nothing short of excellence. They also give complimentary bread. I had mine in olive oil which was good on its own.
Foods are expensive, except of course for the wagyu, which I believe is really priced relatively high due to its rarity and flavor. The whole wheat spaghetti and garlic shrimps in basil pesto sauce really made me happy. Downside again is the price. But for a taste like that, I don't mind paying the price.
The whole experience was great! Its not really a budget friendly for an everyday dining but you actually get exactly what you paid for. The place is elegant, service is amazing. The whole staff are accommodating and always ready to assist. They give you exactly what you want. I’m so happy I get to experience this with my boyfriend.
My husband and I went here for the first time and we liked the place. Ambience is perfect for dates. More romantic if you opt for al fresco dining. Food is great too especially the Ravioli and the steak. We will definitely come back.

Upon entering the foyer, the staff are very warm and welcoming as they guide you to your table.
Lighting is beautiful, decor classy and seating arrangements are spacious.
Staff are very discreet, knowledgeable about their products and pretty quick to respond.
Menu and drinks selection is pretty wide - there will be something for everyone here.
The bread they serve as you wait for your meal is AH-mazing! I had the tomato bread and it was great on its own, but awesome when dipped in EVOO/ balsamic vinegar.
The main course was delicious, but the risotto was very dry (not the usual consistency of risotto) and the tortelli pasta was too thick, lacking the delicateness you expect from homemade pasta (texture wise it almost seemed like it was store bought).
Flavor-wise, though, spot on.
They redeemed themselves with dessert - the deconstructed tiramisu was absolutely delicious, the coffee and the ladyfingers all in perfect flavor balance. The choco-mint ice cream served with some sort of teuille was also (surprisingly) a great way to cap the meal.
Anzani is not for everyday dining, but good for making memories over a shared meal.

Servings were crazy! We were not able to finish the porkchop and the spaghetti. But my favorite would have to be their Ravioli.

A high-class restaurant. If you want something classy and if you want to stay out of the bustling city restaurant, this place would be perfect. It has its standard based on America which is very reasonable why their food and prices are expensive.
This place is for dates. I love how classy it looks and the food was really amazing. I've only been here once but I would come here again.
Note: if you sit outside that overlooks the city, it's more romantic.
This is a very fancy restaurant, perfect for couples who wants to experience fine dining and exceptional service. But mind you, the price is too much for the taste of their food. You can find a lot of restaurants here in Cebu that tastes better. But the fancy service and the experience is what you are actually paying for. As far as the saying goes, you really get what you paid for.
Best fine dining restaurant I've been to. Great ambiance and interior design. They have delicious food especially the mushroom soup. They have good service and friendly staff members.
We had the Australian rib eye with ratatouille and smoke speck ham with gorgonzola cream, walnuts, caramelized pears and cherry tomatoes. Wide selection of wines, perfect way to drown your sorrows.🤣😉👍🏼

I feel like this resto is a hit or miss. Some items were good, but most of what we ordered was bland. Or nothing special, considering we paid almost Php6,000 for a meal for two. For appetizers, we had their Roasted Wild Mushrooms, it was too salty in my opinion. My date didnt really enjoy it. Then we opted to go for a four course menu in order to have more choices.
First course:
Thin sliced smoked duck breast - the duck breast was really bland. Like it had no taste at all. It was just 3 pieces of duck meat, the size was about a normal-sized car key. Hehe.
Second course:
Risotto al Funghi - this one is really good! Reminds me of Mama Lou's best seller risotto. Serving size though was really small, maybe half a cup?
Third course:
Seabass Branzino - the only decent sized serving. Hehe. Was also good, the fish didn't smell which I liked. The sweet chili sauce wasnt too overpowering, you can still taste the fish.
Dessert:
Amaretto Soufflé- being an amaretto addict (LOL) i enjoyed this alot! it was i think the most memorable?? part of the whole dinner. hahaha. the conversation I had with my date was..

Dined here not more than a month ago on a cold, rainy night. The security guard outside assisted us in parking our vehicle (I appreciated that), the space being a little small and uncomfortable.
We came inside their greeting area and there was no one there, we had to wait for a few minutes to be seated, only to find out the foreigner who came a few minutes after us got seated first. I won't judge, maybe he had a reservation.
We sat outside on the high tables area. Cozy and warm, the lights dim, such a romantic place to dine. The waitresses spoke in English (I noticed that 90% of the customers there were foreigners). She gave us a tablet with their menu there. The restaurant, I should say, is a little upscale in price. I have yet to discover if the taste was worth it.
I ordered an Australian Angus Beef, medium well. Our orders arrived within a reasonable amount of time. I didn't like the steak however, I find the cut too thick, and difficult to slice. I have eaten lots of steaks in different restos around the world, and this by far was the thickest cut of steak I have eaten. I am not complaining though. I asked the waitress to cook my steak a little more, to my liking, and it came back satisfactory. Brewed iced tea was as it should be, cold and refreshing. They don't have Tabasco pepper sauce nor an A1 steak sauce (or whatever). They do however have their own variety of hot sauces that I was delighted to try, but didn't find spicy enough for my taste.
There was a band playing soothing songs, I appreciated that. I came there mostly for the view I can find, but this restaurant sits too low on Nivel Hills that you really can't see much but just trees that are even taller than the place. Anyway, I have to give it to the servers who were warm and friendly, and attentive to our needs.
If you have more money to spare then you can go ahead and try this resto. It's a good place to just hang-out if you want privacy and you crave for intimate talks.
I like their Spinach Papardelle! And they have fast wifi too! Their Anzani Bomb doesn't taste that good. This place is perfect for dates and intimate moments with loved ones. Would definitely come back for the place and ambiance.
We used to frequently eat here, but these days, we're busy trying out new places that we have neglected to go back. Food here is good, though prices are on the bit of the high side. The last time we went they showcased their menu through a tablet. Talk about fancy, haha. Not sure if that's the case these days thoygh. Anyway,I like their wine cellar, it's so pretty there. Can't really find the photos of our last trip here, but I did manage to find one from when we went last Christmas '14 - it's of their steak that was part of their bundle at the time.

Great views and location looking ouit over the vista. The service was not bad but a bit slow to serve the food we ordered. My meal was also not that outstanding for the price, I felt it could have been better but perhaps as just unlucky with my order of lamb.
Would go back again but for drinks in the outside area and maybe some bar snacks.

If you are looking for your ultimate dining experience in the Queen city of the South. This is one of the best choice for you to go to. Set in the picturesque Busay hills , it gives you a panoramic view of the city. To add, lounging in their cozy veranda at sunset and see the city comes to life, is priceless!
Take not in Anzani, it not only always about the interior, ambiance and location. Above all, it is also about the food!
I must say from the finest herbs and spices , brace yourself to be blown away with their dishes. Specializing in European cuisine, experience a tasteful culinary flare in every dishes in the banquet. Choosing a personal favorite is quite hard, I say you better try having one of the house specialty as it is the safest to order.
Another thing, if you are found of wines or a sommelier in the making there is wine cellar for you to satisfy that fanciness. Make that day dream a reality in this intimate and private cellar, perfect for a date , quality time with family and friends or impress someone. This place won't let you down.
I have no question with the level of service from their team from kitchen to service everything , run smoothly as if you are having your ideal dining experience could have been. Again, you happen to be in the city of Cebu, experience this one of the best of Cebu has to offer.

The place is very industrialized with vintage chic interiors sure to lure in customers who weigh on more sophisticated approach on dining. It's a perfect dining date place. Their starters like the Pizza Roll and Ravioli. The medium rare pork is very chewy and juicy at the same time. Thumbs up!

Anzani is one of the coziest and poshest place to dine and date at the heart of Cebu. However, it can quite cause a small fortune if one is to indulge in gustatory pleasure here.
The wine repository was ample. The Chipotle Three Cheeses Fondue was indulging. The Magret De Canard was a little bit gamy as expected but the risotto side complimented the duck breast well. Meanwhile, the Seared Ostrich was probably the better bird of the night. Lastly, the Half Baked Espresso and Bitter Chocolate Serving was yum but made for a scrub. Collectively, nothing was surprising though. Service was however impeccable. The décor was also mood setting.
Spinach Ravioli – Pork dumplings in a shape of a pyramid that’s really filling, flavorful and best eaten when hot on the way to Busay left side of the road before Marco Polo.
Love the ambiance too, perched on a cliff, best for romantic dates. :)
I went here with a friend expecting this was just paying much money for nothing extraordinary at all. We were wrong. We tried the chicken breast fillet and only negative to say was that the mashed potato side dish was in only one size, too small. So next time we gonna have to boil a few potatoes and bring along to be full. Their menu is presented on Android tablets. Food menu is big, their drink menu is awesome. Though they have really expensive meals in their list it is also possible to find meals that doesn't cost a fortune. We didn't try their internet Wi-Fi but tried the mobile internet in the area that was running at full speed 20/20 mbps. Best chicken ever tasted in Asia. That says a lot.
Sitting on a cliff, Anzani gives you a choice to settle on th garden and watch the sunset for you late afternoon snack or early dinner.
They have a variety of wine options and appetizing goodies on their Mediterranean menu.
The prices are, of course, only for those with gifted pockets.
I'm enamored with its interiors. It's no other in the city. And the fact that I will live near it soon, I might frequent in this classy restaurant. Food is really good! I suggest you book a reservation ahead before coming in so they can find a perfect place for you along the Veranda.
A Mediterranean-themed resto situated up in Nivel Hills is a perfect venue for a romantic date or for a proposal. As for the food, I deeply fell in love with the spinach raviolli. Their wine cellar is a mark of high-end taste.
Superb Mediterranean Restaurant! Try the Spinach Ravioli. The pasta is homemade and the filling is perfectly prepared. The spinach is tasty. The ricotta sauce is creamy but not too rich.
The Tagliata is a must-try. The beef is superbly seasoned and cooked medium rare. It is served with delicious truffle mashed potatoes and arugula.
Complete your meal with Moroccan Iced Tea.

I got to try their CRISPY SQUID TIGER SHRIMP AND BLACK PEPPERED VEGETABLES. It was good. The shrimp and squid were succulent and delicious. While waiting for our orders, we were given complimentary bread - olive bread, tomato bread, and I forgot the other one. I tried their Olive Bread and paired it with Baba Ghanoush. It was delicious. The interiors were classy and elegant. Service was good. It took them a long time to serve our companion's main course though.
It looks like a simple house with fine interiors.. I like the view at the veranda.. They offered bread while waiting for the main dish, and im quite surprise how good their seabass is.. That alone gives this resto a 5! Will def be back here.
We ordered ravioli, grilled baby back ribs and salmon fillet. What a delightful experience! Food is great and sumptuous! Would love to go back here again! Highly recommended!
When in Cebu, Anzani is one of the must-try places to eat. You can never go wrong. Aside from the different breads and dips as starters, they offer a wide variety of appetizers. My go-to food here would be the Anzani ravioli. You can also enjoy your meal and drinks while taking in a view of the Cebu skyline at night.

I have finally found THE ONE restaurant that I know I will always come back to. Dining in ANZANI has unfailingly been a delightful experience for me. Truly there is nothing in here that anyone wouldn't love. For all those times I have dined here, never have I received any disappointment. From their lovely service, their sumptuous food to their exquisite and such fancy place. Do try their pizzas and pastas in here because they are so DAMN GOOD. And ohh, I have a liking on how they have changed their regular menu into a techno-savvy one. So yes, further points to Anzani then.
