The garlic butter Shimps has very powerful flavour. It's a bit sweet and cheesy. Plus the flavor are actually absorb by the shimps indicating that it is cook correctly. Above that the shimps are also fresh. You see it by the colour and texture. However for the service takes 15-20 minutes to serve but its worth the wait.
I give you 4 stars for your food and service. I really love love your shrimps. The place is chill and waiters are accommodating even the owner. But minus 1 star for not having a parking space.

I must say that this place still holds the bragging right for the yummiest shrimps in the island of Cebu!
this is usually our "go-to" place whenever we crave for shrimp.. I like how I can be so messy when eating with bare hands! and to add I have the perfect excuse to be messy,. :D
My personal favorite flavors are the garlic-butter and curry and this goes perfectly with ice cold cola (Ohhh my gosh.... it feels like heaven..).
I also find their liempo loco delicious but I'd say I may not go to bucket shrimp if it's just for the liempo alone.Β
I like the ambiance in their capitol branch compared to the one in Lahug, but if you wanna work-out and is planning to have a heavy meal after and bottles of cold beer in one go you may like their spot in lahug as it's near metro sports gym and pipeline AND Tonyo's =)
It's a little pricey for me if I'll compare it to the seafood buffet in Tongs which also serves shrimps and scallops and a lot more, but I can't complain, in all fairness with BS you get the best value of what you paid for ^_<

Bucket shrimps in capitol site has the best flavour than in IT and cebu yacht club! Their shrimps are cooked perfectly. My favourite is the butter garlic and oh you should try the tuna baby ππΌ

The shrimps were good! I understood the prices and I think they are reasonable for the quantity of what's in the bucket. There isn't really something I can complain because it's a very ordinary food area. "Cowboy" kainan, kinda. Same idea with pungko-pungko. For first timers, there is no aircon, it's an open space. I got sweaty while eating & talking to my friends. It's beside Tonyo's in front of the IT Park entrance. I almost got lost looking for it lol. You need to walk a few steps and it's not literally right beside the street. I'm also a graphic designer so personal pet peeve, the store logo is not legible & blends in with the rest of the logo. I hope you do something about it, or make the signs readable so people can see you. π (it's just my personal opinion lol) Staff also, btw, are accommodating. Will definitely come back!
The food and service here is excellent. Dined last night, the staff are all attentive and friendly. The shrimp is so delicious and flavorful. So far, it's the best shrimp I've tasted so you should try this place.
Rated it 4 since they don't have spoon and fork but I would still comeback for the shrimps.
Thumbs up for the good food and good service! Been here five times and i'll never get tired of eating here. It's bang for the bucks and they have a very relaxing ambiance to go with this. They've got Sangria for 300php of you just wanna do some relax drinking.
When you love, you keep on coming back. Lovin' the shrimps in this foodie never gets old. The only thing that needs to be improved is their place. It's open that vendors can go inside and sell their products or beggars will get the food that you're eating. But overall rate is good for the love of shrimps.
The food still tastes great. But I find it expensive as the years go by. I am an avid food lover of Bucket Shrimps since 2013... the extra sauce was indeed expensive worth P100 when in fact the amount is not worthy, last time I remember it was not that expensive. Plus, I don't like one of the servers when I asked him for free sauce, he could just give the details - it implies that he is not aware of their menu.
I wish they could maintain the spirit of the the original Bucket shrimp I fell in love since I started to study Medicine here in Cebu. I am from Palawan by the way.
This is the branch that I'd always come back to. First, it is for the fact that it never failed me yet. I'd only have to wait for a reasonable amount of time for the order to be served. The crew are very welcoming and friendly. Lastly, best shrimp recipe ever!
Bucket Shrimps has already become my top Go-to place for fresh shrimps with excellent flavour! They haven't disappointed us since day one. The most important trait that restaurants like this can have is the freshness and they've delivered that consistently. What's shocking, though, is that they also serve the best grilled porkbelly, their Liempoloco. It's so savory and sweet that you just can't get enough of it. Their place also captures the typical Cebuano vibe and you're expected to get down and dirty when you eat, which all is totally worth it.
Garlic flavored shrimp. Another version of shrimp that should be tried for a first timer. A mixture of spice and garlic will surely guarantee you'll crave more of it without any hesitation.
Location and parking: If you are not familiar with Cebu's ins and outs, this is kind of hard to find. So always refer to Zomato!!!
The food in general was extraordinarily and amazingly good!!! Definitely I will come back every time I'm in Cebu. The Shrimps was perfectly cooked (i wondered how its done), the glazed of the Pork Belly was mouth watering, the Mussels was good and the sauce was very rich, the Sexylegs was good as well. For the place It was okey, but just please do something to get rid of flies, it is very disturbing.
Best garlic butter shrimp in town, great service. I'd definitely go back! The owner is very friendly as well. The ambience of the place makes you feel like you're in a hip joint with great food to boot.
I love shrimps so much and finding Bucket Shrimps is heaven for me. For only 350 pesos, a bucket of canjun curry shrimp is enough for three. We were only two during that visit though.
The mildly sweet and spicy Wingz added more flavor to that dining experience.
Drinks are bottomless at 50 pesos.

What i love here is not their shrimps. Hahaha its their crabs and chicken wings! I love the ambiance of the restaurant since its a happy vibe and you get to eat with your hands

Been here for the second time. Bec it was new at those times, the place was too crowded. But bec I wanted to eat there, I waited. Well, it was worth the wait. My friend and I finished two buckets of shrimps and two buckets of rice. But still, didn't make me fat hahaha
Bucket shrimp. Typical bucket shrimp in Manila or states but cheaper version. Value for money is 5/5. Ambience is okay. Taste is okay not so much choices for sauce. Didn't expect that much since this is just a local joint. If you go here, you have to wear loose since there's no Aircon. Use your hands when you eat to feel the experience of eating shrimp and mussels. I'll go back here for sure.
Bucket Shrimps has always been a favorite place for most food junkies. I myself has been a fan of shrimps since forever, despite the allergies that come once in awhile but whatever. So! Don't expect any plates here! This is for the typical Filipino who uses hands when eating since that's how we appreciate and savor some dishes. You can choose to use gloves or just go bare, it's really up to you though. This place has a great ambience, dim lights, variety of music being played and funny/charming/friendly waiters. Price? hmmm, I will admit I am a cheap person but this place makes my money worth it. What can I say, it's shrimps, what do you expect? Flavor? Delicious! It might be hard to find for newcomers or first timers since it's not located on the main road/ national road but you'll get there. You might want to be early since this place gets full at times. But really though, you won't regret it.
A bucket of shrimps good for 2-3 for less than P400, definitely value for your money. Tried their boiled shrimp with garlic butter sauce. It didnt really taste of garlic butter but the shrimps were so fresh and tasty so I didn't mind. I already plan to come back.

The name speaks for itself as they have the best shrimps in town. They even have three flavors of the shrimps in their menu. You should also try the chicken as they are really delicious you'll surely need a bucket of rice to go with it. The price surely is right on the budget too.
Best Shrimp in town! The sweet buttery taste of the shrimp that you wouldn't forget. The place is not as usual as the other restaurants but it feels comfortable tho. The place is located at a corner of the street but non the less it is convenient. They will give you bibs before eating, bibs that are made up of manila papers - written on it is the name of the restaurant itself. Their Wingz - Chicken wings must try too, services are good as well as the price. Grab a bucket now!
They only have a few dishes in their menu but their dishes are very tasty, especially their bucket of shrimp in cajun sauce. An order of their bucket of shrimp can fill a group of 3. If you are really into softdrinks, this restaurant is offering bottomless softdrinks. I like how their chicken wings taste - sweet & spicy.
